Stayed here instead of in Winter Haven while going to Legoland. Affordable and really clean! Service was amazing, staff was friendly. We rented the executive king suite which had a small kitchen, great option for a family with three little ones!

Stayed for 10 days. Room was clean. Price was reasonable. Staff was friendly. Pool and fitness room was nice. Only bad part was Breakfast ends at 9am and beings we were on vacation we didnt get up until 9 so we missed most days.

Seems like a very nice place. Very clean. I have not stayed there yet. I have Family coming down this month. Staying there for a week or so. Let you know more after that.

Front desk staff was very friendly, the room was kept incredibly clean exceeding my housekeeping expectations, breakfast was good. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5 is the pool needs some maintenance. Otherwise, we were very pleased at the value of this hotel stay!

They say that the customer always has the reason though treat the employees with racism and accuse of things that have not made and do not imvestiguen to fund the incidents. Well, I do not was nothing working there is unfortunately why I went.

Good place to stay. Bed and pillows comfortable, Wi-Fi good, staff friendly, breakfast has good variety.

I spoke to hotel staff informing them of a potential safety hazard concerning ripped carpet. Nothing was done, so why waste the time reporting the house keeping luandry chute left unsecure waiting for curious child to find. Safety should never be ignored. L gave in and called the front desk and ask the to look at this review. Wow, chute closed and carpet repaired. It has now come time to check out. I must say without the initial concerns of safety which was tooken care of this has been an great excellent visit, staff pleaseant, executive suite was great for our party of five. Nice breakfast and convient lication.

We needed a place to stay on short notice, and this was perfect. It was a very clean room, and staff were friendly. My only complaint would be that I could hear the guest upstairs stomping around before bed and again in the morning, but it didn't keep us up at night. Some people might say the beds are too hard, but it was perfect for me, as I absolutely cannot sleep on a soft mattress!

Buyer beware! what a dump! don't waste ur hard earned money! if I could choose no stars I would! rooms stink horrible couldn't breathe! imagine sleeping in old gym locker sock stentch! customer service sux! refused to change room for same price… overpriced room with horrible accomidations! I will never stay with best western again!

This place was amazing! Free breakfast! DELICIOUS food! Most of the time, I get Frosted Flakes cereal! There is two choices of milk! 2% Milk And skim milk. This place is totally recommend to those who need somewhere to stay! (Oh P. S. This place is close to lego land! Another reason to come here! )

Clean, most importantly. Staff seemed friendly. The price seems high for no more than you get, especially given that it isn't as close to Legoland (the only attraction nearby) as other hotels in the same price range.

They were nice enough to check me in with a phone call but didn't clean our room, empty the trash, nor provide fresh towels the next day. We also had an issue with the heater which was not resolved during our visit. The beds were comfortable and the water was hot but the Wi-Fi was patchy.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Hotel staff was wonderful and the room was large and clean. No complaints. I will definitely be staying again.

This, is an excellent facility. Completely remodeled so everything from the carpets and walls to the beds and furniture was all brand new. Very friendly and professional staff. Better than average free breakfast. Internet access and speed was excellent. A 5 star room at a 3 star price. Convenient to I-4, Legoland, Winter Haven, and the rest of stuff to see and do in Polk County. Highly recommended for this area.

I have stayed at this hotel for almost 4 yrs now for ODP. I was on different sites comparing prices and happened to click on a room that is non refundable. Called Expedia immediately and they contacted the hotel. The manager, Mia, is refusing to refund back the money. The front desk operator, Michelle, made up a different story. Which I guess I expected to happen. It's not like I am not staying there, this is basically the only hotel within reasonable distance to Lake Myrtle Complex. I just was not ok with paying almost $200 a night of I could get it cheaper with using the FYSA discount. What's sad is that I contacted the Corporate Headquarters and spoke with a customer care specialist and she agreed with me and didn't see a problem. But they allow the managers of the hotel make the final decision. The final decision should of been with the CEO or HQ's. They have lost a loyal customer because of stupidity. I will be sure to pass this along to all those that come out to train for the weekends.

The MANAGER of housekeeping rude as hell in standing in the front desk talking to the lady in front desk when the Cuban MANAGER with black hair came to me And said with an attitued And today I'm checking ur room I don't know who was smoking in the hotel but since my man have dreads the automatically put it on us that the smell was coming from our room I mean I was Ok TIL that happen the next day I left then Mia the MANAGER came to me And told me she giving me a warning not even knowing Where the smell was coming from they put it on us all the have its drama in that hotel drama drama its few people I say I truely love NAOMI MICHELLE AND SARAH AND 2 HOUSE KEEPERS U GUYS KNOW WHO ARE IM PIST.

