The furniture was very rickety, the room service is not what it use to be. I would say that everyone was very friendly but it is not the Marriott I remember going to every year for the Miami boat show.

We do recommend the hotel. Very clean, spacious rooms, the staff is very accommodating and very respectful! We travel a lot and we usually drive. Everywhere we stay parking is free and we usually receive a light breakfast. For the price of our 2 day stay, we thought this would be the least we could get. Other than that the place is great, close to Bayside where you can enjoy great food and music, spectacular shopping!

The hotel lost my package that I got delivered. Their front desk is really useless and informed me that both packages were not delivered yet. After one hour they found one package but lost the other one. I am still waiting for the other package. I can’t believe that they are still charging me $7 to receive package. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

I have arrived on 25 Sep 2018 for business purposes, it should be noted that mentioned hotel haas been booked from my company.
When I arrived they asked my for debit card in order to keep a safe deposit of 50usd
I gave my debit; thereafter same day my company requested from the hotel an extension until 30 Sep 2018. The following date I reviewed my bank online bank statement and I noticed that the amount of 747 usd is locked from the hotel for deposit purposes…
It should be noted that hotel management hasn't notified my for the new locked ammount.

On27 Sep 2018 I left a laundry bag at the mornigin inside the room next the entrance door when I returned from my job I saw that laudry was still remaining inside the room…
So I asked the reception for any sollution and front deck officer advised that I can you a designated laudries on 4th floor… however I should pay in advance the ammount of 6 usd… I paid the money however when I went in laudry room I saw that all washing machines are out of order…
the next day I didnt have the required clothes … for my business purposes.

Booked 5 days. During this time had nothing but hot water for showers and brushing teeth. But cold water was not an option. Rooms have no microwaves. I guess they share a couple among rooms. I was on the list to get one but never did. Causing all the leftovers I’ve built up during the week to be thrown away. Would have given 1 star but gave 2 because friendliness of the staff deserved 1 star.

5 star would be worthy given my room gave me an incredible view. But the other stuff that I'm about to get to brings the rating down. First there were few bugs in my room. I'm not sure if they are roaches or what but the bugs were there. Called security and they basically came in and asked few questions and took some information down. Security didn't look nor did he sound surprised which led me to believe this may not have been their first incident. Secondly the front staff workers are incredibly slow. Both at checking and checking out. Bar the above issues the hotel seemed clean and it's closer to a lot of things that are around and easy to get to.

Very nice concierge! Easy, yet fast check in. Clean rooms, AC works wonderfully lol. Only downfall is the bathroom was very small. You couldn't use the restroom with the door open because the door went in between your legs and the shower same size or even smaller than an average household bathtub and shower.

Great staff, on the water, nice lobby and amenities. However, this hotel (especially the rooms) are so beat down that I just wouldn't stay here again. I paid for a king room and got two double beds without compensation or points to make up the difference. There are so many other hotels in this city, I'd take a look around.

The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The Catch has delicious food and out of this world mojitos. The bartender at the pool bar is funny and really helpful work what to do around town. The rooms are small but comfortable. The views are mind blowing. I would stay here again.

To my surprise the customer service was really weak for a Marriott hotel. Room was reserved but not ready for over an hour after I arrived to check-in. Staff didn’t seem to care about several request I made for a bottle opener. Ice machine on my floor was broken so I had to go to another floor just to get ice. And to top it off I used my sisters family and friends rate to book but was charged more than I was quoted for the room. There was 1 lady at the desk who was very nice to me… besides thtI’ve had was better experience at other Marriott hotels, however this one… not so good. Swimming area was nice and I got to see a nice wedding.

Miami Marrriot at Biscane Bay was amazing! From the second we got there we had assistance with our car and luggage even though we hadn’t decided valet or self park yet. The front desk knows how to check a guest it! I whish I had gotten his name but he was very accommodating (my daughter wanted a high floor), he was very fast and efficient and super friendly and welcoming. Plenty of elevators so there was no wait time to get that high up (28th floor) and along the way I shared an elevator with what looked to be a maintenance gentleman. He was extremely nice and went out of his way to inquire about my stay and if my room was ok, did I enjoy the hotel amenities, did I need anything, etc. The room was super clean and had an unbelievably fantastic view. I would absolutely stay here again while in Miami, management has it in the best track possible! Great job Marriot!

