This place is wonderful! We come back every year and stay for the week! The staff are amazing and amenities are perfect! We loved the view of the pool and ocean and convenience of walking right on to the beach! ❤️

We are on the 5th floor, we have a great Oceanview. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was good start to our day. Beach access was perfect. The pool area has plenty of chairs. The tiki bar adds a nice touch to hanging out and relaxing anytime of the day.

Love this place. We visit several times a year. Great Staff, Great Pool, Great Bar, Great Beach Access.

We had a beautiful Baby Shower for my Granddaughter on Sat May 16th, 2021.
The banquet room was so nice and the staff helped us so much! Chef Marco did an excellent job on the taco buffet. I would recommend having a party at this hotel.

Michael served us breakfast both mornings we were there and he was the most delightful person I have ever met. Breakfast was very good. All of the other staff was very helpful and friendly too. The view and pool was amazing.

I cannot believe this place has so many good reviews. What a disappointment! 1st— we have been driving all day, get there, and had to park across the street. They don’t offer to help with luggage at all — and they did not have luggage carts. So we had to carry things multiple times up to the 5th floor. 2nd— our partial ocean view was a full view and full smell of the hot garbage can. We also got to watch all of the employees come out for frequent smoke breaks… all Super nasty. 3rd—all of their garbage cans were over flowing with trash. 4th— barley hot water in the shower, along with being able to hear people using the bathroom in the room next door. 5th—asked for more towels since we were only given 2 for the 3 of us. The maid told us they were all dirty and she didn’t have any. 6th— on our second day, overheard them telling people at 427pm, that they couldn’t check in yet because all the rooms were dirty, even though check in is at 3pm. 7th— apparently people who work here are the ones who park in the actual hotel parking lot, not people who pay to stay here. Explains a lot. Oh—and people were stuck in the elevator. Save your money! Do not stay here! Not worth it.

Right on the beach, the partial ocean view rooms are great, but I definitely will do a full ocean view, my friend did and it was awesome. It's great they have sufficient parking, Tiki bar has good and you are close to lots of restaurants if you want other options. Staff have been helpful. I am here for work, but I already want to bring my family here for vacation!

We had a great time at at Hampton inn. Everything was open, pool and beach! Everything was very cleaned and they are sanitizing all the time. Steve at the pool made sure we were okay and had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Great place to stay and will for sure be coming back!

I really enjoyed my stay and the view from my room! Front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great and relaxing by the TIki bar after a long day was great. Will definitely return!

Multiple stays when we come from NC to go to the Mayo Clinic. We love the pool, hot tub, oceanfront, and friendly staff.

This stay is disappointing. I've had better stays here. My room only has 2 wash clothes for a double queen, four person booking. I got settled into my quiet room with partial Oceanview and maintenance knocked to complete a job in the bathroom. He finally leaves and I get undressed from my travel and front desk calls to move me to another room because of a leak! I was moved to a room overlooking the noisy pool/tiki bar area. I purposely avoided this room when I was booking my stay. The new room smells moldy and the floor feels wet. Not a great stay at Hampton.

LOVED this hotel! Every employee we encountered was extremely courteous and professional. Our room was top notch. The breakfast was definitely better than all the other hotels I've stayed at, big variety with something for everyone. The pool was a huge hit w/ my 3 kiddos, although the hot tub I felt like was cranked way up. Too hot to even enjoy, but that could be a personal preference. You can't beat the convenient location of this place. With 3 little kids and all the stuff that I have to lug to and from the beach, I love that I can just walk right out and be on the sand and when we're done we can be in the pool in mere minutes. The beach is super kid friendly, soft sand, wide sandy area to play in — you just can't ask for much more than what this hotel has to offer. I can't wait to come back!

We were in this hotel over the weekend with our family and friends. We rented 2 rooms and our stay was fabulous. Our kids’ enjoyed swimming at the pool and we also enjoyed playing at the beach. Breakfast food (many variety to choose from and delicious) was awesome, kitchen staff were friendly and they always smile. The receptionists were nice especially Eric. He is very friendly and helpful except to this one lady (black woman with long braided hair, I forgot to get her name), that disappointed us while we were checking out. My friend and I were just asking her about the to go goodies for the kids and she asked us how many kids do we have and we told her we have 3 each and she said 3 each? with matching rolling eyes and even shook her head. We just want her to answer us a “yes” or a “no” if it’s ok but she gave us that attitude. That was so rude! But overall, it was a nice short stay for the family. We just hope that Eric was there to help us when we checked out.

The staff we very friendly and helpful, the complementary breakfast was delicious and the rooms were spacious. We loved our partial view of the ocean and the room rate was very reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Two sides,. The breakfast ruined your 5 star rating. Amazing pool, waterfall & location… Excellent service & facilities. Very clean & nice rooms. But, the Hot Buffet breakfast was mediocre at best. Definitely not in line w/the caliber of this hotel & the nightly fee. The sausage looked nasty & microwaved, the biscuits were cold & were not very fresh, with NO gravy? Warm OJ, Cold oatmeal & only peach yogurt. And, the buffet area needs to be bigger. It was a mad house w/no lines, just people bumping into people rudely.
We paid similar fee at Holiday Inn Resort, Panama City Beach waterfront & it was like a 5 star restaurant where you can choose the AMAZING/HUGE (4x bigger buffet & the dining area was like 6x as big) of fresh to order w/your own server (that one really set the bar). In fact Hampton Inn Oceanfront breakfast was similar to your normal $70-$90 hotels. We know due to all the traveling we have done. Luckily their pool made up for the breakfast.
