Helped me understand processes and procedures. Explained options and tried to make sure I was ok during my stay. I would always recommend this location with Harvey. A bit pricey. But large and very clean room and public areas.

The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is great, staff is polite, this is one of the best places to dine, if you don't believe me try it and then tell me I was right.

They held our luggage u til a room was ready which was before check in. Great shuttle to and from airport. Housekeeping had attention to detail. I would recommend ordering breakfast off the menu not the buffett. Lunch n dinner menu and food was great. Bar tender was wonderful. Customer service was wonderful.

So far so good the lady at reception was really nice and helpful we had lunch in champions bar and grill which was delicious we only staying one night.

The front desk staff is amazing. I was unable to get my luggage at the airport and asked for a toothbrush and maybe a comb. Boy did these ladies come through with the hookup! They made sure I had what I needed to be comfortable. The bartender also was kind enough to stay open just a tiny bit longer for me. Such service! The shuttle driver even gave me water and carried my work bag into the hotel. Incredible! Thank you!

Had a great stay after a long travel day. The on site restaurant had great food and super service. The rooms were also clean and the bed was really comfortable. The shuttle service from the airport and then the bus service to the port for our cruise was also nice. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

Top notch hotel, not only for location but for ambience and quality all around. The winner are the private nooks where you can wait for free airport shuttle — charge your phone and watch TV. Stay here!

The hotel is currently under Renovations, so some parts are clearly unfinished. However, the newly remodeled rooms are quite lovely, the grounds are nice, and the lobby is very elegant. Be careful, because parking at this hotel is actually quite expensive! They charge you every time you leave… it's $23 for more than 4 hours.

Was under my construction during my stay and had no idea prior to booking. Extremely loud during the day, but good at night. The service was very helpful and polite. The lobby also smelled very strongly of cleaning solution (more than necessary) I was happy it was clean, but I left with a migraine because of it. Otherwise, happy with my Marriott stay.

Front desk help was excellent. They accommodated my early arrival. Good Job Esther. Room was good. Last housekeeper did not clean behind bathroom door. I could it peculiar that the champions club was closed at lunch… But Miami is different. To the management, generally tile good, carpet icky. Replace all carpet with tile.

Beautiful place to stay. The outdoor area was great to hang out in at night. The fitness center was amazing compared to normal hotel fitness centers! Staff was nice, rooms were clean and nice, no complaints and would definitely return! Just wish they had a free Continental breakfast.

I got in late at night but was warmly greeted by Caroline who knew I had a long day and managed to expedite the process. The entire staff I had interaction with was friendly and courteous. The food was delicious and the ambiance to perfection. I made a wonderful choice in staying at the Courtyard Marriott Miami Airport and I will definitely do it again. Thanks guys! Courteous attention. Great rooms and facilities. Ideal for business and pleasure as well. Centrally located. The only problem is with parking. If you have visitors it could be really expensive.

Very courteous staff and clean well-appointed rooms that are amazingly quiet for being next to an airport. The beds and showers here are great! An excellent stop going to or coming from MIA.

I came to this hotel when I was attending a conference in this location. I had nice time staying here. The staff were awesome and all the services were great. Keep it up guys! I highly recommend.

Nice place with friendly staff. Our room was clean. We are at Champions sports bar. The food was good. Our room was on the side that faced the airport. At night we could hear the planes taking off.

Nice hotel, it's in. A set of Marriott hotels close to the airport.
He chose it because he had parking included, but unfortunately it was a lie (29 dollars per day) a little expensive to average.
The hotel is quite full.
They gave Me a large room.
It has a fun restaurant with theme sports, a very good pool and gym.

Aggravated. Livid. Enraged. Exhausted. Unsatisfied. Let me tell you a story about the Courtyard Marriott near the Miami airport. We expected Miami to be vibrant, full of life, and welcoming, yet we received none of the above. The hospitality… well there isn't much of that. Our rooms were said to be ready by 2:15, but here we are at 5:00pm… sitting in the lobby surrounded by 19 bags. Aggravated. Livid. Enraged. Exhausted. And highly unsatisfied. Thanks for nothing. And no Starbucks. Wow. Just wow.

This is part of what I could best describe as a Marriott "village". Many Marriott properties share amenities such as the pool, fitness center and bar (s). Not a bad deal if you stay at the lower priced properties but I'd be a little disappointed if I paid to stay at a full service Marriott and was sharing things you expect to be at a different level than a courtyard.

Nice hotel. Close to the airport and a few minutes from the dolphin Mall. Very comfortable.

Front desk staff was amazing. Lia was so helpful and attentive to our needs. Restaurant service was a tad bit slow, and received a rum and coke when I ordered a Malibu pineapple. Hotel side top notch.

Great staff and wonderful service. First time guest and will be going back for sure. Front office team was very courteous and friendly. Champions restaurant was great and convenient with a variety of foods on the menu. Key lime pie is to die for.