We held a family event here May 2018. We booked it in Oct of 2017. I called and left 3 messages with the event planning section plus emailed twice and 2 messages with the concierge to plan additional activities such as a catered dinner around our booking and never got a response. They contacted us 2 weeks before our event and when I confronted the person contacting us on their lack of communication, they basically said it wasn't their fault, to bad so sad. When we checked in, they messed up rooms giving the same room to two different family groups and then charged the wrong cards on check out and when we asked to correct it, they refused to help. There was a cockroach in one of the rooms and overall, not a very good experience. Honestly, we had a much easier time working with the Double Tree (where we actually ended up booking everything except the rooms) and wish we had made our reservations there.

Stopped here for a night before our cruise. Lovely hotel. Large comfy rooms and great beds. Coffee maker in the rooms. Small coffee shop down in the lobby and a small mall linked between this hotel and the next. Had breakfast in one of the nice cafes in there. Very nice staff and good service. Would return if in miami again.

Had a great stay here. Spent 2 nights here with my 2 young boys after a cruise. We had a room with 2 doubles and there was plenty of extra space to relax after the boys went to sleep. We didn't utilize the pool or restaurant thought they looked very nice. Everyone was friendly and the location was great with easy access around town and very close to the free train to get places around downtown. Parking was included which was nice and unexpected. The bar has some great mojitos (though expensive for my taste). I would stay here again.

Service was spectacular. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed everything about the hotel. Had a wonderful view on 27th floor. We utilized the business center several times and enjoyed breakfast at the hotel every day. Pool bar service was not equal to internal hotel staff but very minor distinction.

Went for a corporate event. It's in a prime location and has a beautiful view of the Miami skyline. Awesome world class service! Super friendly staff and great environment to relax. Not far from a cool sandbar where locals hang. Our chartered yacht used the dock behind the hotel and was very accessible to the Miami waterways. Did not stay overnight but I will next time. I'm from Miami and I would get a room for the night here. Highly recommend!

I have stayed at many hotels due to my extensive traveling schedule for work and I must say that my experience staying here has by far been one of the best experiences from the staff I have ever received. This is my first time ever going out of my way to leave a review for any hotel because of how impressed I am with how friendly, accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable everyone is that I encounter here. From the front desk staff**** to the bellmen, valet men, security, and their technical support hotline. I’m very satisfied with my stay here and the staff truly makes me happy. Location is great. Cross the Venetian Cauaeway to the beach. Walk easily to downtown. The hotel is situated on a marina with outside bar. Staff is super friendly.

Incredible hotel with beautiful views, great restaurant and the friendliest staff. Attended a conference, where the staff seemed to be on top of all A/V and food/drinks. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a lovely balcony and view. The bed was very comfortable. The hair dryer was not super powerful, but did include a concentrator nozzle, which you don't come by often in hotels. I used both the fitness center and the pool. The fitness center was well stocked for a hotel: good quality cardio equipment with personal TVs, benches and some free weights, and various machines. The pool was small, but nice. There was a very large deck with plenty of loungers to soak in the sun. There was also a life size chess/checkers board, connect 4, and a ping pong table. The concierge lounge was nice, again with incredible views, but the snacks left a little to be desired. One night there was a weird mix of rice and meatballs, and the other night there were fajitas. There was always cheese and crackers, cookies and key lime pie bites available. Alcohol was available for a fee.

The rooms were clean and big enough for 3 and the staff were very friendly and could always help us.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… I frequently stay at Marriotts, and while they are generally good-quality hotels, I must say that this is one of the better ones I've been to. The building has a rather ideal location; there's an easy walk to Museum Park and the nearest stop of the Metro Mover is just about a block away, so transportation is pretty easy. As far as hotel food goes, their breakfast is decent. It's the usual milked-down scrambled eggs with small sausage with cereal options, etc. But it's not bad. The service is great and the staff are always eager to help make your stay better in any way possible. The rooms are pretty good: bed (s) ; television; coffee-maker; safes; chairs & tables; a nice, large bathroom with a bathtub, shower, etc. There's an entrance to a group of shops, art galleries, and night clubs from inside the hotel. Overall, this is a great hotel that I'd definitely recommend staying at if you're in the area and looking for a place.

