Perfect location to visit Key West, great breakfast and good value for money.

Love the room! Pretty close to all the attractions via bike. Shower is nice and spacious. Bed/pillows are comfortable. Busy traffic during rush hour. Parking is a nightmare but parking garage is 2 blocks away at 18$ a day.

It has a good location, and we were able to find good street parking for free. I thought it was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. My only complaint is there is no coffee/tea until 8, unless you go down the road to the store. I definitely plan on going back.

Great clean place to stay. It's a walk from Duval Street so the party life isn't far away. No parking offered but there is a lot of free parking around the hotel. Rooms are clean staff is beyond nice. This is my third time staying here. I highly recommend staying here and enjoy the island life!

The boutique hotel Albury court in the Eaton St. Is a small hotel (with several buildings) in downtown Key West. Superior price range (common in Kex West), clean guestrooms, including breakfast, which is served outdoors in the small outdoor pool. A few minutes ' walk will take you to Duval Street, Sunset Pier and the beautiful waterfront promenade. Pay attention to free and unreserved parking spaces!

Our room was large, attractive, clean and hotel is certainly in a convenient area. However, nothing in efficiency kitchen, not even a coffee machine. When asked about this got no response. Also no lights by bed, needed to walk across floor to access light, no soap dish. Get the idea. In so many ways, not very convenient or comfortable.

Had a wonderful stay and even extended it because we loved it so much! Extremely helpful staff. Beautiful place. Had an originally condominium room made into a larger efficiency suite. Extremely roomy and comfortable. Thank you for everything.

Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast by the pool is delicious and a great way to start the day. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Great location close to Key West Express, and an easy walk to Duval Street or the seaport.

The hotel is in the district where houses are wooden and white, so is the hotel. Clean and well decorated rooms. Comfortable bed, Wi-Fi even in our room. Decent breakfast in the pool area. Friendly staff that respond to requests. Looks like rooms vary in size and views. We got a room at the pool with nice views. The only negative issue is the noisy waterfall in the pool. It produces the sound of a torrential rain, disturbing the tranquillity of the garden. Why? I kept the windows of the room closed. What is supposed to add atmosphere actually spoils it.

However, the rooms are very noisy and the street noise of the slightly larger street in front of the house is not to be overheard.

The stay was okay, but I felt the price was a bit high for what I got. I had a single bed room with a queen. The room was pretty clean except for what looked like a Coke stain on the wall. The room was pretty small. I had to cross the road to get to breakfast and the ice machine. The breakfast was just cereal, fruit, and orange juice. Also, the parking was scarce near the rooms. They recommended parking 3 blocks down in the public parking deck. It's a small city and you do a lot of biking and walking anyway, so its not so bad.

Great Hotel a 15 minute walk from Duval Street. Cozy rooms equipped with everything you need, excellent cleanliness, rather rich breakfast in the garden by the pool. Only the air conditioner a little noisy.

Rooms are cozy modern, and the location is very close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions!

We got there pretty early and the gentleman at the front desk suggested a couple of places to go. He also told us where to park and plotted where we were going on a map. The staff is awesome! Adorable clean room, really comfortable bed, and the Inn is at a great location! Everything is walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was really nice and the courtyard where we ate was beautiful. We will 100% be coming back.

Nice cozy hotel located in the heart of key west and very close to the historic pier. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Rooms were decent. Place where breakfast was served was small with hens all around. Parking is not included. Have to find own street or paid parking. Location was convenient as you would walk around to most places.

Loved this cute hotel! My boyfriend and I stayed here during our stay in Key West and we couldn't have asked for a better place. The staff was nice, friendly and accommodating — even after we were arriving later than our "check in" time — they just left our key's in a lock box with instructions on where to park and where our room was. The room was clean and cool. We had a small kitchen — which was nice and parking was in the ally/road out front but we didn't mind it because we found parking every time. We walked to Duval St. From here — and it wasn't a strenuous or bad walk at all. I guess if you are not into walking much, you might not want to stay here — but for a young couple in their midtwenties — it was really nice. I actually preferred that we walked to Duval for drinks but slept and stayed farther away from it when it was time to go home. Definitely would recommend!

Loud, our room what over the street, our window right next to the public boardwalk with people walking by 4 feet distance to my pillow, inflexible reception, they didn't gave us the possibility to change rooms, with strange excuses, never again. Room itself which is okay, so what breakfast. Across the street, at ground level, next to one of the busiest streets of key west. Breakfast and Pool is just across the road.

It was a clean hotel with a decent breakfast but I would not stay there again, there were rooms upstairs on third level and a balcony above my room, you could hear people going up and down steps and it sounded like a heard of elephants were on the balcony. Needless to say that I didn't get much sleep during my stay. The closet was very small and was aprox. 3 1/2ft high, you had to get on your hands and knees to use it.

My husband and I love this property. It's nice and clean plus the breakfast is a perk. We also like the location that is closed to restaurants. We rented bikes down the street and had a blast. We had some nightmares in Key West with other hotels, so we highly recommend this property.

I had a great time at this hotel. It was clean, up to date, and in a great location. The breakfast was nice and everyone was friendly.

Great location. Reasonable rates. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very close walking distance to Old Town Bakery (phenomenal! ) and Eaton Bikes rental shop.

The rooms have low ceilings, so watch out. The bathrooms are also tiny. Other than that, it is a nice place. Located close to everything. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Parking can be an issue though. Overall, decent value.
