We stayed May 6-12 and to be honest we usually stay in Resorts or houses when we come to the keys so I was a little worried. My worries were totally out the door as soon as we walked in our room and saw how SPOTLESS it was! We stayed in room 5, just a standard room with Very comfortable beds! I have stayed in 5 star resorts where the beds were not half as comfortable as here! Room has all you need and walk right out sliding glass door to your boat! Kim and a Steve are the BEST! They treated us and our whole gang we were with like family. Nothing fancy, no frills at all but what a perfect place to stay! We will be back for sure.

Me and two freainds stayed here. It was amazing. It was incredibly clean and felt like a tiny apartment. It comes with every thing but food. Dishes, pots, pans, sponge, soap. What ever you need. You have a sliding glass door that opens up to a boat dock which is fun. There is a pool as well. The couple who run the place are so incredibly sweet and helpful. Could not ask for a better experience. Do not let the term motel scare you. There is not a pillow service place this is a studio apartment with awesome nabors. We will defiantly be back.

We loved our stay here! It's small, super clean, comfortable beds, awesome owners, peaceful place to rest and cute. There's a pool, boat ramp and docks right out the back door.

Older well maintained motel. Is kept clean by the owners. Good shopping opportunities.

Love this little Motel. Docked our boat right out room sliding glass door. Kitchenette a plus when fishing so you can fix your own catch! Boat ramp on premise is nice ammenity. That's why frequent this little piece of paradise!

Nice little motel with very friendly owners… At the back you will have your room balcony facing the water.

The place is nice and clean and overall it's a good place but it's defiantly not a 4 or 5 star motel. There is cracks and scratches in the bathroom. There us also a fair amount of ants. This is still a nice place to stay tho.

Typical keys hotel but it was clean, good access to the ocean and gulf, boost ramp was tricky.

Small and not the most up to date but clean and nice for the price. A good motel if you arent planning on spending a ton of time in your room. Our room had a small kitchen.

We loved the Royal Hawaiian Motel, although not the biggest or newest motel you'll encounter it was spotlessly clean and had so much charm. We loved being able to step out of our room on to the dock and look for fish, lobster and other sea creatures.

Clean motel and a good location away from Key West. Could see the water out the back door.

Steve & Kim are Awsome hosts Always ready willing able They turn a Kool trip into an AWSOME vacation Nice motel besides.

Reached there accidentally but was very happy good people clean room. Felt safe. Surely recommend.

Family friendly friendly and welcoming hotel.
