Stayed here for a weekend In one of the suites and it was fantastic! Great staff, incredible views and overall ambiance! East is also attached to one of downtowns new MUST SEE area Brickell City Center. I loved the pool area at the EAST. My only complaint really is that I wasn’t able to stay as long as I would have liked! Can’t wait to return!

Ok this place is pure chic! High end and classy in every way possible. Great rooftop bar when the weather is not too hot (or rainy) and even a hidden bar if you can get your way in. If she's around ask for Alexis as she's an amazing / cool bartender! My only comaint here is that even with validation you get charged $50 for 6 hours of valet after the pleasure of paying high end process for everything else. I know it's Miami but come on now! That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars!

Clean rooms, very modern hotel and good location. The bar on the roof attracts a lot of people so the lobby and elevators get busy on Saturday.

Great Hotel! If you want the feeling like you are all that matter, then this is your pick. The building is jaw dropping, the corner room is CRAZY with a wrap around balcony with a great view. Oh and there's a mini mall.

Such a nice luxury hotel. If you want to feel like the king of the world then this is the place for you. I stayed in a basic room and it was full of all the amenities I needed and the the best balcony to drink coffee … or vodka… on!

I really enjoyed my stay at the East. This is a very beautiful property with luxury at its finest. They have a rooftop bar with great views of the city, they have an enormous pool deck with a big bar, a restaurant that is not traditionally decorated nor operated but has great food. Everything about this place screams lavish luxury and plush comfort. The rooms are spectacular, have all the amenities you need, really really cool showers, and extremely comfortable beds. You will spend a lot of money at this place but it will be worth it.

I've never stayed in such a nice hotel before. We felt like royalty throughout our stay. The hotel was super futuristic. Wonderful views all over the hotel. The elevators are a trip. They're basically smart elevators. I think that this hotel sets the bar for all hotels going forward. Great location as well. Steps from the hotel is a mall where you can do some shopping. In and around the mall are tons of amazing restaurants. Our room was gorgeous. Very nicely designed with a wrap around balcony. Spectacular views of the city, river, and a larger body of water that I believe was a bay. You could watch boats going by. I could have stayed on the balcony all day and night just taking it all in.

Rooms have a beautiful view. They are clean, spacious and very chic. Service is excellent. And location is great. There is a shopping mall below the hotel, Brickell City Centre. Overall, highly recommend it.

I just came back from spending the weekend at EAST, Miami and we had a fantastic time. We had great customer service, a stunning balcony wrap around room with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the rooftop and spending time by the pool. We would definitely go back and recommend EAST to our friends.

Hotel was very upscale. What wasn't so upscale was an unwillingness to provide a few extra coffee pods for the single serve lavazza machine. I was told in a very reprimanding tone that the hotel only provided two pods per room, per night. My request for two more pods was that I could order a pot of coffee off the room service menu if I wanted more coffee. I own the sane machine at home and, assuming that they are buying these pods at wholesale prices, couldn't have cost more than 50 cents worth of coffee. A bad way to handle a not so demanding hotel guest paying $400 a night for a hotel room.

I stayed for 3 nights at this luxurious hotel on a bride to be weekend, the hotel was amazing the food tasty, the room gorgeous. But what really made my trip amazing was your staff, The front desk and concierge seemed always busy and attentive, so I was very surprise that a security supervisor (Omar Salazar) was actually able to assist with so many questions we had about places to eat, safe affordable places to go, and he even referred us to a bakery that sells funny little cakes for our bride to be. Omar was amazing and is definitely an asset to the company, can't wait to find an excuse/special occasion to return back.

Unfortunately I could not get the full experience. I can say the pool area is amazing and on the fifth floor. The view from the top floors is breathtaking, not only if you have a fear of heights either. The only negative I could think of would be the service elevator. If you have ever worked an event here you would understand.

Hotel in the Financial District, quiet location and attentive staff. It has good privacy and close to several options of restoration. Great views of the sea and events on the terraces of the bar in the evening. Food ok. The treatment of pool water it is unfortunate but all the rest is worthy of the level that is proper.

