Would definitely recommend clean, friendly we had excelent family vacation, Thanks a lot.

We loved the location near times Square and great restaurants. We either walked or rode the complimentary bikes when we left the resort. The rest of the time we were on the beach which is always clean and beautiful with plenty umbrellas and chairs for guests. Pool was great too. Highly recommend.

Incredible location, super friendly staff and overall lovely accommodations — whether you are a family of 5 or visiting for a girls weekend. We are only 1.5 hours away and come down when we want a “vacation” without having to travel far.

First time here. The service has been beyond fabulous. Atmosphere is fun and relaxing. Rooms are clean and decorated nicely. Will definitely be back.

Nice pool & beach access. Food we ate was good (only had nachos and mozzarella sticks). All the drinks are good but hardly any alcohol in them. Some Staff was friendly. There was no room service & for the price of the hotel, you would expect it to be available. We requested a couple things and we had to pay a random employee that we ran into, to get the minimum service requested (more coffee creamers and towels). I assume this is because they are short staffed which is a shame no one one’s to work during this time. We appreciate the couple employees we paid on the side to get what we wanted / needed. They were overly generous with our request. The restaurant COSTE was good but it was prob the most expensive meal we had and it was mediocre at best. There are better places to eat. I would not waste your time unless u want convenience. It’s a 12-15 min walk into the uptown area which is nice. New service of the tram makes it easy too.

Such an amazing time at Diamondhead. The staff was friendly & fabulous across the board! I can’t wait to go back!

Amazing! The resort staff are great! Everyone from front desk, to cleaning service, to cabana waiters, to the restaurant staff and everyone in between. The live music is great, the pool is big with two hot tubs. Right on the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely recommend!

Despite the mixed reviews, this place was excellent. No housekeeping but that was understandable as folks just don’t want to work anymore. Trash is left outside your room in bag or carried down to the front desk. Towels can be changed out at the front desk as well.

Right on the beach. Very close to bars and restaurants; two right on property. In a suite and very comfortable.

Beautiful resort! Great cabana grill and fine dinning restaurant on the resort. The room and view couldn’t be beat! We really enjoyed our stay! We will return in the future.

Beautiful ocean view. Great balcony. Location was perfect! Room was good. Maybe it requires some upgrades, but it wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again.

Helpful and attentive staff. Quick to do repairs even after hours on a Sunday. Everyone is friendly and made us feel welcome. Food and drinks are great. Well worth the money. Sunrises and sunsets beautiful and rainbows are a bonus.

We love this place! Everyone is so nice and helpful! Right on the beach with live music and good food! The beachfront rooms are incredible with a beautiful view of the ocean! Lounge chairs and umbrellas and parasailing or jet skiing is all right here! We love it!

Booked a ocean/gulf view but was given a pool view. Not happy. As a side note the bar and food staff are very nice and accommodating.

Great atmosphere at the beach!

We will be back on the 21st of May for our anniversary we absolutely love the Diamond Head and will always ❤ will be our favorite hotel. There so good to us everything is always clean and everyone is always so nice and we always feel safe.

Best time in Fort Myers! Great place, pool, Bar. Best Beach & sand was like flour! Cannot wait to get back here again!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was wonderful! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had a perfect view of the whole beach/ocean and walking distance from a lot of restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend checking out this resort for those interested in going to Fort Myers for vacation!

All the staff is so friendly and helpful from the front desk check in to the janitorial staff. Very clean and accommodating.

The upgrades since we were here last are amazing. The new restaurant is beautiful and delicious. The service is excellent. Wine list surprisingly good.

We stayed for the ROAR offshore boat races. They did an excellent job with the mass of people. Service was excellent. Rooms were clean.

This is a beautiful place to stay within walking distance to town. The rooms were nice and all the people very friendly. Those were the positives. My biggest complaint is that a resort should not charge for beach chairs daily. Also the elevators are very very very slow. It’s a great time to get in shape and use the stairs. Additionally, I booked three rooms and asked for them to be on the same floor months in advance. That did not happen even after politely discussing it at check in.

Beautiful resort. Love the cabana bar. John was the best bartender ever. Just watching him was amazing at how well he did and how everyone loved him and wanted him to serve them. The The nice gentleman that took our bags up to our room had a big smile on his face and just willing to help us out as soon as we walked out of our car. Not remembering his name but it might’ve been David. Yeah we stayed on the second floor had a beautiful site of the pool and the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone and I will be back again. Two years ago I had cervical cancer and I was two years cancer free. This year I found out that my cancer was back so I went to another doctor got some more radiation done and praying for good results July 1. My best friend took me here to celebrate finishing my radiation treatments. We were celebrating life.

This was our fourth year in a row coming to Diamond Head and their the customer service is what keeps us coming back. Everyone are always friendly and helpful. Very relaxing and peaceful every time we come here. The rooms are clean and spacious and the grounds are well kept. Highly recommend everyone to come enjoy Diamond Head Beach Resort.

If you're looking for a great place to take your family, this is the perfect spot. Never over crowded, very clean, and they take great care of their guests.
Third time here, and will be back again. This place never gets old!

The view was beautiful. The downstairs tiki bar had great drinks. The restaurant upstairs the food was great and delicious.

Every time my husband and I go to Fort Myers beach this where we stay. The rooms are beautiful, with beautiful views of the beach. The food and service are excellent! The newest addition, Coste Island Cuisine, is an absolute gem. The food is not only excellent, but the prices were reasonable and the service was top notch! We would highly recommend stopping for dinner during your stay. You will not be disappointed. We will be back again soon.

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing time! Our room was beautiful, we had a gulf view so all doors opened to the ocean. We loved Cabañas food, drinks and service! The beach was quiet and not overcrowded like it is closer to the pier but just a short walk up the beach to the square and pier. Our only complaint was that the mattress is very firm so if that isn’t your cup of tea it makes for a rough nights sleep. Everything else was great, can’t wait to go back!

We had a very nice stay, and nice vacation. If you want to sleep in, in the am, forget it! Where our room was located, it was very noisy! Front desk staff was very friendly, and helpful. I would not recommend the hotel restaurant, Chloe's, our food was warm at best, with piping hot plates. Fried fish was like rubber, not crisp at all… complained to waitress, got a complimentary dessert, wasn't worth the money I paid, for a party of six… Cabana Bar food was way better…

We have been staying here for years and usually have a great stay! The service and staff is amazing always. When booking this time, we specifically asked to be on a high level which of course can’t be guaranteed. We came over at 10am and hung at the beach before we could check in. Guaranteed check in is at 3 so when 3:30 came and we didn’t have a room, we visited the desk again. We were told they were “inspecting” our room and were given two free drinks for our inconvenience. Mind you, we are paying $1500.00 for four nights. Once we finally get a room, we are given a room on the second floor, right above the restaurant ventilation system. We can not even sit on our $550 a night patio without smelling like a deep fryer. We once again bring this to their attention and they tell us they are aware of this issue but can’t offer us anything other than moving rooms “tomorrow”. We have a family of five so moving rooms after one full day is not a simple task. Super disappointed and not sure we will stay again in the future.
