I called a couple weeks ago to cancel the reservation, and was told that I’m not allowed to do so. The lady on the phone instead offered to change it to another day, and I would then be charged the difference in cost. I called back today to update my stay for another day in October, and was now told that I’m not allowed to do that now. Transferring me from department to department and giving me a run around is not good customer service. You guys already have my hard earned money, and even managed to get extra out of me and now it’s going to complete waste! A PAYING CUSTOMER SHOULD NEVER BE TREATED THIS WAY! I’ve stayed at your hotel chain many times and this is not how you should treat people. This is what makes people turn their backs on companies.

Wonderful experience during my stay. The hotel is very modern in style throughout, very clean, and the staff was second to none. They were very generous and provided great customer service throughout our stay. Highly recommended.

As they checked in with the hotel at 9 p. M. Was told that my room was ready. As I entered my room had a giant odor of either stale or moldy air. I went back downstairs to talk to the front desk. They said they had no other rooms available they were at 100% capacity. Offered me some air fresheners and so sorry that I said best as I can do. Because I am booked with a corporation I was not able to change to a different Hotel. The other guests that I was with had the same issue we were all on the 5th floor. Luckily I only had to stay the night. The room was extremely clean and the bed was okay. I would stay here again but I would check the room before I staying it.

In Town for our sisters funeral service. Needed a hotel close to family and venue for the services. This holiday inn was conveniently located, staff above and beyond friendly and facilities are clean and in good working conditions. Breakfast included with price of the room which was hot, plentiful and delicious. The server was friendly and kept the food bar stocked. Complete was great given the occasion for stay. Will visit again under more pleasant circumstances. Highly recommend this hotel.

Only there one night. Parking is an issue here on a Wednesday night so I can not imagine the issue on a weekend and the only hotel I have ever stayed at that the room rate was $119 (which was prepaid through their website with same card) that they hold an additional $250 as "incidentals" on a debit card. Other than that it's clean, modern and the staff was super polite.

Alright stay for a last minute reservation. King bed room was clean and had your typical room decor. Old school a/c with the controls on the unit. When you walk in the lobby it has a charm that only central Florida decor can provide. A swampy decor not to overdone. The breakfast as usual is your typical hotel fix. Not to special but not that disappointing either. Will consider coming back if in the area.

Kids running around almost everywhere. Strange smells in the lobby & room. Other than the hoi polloi, it's typical Holiday Inn. I observe details — I'm too picky. For instance, the tub drains slowly enough that showers are standing in water, and toilet paper holder just barely does…

I stayed there June 1st 2018 I got an allergic reaction to the bleach they use on the linens and I am highly allergic to pets and there was a pet in the room before me and they offered me 50% off my hotel stay of 1 night and 5000 points on my ihg membership welts on my skin and scratched until about to bleed but I got 50% off and points wow! Amazing how rude and incoherent people can be this is not the last you heard of me I'm going to put it on my social media and review away I wasent asked if I was ok or needed anything or medical help or anything right away defense mode against the hotel.

Great stay. The breakfast was good. Clean hotel and comfortable bed. I cannot give 5 stars because the AC was a little noisy.

Nice, clean hotel, well maintained. Free breakfast, especially cinnamon rolls were awesome.

This is our second stay at the Apopka Holiday Inn Express. It is a smaller boutique size hotel well-located on the northwest side of the Orlando area. The hotel is most striking for it's bright lime green lobby and hallways, glass and falling water feature, and whimsical oversized furniture. There is a small very private outdoor swimming pool adjacent. In the lobby, large chewy chocolate chip cookies are available along with an urn of ice water, and the usual daily newspaper. There is a quiet office area and small but efficient exercise room. The lobby has a separate concierge desk for car rentals. Our king suite had a large comfortable bed, living room area, fridge and microwave. The decor is soothing in browns and greens. The rooms are well maintained despite never being aware of the housekeeping staff. The bathroom is functional, with an attractive three-shelf niche for toiletry items and extra towels. The tub/shower has good water pressure and temperature but would benefit from a second grab bar on the back wall. Service is good and speedy. When we called about a burned out lightbulb it was changed within minutes. The complimentary breakfast includes the usual, along with a pancake machine, cheese and vegetarian eggwhite omelets, and biscuits and gravy. Overall, an excellent, peaceful overnight experience, located in a somewhat less commercial area.

Friendly staff, very nice, new building, nice rooms, only issue was master power switch in the room which controlled bathroom power.

Loved our room very clean and nice. Large mini fridge and good sized microwave. Breakfast was great, better when I had it earlier in the morning, than toward the end of service.

Room okay except there were no pillows when we checked in. That seemed odd. I had to ask for them. The free breakfast was typical. The hotel itself is generally clean. The elevator creaked terribly and needs some tlc. Good location.

Very nice hotel, my wife loved the shower touches and decor. The property is fairly new. The room rate is very reasonable with a good breakfast of eggs, pancakes, waffles and fresh fruit included. The fast free Wi-Fi came in handy. The place was easy to find.

Tried to make a reservation over the phone and asked for our corporate discount. After being on hold for 5 minutes the lady hung up on me. I called back and no one picked up the phone. I made a reservation at a competitor without problems.