Excellent place to have drinks. The mojito spectacular. It is a place full of tourists, so the prices of the glasses/cups start from 20 dollars up. But the place deserves it, one of the most beautiful views of Miami. (Really cool place to take the best drinks, do to excellent "mojito" it's a place with tourist a lot so the price start from 20 USD, and the view of Miami is one of the best. )

Very nice restaurant & full service bar with great views overlooking Miami. The only significant negative issue is the lack of parking. But that is the case with many popular restaurants & bars in or near downtown Miami. Presently the parking problem is exacerbated by all the construction in the area, which has "normal" traffic flow & parking pretty screwed up. Certainly not the fault of any of the fine merchants in this vicinity. Miami PD really screws this up during peak hours by further blocking streets and turn lanes. On the last 2 visits here, the PD officers ignored routine traffic flow, actually trying to force us AWAY from our destination, less than 1 1/2 blocks from the intersection. Had we followed their direction we would never have been able to get anywhere near our condo destination! Fortunately the officer there screwing up traffic flow, relented and allowed us to drive directly down the nearly vacant street that took us directly to our destination (also slightly/temporarily relieving a small bit of congestion for other drivers being directed to drive in congested, endless circles away from their destinations! ). We will return to the EAST Hotel for the excellent food & drink, but looking forward to the finishing of the construction!

What an amazing hotel. Very modern with superb service. I'd definitely stay there again. Just be aware of service charges and pool surcharges for pool side drinks.

First stay: Excellent hotel. Excellent service. In the heart of vibrant city. Pool area beautiful. Second stay update: Bait and switch pricing. We booked a 3 bedroom suite at a promised price, on arrival, price was no longer honored. Hotel manager on duty not helpful. We love staying at East, but customer service has definitely deteriorated rapidly in one year…

Super technological and comfortable, some employees did not realize where they are… rest super well.

Rooftop pool offers exquisite views and a sophisticated, urban event space. The appetizer stations are as creative as they are flavorful, ranging from Asian dim sum to Latin savories and paella. What a stellar place to host an event!

I visited East Miami Hotel for Art Basel in December. The hotel is amazing super clean, wonderful customer service and really nice relaxing lounge type areas. The pool area was really nicely decorated.

Nice hotel — modern and slick rooms and Public spaces. Well organized conference room with all perks. Mall in the hotel provides a lot of options. Guest services forgot my wake up call The view is from the room on the 24th floor.

Hotel simply fashionable, carton and super elitist. How you're not a movie star or entertainment, the employee will serve as making the marked favor, you have to thank for life the courtesy to assist you.

Nice hotel. Room cleaning is very good. I upgraded my room and I don’t understand why a two bedroom residence for my daughters were the same price and a one bedroom. This is my third time staying here but the first using the kitchen. How do you ha e pots but no cooking utensils. The worst is the valet at night. Three nights we called for our car and it took over forty minutes to get it. The night valet staff priority is to talk to each other and the guests who speak Spanish. No apology or nothing for the long wait. We lost our dinner reservations waiting for our car twice. No fourth stay here for me.

Very nice location with a beautiful view over Brickell. There's isn't a lot of seating places so maybe not the best place to go with a big party. The beer menu could definitely be improved.

I always go To East Hotel with BM's friends From work. We're going to Sugar to enjoy a cocktail. The prices are not cheap but worth the money because the place is beautiful, Super hip and cool.

It is a beautiful hotel, very expensive to have such bad cleaning in the rooms, it is the second time that we stayed in this hotel, and for the second time the dirt in the empowerment leaves us very sad, it seems that the cleaning staff and the person who checks the cleaning are clear that only tends to bed, takes out the bathroom trash, and pick up what you see with the naked eye… could not walk barefoot why my feet were black from the grime, the bathroom doors are glass and still had the marks of the hosted above, in the floor of the room and the balcony had trash, cigarettes, dust, and some mess… very bad

In the 39th floor is located the conference room, very modern and sophisticated. A spectacular view.

Slow lifts, not a great neighbourhood. Weird layout of room for 2 single people to stay as it is an open bathroom. Did not enjoy the food except for breakfast. Nice decor. Friendly staff. Close to the mall. Nice view from the conference rooms.

Probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Staff was amazing roof top bar is sweet. It is right in the heart of Miami with a quick drive to the beach I will be staying here on my next visit.

We went to their club. Club "sugar". Waste of time and money. In the 40 floor. Fancy rich place. Paid $19 for watery mojito. No place to sit. You need to find an empty corner. Nothing special about this place. Just a bunch of wannabes that think it's cool to be seen in this place. Waste of time and a waste of money.

Very nice hotels, the pools are brilliant, with daily circumstance music and nearby the outdoor bar. The staff is great and always nice, and asking if you want a drink! Breakfast are a bit pricey but very good though. Location is great. All in all it's a hotel to recommend definitely.

Very cool venue. A bit dark once the sun goes down but I enjoyed the music a lot and the atmosphere was good. I also like the table minimum because it makes it much easier to get a table.

Excellent rooftop view of Brickell and Downtown. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing drink, make sure to go on the early side. The rooftop starts getting pretty crowded later in the evening. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Miami.

