My stay at The Landon was most enjoyable.
The room was clean and fully supplied with amenities. I would definitely stay again when I'm in the Miami area.

First I want to say that I travel extensively and have never had a nightmare experience like The Landon Hotel which I found on Expedia. It seemed to have reviews that were descent. So this is my experience. I take an UBER to the hotel. No one is in the front as far as making sure guest are arriving with luggage until you literally enter inside. But the worst part is the 1st day I get there, they get this "bellhop kid' to take me upstairs with all my luggage and there is no elevator. The bell hop takes me through the back stairway "because' it's a short cut. The stairway look like you may bump into a rat. I was like "Is this the way to get upstairs? " He says, No but it's a short cut. Not a good 1st impression. So okay, he drops my stuff in the room where I had 2 pieces of luggage, My huge tote bags, purse and cabana hat. I went outside afterwards to buy dinner. I come back 40 minutes later eat dinner then go to bed. Next day I get ready then I'm looking for my cabana hat … valued at $200. Gone. Mind you it was there last night. I go to the manager and speak with him and he said he would investigate and get back to you. Fine. I went to meetings and see he texted me called him several times no answer. I arrive to the Hotel and they say, Mam, we will have to switch your room due to the lock and reader which "broke' during our investigation of seeing who went into the room. How convenient.

Top location, beautiful terrace, nice Service, good price.

The landon is in a great location that is close to restaurants and shops. The rooms are very quiet and staff is very friendly. I stayed here and would come back. This hotel is a good deal.

Rented the room with the understanding there was a sleeper sofa for our daughter. There was not, ask about a stow away and was told there was a 35.00 charge. Ice machine was kept behind locked doors and had to get employee to come get ice bucket to fill up. Breakfast was a bare minimum.

Friendly staff, nice location. Very Very Noisy! We heard doors slamming all night long as people get back to their rooms at all hours of the night. Early morning 7am Noise outside; car doors slamming, garbage truck noise, Lawn crew leaf blower continuously… Not quiet and tranquil AT ALL. Good note, very comfortable bed and pillows and hot water for shower. You will be exhausted when you leave due to horrible sleep!

I'm giving this hotel 5 stars as the staff are brilliant and they deserve some feedback. Excellent customer service. The hotel on the other hand needs whole new carpets and a bit of TLC. Or this would be a good hotel to stop at if requiring a hotel with no thrills! Perfect for people on budgets.

Daddy-o was a Priceline express deal gone bad. We were on the last leg of our honeymoon for a few days in Miami and, from the pictures, Daddy-o seemed like a good, solid find when the deal went through. Then we got there. Sure, it's "boutique" in that it's small and "historic" (that means old), and they offer you (terrible) wine during the evening, but that's really all the "luxury" you get at Daddy-o. You also get to pay an extra 18 bucks a day to park, which wasn't stated on Priceline/in the end game price. Their other "luxury" features were meh: a rusting, dirty tiled waterfall type shower with poor water pressure, a vessel sink with the previous guest's hairs in it and no counter space to do one's cosmetics or grooming, and a lit vanity mirror for the makeup you have to struggle to do. The carpets were stained with all kinds of God knows what in both black and white varieties. The carpet felt matted and dirty. I kept flip flops on in and out of the shower. The sheets felt clean but there was a blood stain — maybe they weren't clean? — on one of the pillows. When my husband dropped the TV remote behind the bed/headboard area on our second night, we went to retrieve it and were greeted with 2 or 3 used bath towels and a used pool/beach towel stuffed between the bed and wall. We had to pull them out to get the remote, and they unfortunately ended up on my only pillow without a blood stain on it. Yay.

Such a wonderful boutique hotel! All of the staff was energetic and helpful. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants and shops! Very very clean room and such a cool vibe!

The staff was very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to assist myself and my dogs. The place is very cute in a great location walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shops. And the big comfy bed and awesome pillows will make you want to sleep in. Complimentary wine at Happy Hour and a nice little self-serve continental breakfast. All in all thumbs up.

This is an amazing place to stay and close to everything you need. All of the staff is very accommodating, especially Steven Wilson. He was always happy to help with all of our needs.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