The hotel is superb, the breakfast superb. Rather well placed and a small free shuttle to the hotel takes you to the city center. The subway is a 2 minute walk, finally a small tram.

Beautiful hotel! You can choose a room that overlooks the bay or one that looks into downtown Miami! Our room had the best of both worlds! And the staff was very nice.

Excellent place to stay would recommend it as we had a balcony overlooking the bay and had a beautiful view of the cruise ships and also the city lights at night staff are very friendly and well mannered I couldn’t complain my first time in Miami 2018 from Ireland just come back after a weeks cruise with MSC SEASIDE.

Stayed here 3 nights for business. I prefer this area to directly downtown, because there are shops, a park and a grocery store within walking distance — and it's near the people mover. As for the hotel, it's fine, but nothing special. I stayed in a double queen room on a lower floor. It was clean. Room was small, there was barely room for a chair by the window, which was clouded up and discolored. The hotel gym had a lot of equipment, but was undersized for this hotel, and too hot with poor ventilation. The hotel restaurant (Catch Grill and Bar) is okay but generally overpriced and not great.

Wonderful hotel! Great location and everyone there was so nice. We especially liked Mitzi in the concierge lounge. She gave us so much information about the local area including details about the local free trolley. Mitzi definitely made us feel welcome to the Marriott!

The location is excellent. 15 minutes from everything : Ocean Drive. Airport. Lincoln Road. Art District. Stadium Arenas. Etc. The Rooms are spacious but old.

Excellent location next to the OmniStation, where the major transportation lines of Miami pass by. Impeccable Hotel, with an international cuisine offering excellent dishes, better than the area's motorbike restaurants. The room was very clean Large conference Rooms.

I love the room with the bay view and the location of the hotel. The only reason I do not give a 5 stars is because the water is not hot while taking a shower. Very disappointing to try to shower and the water doesn’t get hot enough. I would recommend although I would give this warning. I stayed at room 1505.

Marriott Miami Biscayne Bay has amazing views and great hotel amenities. I always enjoy my stay at this location. The customer service has always been very helpful. The valet service is pretty fast at getting your car and general parking is available. In the lobby, there are large areas to meet up with your travel partners and places to sit and use the free Wi-Fi. Rooms are fairly modernized and have been clean at all my check-ins. There are restaurants, dry cleaners and a general store near the hotel entrance. It is easy to go for a waterfront walk and take your pet to a nearby pet friendly park. A historical site of the Miami's Women's Club can be seen walking to and from the park. The fitness center is larger than most and has amazing views of the water way. While working and partying, a great place to stay is the Marriott Miami Biscayne Bay.

Stayed with my parents for three nights over winter break and had a wonderful time. Kelly and Laura at the receptionist desk were extremely, extremely helpful! They were very patient and they were able to resolve our room preferences. We paid extra for a bay view room which offers a stunning view of the water and the boats anchored at the docks. Needless to say, the view was amazing and countless photos were taken from the window! The breakfast buffet at Catch was delicious. We ended our stay by taking a walk along the water, just outside the hotel and it was just perfect! 5/5 would visit again :)

Nice hotel that on a bridge that takes you straight to South Beach. The pool is small but the terrace for huge sunbathing with games such as chess or ping pong. Small breakfast average but good literie.

Super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms, fitness center and restaurant with a very cozy and pleasant view to the seaside. Easy access with some places nearby to eat or have a quick bite, supermarket. In room Dinning service needs to be improved.

This hotel has a great staff, smells like roses and the bar and restaurant are pretty good. I got the fish dip for happy hour one night and it was pretty good. Out room had a balcony that overlooked the bay and the pool/hot tub area. It was gorgeous. The rooms are very nice and I can't wait to come back.

As each day… hygiene careful the good treatment of the staff, its shops and amenities, areas to relax, spa, gim, swimming pool, lounges with hairstylists, pharmacy in order to the place has all the conditions to stay as much as to live in. Happy and grateful.