Stayed there for 10 days. Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Rooms were clean and bright and maid service is excellent. Only wish the breakfast ran a little later. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long while.

The room was a king bed suite. It was nice, but bed was hard. Coffee was strong! The breakfast room had coffee, juice, creamers, syrup and etc spilled all over the floor. No one seemed to care because no one cleaned it up while we were there. But breakfast was good and they had a good variety. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. All in all it was a nice stay and I would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Hotel. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The hotel is well-kept and clean. I look forward to my next visit at the Best Western Hotel.

This was a very late booking and short stay as we fled hurricane Irma. We managed to book a king suite with Jacuzzi which was really nice. The hotel seemed very modern and the room was very comfortable, the Jacuzzi was very relaxing. All the staff were excellent. Pity it was such a short stay. If you want a great pizza and beer/wine, try the Brew Pop Brewery a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. We hope everyone came through the hurricane safe and well.

Not super fancy, but nice. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in room. I'd stay here again. I'd say they offer good solid mid level accommodations.

Received a phone call after checkout from Lisa that some items were left behind in my room. My 13 year old daughter had left behind her gold necklace and heart locket, her laptop charger, and a few other items. They had collected the items and made documentation of them and Lisa called me and told me they would keep them safe until I was able to come get them. This speaks volumes for the cleaning staff who found them and were honest to turn them in and Lisa and the rest of the staff for doing the proper thing and calling and getting them returned to me. My daughter would have been devastated so on behalf of myself and my daughter, I would like to show my appreciation and appload the staff for their kindness and professionalism.

Had an issue with a staff member, management cleared it up quickly. Great location, old building but clean. Breakfast was good, quite a few selections including hot eggs and meat. Elevator smelled good. Very small place.

A nice place to stay near Legoland. Best Price/quality.

It's good for a overnight stay, or short business trip. I would recommend getting a room away from the elevator because it makes a lot of random noises, at all times of the day. Also, their towels are miniature-sized.

Rooms were nice as its a newer hotel. And clean. There was a stench onnthe whole second floor including the rooms. Kinda had a mildewish smell like the carpets were cleaned but nit given enough time to dry prooerly. Girl at check in had friends in the lobby hanging out giving off a very unprofessional enviroment. Again rooms were clean just not a great experience and I travel a ton and give hotels a break when I can.

Room was nice. The breakfast was okay. We had a sticking bathroom door, but no big deal for an overnight.

Room was musty but clean and up to date. Front desk was pleasant and helpful.

Very disappointed. The reception staff is terrible, rude and very unprofessional. They're two female clerks who have attitudes and need to be removed. There were bugs on the beds and green slime on the remote. Changed rooms but it wasn't any better. There were stains on the walls, hair on the pillows and sheets, and the floors were dirty. The rooms smell like smoke and are moldy. Not satisfied at all. The breakfast was disappointing and there is limited seating. Don't waste your money.

Room was nice but over priced.

At first glance the king executive suite was very nice. However, it was actually one of the dirtiest hotels I have been in. There was blood on the comforter, dead roach on the floor, mysterious goo on the bathroom wall. Granted it was Best Western and not the Hyatt… But for $160 a night I expect better! After the manager retrieved the bloody comforter and had a chance to examine it, they did give a full refund.

Hostess was excellent. Rooms appear to be updated and clean. Wi-Fi works flawlessly. Will try breakfast and pool in the morning.

Staff was very rude. No hot water in hotel for 18 hours. Do not where white socks on carpet.

Had the best experience in this hotel. Highly recommend it. Manager Koyiro and a woman paige. Also a manager made everything right. Deff coming back thanks for making my vacation that much better! ;-).

I was there for several days and my car got broken into in their parking lot. Management refused to pay for expenses. Another guest also got his vehicle broken into and they stole over 800 dollars worth of fishing supplies. Management again refused to pay for damages. Owner by the name of sheila, very rude and unprofesional. Refused payment for damages. Also credit card got overcharged.

I originally planned a 3 day stay at this hotel. I called a week prior to change to a 2 day stay, was told no problem. When I arrived the reservation was not changed, my reservation cancelled, my credit card charge and also no room is available now! there was not a signal ounce of compassion from the staff. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles to I-4 you will get a better room and a much better rate.

I added this location because it wasn't here when I did a search. I found the motel because it is on the main road, and thus visable. The staff and the services were outstanding. They have a continental breakfast, an outdoor pool, fitness center, laundry, valet laundry, business center, refrigerators and microwaves in all rooms. Computers in room, and Wi-Fi. The staff is very professional. I have planned a trip to the area in two weeks, and I will lodge here again. I highly recommend this location.
