This was a beautiful property! Check in was nice and easy. They have 2 pools and hot tubs which are clean and well maintained. There are multiple hammock areas and a fire pit. They also have a nice fitness area. If you like games, they have a free arcade with really popular games. They have free kayak rentals, tennis courts, volleyball couts, bike rentals all free for guests! They also have a really nice theater and you can choose the movie. I plan on staying here again.

Such a great experience! My family had a blast and I can't wait to return! There are a myriad of activities but most of all the beach is gorgeous.

Old short lady at reception kinda has an attitude. Very slow check-in. Took about 15 minutes. The bus drops you off at the beach infront of "The Beach House". While "The Beach House" itself is nice the beach is VERY crowded and VERY limited parking if you are driving. You are better off making the extra drive to Santa Rosa Beach which is way nicer. The beach chairs they lend you are horrible. Pool is nice.

So friendly. Grounds well kept, very nice staff. Room furniture is worn. Great cleaning staff.

Lots of great shops and restaurants. Nice rooms with balcony views.

Our Bayview room on 2nd floor is a tree view instead. Definitely not what I expected based on past experience. Asked for a room on a higher floor when making reservation and also upon arrival. They said computers say nothing available. Hardly anyone is here. Tree view room is comfortable but not worth extra points. I feel some sort of compensation is due based on our dissapointment in our lack of view.

No idea what Embarc Sandestin is. Phone says I have been here. Giving it 5 stars.

We went to Destin for my birthday in March and enjoyed so much that we decided to come back for my daughter's 10th birthday! We wanted to stay in another resort this time so upon searching on Expedia I came across this one. I am HUGE about ratings/Customer reviews and so I read more about this place. As for my stay it was awesome! Jessica (a fellow Alabamian and Alabama fan… Roll Tide! ) checked us in and was very informative on the amenities and surrounding areas. So here is a run down because when I read reviews I want to know as much as possible so here goes! … 1. Check out was friendly and quick! There is a 100$ deposit that you get back after the stay and a 20$ per day resort fee that goes to the resort. 2. There are several amenities on the property such as an actual MOVIE THEATER, yes a movie theater. We got a chance to watch the game on Saturday! Nonetheless, aside from the fame they show movies throughout the evening. They have several movies to choose from or you can bring your own movie such as from Redbox BUT it's on a first come first serve basis so if someone gets there before you you just have to watch whatever movie they chose. 3. There is an arcade down from the movie theater that is free for guests meaning you do not have to have coins, everything is free play BUT the fuse ball machine (not sure if I spelled that right). This is great to keep the kids busy. 4. There is a volleyball court on the premises and they do have volleyballs at the desk. 5.

Excellent resort! Loved it! So much so that I am considering becoming a member of the resort.

As a member of the club, I had a chance to visit Sandestin on my road trip in the US. Was not disappointed. Staff very very friendly. Southern comfort I guess. Any info needed they were ready to help. I will be back…

Clean with several things to entertain both adults and children. The view of the bay is beautiful & the hammocks make a perfect way to relax and end the night. I highly recommend this resort.

I have to say, the place is gorgeous and the staff was great. However, we felt rather deceived by all the additional expenses that came up along the way. The resort charges a $25 a day "resort fee" that they do not tell you about until you either check in or check out. In our case, after I received my credit card statement. I had to call to figure what the extra charges for were since we were not told nor did we receive a receipt. The resort fee covers the "free" shuttle rides which we did not need and the daily breakfast only for children under 10 which they advertise as "kids eat free" which we also did not use. I would much rather they just tell you up front that the room and stay is actually $25 more a day than advertise free amenities that are not actually free. Additionally, their parking lot was very full at most times so if you are unable to find a parking spot like most guests experienced, you have to pay $25/day for valet. Parking should be free and accessible as every other nice hotel I have ever stayed in has been. Food on location was very good but also completely out of control expensive. We anticipated spending a lot on dining while there as we go to Destin very regularly and the location alone warrants those prices. But $3 for a banana and $9 for a cup of black coffee seems a little crazy. This was our first experience at Hilton Sandestin and we will not return.

Amazing service… Great people from front desk to housekeeping. Loved this place thinking about getting a timeshare here… Free arcade for kids, free movie theater, 2 pools kids & adults, hot tubs… 3 gas grills in grilling area… Everything imaginable in kitchenette area… Full size icebox… Tram that will take you anywhere on resort… And much more that I haven't mentioned.

Good facilities. Close to everything is Sand Destin and Baytown… Always have a good stay in this place!

The rooms are very nice, clean, and spacious. The surrounding area is very nice as well. The staff was very nice and helpful. They also had great coffee in the morning.

Beautiful resort, terrible customer service. My family and I visited there in April for spring break, but will never again. We found Erica and Jonathan to be most rude from the very beginning. We were talked to and treated as though our presence was an imposition. I think it's time for lessons in basic customer service. I see that many, many people have complained about Erica, yet she remains there with the same poor attitude. Terrible! Dollie was helpful and pleasant. So much thanks to her!

Stayed Memorial Day weekend 2017. Beaches were crowded as to be expected. The beach side bars were busy but took great care of us. We played golf on the Baytowne Course and had a great time! Pace of play was great for a holiday weekend. We stayed on property to eat all meals — no need to leave and fight the crowds in town. Overall an excellent experience as always. Highly recommended as a vacation destination!

I've visited twice now, once off season and once over a holiday weekend. The staff has been fantastic and helpful. They always have been able to help me out with whatever I ask. The pool area is nice and relaxing, but fills up fast. The beach is amazing, but fills up even faster if you don't pay for one of the spots. The restaurants have a pretty good menu and the food is decent, but it has a premium price.

My husband and our 3 boys are staying here and loving every minute! The staff is extremely helpful and informative. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and very well kept. The gorgeous emerald beaches are just a few short steps away. We will definitely be back!

Our stay has been fantastic from the start. After a problem with our original room at a neighboring Hilton property, we were relocated to the Hilton Sandestin. The front desk lady who checked us in was the epitome of professional, made sure we had everything we would need to make our stay as pleasant as was in her power to provide. Room is exactly what we were looking for to make my wife's birthday weekend getaway a memorable and relaxing one. Staff have all be extremely pleasant and helpful, location on the beach is perfect and the beach side amenities from chairs and umbrellas to drink service have been expertly and professionally ran. Highly recommend this property for your stay in this area.

I fall in love with just one night.

The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. All services were provided with a great attitude and a smile.

You enter the lobby and feel like you are on vacation, the moment you walk through the door. The restaurants were great but the service was slow. The ambiance makes up for it. Expect resort prices on everything. The pools were good but the beach is stellar. The rooms were big, comfortable and we had an amazing ocean view. The kids loved the bunk beds. This is resort living, you never really have to leave but if you do there is plenty to do.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were also kept clean and tidy.

Beautiful place, nice environment, suite is big but not very clean.

This perfect, the island is serca. The clean rooms R comfortable. The only problem is which to handle the truck free around the spring. Still one that was very rude with the people.