My wife and I stayed at Marriott Miami Biscayne Bay before and after our recent Cruise. We left the hotel on Sunday last to return to Ireland. I must say our experience of staying in the hotel on Friday 3rd and Saturday 11th of November were the best hotel experiences we ever had. I had the misfortune of leaving my wallet in the cab that brought us from Miami Airport. I must say the hotel staff could not have been more helpful to me. On the following morning the cab driver called me to say he had my wallet and would bring it to the hotel. What an honest man. Our room was top class and breakfast was wonderful with friendly waiter and excellent food. We also had an evening meal which was also excellent. The concierge was most helpful with directions and advice. Excellent coffee shop in foyer of hotel. Very good luggage storage while waiting to go to airport. Would highly recommend this hotel. We hope to stay there again at some time in the future.

5 star Hotel with parking for the customers oor 29 dollars x day. It has a swimming pool, area of business, rooms, business lobby spacious with several areas to meet and a cafe in lobby.

I’ve stayed at this property on numerous occasions and it meets most expectations for lodging. Great location with beautiful views, nice pool with some fun games for families (i. E. Giant connect four), and a decent sized fitness center. Given my status, I generally receive upgraded rooms, lounge access, and complimentary breakfast at the restaurant in the lobby. The service and (breakfast) menu has always been consistent and enjoyable. As a result, this hotel is a regular place to stay for me. I recently stayed during the hurricane in Sep 2017. The hotel was evacuated during my stay, and my reward redemption reservation was impacted causing me to lose the fifth night of my reservation. The hotel was responsive with accommodation for this lost night, for which I am grateful. Appreciate the responsiveness and service.

My reservation was cancelled 6 days before my stay. I got an e-mail to let me know this. It said it was due to Irma, which I had full understanding about. I called the hotel to verify the cancellation before I tried to find another hotel for my stay. I called in and the lady stated it was indeed cancelled. I asked her if the hotel was shut down completely, due to Irma or how they picked us to cancel on such short notice (I've been booked since February, have stayed here in the past and am a Marriott rewards member). The lady stated the hotel was in full working order and she had no idea why I was cancelled. I told her the email was from Tiffany Allen (again trying to confirm what was going on) and the lady stated she had no idea who that was. I told her it said it was the front desk supervisor. The lady was confused and said all she sees is that it is cancelled. I understand the impacts of Irma but would have appreciated more than 6 days notice, as well as a phone call (what if I wouldn't have gotten the email? ). This is a beautiful hotel and I am upset I can't enjoy it on my stay. I truly hope the destruction from Irma is fixed soon so I can enjoy this hotel again on my next trip to Miami.

Vanessa at the front desk was great. She took her time, ensured we got the rooms we needed, upgrades and explained the benefits of the Concierge Lounge at the Hotel for Elite Status members. The outdoor pool is decent, there's a ping pong table nearby and the lounge is well stocked of free soft-drinks, treats, and bottled water. Beers, Wine and other spirits are available to purchase. Wifi is available in the room (free for Gold/Elite members) and is also free to everyone in the main lobby. Speeds are sufficient for Netflix. The Concierge Lounge team always makes you feel welcome, and really try to get to know you. Overall, the hotels strengths are its staff and location (easy access to shopping, South Beach, Airports, etc. ). The only drawback is that the hotel is aging, and will soon need a major renovation — — — if nothing else the rooms would benefit from a refresh.

Nice, clean hotel. Modernized common areas and rooms. Bay views are amazing, but cost extra. Parking is $29/night. The breakfast buffet ($) is amazing!

Two star rooms. Outrageous parking fees ($30-36/day. $20/ 10hrs). If you park on street, you will pay $1.75 x 19 hours (city of Miami charges from 7 am to 2 am — parking racketeering). Lower than average food. Service charge for meals (included — mandatory tipping) is 18%. Avoid South Beach and Downtown Miami. Too many road closures and road work. Traffic is much worse than LA, NYC, or Atlanta. Toll road to Miami Beach is $2 one way. Really challenging to find parking space within a 10-mile radius. Disturbing poverty. Entire families live under bridges (10 min west of downtown). Downtown hotels are not worth the money. Better experience 35 miles north. Looks like there is significant number of fake reviews for this hotel. Beware.

