Very spacious house and rooms.

The resort amenities are great and the community is safe and secure.

Nice family friendly vacation property. We really enjoyed having our own wading pool, it was great to cool off and to keep the kids contained! There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. The resort pool was nice as well and the temp was perfect, my littlest loved the splash pad.

Everything is great but Wi-Fi is horrible. If you plan to work or study remotely — forget about it.

I enjoyed my stay for the week. The only 2 hiccups were, the Wi-Fi was very bad and the heating of the pool. The pool was FINALLY FIX but everything should have been resolved when I checked in. The home was just like the pictures and the kitchen had everything you need. We have enough room for everyone. You cannot beat 5 bathrooms lol.

The house we had was very roomy & comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet & peaceful. The house had a private pool but they also have a community pool with some cabanas. Along with a walking trail. My problems was that the housekeeper wasn’t good at having the house prepared. Dishes was dirty in the cabinet as if they was clean. No towels for the kitchen nor no hand towels at all & not enough for bathing, The TV in the master bedroom wasn’t working. In spite those issues we had a great time.

The Harrold Family, stayed for a month it was everything we wanted and expected. We will be returning. Amazing Resort…

Had a great staycation. Everything was nice and the home was clean.

This is 3rd time staying here. Absolutely love everything about it. We have tried other locations but we found this to be the best. It has everything… huge community pool, weight /workout room, small store, theater with movies every day and evening, on site consigliere who answers and obtains tickets just about everywhere, two outside good sized hot tubs, they just added 4 cabana type tents to rent. The only thing negative I can say about Paradise Palms… was the Tiki Bar and food bar was closed due to major renovations much to our great disappointment! But… we are looking forward to next year using it frequently. The grounds are maintained and groomed everyday and they are impeccable! Awesome place to stay. They have 3, 4 and 5 bedroom townhouses which are extremely spacious… most of which have their own good sized splash pools with outside furniture right off your kitchen! Check out their website… will not disappoint.

Our BNB is awesome. It is exactly as the photos depict. Well stocked with the necessities. A lovely host.

The place and the house was very good, excellent, but with have problems with the internet wi — FI NOT GOOD AT ALL 9 DAYS WITHOUT SIGNAL WE HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE to got signal
but beside that is a good place to stay the Clubhouse is amazing good for kids and the whole family.

Excellent place to stay. Location is prime. Disney is only minutes away. Clubhouse has many amenities including a pool, movie theatre, convience store, and gym facility. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Beautiful spacious place to stay with friends and family. Private pool, as well as a gorgeous community pool with jacuzzis. Close to Disney World about 20 minutes both ways.

Best place to bring the family. Only thing I’ll say is the front porch has a enclosed that holds the trash and was filled when we arrived and we are on day 3 and trash still hasn’t been picked up. It clearly states on the lid, “no loose trash” hopefully we won’t be charged because we obviously have to put our trash in as well. House is amazing, pool is great! Definitely will come back. We did purchase the option to use their grill ($75) as we didn’t know there was food so close. Wish the place was better advertised so we didn’t have to waste our money on the grill.

Nice, luxurious. Individual pool at the home followed by bigger pool at the club, with a small movie theater.

Hands down the most CLEANEST, QUIETEST vacation homes I had ever been to. Super spacious & well worth the money. My family and I will definitely be back again.

This is a nice resort. The pool is clean and great for families with kids. The only down fall is the beautiful bathroom. The flooring is so slick and I don’t think it’s safe for anyone. People coming from the pool and floor so slick, I think they should have safety mats. But the kids love the pool and the splash pad. It has a nice gym and a movie theater. The grounds always look clean. They loved the lake. Seeing the gators. I enjoyed running every morning. Its safe and we had no issues besides the flooring in the pool restroom.

I Love Paradise Palms. The clubhouse amenities and services, the organization and service is like a resort. The houses are well built and is is a nice atmosphere. They have a big pool, Jacuzzi, bar, slash pads for kids, playground sand volleyball, tennis courts, movie theater that shows 3 movies per day, exercise room, convenience store and concierge services. They also have massage services that can come to your room. It's a complete experience of you are on vacation or need to live in paradise!

Really nice place the guest are nice and friendly everyone here is just here to have a good time. A nice gated community with resort pool and clubhouse. Staff are really nice also. The house is very nice and has a pool and all rooms are full of spaces. YouTube has some great videos which match what you see when you get here.

Nice place to stay over in Orlando, Florida beside various hotels in town. A nice living place with guarded and gate facilities and the environment isnvery peaceful and have club house which allow us to use the facilities. Suitable for large groups of people because it contains of 6 rooms and 4 bathrooms. The unit allow you to wash and dryer also provided.

The environment overall was very much conducive for the kids enjoyment. However on our arrival to our Villa it was filthy. The scent that met us was deplorable and the pool was filthy with scum and old wine glass on the deck and mold at the bottom. Several calls were made to support for assistance with linens which were dirty, Wi-Fi connection and pool cleaning. Nothing was timely about the response we got and that was poor for the money we paid. The pool was not in usage for one day during my trip several days ago. The person from support demonstrated poor a nonchalant attitude towards my concerns treating it as trivial and that was most distasteful of all. My experience was not a pleasant one and would therefore wish not to repeat my experience at this resort.

We rented a vacation home here via Airbnb. The home was nice. Most amenities were great. The playground could use a little refurbishment. It was nice that security was quite visible. Pool at the clubhouse was large. Also each home had its own pool, although a small one.

