Very bad experience, first we try to canceled the reservation because the storm with not success, finally we going with all family but surprised we can’t used or rental anything from the property, the people from the main office kick out all family from the pools, my little daughter jus crying and the don’t care, We pay lot of money for nothing, or vacation was just a unforgiving mess.

Ok this last experience was very unpleasant. This is the second time we come to this hotel. Excellent hotel, but when you go to a hotel that costs between almost $ 400 and $ 900 per night per night and even more, depending on the season (logical), it is so that all the employees of the same are impeccable in dealing with the client. Literally BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN RENTING IN KEYS CARIBBEAN, these are villas within Hawks Cay Resort and you CANNOT use the Hawks Cay Resort facilities, no pool, no bikes, nothing, nothing, they are not supposed to give you any wristband which is what that allows you to use their facilities. When we checked in we had to do it by phone, there is no front desk, as this is the second time we came we went to the front desk of Hawks Cay and the lady gave it to us and we started to enjoy the hotel, we were confident that everything was fine, we went to the pool and it turns out that an incompetent GRACE employee with a lost face asked us for the wristbands because we were not registered at her hotel, this lady called a "MANAGER" CALLED ANA, another incompetent and really a super rude woman, racist with the Latino and extremely rude, she forced us out of the pool, which was completely empty, and called the police.