Very friendly staff offering fantastic service. Excellent and modern gym equipment with a breathtaking view of the marina and a great pool / pool side area and bar. Room was very comfortable and was spotless, bathroom could do with a some hooks to hang the towels. Wifi is free for Marriott rewards members and it works really well. Located in a quiet area of Miami, with a few sights nearby but not that great for walking around in the evening.

Wonderful experience! Great price, wonderful staff, perfect location, great views, good restaurant. We stayed here on Memorial Day Weekend for two nights. 10-15 minute drive from South Beach. Parking could have been better but 24 hours for the price isn't bad. It was perfect and we will be coming back again.

Room was nice, good size with a good view from our room on the 20th floor of the Bay and pool area. Illy store for coffee was nice but expensive, no breakfast included at hotel. Large outdoor area with pool, hot tub, bar, lots of chairs and other activities. There is a downtown shuttle that we have not tried. At least 2 restaurants in the hotel.

Nice restaurants. And, a very nice coffee bar in the lobby. The gym on the fifth floor has a great view of the bay. The location is just north of downtown Miami. Nice place overall.

We just got married at this Marriott! The staff was very friendly some of the time. The hotel itself seems to be out dated and needs to be renovated on the exterior and interior. The location was wonderful and the wedding was beautiful. However, using your check card for the room is not advised! There was a very high hold on my account, which resulted in OD fees on my end. Nothing was ever noted about the hold on my bank account or the per night damage deposit or the instant hold for room charges. I would recommend working with the hotel in the future, after some updates have been made to the hotel.

Very clean hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Great balcony views of Miami or ocean, your choice. Catch restaurant had great food and drinks with good service. Nice outdoor eating area with beautiful view. Room was very clean and the overall decor of the hotel is updated and modern.

The service of the hotel was excellent. However, the inside restaurant (bar grilled rest. ) had horrible customer and food service. It is too expensive for the quality of food when I did get it 2 hours later. The food wasn't tasty at all. I should've gone to the restaurant down the street as suggested by an employer of the hotel. I just didn't want to go back out of the hotel after being on a tour all day long.

I loved it! Excellent service and quality, the view is beautiful and the food is exquisite. The rooms and the layout have a lot of similarity to that of Santo Domingo. I recommend it fully!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay! From arrival to check out the staff was so accommodating. We enjoyed the location, restaurant, concierge was amazing and our room, Jr. Suite, was lovely. The view was a dream come true. Thank you and our family hopes to return soon!

One of my favorite hotels. Stayed here three times already and requested the portside view each time. It's a lovely view. It's only a bridge away from Miami Beach, the tolls no longer take cash, so it's best to get a toll tag if you're renting a car. It feels like an anticipated event each time you cross the bridge to reach Miami Beach rather than being in the center of Miami Beach.

I wouldn't recommend this Hotel to anybody who is a business traveller, internet is rubbish, I had to change rooms twice to get a decent internet connection and even though it was really regular, the staff in the restaurant are extremely rude and unfriendly, given the impression they hate working there, the Hotel itself is nicely located and convenient to travel to midtown and Brickell, but it is an overpriced Hotel for the sort of service you received. I stayed for one week and every day had a really bad experience, one day my room wasn't cleaned, I was expecting something like this happening, called reception and asked for clean bath towels at least and they took 2 hours to bring them to my room. Overall, I didn't like this Hotel and wouldn't recommend it to anybody who is travelling for business purposes.

This place has been remodeled and it looks fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and attentive.

The location is very convenient. Rooms are a good size and clean, many with a good view. Service is good. Sizeable gym. On site restaurant options limited, not great vegan or healthy options. Parking is a bit expensive.

Nice hotel. Great location near port. Mice harbor and city views. Good food, breakfast buffet. Only negative is pricey parking… but I guess that comes with the territory.