Our family stayed here in the Sugar Plum Villa an I was pleased with how clean it was. The resort pool area and the pool in our villa was very nice. Quiet clean resort area nice spacious villa. Only 15 minutes away from Universal Studios. As always everyone looks for a Walmart near by only 10 minutes away. I would stay here again.

Place was clean but couldn't check in on time since they were still cleaning it. Very confusing place. Nothing was explained. Was told to download an app to get code to open the door and after a couple of hours finally they told us over the phone. The clubhouse pool closed at 8pm which was too early. Was not to happy with this place. Trash was left there from people before us. Not many towels there. No one to explain anything. Very disappointed.

Very nice secluded place but close to a lot of activities within 30 min to an hour away. Private pool and community pool activities for kids. Kiddie splash pad two hot tubs. I would recommend this to any family that needs to get away and wants space inside. Very nice.

We just got here yesterday and I am so impressed! The house we are staying at is beautiful! The clubhouse and pool are excellent. So much for the kids to do no matter the age. I paid to have the pool heated which was a good idea because my kids haven’t stayed out of the pool since we got here If you are planning a trip keep in mind that the house has nothing extra in it so you’ll have to bring or buy everything from trash bags and laundry detergent to salt and pepper. Luckily there is a Publix nearby. Will definitely stay here again!

Paradise palms is beautiful in general. My specific unit was not! They lied on the listing about several things that truly upset us. 8980 candy palm rd is not the unit for anybody. Sunrise property management. Did a horrible job. They decided to clean as minimal as possible, lied about a working pool heater, and several other things we were told about that were not true. Make sure to do your research and not get a unit with sunrise property management!

I rented a house from Florida Scandi that just happened to be on this resort. Pool and clubhouse are a short, lovely walk away. Very nice clean and comfortable clubhouse area and pool. Cool place.

The fact that they charge short-term only "guests" $10 to receive any package sent into the compound shows that they either don't understand hospitality or that they are just hanging on financially and are looking for any revenue stream that they can exploit. Reasonable for the ultra budget conscious but should be avoided by anyone looking for something "nice".

Paradise Palms resort itself would get 5 stars from us. However, since this is the 2nd time we booked this resort, we thought it would be great again! We were so disappointed! This townhouse, which is known as "Mickey's Secret" needs to be completely updated. The living room furniture is a disgrace! It is dirty, worn and needs to go in the trash! Shame on the owners. Since we assumed that Villa Direct, management company, wasn't about to come in and change the furniture for us, we covered the disgusting furniture with bedsheets. Also, we had to put lots of bed pillows on the sagging furniture in order to feel any amount of comfort! The cleaning crew had no clue how to really clean! Amenities? What's that? The setee by the dining room table, was so dirty, we didn't even use it one time. Please understand, we rented this 5 bed/4 bath unit for ourselves only because we had a wonderful experience last time we stayed! And now, we needed a first floor bedroom! We are paying top dollar because we enjoyed it so much the first time! PLEASE, PLEASE, do something about the condition of Mickey's Secret! The second floor seems to be ok, FOR NOW! Villa Direct needs to watch their rentals!

It is our first 24 hours here and the townhome we reserved has been 86 degrees inside. Numerous attempts have been made with UpMax management to have it resolved and they insist on giving us instructions on how to operate the thermostat even though we have told them that the outside unit is not coming on. The person assisting us is Hugo. Needless to say, we are hoping our experience improves : (. When going on vacation, communication is number two with quality falling right above it at number one, and they’ve dropped the ball on both matters.

Perfect vacation home resort. Easy walking access to the clubhouse. Family atmosphere with movie theater, splash pad, playground, water slide and arcade. Just a short drive to Disney from here.

My time at Paradise Palms Resort was absolutely amazing. The service was always able to help me with what ever problems I may have faced, little or small. The rooms were always nice and clean and cozy and even the TV had great service. The prices werent that bad either ☺

Great place. Except the one gate guy who was a real jack hole. And the pool was down all week.

The pool and clubhouse are both very nice with decent amenities and there's a small sundries store. The happy hour poolside is not cheap, but the drinks are strong. Access via the gatehouse is touch and go — — I was using an old code that they said expired months ago when I'd used the same code the day before. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly, although they add a $10 cash surcharge to any package deliveries. I would stay at Paradise Palms again.

This place is AMAZING! Great location. Gated community with guard 24-7. Private pool. Very clean town home. All kinds of amenities. Great for the kids and the adults. Definitely will come here every time we come to central Florida. I can't say enough good things about this community. Thanks Paradise Palms for doing it right!

We all love it The kids really enjoy the pool and all the amenities you had in the house for everyone was fantastic we never had to look for anything we just absolutely loved see you next year.

Hi Google, I will start by saying that I walked into the Global office and it reminded me of the movie Boiler Room, LOL. Well lets start with the first issue, we walked on to the town house and it looked really nice, tiled floors and granite counters, After getting all the bags in and trying to decide on what person will go in what room we noticed a strong urine smell coming from the room across from the bathroom, I thought the bathroom may not have been cleaned well it wasn't that, it seems that the room was covered up with pine smell and parts of the carpet were wet. Upon further review it seems as if the the previous guest Peed on the floors. The Global office closes at 5pm, so I jumped on the phone immediately to notify them at the Global office that is off site by the way, they explained to me they have a cleaning crew in the area and will send them right over. Long sorry short the cleaning crew came and called them saying there was nothing they could do. So after having to hunt them down with the cleaning crew they decided to change our room. But it took have to force the cleaning crew to keep calling until they decided to answer their cell phones. I will update you on the situation as it unfolds.
