~ Grateful couple for many reasons. We were out of state guests during hurricane Isaias. A1A was a God send to be at. From the gorgeous panoramic view of the ocean, observation deck, extra large covered patio, huge patio fan, tons of out door seating, Pandora music to soothe the soul, free parking, walking distance to amazing food & shops, bright spotless updated Ocean suite was a hidden treasure to us. Oleg & Victoria, plus other's, helped in anyway they could. There are not enough accolades to praise the owners with. A1A is a must stay! You will not be disappointed. We very highly recommend this motel. We will be going back! Mike & Sue N. ~ Midwest. ~

Beautiful view, excellent location, very clean room, so close to the beautiful beach. Within walking distance to nice places to eat and shop. The owners are super nice! We loved it and cannot wait to stay again! ♥️☀️

Just love this hotel, small hotel, quiet, clean room, are dog was welcome and he is a big boy! I would stay here again! I will tell anyone who is heading to Florida with or without a pet, this hotel is the best place to stay!

What a comfortable setting. It is like being at home at the beach. The rooms are very clean with comfortable furnishings and the patio is absolutely awesome. The staff is great, family run so they really do care.

Stayed one night, and would do it again. Front of place looked Sketchy but once we parked very nice courtyard and beautiful very clean well-kept room super nice staff was pleasantly surprised.

I left a one star review as we had an overcharge that the motel did not tell us about and put on our Am Ex. We stayed in March and FINALLY got resolve yesterday! I still cannot feel good about this motel and would not stay again as we had to fight to get our refund and simple communication would have prevented this. We have a REGISTERED 4lb SERVICE DOG and he had on his service vest, slept in his own stroller and was seen by the owner without comment. ASK questions, get a check out receipt and be clear on what you are paying. The hotel is clean and lovely but this experience has left a sour taste in our mouth rather than the wonderful experience it could have been.

One of the Best motel stay's ever! Clean, Clean, Clean Personable Staff! Cold A/C Good water pressure plenty of hot water. Good location, safe and comfortable.

When you first see the outside of the motel it reminds you of days gone bye. When you walk in the room you’re totally impressed. Completely redone, clean, and inviting. The outside area is great for hanging out with other guests, or just sitting there watching and listening to the ocean. The service is great, and on the weekends you will even find the owners staying there. Don’t feel you will find a better deal across the street from the ocean. We were there for our anniversary, when we walked into our room there was a bottle of wine and a card wishing us a happy anniversary. Talking with the owners, and listening to the future improvements they want to make, has us excited for our next visit. By the way, the motel is in walking distance to the pier and restaurants and bars.

We discovered this motel on our way down to Florida — from Montreal. We needed to recharge our car and they had a power outlet. We're very happy we found them. It was very clean and an all around very nice place. They are located right on the beach and have a large patio with nice chairs. Unfortunately we did not stay long enough to enjoy all of that but we will be back!

Staff was courteous and catered to my every need. This beachfront motel was beautiful and well maintained.

There are new rooms after reconstruction, close to ocean, amazing view, and the coffee has the best taste on the coast.

I loved the style of A1A Motel. The owner was very nice. The view is amazing & the hangout area is very comfy. Can't wait until the renovation is finished. Nice place to stay.

My husband and I got married August 4th on the beach in Flagler. We had gotten two rooms at a local motel for ourselves and our grown sons. The hotel turned out to be a real flea bag hotel but the kids didn't mind so much. I personally would not even consider staying so my new husband and I got in the car and went looking for a hotel to spend our wedding night. We are in our mid to late 50's and were not about to spend our wedding night in such terrible surroundings. I should have done better homework! Anyway, we came upon the A1A Motel and it looked so charming and inviting that we could not pass it up. We went into the office where a young woman told us the rate and showed us the room. It was perfect. Clean, neat and newly renovated. But we were told it would not be ready for a few hours and she would call when the room was ready, We got the call and returned to the motel. When Victoria and her daughter let us into the room, they had outfitted it with a bottle of champagne, grapes, a beautiful cupcake and a heart made of rose petals on the night table. Their hospitality and kindness brought tears to my eyes. Oleg and Victoria know the true meaning of customer service and they made my wedding night very special indeed. How do you thank strangers for going the extra mile, for just being the wonderful host and hostess that they are, for making sure that a new bride has an extra something special to come into? I will refer everyone I know to Flagler Beach. A1A Motel.

Extremely clean and well kept hotel, right across from the beach. Owners/ staff are very friendly, and willing to help with all needs. The outside courtyard is particularly pleasant at night. Great location near terrific restaurants, and convenient to the Flagler Beach/ St. Augustine/ Ormond Beach Area.

Great location. Less than 100 steps to the beach. Bare bones motel, but very clean, super friendly, and good price. I'll be back!

It was just right. You get what you paid for and some more little benefits like the modern fireplace on the property or beautiful private deck with an ocean view. Super quiet and chill, perfect place to escape from daily routine. Really cozy. And the bar is also excellent. Never seen Coffee machines like here. Coffee is better than Starbucks for sure and cocktails taste good.

The most incredible honeymoon spot… couldn't have chosen a better location. Just what we needed for our much needed get away. It's a quiet and private beach front motel. And the manager, Rusty, added so much personality and hospitality. Takes you back to what vacationing was like in the late 50's. Nothing over done… everything was just right. We will be back each year to celebrate our anniversary here.
