I've stayed at a few Extended Stays and this one was by far the best of all. Very clean, in a great, safe location, and the front desk staff are super nice, fun people. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was low maintenance and the location was convienent. There is a shopping center within walking distance that includes a theater. While the center is not there the proximity is a bonus!

It was really nice place to stay if you are looking for the place in Fort Lauderdale. People, who works there, are really friendly, kind and polite. Rooms are okay and they also have grab and go breakfast. So it is a good place to accommodate.

Front desk service was excellent. They deliver quick service and have amazing people skills. They should be commended. One thing that they could improve is on the cleanliness of the window and cabinet curtains. They have no record nor idea when they last washed it when I asked them. I requested it, which they promptly obliged, because every time I have to get my clothes in the cabinet, I started to itch. This hasn't only happened once, but several times so I had to inform them. Everything was fine after they laundered the curtains.

Stayed at this hotel relying on reviews here. A bad exp. In all together. 1) Turned up in midnight to check in and they say they don't have a room and I need to go to another one in davie. No prior communication. 2) Free breakfast is a big myth, all they give is muffins, some mixes and coffee. 3) Most of the times coffee cups, spoons etc. Are short on stock and reception carries a big attitude to fix this. Especially the young guy in morning, he thinks he owns the place 4) Repeated asks for shampoo and soap bars can only get you that. If you forget about it, hotel staff will also forget. 5) This hotel has a great area nearby stuff and that is the reason people want to come here and stay, else this place sucks big time.

Everything's amazing! The staff are very accommodating and the rooms are nice. Behind the hotel is a cinema and Westfeild mall. It's definitely a great place to check-in. Cheers!

Wi-Fi is fast, if sometimes odd about login. Beds are comfy, having a kitchenette helps. Door keys sometimes demagnetize, but front desk is good at replacing them quickly.

I stayed at this extended stay after leaving another one. This one is by far a great place to stay! Staff are amazing! Excellent customer service! If you need anything it's available upon request no questions. Rooms are immaculate, well kept and maintained. Overall stay I couldn't ask for better service!

Convenient location and very quiet. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable this is one of my favorite spots to book when I want to get away. And the staff are phenomenal.

Stay started out well until maintenance manager Shawn, decided to ignore the do not disturb sign. Due to being ill with the flu I planned on staying in and resting all day. Around 12:37 pm Mgr Shawn continuously knocking loudly; waking me up stating they needed to clean AC. I tried explaining that I wasn't feeling well but he persisted that there were notices put up throughout hotel. Explained I had just checked in late the day before and wasn't not informed, he persisted in a bullying way insisted the cleaning of AC had to be done that day. I excused myself and got dressed. Called the Mgr of Hotel Mr. Smith who immediately came up. Explained to Mr Smith had I been informed prior it would have had an effect on whether I would have kept the room. Explained that I was on medication for the flu and that I would also have a concern about the wetness in the air from the cleaning. Mr. Smith stated they could clean the AC the following day. Although Mr. Smith was professional and efficient, the rudeness, lack of compassion, the bullying displayed by Maintenance Mgr Shawn was Irreprehensible. Mr. Smith, you're nice, but Mgr Shawn is not out to help you but slowly, underhandedly out to pull you down. Watch your back Mr. Smith, watch your back.

I was visiting a friend and the room they were staying in was great BUT the internet speed was terrible. We ran a quick test and the provided internet was running in at maybe 30 kbps. Video calls would not work at that speed. Other than that, everything else was pretty good.

We stayed here for 2 months for work and enjoyed our stay! Would definitely stay again, and was disappointed when work moved us to another location and we had to switch hotels. Nice location, convenient to mall and cinema right next door and many places to dine and shop!

Nice selection of complimentary breakfast. They allow pets which is quite convenient. The rooms are nice and clean.

Good if you are planning to stay for 1-2 days. No breakfast, a big minus. Front desk people were kind and pleasant. Has good shopping center around it.

