We loved everything about this hotel! From the moment we checked in the staff was friendly, and engaging. The hotel was quiet and the suite was perfect. We stayed on property for most our visit utilizing the pool and bar. The food was great and the wait staff engaging and on point. The entire hotel was clean. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

The room was phenomenal especially since they upgraded us to an ocean view. Beautiful suite, but the minute we walked into the room, we were overwhelmed by the smell of the cleaners. We had to leave the patio door open for iget an hour to aerate the room. That being said, the staff was helpful and friendly and the location was great. The pool is a little on the small side.

I recently stayed here on vacation with my family of 6, I can’t rave enough the quality of not only the hotel but of the people who work there! From the moment we got there, the valet was attentive (always helping me in and out w my newborn baby) and our car was always brought out real quick as well. Our check in was probably one of the easiest and fastest I’ve ever had (5⭐️ just for that). We ordered room service on two occasion, and I loved that apart from the usual hotel food they had other foods to offer as well. Room was always clean by the time we got back. I’m happy to have found this gem in Miami.

I loved my suite and the staff. I was upgraded at check in because they realized I have stayed with them in the past. I highly suggest the luxury suite, it's a huge apartment with a spectacular view. The fitness center is amazing. Thank you again for everything! See you soon.

If I could give it negative stars I would. If you are reading this… DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. My boyfriend and I had the worst experience we have ever had at this hotel. The list of complients is too long. They are only looking to get your money. The price we booked online wasn't the price we actually paid when charged out. We both got horrible rashes from the sheets. There was hair & pub's in the shower. They, unauthorized, charged my boyfriend's credit card a month after we stayed there $150; have srill refused to refund him the money. If you want a recommendation, stay at the Conrad, across the street.

This place was nice, really clean. Good service. Spacious condo rooms, perfect for a family vacation, stove, refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishes & the restaurant food was good, I only gave it 4 stars because they need to invest in better towels, they were worn. The bed would have been a little more comfortable w/o the dip in the middle, but it was manageable. Just an FYI, there's a resort fee & the parking is $25 a day w/o the option of parking yourself. Only Valet.

For the price, what you get is extremely well worth it. Washer and dryer in the room, basically a full kitchen, living room, and bedroom, good sized closets, staff are super nice, and one of the best locations you could ask for, right on Brickell. $25 a day valet parking and a few pieces of the room that make you think it’s out-dated are the only reason this isn’t a 5-star review. The room as a whole is modern, clean, and comfortable. Other than that, it’s amazing. Not to mention the view from our 26th floor balcony is killer!

Very good place to stay in Brickell, has pool A very complete gym, receive shopping packages. It also works as Apart Hotel. Very friendly reception. Ye help with what is necessary. It has a nice and accessible restaurant/bar if you don't want to go out for breakfast or eat some dish. It has a garage but you have to pay it aside. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really nice and modern. We stayed in the junior suite with balcony. The room had a full kitchen with a washer and dryer. The on site restaurant had good food, reasonable pricing as well as happy hour.

Great place to stay. The room was comfortable and welcoming, the staff was great and when I go back to Miami this summer I'll be staying there. I highly recommend it.

Stayed on the top floor in a Penthouse apartment suite. Lot's of space for the family. Great views of the city. Right in the heart of the city. Parking is a premium. Valet parking is good. Has a swimming pool and gym.

Can still get to the beach easily, but you have immediate access to great restaurants and cool Miami neighborhoods. Our unit was extremely spacious, clean and updated. The service was on point! We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

What an amazing hotel. Stayed there recently while in town for work. The amenities were outstanding. Service was great. Spacious suite. Loved spending time by the pool after work. Everyone is incredibly friendly. I'll definitely stay again!

We stayed here for 2 days after a cruise. Nice outside and nice inside. Good security. The pool was nice. The Staff was rude and only one person spoke English. As far as the room go, they can use a little Maintenance, just touch ups really. The beds and pillows were not good at all. Would I stay here again? Probably not for the price.

We traveled with a large crowd. The staff showed great professionalism when checking in ~40 guests, and helped extensively to recover lost luggage when one of the travelers forgot and left it in the taxi trunk. Location is good, close to Downtown. Suites are clean, each comes with double rooms, a kitchen equipped with basic needs, and even a washing machine and a dryer. I guess this place is great for families planning an extended stay in Miami.

Very good place to stay in Miami. I stayed there for 5 nights, visiting from Curaçao. The staff is very friendly, instantly felt welcome and at home. The food is excellent. My next business trip to Miami I will definitely be staying again at Fortune House.

Excellent hotel. The apartments are very comfortable. They have everything one needs. The location is excellent, 2 blocks from the Metromover and very close to the Brickell station of the Metrorail.

Husband & I love staying in newly renovated places, so I’m glad we stayed here. Cleaning staff did a phenomenal job. Views are great. We’ll be back to celebrate New Years.

Great hotel and staff super friendly! We asked to have a room with a nice view as part of an anniversary and they were awesome at that level! Breakfast and meals downstairs very nice.

This is my third visit, I love they continue to improve the look and feel. The staff is very welcoming, everyone went out of their way to make my wife and kids feel at home! This is our go to place every time we visit Miami.

