I came here with my parents and daughter for a weekend getaway. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean with plenty of amenities like free Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool, 24 hours fitness center, and restaurant. This place is located by many restaurants and Gulf Coast Town Center. I would return here again.

12 minutes to RSW Airport with easy access to and from. Quiet hotel with thick pane glass helps to prevent the outside noise from coming into your room. Front desk check-in process was breeze. Fast and efficient. In room carpet and hallways needs updating as it looks tired and beat. Breakfast items are similar to that of other Hilton Garden Inn, clean anf cook to order eggs and few other hot items.

Clean, well kept rooms. Delicious breakfast. Centrally located to a quite a few different restaurants and activities. Would definitely stay again.

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by friendly staff and the smell of clean and freshness. Views out the 4th floor room I had were of a woodland area, the room itself was nice and so was the bathroom, shower could use a little bit more pressure. The room came with a microwave, a Keurig, and mini-fridge. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. There is a pool and hot tub on site along with a workout room, business room, laundry room with coin operated machines ($2). Breakfast was delicious, they do made to order hot food and a buffet style as well ($10.95), mine was included in the room package I got though. Stay was 3 days 2 nights and it was amazing :-)

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous. The rooms were spacious clean and comfortable. The small lobby bar serves a full drink menu, dinner was good but Brunch was amazing. For about $10.00 — All-you-can-eat… and open to the public (not just guests). Two thumbs up.

Great friendly team. We were here for 2 days for business, very much enjoyed our stay. We also drove over to Sanibel island, you have to take time to do this and while you're there check out Cips Place, you won't regret it, FANTASTIC food!

Went for dinner. Friday nights they have a fish buffet. Broiled salmon deep fried fish, lobster bisque, baked potatoes, salads, and great desserts for $10.95. Everything was delicious!

Great staff. Always clean and quiet. AC is very cold. Rooms with refrigerator and microwave is a plus. $10.99 breakfast in the mornings. Close to shopping center and a lot of restaurants. Clean pools.

Had a great stay. Very welcoming. Rooms were nice n wet n cooshy. You could fit your whole thing in there.

Really nice place to stay. The staff is wonderful and they do actually cater for banquets. The restaurant is a pleasant surprise I would recommend it to anyone!

The Easter buffet here was okay. Roo. Was too hot to enjoy the experience and the restocking of food items was very slow. The regular Sunday buffet is much better. Not a good location for a holiday.

Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff in a location convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants including a large twin peaks directly across the street. The rooms were clean and fresh, the food in the restaurant was very good and the bartenders very friendly. Lots of sidewalks if you're walking, public transit available to ride and free parking if you're driving.

Arrived late to room someone had smoked in. No available rooms but front desk sent up a deodorizer. Did not do much but they did comp our room. Appreciated the effort and compensation.

Beds were nice, room was clean, staff was friendly and prompt. Bring your own pillow if you don't want to stack 3 pillows to be the same thickness as a standard pillow. Banquet hall is smaller than most.

Hotel is close to RSW airport. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Customer service is good. Hotel is average in my opinion, not standing out over other options.

This hotel has some of the nicest staff, only thing is we never once seen GM or AGM and with the busy weekend good thing they have a great staff backing them.

Overall, I was disappointed in this property. I stayed for 3 weeks. The pool and spa were closed for many days throughout my stay. After changing rooms, I continued to have trouble with the sleep member bed. The shower leaked. There were other issues that happened that made this a very disappointing stay for me.

The crew here is awesome! Adjustable beds freaking rule! Best sleep I've had in years. Food is phenominal and is not brought to you cold. I recommend it to everyone!

Was checked into a room with ants everywhere. No big deal except I don't want to share my bed with them. Was moved to another room. It was also infested. They sprayed, but that only made them angry. They ran around like crazy. Around the base boards, up the drapery (pictured) and in the bath room. Would have been a nice stay but the company was unwelcome. You have to do better Hilton!

An exceptional hotel experience – I will stay here again when I travel. To start the check-in experience was pleasant, they gave me my choice of floor and when I asked for a quiet room they put me on the top floor at the end of the hall. When we walked in and adjusted the air conditioner a freezing wintry blast of air welcomed us weary travelers who had been baking in the sun all day; a welcome respite in hot sunny South Florida. The thermostat went down to 60 and it was between 65 and 68 in the room, my wife and I loved it. My mini-fridge was set at the perfect temperature it kept my sodas and water for the next day ice cold instead of cool like so many other hotels. Checkout was so simple, I called the front desk on the way out of the room in the morning and they wished me safe travels on my way home. That individualized touch made me feel like a genuine guest, not just a number on a page. I wish I had found this hotel sooner; because I have not had an awesome experience like this in the area, but now that I found the Hilton Garden Inn Fort Myers Airport/FGCU I know exactly where I will be staying in the future.

