Worst experience ever. Fleas everywhere, expensive 4 the service, awful breakfast. The lost 2 packages the day I was returning to Argentina and nobody gave me an answer. Definitively will never return.

Regular place. Clean rooms, service is ok.

When I stayed there there was always a fresh smell of good weed there.

The bathroom was dirty, and when I tried to shower, I almost slipped like 7 times. The beds were comfortable, and the box TV was ultra HD quality. Has Wi-Fi, and the account was good.

Majority of employees are nice, however there are roaches in the rooms on the second floor. Breakfast is horrible. Cereal, donuts, bagels, are stale and old. Juices are watered down. Same stale old breakfast everyday. There's this employe thats is very unprofessional. He is very fat and wears glasses.

Good rooms neat and clean but is not for someone looking for high class.

This hotel is amazing! I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Seattle. Its in a great location! Its small, which makes it so homey! The rooftop balcony had wonderful views. We were able to walk to many restaurant's and bars. We even walked to the stadium and back.

Pros: 1. Friendly owners and staff. 2. Good location. Easy to find. Cons: 1. The place is starting to look dirty and old/run down. It needs a thorough cleaning, a fresh coat of paint, and flat screen TVs in the rooms. 2. The "Free Breakfast" consists of oatmeal cream pies, Fruit Loops cereal, and the cheapest coffee they could find. No fruit. No bread of any kind. 3. It's overpriced based on the overall experience. The bottom line is that you can have a better experience at another Inn/Motel just up the street for less money.

Clconsidering the central location it's really not a bad deal for the price. It was clean and the owner was very helpful.

It is very good, although just to get to sleep or to the swimming pool. The page said that there would be microwave in the room and did not, and the very basic breakfast. Very good rest. I recommend it if you will come out much.

Great customer service and bubbly on check-in! The bathroom is pretty neat with a privacy blind as needed. The water coming out of the ceiling to fill the tub is cool but not practical. Not that I didn't try it out though. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. The gym is tiny but effective. There is also a virtual golf room! Valet parking will cost you your first born, but that's the same for every other hotel in the area. I would love to stay there again.

My life staying there was horrible as soon as I opened the door and turned on the lights I jumped in my boyfriend's arms and screamed and called roomserves and they were being real rude and then when they lift they slamed the door I got in the sower and it didn't work successfully there was a store down the street an got some water and a buket an some bleach and toke a shower and when finished boyfriend got bit by something he looked and it was bed bugs he was inchy for day worst time of my life.

Good location, good service. You only need a little more maintenance in the rooms.

I was four nights, my experience was very good. I have that highlight a very constructive part of responsible for the hotel Lady action, then leave the hotel and once while in the airport I have that I had left my money in the room, I communicated by phone, I was in a taxi and I waited with my envelope with all the money inside. I really have to thank this gesture of seriousness and responsibility. Wi-Fi works perfectly in all spaces, parking is very convenient and the rooms also. Recommended.

I spent 4 days with my family and the stay was very pleasant, I had problem of insects or bugs as other reviews say, the Lord who works at night very attentive friendly staff too bad I didn't do my checkout to thank him. The only breakfast coffee, bread and cereal, there are no tables but they let you take the breakfast to your room, Wi-Fi, parking and pool. In general very good very central location 10 minutes from the beach, 10 min, south of America Air Lines Stadium, and many places to eat. Even that it is along the Avenue, not hear until the room definitely return on my next visit to Miami.

Don't waiste your time even looking at it. I walked in the room the first thing I seen was kakroach I walked right out. The staff was very nasty.

We went with my sister… We love more than anything by the people who work there, helped us in everything and we feel very comfortable… the I will not be the continental breakfast but you can take and serve you with how many times you want, make some puddings do not stop eating… for us was 10 points. Highly recommended…

I was a little wary about this place at the beginning. After hearing some bad reviews. But it ended up being a very nice clean motel for the price ($111 after tax). The attendant was courteous and explained in detail how to connect to the internet, which by the way its pretty fast for a hotel, 16mps. Location its great. 1 block from the bay, Mac Donald's, Wendi's, tropical pollo, dunkin donuts, gas w/ liquor. All across the street. Free break fast from 7am to 9am on the lobby. The only downfall is its parking lot, too small, if you get there late the place gets packed and all the spots may be taken. Also the bathtub drained very slow. Good luck.

Great hotel for stand by.

The rooms were clean however roaches were present in the hotel and in my room. In a decent location for traveling to south beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Management there is friendly however there were too many restriction. Breakfast hours are ridiculously early from 7-9 am and very basic. It's an okay spot to crash but not to have a good time.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed it! The water faucet broke while I was taking a shower, it was one of the worst nights in my life, the rooms are noisy, because the hotel is right next to a busy street, the carpets are dirty and the room had a very distinct moldy smell. Do not stay at this hotel, you will regret it.

We recommend this hotel for its location. The rooms are normal, free parking, Wi-Fi in all facilities, breakfast must be improved since they placed no proteins and no place where to sit to eat. However to have 4 days this time. The service is good and friendly. 3 ★ is because that really deserves. Best regards.

It is in a good location to reach all sides place.

I just needed a place for a couple of days. The location is very good. Free parking and Wi-Fi. Breakfast from 7 to 9 am. Not so good. The fridge AND the microwave oven were a definite plus. My room was at the back but I didn't mind. A Porsche Panamera was at the parking lot. I mean this hotel isn't bad at all for the price.

I host a week in October 2007 and seemed like a good place. Pros: good service, clean, internet free, good price and excellent location. Cons: loud noise at dawn by the use of dispensers of ice some guests who were construction workers and enough birds.
