Grand Lake Golf and RV Resort Resort Village

Its beautiful. The ppl are friendly. You can enjoy nature, animals or the lake front. We really enjoyed ourselves and the food is delicuous.

They allow certain campers/campsites to have junk boats and toys, junk, house size stoves outside etc. But a simple brand new deck is out of the question. Others can have decks just not me because I’m being targeted by having an American bulldog mix (that’s done nothing nor had any complaints by the way). Don’t stay long term, very strict rules only apply to newcomers. Ok for a weekend.

Beautiful place. Quiet and relaxing. Close to Gainesville and Ocala.

The park is clean and always friendly.

Best camping spot ever will be back.

Just stayed here for a three day weekend! Place is quite and really nice! Kids loved it! Ranger Rick went out of his way when we arrived to make us feel welcomed! We will be back!

Peaceful. Large dog run large green spaces. Great views out to the lake.

Very nice RV resort. Convenient to Gainesville and Ocala. Not to far from Atlantic beaches. Great restaurant on property with it’s own golf course and lake for fishing. Big horse farms all around. Grounds nicely kept.

Great place, clean, courteous highly recommend.

The place is nice and clean but there is more park models then camp sites. If u are wanting a camping feel this is not the place. We stayed at another Sun Rv Resort place in St. Augustine and it was great specially the new part. We will not being staying at Grand lake rv again.

Short but fun 9-hole course. Reasonable and good food at the onsite restaurant. We ate a breakfast and lunch during our stay. I wish there were fire pits on the resort somewhere do an evening activity.

Quiet clean good laundry facilities.
Friendly staff and residents. The only suggestion I would have is to get recycling.

We loved the quiet well kept campground. Very friendly staff. Lots of activities if you want something to do. The eagles nest restaurant is very reasonable and the food is good.

All around great place. Great prices with every of amenity you need and always theres something to do. Its my 1st time living the RV life and what an awesone place to be broken in.

We're currently staying in the campground and we'll be leaving on sunday. We have stayed here at different times mostly feb, march, and April over the last 5 years. The staff, golf course, Eaglesnest food, pool and doggie park are what keeps us coming back. Too bad that this looks like it'll be our last year as the campground is trying to have leased sites and get rid of what I was told this am that I was a transient. We tried to make a reservation for next year and with out knowing when we were making a reservation for was told that the concrete sites will all be booked and we'd be lucky to get in. My wife and I were having coffee outside this morning when 2 people from the park came to measure our site for a person wanting to lease it. We both felt that we shouldn't have had to start a conversation and when we did ask questions because (the word I hate) we were considered transients we were basically told we'd need to lease to stay in a good spot. The big problem we have as far as a time table, we own a small Christmas Tree farm and the lease deals they are offering dosen't fit. Sorry but I'll be passing this info along to friends in our motor home club and others tha we have recommended coming and staying here. Sorry to see this come to an end for us but I'll be looking elsewhere to stay next season.

This Resort is awesome! The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is very well kept. Very scenic with a great golf course. I made my second visit December 19 through 23rd. The Eagles Nest Restaurant is a great Amenity. I really enjoyed he Pork Chops and green beans! I recommend this Resort.

Carolyn and I have been here a year and we absolutely love it here! Staff and management are great and friendly! The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful, We have met so many friendly people at all the different activities! We have made this our home after moving from MI. The area around here is wonderful horse country! They are constantly trying to improve things here, which is already great! The Eagles Nest is a great place to eat with a very friendly staff, and prices are pretty reasonable too.
