Very clean hotel and rooms smell great with awesome kitchen and beds. Very relaxing environment and great amentities. Specially the front desk assistant a Mrs. Nora I believe was her name, she was super friendly and with her warm welcoming she made you feel at home.

Excellent services provided by Nora at front desk. Would recommend and come back again for future trips.

Stayed here while studying for medical boards, perfect environment! Great place to study, but also located on/near miracle mile! (Also close to Miami U for alternate study spots! ) Great service from Nora and Ian!

An amazing hotel which offers a great view of beaches from the balcony. The staff went out of their way to make me feel like home. Gained warm and welcoming experience with excellent cleanliness, solid service, furnishings, and fittings. Highly recommended and there were no complaints.

Hotel is clean, safe and in a great location. The hotel staff is friendly, makes me feel so warmed and loved. I wanted to thank the manager Lissette for helping me out during my stay, she is extremely nice. Always made sure I had everything I needed on those days.

This hotel is close to the major and touristic sights of the city of Coral Gables. The staff is very friendly and Chabely to the front desk.

Rooms are big, clean and bright. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Parking surcharge is worth it given your choices in the neighborhood. I had no complaints about this hotel.

This Extended Stay America is the best of all the Extended Stay hotels I have stayed thus far. This Coral Gables location is the best. The staff is amazing and attentive to details! Great location and awesome restaurants within the vicinity. I would like to take this time to thank the District Manager Mr. Joel Deveaux, Sales Manager Mrs. Laida P. Garay, General Manager Lisette Rosario, and staff.

Breakfast is coffee and cookie, overpriced and the Wi-Fi is the worst Wi-Fi I've ever had.

At the time of review it was a Thursday night and for the price of around 300 it was definitely lacking. It was pretty clean but an odd smell in the halls and room. Personally would not stay there again but work paid for it.

Worst internet, mediocre rooms. Staff was attentive, English is a second language. Shower is substandard for a hotel.

Wi-Fi was really slow, I feel they made it that way in order for you to pay for the stronger one. The room they offer is really good and a good price, nice place.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The location is in the heart of Miami. 10 minutes away from the Miami International Airport, walking distance from restaurants, bars, boutiques, and grocery stores. The atmosphere is clean, accommodating, and relaxing. The rooms are well kept, spacious, with all amneties, they allow pets, my room didn't have odor, and bathrooms were well maintained. Breakfast was small but fresh coffee was provided. Very easy to make a reservation and the front desk is always available. There is overnight parking available for a fee. I can't wait to book my next stay with Extended Stay America! Only con would be the slow Wi-Fi that corporate has apparently changed. I spoke to the manager of the location since I paid for the Wi-Fi upgrade & explained that they are contacting corporate about the issues. I travel a lot so having a stable internet connection is key.

Great staff! Hotel is clean, my room was clean and they updated there t. V. When I was there. Great channel selection. The manager and staff are super cool and nice people they make you feel welcoming. The location is great its near restaurants, bars and shopping mall. Breakfast is not the best just coffee and bars but they do have a mini kitchen in the rooms. If you come to Miami this hotel is a nice and affordable place to stay.

Find another place to stay. Seriously, I've been to better places for under $50 a night and this place is 3 times as much. I could care less about the location after seeing his piss poor it's managed.

The day staff is friendly but the hotel sucks, my husband and I always stay here because it is convenient to stores and his appointments, we arrived Wednesday from Mexico my husband can barely walk, we recived a call from the front that we had to check out Monday due to overbooking, and that they are already overbooked and will have to send guests to other hotels, I called corporate office and asked why can’t you transfer some one young who can walk to another extended stay, and the response was it is against there policy but it is not against their policy to ask clients who are senior citizens and disabled and who are paying full price unlike their other guests, the rooms smell we had to buy air fresheners, my girlfriends car was stolen Sunday night from the parking lot and the gentleman who was on duty told the police this is not the first time and Extended Stay is not responsible what kind of a corporate hotel is this.

Worse hotel, dirty, smells bad, lazy staff. The rooms smell awful, toilet had a leak to the floor. But what I couldn't stand was the bad odors every where.

Stayed here out of necessity after our flight was canceled. I was disappointed. Lower quality than most Extended Stays I've been to. The exterior (especially at night) looked questionable and and unsafe. The smell as you enter was horrible. Beginning the moment I walked in all the way up to my room was just stale and gross; basically that "bad hotel" smell so I was already put off. It wasn't filthy but it definitely wasn't clean. They also had no basic toiletries beyond shampoo. If I had any other choice I would not have stayed here but due to a late night flight cancelation and multiple hotels being booked we were stuck and desperate. Expect no amenities and "breakfast" is a joke. Do not stay here if you have another option. It just felt old and dirty, I'm itching as I type and couldn't sleep because it just felt like it wasn't clean. Other than meeting my basic need of a place to stay I feel like I did not remotely get my money's worth.

Badly needs a refurbishment. Cozy and nice, it used to be. Now rooms have a bad odor. Otherwise very nice to stay in at Coral Gables. Easy access to most areas.