We had our wedding at the Marriott Biscayne Bay this past Oct 24th, 2015. I wouldn't wish what happened to us to any other bride. We live in Omaha, NE and our dream was to get married (ceremony) with an amazing view (the bay in this case). We decided to go with the Marriott after touring 10 different hotels, because the view was exactly what we wanted. Everything else (hotel, reception room, etc) was pretty standard to any other hotels of this category. Anyways, from the time we arrived to Miami to after we left the communication with Bertha Galindo was great, she was eager to help and of course get us to sign the contract. And after we did… communication stopped. I got transfer to a different event planner which was no different in regards with the communication process. It took her about 2 months to get me 1 picture of the linens we were going to use. We tried to keep a positive attitude and arrived to Miami one week before our wedding to get everything finalized. We went to the menu tasting (food was amazing, probably the only good thing along with the chef and catering staff). At that point they informed us that our ceremony venue (our dream venue) was not the one we agreed upon when we visited the hotel for the first time. They were extremely rude to the point that they made me cry three days before my wedding.

If any of you guys are looking for dirt cheap hotel deals I would check out HotelRaven. Com I saved a ton of money using that site. Excellent hotel and very friendly staffs… rooms were clean, they prepared and had our room ready when we reached the hotel… The bay area view was excellent… Self Parking gets full by 11:00PM, so be plan accordingly, you do have an option to do valet parking but be prepared to pay extra money for it…

I loved the hotel, very good attention, with very good facilities, the spectacular view from the 25th floor, I loved it. To come back again.

I was recently at the Marriott for the NGA Night of Champions body building competition and the venue could not have been more idyllic. The entire staff that I had the pleasure to meet was very customer oriented. I arrived before the check time was fortunate to be able to get a room. Even if I did not get a room on arrival, the front desk staff offered alternate ways for me to pass the time. After an afternoon of posing and flexing on stage it would have been simply wonderful to retire to the comfortable bed in my 14th floor suite, order room service and retire for a great night sleep, expect I would not resist the South Beach scene. I woke up the next morning to the breath taking view of the marina below and Biscayne Bay. I had to say Miami nice no rasse! I live only about two hours north on I95 but I felt like I was in paradise for a night.

We recently had our wedding reception at this Marriott. We were so pleased with the venue from the ballroom to our guest rooms. Bill Halmin, our event manager, was such a pleasure to work with. He truly went above and beyond to please us and accommodate us in any way no matter what our requests were. His professionalism and willingness to provide excellent service made us feel like true VIP guests the entire weekend. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we had the wedding of our dreams!

The view was wonderful! The people we're really nice. It was my son's birthday and they had a card, milk and cookies waiting in the room! Amazing service! Amazing hotel! Marriott's NEVER disappoints :)

Holy Cow was the security there relentless. In a matter of two hours (12-2 AM) two security guards came on 3 occasions to tell us to shut the music off in our room. Mind you we lowered it every time. Prior to that they told us to be quiet as we were walking to the room. Downstairs at the pool they told us to leave at 11:30 at night. Couldn't have open bottles at the Jacuzzi. People who live there call security to ruin it for those enjoying this hotel. Parking was $30. We were celebrating my bro's Bachelor Party and it was Memorial Day weekend. If I wanted to be policed all the time I would be in a Communist Country. Just the worst experience ever. I did go to customer service and they told us we could have hung out at the lobby. At 3 AM.

This hotel gave us the worst experience ever. After booking our trip a month in advance we were told upon arrival that our trip was mysteriously canceled. There was no notification sent via email, phone or any form of notification. They then preceeded to offer us rooms at double the price of our initial booking. Thankfully we had friends at the hilton. Never book with this hotel unless you want to be stranded in Miami or made to spend 3 times your booked price when they revoke your reservation.

I just love Marriott it is just amazing! And I will always use them when I can. Courtney at front desk was able to personally walk around from the desk to give us instructions and more. I use Marriott a lot and she saw this and without asking they were able to give the available upgrade, cold water, and a map to walk around and enjoy the area. Thanks.

I liked the attention and the panoramic view from any point of the hotel. The food was excellent! It is worth to come back.

4 star hotel? I don't think so. Looks like a rental that has been beat up from use. Flop house for the cruise lines. If you are expecting a 4 star hotel. It's not what it is. More like a 3 star if that. Serious back up on the elevators with everyone leaving at once. A mess to navigate through and I don't want to navigate the crowds when I'm not even taking a cruise. Pretty view when you sit on the dirty balcony and the beds were super comfy but 4 star hotel it is not.

