I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are very hot. The people that run the place are not accommodating. This place sucks and I’m very unhappy with it. They make excuses on refunding your money in full. They want to charge you fees for the room you did use.

Staff, never greeted, booked online and women told me I didn't order a certain room and was very rude. Which I did in fact order the room which I looked back at. Lady talked bad about guest as they walked out. Room smelled wierd, holes in linen on bed. Staines on the skirts of all the beds. Very dirty! I do don't recommend this place and will NEVER be back. Terrible!

This hotel is wonderful. Staff is very nice and sweet. It is kept very vlean.

No air condition, no wash clothes, no shampoo etc. The list goes on, in town after working 24 straight hours, needed a couple hours rest in a bed, I was better off sleeping in my work truck.

Rooms looked like a time capsule from 2006. Didn't trust the bed linen sleeped on top of my own sheets. Bathroom towels are ruff end up buying towels from the local Walmart. The shower hot water was barely luke warm. TV was dated could not use chromecast no HDMI port.

The rooms are not worth the price and they falsely advertise. We thought we were getting a room with a king size bed and a DOUBLE sofa bed as advertised but we got a twin. Regular size tub when we expected a deep gaccuzi type tub. Room was stale smelling and nasty! Omg y’all the back of the toilet seat had visible big yellow stains like piss had been sitting there forever and we also pulled out the sofa bed and the top sheet that was left from PREVIOUS CUSTOMER had big brown stains on it! A bed my kids would have sleep on. I gave the office a call and the lady at the front desk barely let me get anything out of my mouth. I guess I’m paying over $100 just for the size of the room.

I would give less than a star if I could. We were only there an hour and my husband got bit by bedbugs. He called me over to look at the bug he captured and sure enough, it was a BEDBUG. We packed our things immediately and went to talk to management. I explained what happened and asked for a refund. She tried to give us another room, but we declined. She said she couldn't give us a refund so I called the cops to get a statement and took pics. I will definitely be calling my lawyer. She swore this was the first she'd heard of this, but most reviews on here share in our horrific experience. Do not purchase a room here. This place needs to be shut down.

Horrible! Worst place I've ever stayed. Very dirty. Blankets, sheets and towel stained and nasty looking.

Far as their rooms go, they have an awful plumbing problem. Travelodge here in Macclenny is not worth the 70 dollars they charge you! Outside the plumbing, poor management but the receptionist were awesome during the stay! The owners or manager was pretty snobbish in reference to giving me a great welcoming greet. Sorry to save Travelodge but as a fellow employee, this hotel can due better. Tax fees are at least 10 dollars! Unbelievably bananas.

Wyndam should shut it down. No hot water which come to find out is on going problem. You do get roaches bedbugs and disgusting linen. Everything in room is old and dirty. Furniture looks like it came out of dumpster. Bed had no skirting and box springs and mattress older than hotel and even pillows flat and nasty. Lamp shades where very dirty and half the lights didn't work. Flooring had been redone but looked like child laid it. When we checked in floor was dirty and apparently wasn't swept or mopped. Only stayed due to other hotels booked. Had to go to store bought blankets to sleep on and cover up with and pillows. Blonde Desk clerk was clearly high as hell and rude. Breakfast was a joke waffles where disgusting only other option was cereal with sour milk or honey bun. You get woke up by owners mother running up and down hall screaming at house keepers. Wyndam should be ashamed to have there name on this place.

The Worst! We were there for 5 days. I didn't even have a fitted sheet on the bed and I can say positively they were never changed. The room was never swept, we had to ask for towels 3 of the days. No hot water for the second shower. Stay somewhere else?

1st room the lights didn't work. Alternate room was smelly. The bed was comfortable and the man at the desk was nice.

Very clean. Newly renovated. Staff could be more friendly but overall a decent place to stay.

No hot water only one channel on TV and no towels was in the room when I checked in flithy smelly room not a nice place to come for a get away.

I do not recommend this motel to anyone. Filthy rooms, cockroaches, microwave doesn't work. I resetved a room for 2 days and drove in in my semi to do my 34 hr reset. Out odf hours so I couldn't move the truck once I got here. Afterturning down two really gross rooms. The first one still had unmade beds from the last guests and trash all over the place. Finally I told them to just give me the cleaning supplies, a vacuum and toilet brush … I got gloves.

Do not stay here! racist receptionist bed bugs dont waste your time and money or put your family at risk the room had bed bugs and they tried to charge me for changing rooms after finding the bed bug run! stay away at all costs I wouldnt want my worst enemy spending the night here.

We have never had a worse experience at a motel in our life. The blankets had cigarette burn holes in them and they felt like moving blankets. The phone, coffee pot, and hair dryer did not work. If you shut the door in the bathroom, you can not get out, it locks you in and you can not get out unless someone let's you out. Went to get more towels and got bath mat towels instead, oh yes the TV sucks. Thank you for asking. Was here for my nephews wedding, my brother got us the room (room 111) November 3 & 4.

Traveling through and needed place to just sleep. Only suites left. Room needs updated. Carpets need to be replaced! Room was clean and front desk was courteous. Didn't get much sleep due to the drunk and loud patrons and the car horn going off several times at 3 and 4 in the morning. There is a 21 and up bar across the street! Just for the record, we are not older people either!

Currently sitting here in travelodge, no towels in the bathroom, sheets look dirty, there's holes in the comforters, the pillows are disgusting, and the TV only turns off & on. No picture of anything. And the lights hum loudly in the bathroom. How are we supposed to take showers with no towels? And the room smells a little sour. Definitely not satufied. Any time someone needs somewhere to stay, definitely never telling them to come here. It's disgusting.

Its pretty good. My TV was a little small but it was comfy and looked clean.

Nice quiet place close to several restaurants good clean rooms a little high for area but over all good place to stay.

Roof in bathroom started leaking and the front desk guy came and looked at it and said he would inform maintainace. Not to mention this guy was very rude. Then later on in the night a chunk of the ceiling fell in the tub and water started pouring … went to the front desk and they tried to put us in a room that smelled heavily of smoke. Mind you we have paid for two days and the guy asks us so what do you wanna do … just check out? Instead of trying to fix the problem … my husband is currently at the front desk trying to get this resolved will update with more stars if result is favorable.

Don't stay here if… You suffer from arachnophobia. You don't like a room that smells of cat or dog. You expect your room serviced each day. You expect clean towels daily, that don't feel like sandpaper. You expect towels that have no stains. You expect to receive the amenities offered, even their dryer didn't work properly! You expect the ice machine to function. No reason to stay any longer… Hope this helps.

Not happy to arrive late to find baby roaches throughout room. My teenage son slept with a flip flop to crush those creepy fellas. Saw a thread throughout balcony. They can do better than that.

Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. AC didn't work. Spent the night on top of the covers. Rooms very old and dated. Bathroom needed deep cleaning.

Manager, Jay Patel, uses bait & switch techniques in pricing. Quoted one price over the phone when making reservation, then that rate isn't "available" once you arrive to check in. Room had exposed carpet nail strip at bathroom threshold, that my wife stepped on coming out of the bathroom & punctured her foot in several places, and Manager showed no concern for repair or his guest's safety. Towels were dirty & stained. Blow dryer missing from bathroom. Have stayed at this property several times in the past with no problems, but after this experience we will NEVER stay here again! We're even transferring across the interstate to another hotel for the rest of our stay in town…
