Newly remodeled rooms with refreshing decor. Breakfast buffet is great with hot choices. Staff very friendly and helpful. Always stay here when visiting family in Palatka.

We are here for work related purposes and this is a great place to relax! Love the room and its so quiet. Very happy!

What can I say, bit is a Best Western. The check on was easy, the room was clean and the breakfast was good. I woll stay there again the next time I'm in the area.

My husband and I stayed here. It was very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast was great and the kitchen was very clean which is very important to us. The staff was great. We would definitely stay there again and have already referred it to a family member.

LOVED it… I enjoyed having a very clean room with fresh linen and towels. Very quite, enjoyed having a wonderful nights rest and had a great breakfast bar including hot waffles, pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage or cereal and pastries if you preferred. I truly enjoy the juice and hot coffee. I was in Heaven as long as I didn't have to cook.

Clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful. If I'm ever back I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here one night on a fishing trip to Dead Lake. Nothing fancy but just right for my needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I would give it a five.

This place was disgusting. We rented a non smoking room and when we arrived we were told all they had were smoking rooms. We tried to make it work but when she opened the door the smell of smoke was overwhelming.

Love this place. They go out of they way to make you feel at home. The breakfast bar is one of the best. The lobby and breakfast area have been remodeled and looks fantastic.

They are the "nicest" hotel in the area so they feel they cab treat guests as if they are bother to them. Sorry, I was interrupting your evening by wanting to check into the hotel and give you money. Please learn some customer service skills before I return next month. I want to be able to stay in a clean hotel. But I want to feel that I am welcomed there. Also the breakfast buffet needs a little help. The hot items looked overcooked and rubbery. The pastries were dry and stale. I will give it one more chance. I hope that I can eat these words next month.

We stayed here for 4 days while visiting family. I was impressed with how the clean the place was. Definitely much cleaner than Quality Inn across the bridge. We canceled our reservation there and came to Best Western. I would recommend this place if you like a clean hotel.

Since my arrival on 8/11/17, I love the new remodeled BW. I always stay here when in Palatka. The staff is very professional and welcoming. Very impressed in the new room decor. Complimentary Breakfast is delicious. Housekeeping staff very helpful and attentive. Thank you BW.

The price was reasonable. Quite area. Very clean room. The staff was great. Very good breakfast. The beds were very comfortable. I will return again next time I'm in the area.

I give the place a 5 for cleanliness. I couldn't find anything dirty in my room. Just wish I would've picked a non-smoking room but that's my fault. Great job housekeeping.

Was a pleasent stay and the staff was really nice, had a fridge and microwave in my room, and a coffee pot. Had free breakfast which was great. The room was nice and clean, and we'll stocked with towels and such. Would gladly stay again if ever to come back this area.

The owners and staff are the best. A Super Great place to stay. I didn't just stay a few night either. My sister and I stayed for 8 nights. You can not ask for a better place to stay. It is truly A Home Away From Home.
