I stayed here with my fiance and our 2 kids DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! Not worrh it, the pool is not what it looks on the pictures, the room was outdated, bathroom was gross, the pull out couch had blood stains very disgusting… customer service is horrible everyone looks like they hate their job, if you want towels, toilet paper, etc. You have to walk to the basement to ask for it. Staff are just very rude and not helpful. Please don’t waste your money this place is very disgusting! I gave it one star because it didnt let me post if I didnt give a rating but not even worth one star!

Great location. But no cold water in the kitchenette. Valet service was rude. No washcloths in room. I will not be going back.

I stayed at this aparta hotel with my family from 7/3/18 to 7/9/18 and it was a terrible experience. 1-No customer services 2-terrible room 3-no house keeping 4 — no new towels or toilet paper (you have to go downstair to request new towels or tissue) 5 — the staff are disrespectful, not educated, not acknowledgeable about the job and screams at the customer. 6 — nothing is at walking distance (have to walk 20 mm to get to restaurants) 7 — the pool close early at 7pm. 8 — the room is horrible with no phone and beds without frame. 9-the bathroom is not in good condition — please see photos. You can explore other aparta hotel in this building but do not do DW Oceanfront Resort. 10 — the kitchen is not in good condition and the fridge is very old. I felt I was in terrible apartment while staying here. 11 — the wife does not function well.

We had to pay for wash rags, the toilet broke, the water in the tub did not drain, there were ROACHES, management was unprofessional, after 5pm u are on your own if u need something concerning the room, and good luck finding them during business hours SAVE YOUR MONeY NOT WORTH A PENNY‼️

There are many details about this hotel, first the building is the same for two hotels, the administrations are separate, when you do the check in the person in charge is not friendly. They have ballet parking (the price is not included in the booking) but is very slow if you arrive at peak hours takes patience that you need. The rooms are of good size have a nice view to the sea, but if you get lucky enough that your room is near the lifts, get ready to not sleep because the noise of the elevators doesn't allow you to be happy. We made several reservations and in one room there were roaches on the lot, ask for a room change, and only sent the exterminators that did not help anything because it is already a serious problem of pest. Cleaning has an extra cost and yourself you have to go every day to change your towels. The main levels as lobby smell very much moisture old is the building and does not have good maintenance. It is not a good experience the truth do not recommend, because they are not clear in the things that includes and which not. I have faith that if given good maintenance and good customer service will be a good hotel.

Location was nice and the beds were comfortable. The staff wasn't very friendly, room was outdated, the facility is shared with another hotel business, no face towels have to pay $1 per towel and they need to inform all customers before booking, office staff and valet speak little to no English and hard to understand, my room has insects, valet parking is an extra charge, main office closes at normal business hours so you have to check-in with the security guard. Overall, I wasn't happy and would never visit again!

This place is a ripoff. The manager is unprofessional & finds any reason to charge you. The room isnt worth it very old & uncomfortable. Outlets didnt work & parking is expensive. You cant even open the windows to the hotel. Wouldn’t recommend & never coming to this dreadful place again. Do not waste your time or your money!

We stayed here about 3wks ago. A security guard checked us in and checked us out. No papers given to us at all. As tired as we were that night and with a flight at 7am we just wanted to relax. The room was clean but needed update. Doors were very old. Smelled bad. We come to find out there is no hot water. Cold water only. We called the number given to us for reservations. He then sends a security guard he checks the water and says there is no hot water. REALLY! We then get a call back and the manager says it can’t be fixed until 8am. We explained we needed it before then because we have a flight at 8am. He says all I can give you is 20$ for parking. Never again. Never again. Horrible experience. The night stay cost us 145$. Horrible customer service. We checked in at 11 pm and left at 6am. It would’ve been better to sleep in car. I called the office and left voicemail and noone has responded me. That was about 2 weeks ago. This is why it is best to stick with big chains like Marriott etc.