All the people at the front desk were terrific! Very helpful. We were disappointed when we arrived in the evening that the restaurant was closing early and wouldn't serve us. The front desk gave us a couple of free snacks and a bottle of water to get us through the night to make up for it. We had dinner there the next night and the food was delicious, the serving sizes large. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room was really clean. The housekeeper knocked and entered the room before we could get up from the couch and answer the door even though we had a do not disturb sign out.

Hotel staff very welcoming and room warm and inviting. Had short shopping break on way back from visit to Egypt. Would recommend highly and will definitely be back!

I stay at this hotel often and I have to say the bartender Dave in champions is the best! He’s extremely professional and a makes my experience great! I can tell Dave likes his job because he takes ownership over the bar when he works. I’ll continue to stay here because of Dave’s amazing customer service.

Very clean, and pleasant staff. I thought it would be noisy so close to the airport, but wasn't bad indoors. Getting in and out during rush hour can be tough, but you're right next to the highway and airport. This in a hotel park so the parking lot is huge and crowded. Remember where you park. I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Miami.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel room was kept fresh and clean. Their premises were secure as the hotels were gated. They have a sports bar and grill inside that serves delicious food at reasonable prices. We would definitely recommend it to others and stay here again!

All was great with the exception of service in the dining area, out of 3 days 1 person was pleasant offering great service, 1st day I asked for ice water 4 times, never got it & ended up getting up, going to another waitress to get it. The 2nd day, meal & gratuity paid by my company, all I received was a question, do you have a meal voucher, not Good Morning, how are you… she knew I had a voucher as it was laying on the table in plain sight! The dining room personnel really needs to be trained in regards to how they treat people with Company paid vouchers! Though my meal cost me nothing the one person that actually offered great service with a smile got a $5.00 tip and I ate off of the Breakfast Bar! She approached my table several times, offering coffee refills… ext.! SHE SHOULD BE COMMENDED AND HER NAME IS HANNA MURRAY! This Company needs to have Hanna train others, she is very impressive!

Clean and spacious single room shared with my mom. Huge bed and warm blankets. Was worried about being too close to the airport and sound in the middle of the night but not a problem. HOT shower was amazing! Great desk space available with comfortable chair. Sofa with pullout bed also in the room. Lots of storage space for those wanting to stay longer. Mini coffee maker available with some coffee. No fridge : (

We enjoyed our one night stay before our cruise on the 4 march, we had thought we were staying at the Marriott airport hotel that's adjoined, we had stayed there in 2015 before a cruise. Both hotels were lovely. We had a great holiday that was spoilt when we finished our cruise, by a 3 night stay in the Marriott courtyard hotel Miami Beach. The standard of this hotel wasn't what we expected and would advise anyone thinking of staying there to look elsewhere. It's nothing like the standard of any Marriott I've stayed in before. I could write a list of complaints but trip advisor comments sum it up. It's facing a strip club and looks like a doss house, the bedroom walls are paper thin, so the drunken parties in corridors every night are not conducive to sleep. On an up side the staff were nice, the rooms clean the beds very comfy, it's all in need of an up date. I will now think twice before booking a Marriott again.

Our 3 nights was worth every penny. Nice view friendly staff… I love everything about this hotel… Its not far from the Fort Lauderdale Airport, also its not far from the beach in Miami an shopping stores… The room was very nice an smells good. I will definitely go back to the Courryard Marriott on my next visit…

I am currently on bed rest but as soon as I am able I plan on calling and discussing this situation with the manager. My ENTIRE experience there was not too bad. Its just one horrible situation that happened really upset me. I had to come to miami for a surgery and stay there. I absolutely love Marroitt and always stay with them when I travel. When I arrived they checked me in early and put me in a room that was a king although I requested double bed. Not a problem I called down and the guy at the desk who was really good checked us in another room. That is my only reason for the poor rating verse the terrible. Another time my keys stop working and instead of my mother who they saw with me the whole time get this fixed without me or even to allow me to call down to give her permission to fix the keys. But instead I had to come down from the 6 floor to get them fixed. I had to lay over the corner just to speak with her but still no apology or wheelchair to take me back up… nothing. Upon leaving after 4 nights I requested a wheel chair twice the night before and no one came. The next morning I called once again and now no answer. I had no choice but to walk down with luggage from the 6th floor. I was so light headed I could barely speak to the guy at the desk. He said nothing but do you still need it as he sat looking at me. I turned to go sit before passing out and someone in the lobby helped me to my seat.

There needs to be an option to give this hotel 0 or less stars. I recently stayed here for 7 nights. I was charged over 4000 dollars. My bill was only 1820 dollars. Now that my bank account is so far in the negative, I know have to wait weeks for the hotel to fix their error. Up until this last visit, I have only ever stayed at the Marriott, Now they have lost my whole family as clients. What a damn shame that they are such liars and chiefs.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, if you have heavy luggage the rugs on the floors make wheeling your suitcases very difficult. Also maybe next time they will have fork for my salad, do you know how difficult it is to eat a sald with a SPOON! LOL.