Hotel is fine, clean, friendly service, all good. However the food is poor at best. Lounge food is gross. Restaurant not any better.

Everything has been great! The hospitality and staff are exceptional, especially Paris Finley.

From the moment we walked in all the staff were exceptionally helpful, had a spacious clean room with a wonderful view over the bay, weekend saw all the cruise ships moored for the start of their cruises. Very nice meal sat on the outside terrace. Well appointed bathroom with great bath and shower Only one small suggestion would love coffee making facilities in the room.

Stayed there twice and were treated great. I recommend it if wanting to spend time in miami. Be there again next yr.

Overall the experience was fair but not good. Incorrect billing to personal accounts instead of too Company as per booking instruction this combined with poor breakfast service (No host present to seat until asked waitress where to go — the requested tea and orange juice never materialized which spoilt the stay here. Room service was good prompt hot and friendly as was the telephonist — Reception inefficient when asked to pass along items left by another guest to me. Room 1619 was kept clean and tidy though the Wash hand basin tap fitting was loose and a patch in the bath that had been painted over flaked paint into the bath when used.

Excellent Hotel, Excellent time and well worth the trip. Clean and the Staff were very Nice and Professional.

I am still taken away and wish I was still at Marriott Biscayne Bay. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. I was visiting with my Fiancee for a quick mini getaway to Miami (my first time there, were from California) and as soon as we arrived Valet and the bell service are there to assist you to your check-in. We had arrived early morning from a red eye flight (Labor Day Weekend) and just wanted to shower and rest before going out to explore. Thank God I called ahead of time to make sure everything was set up as I mentioned we were coming all the way from Cali and I wanted things to be perfect. I had spoke with a young lady named Khalillah over the phone who ensured me that everything would be to my liking. When we arrived we were greeted by Barbara the front desk agent and she was perfect even though there was a slight mix up with our room she was quick to fix the situation and assured us to be in constant communication. Later that afternoon once our room was ready I actually had the pleasure of meeting Sharissa M. Who from the moment she meet me went WELL ABOVE and BEYOND. She is truley the best at what she does and making sure that my stay was everything and more then I could ever imagine. She gave us tips on local places to visit as well as eat. And She literally was just a phone call away with any issue we had which was close to none. The only problem we had was the a/c but once again Sharissa was quick to get that fixed for us.

Another nice stay! There are minor things that we didn’t love but were able to look past thanks to the staff. They were very attentive and overall pleasant. Our favorite is Ms. Marjorie. She is absolutely delightful. We looked for her when we arrived and thought maybe she got a new job but it was a nice surprise to find out she just had the weekend off. Although we like to stay in different hotels for the experiences, I think this will be our Marriott of choice when in the South Florida area.

Very nice hotel with clean, well appointed rooms. This is a full Marriott so it has a complete restaurant, pool, coffee shop, fitness facility, etc. The fitness facility was surprisingly well equipped with multiple pieces of equipment ranging from cardio to weights. The hotel is also located on the bay with some great views. One draw back is the limited parking in the self park garage. We arrived late from an evening flight and were not able to find a parking spot so we ended up having to valet our vehicle.

A week without internet.

We stayed her for one night before going on our cruise. The hotel is gorgeous inside, the staff was really friendly and respectful. I was disappointed with the lack of things included like a complimentary shuttle to/from airport or port, internet in rooms, local calls and breakfast. Most places offer a small breakfast and if not, something a bit cheaper but everything is over-priced. There isn't much going on around the hotel either so finding a restaurant isn't the easiest and considering I was travelling from another country I couldn't use my cellphone to find things around the hotel. For the rates they charge per room, they should have more things included. In the room I assumed there would be a mini fridge but there wasn't. It was so warm in the room, we complained in the middle of the night and all they did was remove the filter from the A/C and that barely did anything. The rooms were nothing spectacular, they didn't look much better then some of the 2 star hotels I've stayed in which is really surprising. I did enjoy my stay but expenses add up quickly when these things aren't included and they should put just as much of an effort into the bedrooms as they do into the lobby/common areas.