Great service from everyone, especially Elizabeth and Nick. The room was spotless, had lots of space, and totally comfortable. Great service by the valet team who gave us great restaurant suggestion during our stay. Good gym with lots of equipment. Even though there was some remodelling going on and our room was near the elevator, it was quiet. Will definitely return.

Five stars for value. Terrific location set right between the Conrad and Four Seasons. Large, well kept and well furnished apartments with kitchen and fridge freezer. Nice pool and gym. Decent bar and restaurant on site. This is not a five star hotel. No bling… but a very comfortable hotel being formed from an older style apartment block. Plenty of improvement works being undertaken whilst there. The 2 bedroom units are great for a family vacation. Shopping, restaurants, supermarkets etc all nearby. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. No hesitation in staying again.

We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom condo — everything was clean and the staff was great, very helpful and accommodating. The location has a ton of good restaurants and a big shopping mall. The hotel had a nice heated pool, a restaurant with yummy food, and a nice gym. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay! This is a great hotel. I was traveling from Slovakia and found the best place. 2 weeks in a beautiful luxury apartment. I had everything I needed. Full kitchen and laundry in my apartment. Much better than any hotel. I will be back in the summer of 2018. Thank you to all the friendly staff. Love Miami.

Very nice hotel. Great place for extended stays. I was there for 4 days and enjoyed it a lot. I am from Slovakia and was traveling in the US and was in 5 cities. Miami and this hotel were by far the nicest. I loved Miami and did not want to leave. Unfortunately I had to go. I will be back and stay at the Fortune House Hotel.

My eyes are bigger then my stomach most times, especially when our hotel is in easy walking distance to an incredible Cuban restaurant, so I always have leftovers that I can heat up the next day. Spacious gym, scenic pool, it had everything I needed. Will def be back!

Great Staff Location that combines the comfort of an apartment (brand new and equipped with every comfort from the washer dryer to the dishwasher) ) to the fact of having the reception the restaurant and even the monitored parking 24h!
All at a great price and in a very central and elegant location.
Recommended!

View from my friend's suite was nice but I forgot my swimsuit in the room and have called four times to see if they found it. Every time they tell me they'll give me a call back and I still haven't heard anything. This has been going on for two months. I know it's just a swimsuit but their lack of willingness to help is unacceptable.

Excellent location, all the personal is very attentive and helpful, the rooms with view to the Bay are very good option.

Originally our first suite was descent up until the restroom gave us issues. Not going to get into details… but I liked the fact that immediately the gave us a different suite and upgraded as well. Which was WAY better. Neat, clean, and modern. Had everything we needed. A lot better than staying in just an hotel because you have the flexibility of cooking meals in the apartment. I would consider coming back when in miami. Location isn't bad either. Very centered.

Terrible hotel and terrible people! I still get goose bumps when I think of my experience there. The rooms are "slightly clean", and there were dead cockroaches in the closet and the sheets were smelling when I first entered my room. Plus, somebody stole external parts of my car from their "SECURED" parking lot. They didn't just ignored their responsibilities, but they were rude and not willing to help me at all when I asked for some help. I was told that the camera's weren't recording on that particular day that I suffered stolen pieces. Probably it's because it is someone working there who's the thief. can't trust people working here, be aware that all they want is to get your money and they don't care about your comfort or happiness at all. It would be a total waste of your money to stay here if you want to have nice time in miami.

The building and the room are very nice. The staff valet parking, we're too busy to acknowledge I pulled up, it's not like I had a non luxury car, so I was thinking we'll I guess this is the service you get when your not in a super car, the staff was too busy with the chit-chat amungst each other, no more then five feet from the car. I then got out the car and made it about two steps from the door with my daughter, then the valet decided to finally ask me if I was checking in. Smh. So now, I make it to the check in desk. The attended staff there seemed irritated; Immediately asking for last name with no greeting, it didn't feel welcoming. I have received more of a welcoming greeting at MVA/DMV by the attendant then the check in staff here. I only asked two questions short and direct. The last question answered by the check in staff seemed sarcastic, brash, and snobbish. The question was about valet parking and I just wanted to clarify if I would receive a ticket from the front desk as some hotels provide as I taught I was told by the valet that I would receive it at the desk. The question was answered in the manner as if I was an idiot, by saying the valet will give it to you in the manner I expressed above. If you like good customer services, this isnt your place to say. Nice accomodations, the staff is a little "slow" and we had problems with two deliverys. The vallet parking is 20 bucks a day, a total rip-off.

It's an awesome hotel, very cleaning and people here are very friendly. It's a little expensive but it worths.

Booked for three people, but one person ended up on lumpy dirty couch. There was limited customer service and limited amenities. Like a do it yourself hotel. Better workout before you get there so that you can haul your own luggage around. (No bell hop) (no one bringing you extra towels or blankets. ) The room didn't feel clean, the bathroom was 2 star. I couldn't take a shower… One towel, 3 guest … So I went with out. I go to Miami twice a month and have stayed at a lot of great places, but this stay was a real let down. You win some, you lose some, this one was a loss. It would be likable if the room felt clean and if there are two people or less in your group.

I was in the year 2011 on two occasions. The care was excellent. The staff is very attentive to the needs of guests. We had a problem with the room but it was fixed instantly. The rooms are very comfortable and fully equipped. My family and I so enjoyed a lot. I highly recommend it.