Clean room. But they only left us one roll of toilet paper and no soap. I thought if it was a resort there would be more accommodations… So we had to go out and buy more. It was also confusing checking in. There was no instructions about check — in. We had to go downstairs to the basement of hotel and then back up to security and then back down to the basement to get the key and then back upstairs to security to get a parking pass. Took an hour.

I stayed in January. The building is old and in general you notice that it lacks maintenance, painting and those houses, but in Gral is fine. The best: The location, the pool, the beach, the bar, the Lundry and the excellent sea view. He's got a lot of good, but also bad.
Look, he looks sloppy. The parking takes a lot and is expensive. The Wi-Fi in the apartment practically does not exist. There are many guests and sometimes it does not reach the staff. In Gral is good and they give good service considering the price.
For me it is advisable and would hire them again.

It is an old apartment with deterioration in certain details of the bathroom and beds, very comfortable in space!

It is very clean they have valet parking are very comfortable apartments ideal for spending holidays in Miami.

Big thieve. It's such a nasty and dirty place that I don't know what to start with! DW Oceanfront hotel that we booked for 4 nights was discusting! Starting from the empty front desk and a hall full of roaches and with useless front desk and dirty room with a smell of strong bleach and a bathroom with unwashed poops… There is no personnel to help you with anything, they don't even speak English! No refund of money, no change of room, and yes they charge you for everything they say it's free or included! Any pictures of this place on the websites are not actual!

Stayed at this hotel just for a night on my way to Orlando. Spend the whole day on the beach and the pool. That was nice! A view from the room was tremendous! However service was not so good. Staff did not know the address of any bus terminals.

A really really shady hotel, if anything goes wrong it's shame on you because this hotel if it even is called a hotel is terrible and awful. They recite things as if they're robots and hardly speak english. Everything is old, falling apart or rusting in their rooms. Spend a little more somehere else and you will not regret it.

I had a bad experience even though I did not even stay at the place one night! I booked online thinking I am booking a SUITE (they refer to their rooms as suites). However, the moment I booked I received an email indicating that I booked a ROOM. I called within minutes to cancel my reservations (which is in 3 months from now) and they refused to do so and charged the full amount to my card. I am disputing the charge! PLEASE make sure you know what you are getting before you click on "complete reservations"

WORST STAY EVER! We get to the room and think everything is okay until me and my mom get up in the middle of he night and see cockroaches EVERYWHERE! We killed about one hundred just the first night staying there. We didn't stay another night, but the service desk said they sent someone to see if we had cockroaches and that they didn't see any, by NO ONE came to our room they LIED. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO MY WORST ENEMY! It doesn't even deserve the one star I gave it.

No wow! the worst place I have ever stayed in my entire life. I wanted oceanfront view room. Before I made the reservation I was effi… so I call dw resort to confirm. Every question I ask she said yes. Oceanfront view, yes. Kitchenette, yes. So I thought ok… made reservation. Check in, confirm again, the lady now said no… no oceanfront view. Just oceanfront hotel. Wtf! room was nasty, water not draining, no towels, no bathroom tissue, no vent in the bathroom, the ceiling was coming off, no heat, no ac. do not stay at this place. Thank goodness I only book for 1 night.

The stay itself was awesome! Coming to the DW Ocean Resort is a great choice. Just be aware when staying with them to check everything bathroom beds! The room has ants terrible so check everything!

I'm going to do this in bullet form because it just makes it a bit easier to explain. — Mold in the bathroom — No phone in the room — Linens were not cleaned properly — Microwave smelled like it was on fire when no one had touched it — Overnight staff said to come back at 7am if we wanted toilet paper — Lower Lobby closed last night for cleaning, leaving no access to the private beach However: The valet dealt with a lot of nonsense from us and they were still exceptional, so that was pretty good. The view was nice, as was the location. However definitely not worth $400 at all. This is like a bad joke. Had we not went ton Key West the next day I would feel like my vacation was ruined. I almost left in the middle of the night because I didn't even want to sleep in the bed.
