Wonderful hotel. Can't say enough about it. All around great place.

Service was awful, I love the Biltmore BUT this time Lucknow trained staff subpar food, dusty rooms towels looked very dingy and old, No Thank you for that price… I was told General Manager is only available by appointment…
WTF, what happened to standards and prestigious service? I don't mind paying a premium but not for what I experienced…

Great location, great food and golf.

I went to La Fontana for lunch. Food was delicious! Néstor provided great service and made great recommendations on meal choices! The music was beautiful! Loved it!

We went for dinner at Fontana’s. The food and atmosphere was wonderful. They have a pool used years ago as a rehab area. Large gym and fabulous golf course.

Staff stood out at this property. Marshall in the side lower lobby bar next to fontana was probably one of the most welcoming bartenders I have met in my travels! He knew many guest and their preferences which always makes a guest feel valued. You should model all your employees after him.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere, the waitress and chef were super nice and kind. Food was delicious! Gracie, a tutti molto bene! — with Silvia Botifoll-Arguelles.

Great place service is fantastic they help you with everything you need, I would definitely stay there again.

The Biltmore Hotel & Spa is beautiful, quiet, very relaxing place, awesome pool and golf club, delicious food and amazing restaurants. The most important is the service. Friendly staff and 5 stars standard.

Nice and easy. Very friendly staff, lunch at Fontana’s was delicious, golf was fun and had terrific scenery though not in terrific shape at the moment, did not disappoint. Parking is a breeze.

One of the worst travel experiences I’ve endured in a VERY long time! Apparently the staff here have not received the memo or been notified that they are in the hospitality business and should, by definition, be hospitable with their guests. They’d also do well to remember that without guests they are out of work.

This is our second visit to the Biltmore and the first since the refit. They have kept the best features of the main hotel and upgraded the bedrooms which sorely needed it. The bedrooms are lovely now with comfortable beds and a huge tv. The bathrooms are lovely but a missed opportunity to put in a walk in shower instead of a bath tub. A shower curtain instead of a screen was disappointing and the lack of a night light in the bathroom equally disappointing. Nevertheless it’s a wonderful hotel and also has the largest pool in the US. Recommended.

I have been to this hotel many times and absolutely love the old style beauty and charm. Located in the heart of Coral Gables The Biltmore takes you back to a time of days gone by, it is grand, romantic, stately and charming, I would highly recommend the Biltmore whether it is for an event or a stay at the hotel-it will not disappoint!

It overpricing and overrated the staff are very crappy so therefore my experience at the Biltmore Hotel was not that great. I expected better.

Listen, the brunch spread is absolutely everything and that pool is insatiable! Wondeful historic building and great staff! I recommend while heartedly!

Love having brunch at The Biltmore. My wife and I had brunch at Fontana today to celebrate Father's Day with my father in-law. We usually just deal with the lack of vegan options but decided to ask if something could be prepared vegan for my wife and I since we really wanted to enjoy a breakfast item. After being told "No" from the server my father in-law asked to speak to a manager. It took over 30 min for a manager to come to the table. In the end they ended up making gluten free vegan buckwheat pancakes for us. Our servers Jamila and Ram were awesome. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because in 2018 in South FL where there is a huge vegan population it shouldn't be a battle to get something prepared especially when you're paying a premium.

Honestly the staff are terrible they are no help at all. Fairways are in good conditions but the greens are disgusting plus their price is wayyyyy too high. Its not really worth going over there.

Staff on course wearing red shirts was totally rude, unprofessional. Golf course was nice. Overpriced for what it is. Would never go back and would not recommend to anyone.

By far my favorite golf spot in Miami! The course is well designed and maintained. Be mindful, tee times fill up very fast on weekends!

DO NOT COME HERE! The Biltmore (coral gables) served the most disappointing Christmas brunch I have EVER attended in my life! It was overbooked and understaffed. The food was reminiscent of a cheap Chinese buffet. The ac was not working for over 800 people in attendance, and they refused to turn it on. To top it all off, the staff were irritated and yelling due to the pressure of servicing the guests while being so severely understaffed! THEY DEFINITELY DID NOT MEET THEIR PROMISE OF, "LUXURY MEETING VALUE, " FOR THIS EVENT! I do not recommend this venue to anyone!

Horrendously disgusting dirty rooms. The bathroom had hairs on the floor, toilet seat, and hand towels ick. Spots of pee on the floor. We mentioned it to the maid in the hallway outside our room and she obviously couldn't have cared less. The front desk had her reclean the bathroom and it was still dirty after. Also our check in was delayed 2 hours with no offer of compensation of any kind. The food was subpar and over priced. Beautiful old hotel, that's about it.

If you want to experience the best in the heart of Coral Gables The Biltmore Hotel is definitely the best choice for you and your family. Starting with its amazing pool, spacious rooms and excellent service you can't go wrong when planing your next visit to Miami or to celebrate your wedding or corporate event.

On special occasion I make an reservation to go to the Biltmore restaurant and buffet. Although it is not a wide range variety of the buffet, it is still an enjoyable outdoor setting. Afterward I walk around the hotel in mind the views and beautiful scenery. If you decide to go to the Biltmore buffet please take in account that the cost for each plate is $100.

It is beautiful, almost perfect, seems a bit to the Hotel Nacional de Cuba.

We stayed at the Biltmore, Coral Gables for 4 days in August and were very pleased. The rooms were by no means small — — they were of normal size. The staff was great and very helpful at all times. We arrived before the 3 pm check-in time and they put a rush on our room and called us within 30 minutes to inform us that our room was ready. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is area is so relaxing. We had a wonderful time, and we would love to go back when we have more time to spend at the resort itself. Price wise, we found it to be most reasonable for this quality.
