Good place to stay we are enjoy ourselves.

This is a great hotel! Close to our favorite places Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World.

Friendly staff. Clean and well kept. Nice location, a lot of restaurants near by within walking distance. Right off 1-4.

It's ok. The rooms are very spacious, almost too large for the furnishings. The service is good but my husband was bit by something and there was a traveling parade of ants in the kitchen. So, it just didn't go well since we had to get him benedryl and his foot is still swollen. Otherwise, it's clean and decent. For a newer hotel though, it seems to be taking a beating.

The accommodations we're nice, and service was very friendly. I did find that my room had not been thoroughly cleaned before I checked in, but it was nothing major. Over all a good place to stay when traveling for business.

Rooms very comfy and super clean. The staff friendly and accommodating. Really liked the size of the pool. Kids had a great time.

Me and my family was on vacation from Louisiana. We brought our boys to Universal Studios and booked this hotel by random. It is a beautiful hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The front seat and housekeeping were beyond, I felt like I was home. The room was nice, clean, beds were comfortable. I loved the kitchenett, walk in closets or was like an apartment. If we visit this area again. This will be my 1st choice.

Came here for a little over a week while we were remodeling our house. Our stay couldn’t have been any better. The staff are very friendly and accommodating; they bend over backwards to make sure you have everything you need. I love how clean and bright it is. Also, you are within walking distance to restaurants.

Awesome! We reserved rooms here due to our daughter getting married. The staff was so wonderful and friendly. The rooms are are super clean as well as the hotel. Sitting out by the fire pit was very relaxing and a great place to just hang out with everyone. Whenever we come back to town this is where we will always stay.

The room and hotel was great, however I could hear everything. I could hear every step the person took in the room above me. I also think there was a party in the hallway. It was loud.

Been here for about 3 weeks. The room is nice. The staff has always answered my question and have a great attitude. There is washing machines and driers. Put it cost 1.50 to use them each. There is a full fridge, small stove top and small dishwasher. They supply a set of 4 plates, cups, silver wear. Also some pots and pans. The showers are hot but as with every hotel if everyone is using it, it will not get hot but warm. I would stay here again if I am in the area. I do not hear any other people besides the doors shutting.

This is a new property and I stayed for 5 nights while working nearby. The front desk staff was excellent. The room was clean and well-appointed. There are three restaurants within walking distance. The mall is nearby and the hotel is convenient to I-4 and Hwy 98 N&S. This hotel has everything you would expect of a Towneplace Suites. It is a great new hotel in a great location near some other not so new hotels. My room faced the highway, but was very soundproof. I had a good night's sleep each night. If you stay here — you will not be disappointed.

Clean, spacious, apartments with comfortable beds. The hotel send new. The gym is good. Prime location for Lakeland. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This place is so great. Clean. Front desk, is so accommodating. Breakfast is awesome. I will highly recommend.

Clean room, very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, delicious free breakfast, very nice location. The only negative is that we paid $180.00 plus tax for a very small room. I do recommend this hotel and will be staying here in the near future.

Clean and comfortable, newer hotel. Close to shopping and restaurants and a great movie theater. Nice heated pool and well-maintained exercise facility.

Great front desk team members, recognized mm y Marriott status and offered late check-out if necessary. The property is clean and well planned. Room is spacious and amenities are above my expectations based on previous stay at another TownePlace property.

Excellent location. Centered between Tampa and Orlando. Room was big and spacious. Bed was super comfortable. Hotel seemed pretty new. Breakfast was better than other budget hotels. Really disappointed with the room service as they came late everyday. By the time I came back from working my rounds, my room had not been serviced. One day they even came at close to 5pm. Other than that huge issue, everything was great.

This was one of the best places I've stayed. Super clean! Entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. My biggest complaint was that the tissues were rough.

I'm a victim of hurricane Irma and was having a hard time trying to find a hotel. I called and luckily they had a room available and they are the only hotel that didn't hang up the phone in my face as I was calling around. The staff is awesome. Showed us great empathy and hospitality for me and my boyfriend's during our stay. The rooms were clean the staff is great and they included a complementary breakfast. One of the best hotels in lakeland.

Clean hotel, easy to use a photo, and spacious rooms. Kitchen is well-appointed, even including containers for leftovers. The desk staff were friendly and helpful and the Marriott app made ordering extra amenities a breeze. However, the walls are thin, so TV and music from others can keep a person up. The A/C in our unit rattled loudly, and the light over the stove seems to have no off switch so the person in the farthest bed had a light shining in their eyes all night. I also found that towels left on the floor for replacement were simply refolded and set back on the shelf.

First off Guest services is phenomenal Big thanks to Mrs. Michelle! Great place clean and classy. Great Customer service and peaceful. Highly recommended!

Very nice but still very new so we'll see how it holds up. Rooms are clean and roomy. Nice little kitchen area and bathroom is large. Free breakfast was good (although the toaster was much too slow and didn't toast well). Conveniently located from I-4 but it's a little strange how you get into hotel.

Brand new hotel, easy access to I4 and tins of restaurants in walking distance. My room was very nice and suoer comfy beds, but the AC was noisey.

The hotel is located walking distance from a long horn and a hooters. It's brand new so, it's very modern and super clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Overall an excellent experience.

Stayed on the second floor, the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The hotel had a nice pool, gym and patio and the daily breakfast was of good quality (standard bagel, muffin, egg and breakfast meats were provided). Nice central location near expressways and numerous dining establishments.

The rooms are great and the beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast is good and staff is friendly. I have had some trouble with room keys deactivating (twice), including the first set of keys I was handed.

Excellent hotel. It's the best in the area by far. 5 minute drive to Joker Marchant Stadium. They have a barbecue which is a great amenity and free to use. Great price for this quality of hotel. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else. Great staff, very friendly.

Very nice modern hotel. Super clean and nice rooms I liked the lobby and the breakfast was very good. The gym was nice as well for a morning workout for me. Shower in the room was awesome.