For $80 in mandatory parking fees for four nights this establishment lost potentially months of revenue. Guess what? I am *still* in Miami but staying somewhere else… and one thing is certain, it's not this Marriott property. Moreover, I encourage my staff to stay far, far away. So, for what it's worth I offer YOU, dear anonymous reader, the same advice. Stay away. Be kind to your hotel staff, wherever you stay, but never accept paying someone to lie to you. I was told I would get a call back about fixing my parking bill (charged for nights my car was parked ELSEWHERE) and never got it. Twice. Supremely disappointing and just plain unnecessary. There are so many options near MIA; please don't bother. Not worth the cost and disrespect, trust me.

We stayed one night but everything was great. Staff were nice and helpful. The hotel room is clean and spacious. The hotel is on a campus with 3 other hotels and 2 have nice restaurants. We tried Cane grill (Miami Airport Marriott) and everything was delicious. They gave nice portion sizes to where I could not finish my entree. Overall the hotel is wonderful and I would definitely recommend it to others. I will be coming back here when I visit Miami again.

I had a bad day coming from lincoln Ne with delta left from 4:00am with my family and a 4 year son. Delta had a delay and we boarded till 14:00 and arrived in atlanta 17:00. We were suppose to connect immediatly to miami but had a delay again and had to board 19:00 and arrived in miami around 21:23. I went to pick up my rental car which I was suppose to pickup at 13:00 I got it finaly around 23:00 came to the hotel which I had prepaid everything in front for 2 beds including breakfast etc. I couldn't get the room with the 2 beds or they wanted to charge me an extra $27 per Day and without the breakfast which was also specifically asked for during the reservation. All these after such a long day and with my small boy became to much and they didn't even try to accomodate me and my family better while knowing the whole story but they seamed to be full and was not interested to do it better then this.

I dont normally write reviews but my experience here was so amazing I had to write one. The view out of my hotel room was beautiful and I often found myself looking out the window to look at the planes fly by. The food at the sports bar was delicious and the staff were very kind. The pool was nice and I like how there is towels available near the pool. There is also a shop in the hallway to the left of the elevator. My room was amazing, I have no complaints, and I enjoyed every second of my stay at this hotel and If I ever come back to Miami you can guarantee that I'll be staying here.

Old looking, need renovation for the price. Im an elite member of marriot and they couldn't find me an acceptable room that I reserved. The rooms smell musty and old. They stick HEPA purifiers and select rooms, but charge u extra for staying in those rooms. It takes 4ever to check in. And their old ice machines sound like approaching trains. I def dont recommend and wont be back, EVER.

I Paid 17 dollars parking fee but all four wheels and tires were stolen in one night. And it seems like I should take full responsibility of that. Terrible service. Never come back again.

Will avoid staying here as much as I can. Had a few packages delivered at their premises and it took them half a day to register the package and another 30 minutes to get it to you. On top of that they lost one of my packages which I had a delivery confirmation and signature by them. Front desk staff is extremely unhelpful.

I was working night shifts at the local hospital and my check out time is at 12pm for Tuesday, however I will be sleeping so I went down to ask if I needed to book another night so that I could get the proper amount of sleep or if checking out later was ok. They completely understood the situation and allowed me to not check out till I was leaving to go to work on my last day. The staff is very friendly and helpful! This is why I love Marriotts.

So not worth it. Nickle and dime you on everything. Parking $17 a day, phone calls 85 cents a minute, high quality internet $5 a day, you pay for breakfast, allergy free rooms are an extra $20, and the rooms don't come with microwaves or mini-refrigerators. They do have a snack bar where you can buy candy bars for $3. The restaurant is expensive but not too bad for Miami. If someone comes to visit they have to pay the hourly rate for parking. Hallways are always noisy. View is of the highway or other hotels. Internet went out as well as the cable when it rained. On the upside the rooms are nice, TV has HBO, and the cleaning staff and front desk staff are great. They really are very helpful and keep in mind they don't make the rules. My business payed for me to stay here for a few days because of the location. I've stayed in this area before and the other hotels are so much better. Although I wish the staff the best, I won't be returning if I can avoid it.

Very good hotel, at the moment I'm there and I can say that the facilities are magnificent and attention when I check-in was excellent. Certainly when you return to Miami I reserve here. I can't complain and so I paid this terrific.

The front desk is a nice area, Starbucks on the right and the bar and grill on the left as you enter. The staff was very polite. The room that I am in was ok for the business trip that I was on but would not recommend this ever to someone that was looking for a good get away. What bugged is the loud hallway late into the night traffic. Getting calls on the room phone from someone that hangs up right after I started to get asleep. Bathroom tub drain not working to hold water. Uncomfortable bed, stuffy room. Second day no new towel in the bathroom. Hallway full of trash after I came back from work in the evening to hear yet again a loud hallway most of the evening. Paying for the parking unexpectedly, guess that part fits the Miami way of life. But the TV was nice. Would I stay here again, no.