Overall this hotel is quite good. Breakfast was tasty and our room was ready early. The rooms feel a bit dated but are comfortable. I felt it delivered reasonable value for the price.

I enjoyed my stay however, I left my chargers from work I called and they said they didn't have them. According to policy, they suppose to keep lost and found for one month. I was only gone for 2 days before I called and they reported not finding it. Kinda hurtful especially I have to replace all the cords from my job.

I will never stay at this or any Holiday Inn Express ever again. I have been staying with them for years, they are my favorite place. I joined their Rewards Club, which didn't give me much but a free night every now and then but it was worth it because it's my favorite place. Unfortunately I have a room booked for Thanksgiving to see my family and I had a family emergency and I am not going to be able to make it. When I called to cancel the reservation they explained to me that they do not do refunds for club members because they give us a better rate. I knew that when I signed up, but emergencies happen. When a family member is in the hospital and you have to be with them instead, your out of luck. I will never stay with them ever ever again.

Super nice owner. Great size room for my computer and desk work. Very comfortable bed.

The owner is a ass. He put another charge on our card a day after we left. There are too many other hotels do not trust this 1 Not to mention their hot tub is moldy and slimy! Also I witnessed the owner harassing feema guests because they were black! (A lovley family) Accused tyem of stealing food! The lady was pregnant! Awful owners! Shame on you!

Great place, excellent staff. I do recommend the location. I was at a competitors location and this place is better, cheaper, and more comfortable. And to add a free breakfast not $11.00 for a microwave sandwich and orange juice.

Very clean. Very nice front desk people. Has full breakfast (continental) my only issue with this Holiday inn was that the hot tub (which I was really looking fwd to) was ice cold and had mold around it. Everything else was great.

Our king size suite was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was really friendly. Breakfast was great too.

Spacious Room. We stayed in a King with a pull out sofa bed. Has refrigerator and microwave as well. Room was clean and bed comfortable. There is abusiness center, gym and large seating area downstairs. I did not use the pool. Received 4 stars because the room I stayed in has a clogged toilet that even the employees state is ALWAYS clogged. I was actually informed to not flush paper down just throw it in the trash (eek)! Very nice staff memebers.

Love the staff very helpful and humble. The stay was great and I'd go there again. My kids love it there.

Angeles the Breakfast Attendant was extremely polite and courteous. The food was great. Also, housekeeping was pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. This is the first place I always book a room when I'm staying in the Apopka/Orlando.

Very nice amenities, rooms were clean, breakfast was good and there was ice on every level. Only giving 4 stars because I'm still hoping that there will be a fitness center that has more than just treadmills.

Clean and comfortable. Rooms have fridge, sink and microwave. Friendly breakfast service. Sausage, bacon, eggs, toast, muffins, bagels, yogurts fruit, coffee, teas, juices etc… Angeles is a wonderful server. Nice pool. Will come back.

Great front desk staff! The reception was wonderful when we arrived, the gentleman that helped us was very friendly. The rooms were spacious and cozy. The breakfast buffet was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel and will book here in the future when we return.

I have never gone to a hotel, even a 5 star where I did not find something unclean. I'm a professional and detail is my speciality. This place is spotless! On top of that, every single person that works here is beyond friendly. They make us feel like we are family. I feel as though we are being treated like royalty. Truly grateful this is where the Lord directed us. It's home away from home.

The prices are crazy good for pizza. Their daily specials are a great value. The pizza is pretty good.

The big baby pizza is an enormous 28 inch pie. The giant pizza is a good novelty. Try it once to see if it's your thing, but don't expect stellar service.

Manager is rude. I spend over 50.00 a week in this place. Last night I called for wings for my children when I asked them if they ate they said no because the wings were bloody inside, As any child will do they threw them in the garbage. When I look sure enough wings were undercooked. I called and asked to speak to the manager, he go on the phone I started to explain the situation when I told him the wings were in the trash he stated oh well you should have not done that, I said what was I suppose to do? eat them he went back and forth cutting me off even stating that he owed me nothing and his policy is the food be returned. I was not backing off without a fight so at the end he stated if I wanted I can go get the money back however he did not want my business anymore. I drove in the rain to pick up my money and he said dont call us anymore. Do not give your business to this man not only is he rude but he treats his employees horrible. All this b/c his food at his restaurant were undercook.

We have had the large 24 inch and it was awesome taste The medium was a little thicker than NY Pizza should be The family had different calzones all had great taste but dough a little thick Pasta dishes where all good.

I love it because I have lived in new York for 20 years and to find a place that's so close to my childhood. The taste is awesome. Good service, great pizza, almost tried everything on the menu and it seems they got it! I'll keep on ordering.

Love the pizza hea, good food real ny style pizza, they have really huge extra large calzone, customer service is really great I would recommend everyone to go try it out.

Great pizza it reminds of home (Bronx, New York) I recommend it to all of my family and friends that come to visit me from New York. I Never can get enough of there pizza I don't know what happen to everyone else's food but I've been going there for 3 years and I will always go to New York pizza baby!