One of the most awesome hotels I've ever stayed it. Amazing views, nice hi-tech room, and 5 star service from some of the best hotel staff I've ever met. We stayed there during Ultra Miami Music festival in March, it's in a perfect location for walking to the festival, and the local bars and restaurants are great too.

Really enjoyed the stay here, the hotel and service was immaculate. Was here for a music festival with a few friends and we shared a room, and there was enough space for everyone to move about comfortably, the views are amazing from any floor I want to say, you can look out from the balcony for unmatched views of the city and Bayfront park. There's a ton of places nearby if you get hungry, (a really good Argentinian spot nearby) and there is a lot going on in this area. Definitely would stay here again.

An absolutely amazing property! I was in a wedding in which EAST was the venue. The staff was professional, attentive, and helpful. The property looks beautiful and is functional. I would choose this hotel above any other I've visited in my life.

This hotel is a comfortable, pleasant and with very good views. Located close to public transport and with good service.

The guest room was nice and clean, but also had a scent of stale cigarettes. The location of the room was convenient to the elevators and other amenities. We dined at Quinta De Huella for dinner and brunch. Both experiences were amazing. The food was fresh and flavorful and the service was above par. We also visited the pool area and gym. Both areas were clean and well maintained. The gym equipment was in good working order. Plenty of towels and water were available for guests. This is our second stay at the hotel and we will return.

I had the opportunity to go to Sugar for the second time after work to meet with friends. The atmosphere is excellent, The views are beautiful and it is a mini oasis within the concrete jungle that is Brickell.

Spent 4 nights, nice quiet location. Close to Ocean drive easily accessible restaurants and beach area. Staff was very courteous and helpful. We were able to check in early. Room was lovely. Very friendly vibe! Only odd thing was ' no business office' or access to a computer.

Spent few days at East and keep thinking about it, memories that keep you alive, attentive staff from the door, through rooms and restaurant. I couldn't ask for anything better, I felt everything I needed I will be able to get it. The gem is the restaurant so simple, our staff was better each day with a genuine smile and attentive to our needs. Loved the food and the way they cook, the smell and flavors transport you somewhere else. I met so many Uruguayans that made me feel at home. Will definitely be back Dont miss sugar, hidden place on the roof.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful place for a three day conference. The property is absolutely beautiful and the staff were all very accommodating and friendly. My room was beautiful with exceptional view. The restaurants, meeting rooms, bars and pool area were all amazing. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

Overall, the hotel is excellent. Both the rooms as well as the restaurant, the bar and all other facilities are on an above average standard. During my stay, however, I had to take a total of 17 times (counted after Nerventot) to the reception in 3 days to get new room cards. With good luck, you will be able to get to the elevators in this hotel if the horrible system has not already denied access. If a man manages to get to his floor, then there is a 5% chance that you can get to the room. When I wanted to move to the room after a pool visit, I came to my floor, but not to the room. I drove down (which does not take very little time in the high buildings) and got new maps. I drove up again and didn't come to the room again. Full of rage I drove again to the reception and got to hear again an "oh we're sooo sorry". An employee accompanied me to the room and made up my mind. 10 minutes later another employee came and brought me new cards that actually worked. Another family member then opened the room with the old card (since this person was in the city and did not know) the door, which makes all the cards stop working again. A good luck in this hotel yes the "oh we're so sorry" 24 hours reception so you also late evening when you are tired. One hour after arrival can also be in the room.
I recommend everyone to stay in this excellent hotel as little as possible in order to avoid problems of this kind. Only have to have a maximum of two times a day.

Gorgeous! We were in a three-bedroom apartment, with a wide living room with kitchen and wonderful views of the city. To highlight the kind treatment of the staff, the automation and its lounge terrace on the 40th floor!

We were customers of Servcorp Miami for over 2 years. Servcorp (originally an Australian company and currently owned by Australians) as a cooperation, market themselves as THE premium providers of virtual and office space in various locations worldwide and their cost of services reflect the "Premium" aspect of their marketing. They also market themselves highly on each office center’s staff customer service. Our experience was very different. Within 2 years, the Miami Center managers changed at least 4 times. The ladies working at reception also changed very frequently. So staff retention was very poor (not a good sign for any company and their management). With staff change occurring frequently brought about various mistakes and misled instructions on how to deal with our company activities and customers. In the course of our time with Servcorp, we had various issues to do with automatic billing on our company creditcard (before we had a chance to review our invoices) of wrong amounts and being billed in excess of the services we used. On a number of occasions, contact details like names, numbers and business cards were lost of our prospective customers who did not have prearranged appointments and visited the office. This led to some loss of revenue. Our mail was lost a few times, which led to further costs to us. On two occasions, when our customers attended the office, they were being sold virtual office space packages while they waited.
