First off, location is awesome. But staff is terrible. Terrible. They are rude. We had a deluxe room and had no forks and only like 2 cups and 2 plates. We had dirty towels. First morning we were there, the house keeper knocked once and then opened our door without us answering. Which we let all these odds and ends go because we were barely at the room. But what really ruined me every going here again is the staff and they’re lack of customer service. The day I left to go home we left at 4am. So I was super sleepy super delirious. So stupidly I forgot a item in my room and didn’t remember till I was already at the airport. I called the hotel but being 5am no answer and when we left there was no one There so I already kind of figured and decided to call as soon as I landed. Once I called the rude front desk lady answered and I explain my situation and tell her the room number and tell her how our check out time wasn’t till 11am which I called 2 hours before. Then the front desk lady then proceeded to tell me that “the front desk is open 24 hours so it’s impossible I called” I then proceeded to tell her no one was there when I left and when I called the phone went to voicemail. She then proceeded to tell me they would hold it in front and have a good day. And hung up. Didn’t ask me my number or name. I even told her that shipping wouldn’t be necessary I still had family in the area. When I called back to see if they found it they had no clue what I was speaking of and “nothing was there” so they basically stole my items. Even though it’s my fault for being forgetful, I just thought they really lacked customer service and that front desk lady didn’t act like that just one day. Every time we spoke to her. Never will be back. Rather pay more for something better quality and better service.