Loved that there's a microwave and fridge in each room. Rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. Lots of restaurant and shopping nearby… even a Costco! Staff is very friendly.

This visit was just a last minute decision for a quick overnight stay. The front counter staff was accommodating and effecient. I was able to get a room at a reasonable rate despite having no reservation and coming on a holiday weekend. I had a room on the second floor that didn't have much of a view but was clean spacious. Location is very convenient as it is very close to the airport and right off of the interstate. I have stayed here before this stay and would definitely returns once again.

The hotel while small makes up for it in charm. The lobby area invites you in like a friend's living room. The bedrooms are decently new with refrigerators and microwaves as a standard. I do with the beds where a bit softer as they are on the hard side. The pool area Is fantastic to sit around. Right across the street is twin peaks and just 15 minutes walk are tons of stores and bars and restaurants.

If I could give a zero I would. Weeks ago I reserved a room for a birthday trip to Florida. We were thrilled… I got an email offering me an upgrade on our room and I took one of the options. The hotel was close to family and was going to be a real treat. We got there tonight to be told they had oversold the hotel and have no room for us. They say they tried to run my card and it was denied. (which it was stated on the confirmation. I received that there was no deposit required and there was nothing charged until we arrived) Now why they would have even bothered to try to run my card since they had no rooms for us whether it ran or not. So did they take a walk in with no reservation and sold them our room even though we had an active reservation? This is totally unacceptable and I am appalled that this is how Hilton chooses to treat its guests.

This is one of the best airport hotels because they have plenty of restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. Shuttle to the airport, comfy beds and soft pillows. Microwave and refrigerator in each room.

The Hilton Garden Inn is a newer hotel conveniently located within five minutes of Florida Gulf Coast University in Ft. Myers. Excellent location for those visiting their FGCU students. The accommodations are quite basic — not for those seeking a more luxurious experience; however, the room is clean and comfortable for short-term visits. The hotel offers basic amenities such as an in-room mini fridge and provides bottled water guests who have reached Silver status with the Hilton Honors program. Continental breakfast is available daily in the lobby area. The employees are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating and do their best to ensure a positive experince. Overall, a good experience for the budget minded in a good location (Near I-75, airport, Florid Gulf Coast University, Gulf Coast Town Center, Miromar Outlets, and many restaurants).

Room was fine. Standard Hilton fare. The Internet, however, was unusable. Even with the "premium" Internet I was unable to maintain a connection & when I had a connection the speed was so slow most activity timed out. Verizon also has virtually no signal there so using my hotspot was not an option either. With so many hotels within a mile of this location I would recommend that you look elsewhere if an internet connection is necessary.

I walked into room and smelled like old moldy cigarettes. Called staff and their answer was " it's not a smoking room so I don't know what I can do". So I guess they don't understand that someone might have been smoking In this room anyways.

Location is perfect! Close to Gulf Coast Town Center, FGCU, I75 and the airport. Great service from all employees and rooms are nice.

I had just arrived from another Hotel Corp of apparently the same caliber and price. However, after needing to expand my stay because I missed a flight to see my Dr at Mayo clinic, Rochester MN, the harassing got worse! One minute I was staying and the next, I was told I had to leave. What a nightmare. THE HILTON GARDEN INN FM FGCU, is a DREAM! So far excellant. The MINI KING SUITE is so spacious and beautiful with an adjustable bed… yes really, Ken at the front desk was amazing, Joquin (Joe) was so helpful * and accomadating. They all treated my pups, Lola and Buddy, Chinese crested as if their own. The room is excellant* and if possible will take you to any place within reason. Will recommend to a friend. Great job Hilton … I saw somebody complain about the CHEAP BED, … really… QUITE THE OPPOSITE SIR. Next time Dial your comfort *NUMBER* on the top left corner of the mattress to MAKE IT SOFTER NEXT TIME. As a frequent member, you should already know that!

Have stayed at this Hilton property several times over the last few years and always enjoyed it. A big Thank You to Rachel for accomodating me on short notice yesterday! Staff is always friendly and accomodating! As a Diamond member I rate this as a great property, but please, get the plush pillows usually provided at Hilton Family Hotels.

Top starting point for Sanibal ind the Gold Coast, prices reasonable — Hilton quality.