The decor of the place was fantastic with tasteful furnishing and eye catching interiors! My only complaint is there is no free parking but it also has to do with the location as there is not enough open space for parking. The hospitality staff was great — I was not getting hot water in the shower and the maintenance person was very prompt. They have a game room which is a nice cozy place to hang out. The pool side area is quaint and after sunset the dim lights add to the beauty.

The hotel looks the bussiness and is in a good location (close to restaurants) But the staff are not very helpful, some of them do not speak English very well. Our room was beautiful but the outside noise is deafening, from the road and from other guests. So I assume the walls are thin and the windows are defiantly only singled glazed. We also found that the room was not very well equipped when we arrived. We only had 1 robe (even tho we had 2 quests staying), there was no welcome pack so we had to call down to the desk to ask simple things like — what time is breakfast? What time is the gym and pool open? Over all I would not call this a 4 star hotel, we have 4 nights booked here as my partner is working in the area. This is only day 2 and I would like to go home already.

I work around the area. Hotel security always around. Great area to lounge at. Awesome stairway. Awesome views within inside.

Nice, clean social areas. Staff is courteous and bilingual. Needs more security for wedding crashers, too many of them running around. Otherwise, great place.

Is a good location hotel near stores and restaurants. The breakfast is not lot options. The rooms with kitchens are ok. They don't have wheelchair in case if need for guests with surgery or other problems. The hotel is indicated from Cg Cosmetic Center but they don't have nothing to support a guest with surgery. The front desk Nora is a amazing person and the shuttle driver Rafael is so helpful. Nice guy, did a great job helping me after my surgery.

Our room was dirty and had weird goo all over the surfaces. There was hair in the "new" towels and pubes around the sink. I'm pretty sure the room was never cleaned before we came into it. Disgusting! The front desk girl was super nice though! She personally came up and cleaned the room for us. Give her a pay raise, or someone else hire her!

It was filthy! An oil substance was all over the nightstand, hair on the towels, something dripping down the tub and toilet. I took pictures of the filth. Absolutely the most dirty room we've stayed in. I am possitive it was not cleaned. We have a 5 night stay and they said we would have no cleaning service during our stay.

No mention of paying $15 per night for parking before booking a room. Room service is done once a week. I'll never book a room with Extended Stay again. Bad business!

When I booked the room I ask was there any additional fees before I came here they told me the only thing I would have to pay is my room. I drove from Alabama approximately 11 hours to get here. Once I check in they hit me with a 15 $ plus tax parking fee per night! They came up to another 115 $ dollars that I did not have. So I had scrap up 115 from family members to pay for the parking fee. Also they inform me if I book another day the parking fee would go down to 10$, so I did but the parking fee was only for the extra day I booked. (what a rip off). Have to pay for house keeping. Never would think anyone have to pay for house keeping! Also no one could talk clear ENGLISH. How you guys run a business and can not talk proper English. The front desk had a bad attitude, the manger has a bad attitude! We had to ask for pots and pans to cook on. That should have already been in the room. We basically have to ask for everything. We had to ask for clean towels. Oh and I can not for get this. Since I book another day, my original day was the 1/1/16 to check out but I bought another day. So both my keys was deactivated on the 1/1/16 verse the 1/2/16 TWICE! I had to go get them back active TWICE! I would not recommend anyone to stay here! It's HORRIBLE, the front desk is horrible and the customer service is horrible, the house keeping is horrible! The beds are horrible : just spend your money else where!

Great presentation, clean bed and towels. The television kept flashing colours, as if the screen was messed up. Wifi was great, however the doors slammed really loud and this location is difficult to find on the street. Parking was not easy. Muffins were great.

The room seemed clean but there was the constant smell of cigarette smoke pouring out of my exhaust vent in the bathroom. It took me a while to locate where the smell was coming from but the room reeked of it and I'm assuming others did as well since I couldn't be the only room connected to it. I bought a can of air freshener and it only worked for about 20 min then I would have to respray to stop the smell. The towels in the bathroom were like drying yourself with sandpaper.

The worst I had in my life. Reached there early morning and no one was there at reception. There was note that they will be back in 5 mins but I wait for more than 30-40 mins but no one came. Called the helpline number too and it also did no good.

179.00 first night then 225.00 a night for the next two nights. The 179.00 was a weekend night the 225.00 for two weekdays plus 5.00 a day parking. No house keeping. Congested area no GOOD shopping unless you want to walk a while. Trying to get into the parkinglot was a nightmare. For the price there should have been FREE parking and a housekeeper! Highway Robbery. I will not stay again.

This Extended Stay is definitely of the no-frills variety, but that is why you get a room 1/2 a block from Miracle Mile for less than $100. Staff not overly outgoing, but they are probably being paid minimum wage. They provided the help I needed when I needed it (and because I asked nicely and did not have an attitude toward them). People who reviewed negatively about the neighborhood and the available restaurants obviously did not know the area or feel like exploring. A 1/2 block walk westward puts you on Miracle Mile, a wonderful walking street filled with shops and restaurants (of the non-fast food variety), although more nearby are Dennys and Pollo Tropical (kind of fast food Cuban food) if you are in a hurry. I stayed here for a full month when I was relocated by my employer. It served me well.