It's great to be able to leave the car and just walk across the street to many different shops and even a movie theater. The deluxe room is wonderful. The separate living room adds so much space in comparison to the standard room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were comfortable. There are complete kitchens in the rooms. Pots, dishes, an iron, etc are available for use. The office will provide many different supplies on request. There is a simple breakfast you can take to your room. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness for an extended-stay hotel. It is not luxurious but it is a safe, decent place to stay on a budget.

Evacuated from Florida's west coast after Hurricane Irma. This motel was most accommodating. We kept our two beloved cats with us with no problem. Lena, on front desk duty from 3:00 to 11:00 was very helpful. She recommended a wonderful restaurant to us, showed it to us, and it was within walking distance. I would gladly stay there again.

Had not seen the love of my life for 10 days due to him working hurricane relief. So I came down to visit for an evening and could not stay more than a few hours because I felt like I was literally getting sick from the horrid smells of cat and dog urine. The carpet needs to be pulled up the vinyl flooring as well as it has also been urinated on repeatidly there are German cockroaches crawling around and I have pictures it's disgusting And how anyone could be expected to live there a day much less an Extended Stay is absolutely beyond my scope of thinking or reasoning : (

I'm here with family. It's good so far. I like that they have a stove and sink in the unit. I would recommend.

It is what it is. Practical. Functional. Comfortable. Near malls. Near Dolphins training camp. For the price it would be nice to have coffee available.

Stayed for 6 weeks while working in area. Room 131. Ac wasn't working till I reset it. They charge 10 dollars a day for cleaning then don't clean every day. Internet is slow unless you pay for upgrade. Tv reception sucks or doesn't work when raining. Prostitute living at hotel. I'm certain I saw her walking the streets in the area many times wearing revealing clothes. Close to shopping and food, but bad choice at the price. La quinta up the rd about 100 yards was equally priced and a better choice after I moved.

About what you would expect maybe a little more for the price point I ok with it and I'm pretty picky.

Excellent. This is our second time with more than one room for the relatives. Comfortable. Like home. All you need for vacation. People very helpful and nice. The site is improving all the time. Clean. The manager Mrs. Taelia. Very nice. We'll be back.

Told we would not get room clean during our stay. We had to change own beds… remove old linen and towels… get new ones from the office. No dish liquid to clean dishes. Had to get our own dishes from the storage area… outdated. But clean.

The worst experience of my life. I will NEVER ever book in this hotel.

Close to NSU. Great for short term stays, including fridge, stove, microwave, pans, dishes, etc. Everything was pretty clean when I arrived, service is good. Grab n go breakfast includes coffee, muffins, and some other snacks.

Terrible. Fraud; Not as advertised. The only "amenity" was that the AC ran cool. The words "Extended" and "Stay" should not be used with this place. It should be "Don't Stop", and "Run". No utensils, no coffee pot, wireless down, warm (note, no Hot) water; little water pressure. Smoking rooms are not available, as the website says are. Just a bait and switch all around. What is good is the location — just a shame Corporate let this place go unchecked. Place was dirty, rusty microwave, debris all around. Worn caulk, old paint. You can get the picture. Truck stop motels are in better condition. A good reason they force payment up front is because of this. No return — ever.

Excellent very spacious and comfortable.

It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I have stay at other extended stays and this one needs to be redone. It is good for a one night and leave. I expected to have shampoo and conditioner at the room but we would have to call to get some. The tub was all rusty and disgusting. I wasn't comfortable with the first room had a weird smell so they were nice and switched our room but the second was just a little bit better. Made me want to bring my own sheets and keep one eye open while sleeping. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Even though they had plenty of rooms available they made us sit for two hours before they would let us check in. The rooms are clean-ish. The windows are mildew sealed and sealed shut. And the "complimentary" Wi-Fi doesn't work.

Good location Fair price.

Cheap, comfortable, well located clean. Only problem is that some rooms are bad, need refurbish.
