We booked a home at the end of January this year only to end up in a very disappointing and dirty villa (914 Brunello) end of March. The pictures online is definitely not what you get. For one thing, the couches are old and tattered brown leather couches not what is pictured. Upon arrival, we came in to find broken blinds, a dirty pool deck, a dirty and broken pool, and pool chairs with moldy smelly cushions, the pool heater never worked either (only worked once out of the 6 night stay), dirty kitchen counter, headboards on all beds were loose and come to find out mattresses are from 2006 and very uncomfortable. The silverware was also dirty as well as the electric water kettle was corrided with lyme and mold. The Wifi was horrible and the TV in the Master bedroom was an old small computer monitor. There were also cracks in the ceramic tile, grout was filthy and the parking out front was a joke (good luck if you have a full size SUV). Behind the dryer was piles upon piles of lint and was barely connected. I feel as if we were thrown into this place last minute, even though we booked months prior. The neighbor next door said there were college students there before us which obviously trashed the place and they did nothing but vacuum to prepare for our arrival. Well we are not a frat house, we are a family of 4 who deserved to be put in a way better home than what we received. Eagle Management refused to give me a full refund, only a refund for the pool heater. We had asked to be moved to another home but at that point everything was booked.
