Just stayed for a week. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Beautiful view from the marina. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Great quiet place. Enjoyed our stay and the visit with Raffield. Will definitely be back.

Another wonderful week at Coconut Mallory Resort and Marina has come to an end. Plenty of sunshine plenty of good times. Jenny and her staff have made us welcome and made sure that we were comfortable. Can't wait to come back again.

My family stays here every year and we have never been disappointed. Always clean and very family friendly.

Great place to stay when visiting Key West. The Boat House (bar) and dock area was a lot of fun. All of the bartenders were great especially Jana and Tim. Good accommodations, friendly employees, good location, and every one we met at the resort were very nice. Plus in the dock area we saw manatees, barracudas, nurse sharks, star fish, stingrays, etc.

We truly enjoyed our short stay at Coconut Mallory. They were super accommodating through some initial confusion that was totally our fault and are even shipping a lost phone back to us. The rooms were clean, the grounds were beautiful and the Boat House was fun and friendly. We are even motivated to buy one now! Thanks for a great weekend!

We just checked in after waiting hours to get in. The woman at the front desk was rude. The place smells terrible, there is mold on the ceiling and there’s hair in the sheets and shower. Clearlu, this place has not been cleaned from the previous occupants. There’s even a razor in the shower. I called the emergency number bc it’s after 5 and the woman, Jenny, was so rude and obnoxious. We are waiting for someone to come and move us to another location. I would not recommend staying here.

Came down for a softball tournament. The housing was nice and comfortable. Make sure to bring extra towels because they are very stingy. Staff's attempt at being fun and cool is actually obnoxious and self degrading! Every interaction was hostile and annoying. Amenities are clean and not over crowded. Price was fair for location.

Fantastic location! Very clean and neat resort. The landscaping was lush, and you could see the local wildlife. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this resort to anybody whether you are just a couple or a family.

I didn't want to give this place any stars but I can't post the review if I don't give at least one star. If you stay at Coconut Mallory Resort you may be coconuts! We drove up to the resort & thought it was cute. We got to our room; a little bungalow studio & thought it was cute. Smelled great & it was neat. As we unpacked I was walking around with no shoes on because I was on vacation. I noticed the bottom of my feet were black! My husband was looking for a spot to hide our extra money. There are exposed beams (which we thought added to the charm) so he went high; he felt around & his fingers were dusty. The electric burners on the stove top were dirty. We were about to use the coffee maker after spending one night & my husband noticed a roach crawling up the cabinet. We called the front desk to make them aware of the roach only to be told that I should've kept the drains covered because they (roaches) might come up during the night. After looking thru the drawers we found smaller dead roaches in a few of them. I took pictures but don't want to post. We also found a drawer with food left from other guests; some open, some sealed. Needless to say we found another place to stay. If you want a place that's quaint, clean & without roaches DON'T stay at Coconut Mallory Resort & Marina.

Love the people and atmosphere, just wish they had food and rum. Then this place would be perfect.

We stayed for a week. Some inconveniences for sure. I understand that they are still recovering from the hurricane, however seems they should not be open until ready. We were not met with professional responses when we asked for help. A more willing & pleasant attitude would be helpful. I am not used to a staff that is argumentative & defensive at a hotel. We were very disappointed! We have stayed here before and are very concerned that this place will not ever recover.

We confirmed our reservation here in August of 2017. I called today (05/07/18) to confirm the reservation (a month in advance) only to be told that they have not completed the renovations and we were cancelled! REALLY! We bought our plane tickets 8 mo. Ago. If it wasn’t for me calling to confirm, we would have shown up with NO room! RIDICULOUS! The General manager Jenny Gomez has never returned any of my messages.

This property is located on the northeasternmost part of Key West in New Town, far away from all the activity on Duvall Street and Mallory Square. This make driving to activities a must, which means paying parking fees ($30-$50 per day. ) Really nice condo, but cleanliness is obviously not a concern. The floors made our feet filthy! In all fairness, they are still recovering from the hurricane, but in the hospitality industry cleanliness is of utmost importance. Be aware that check-in is from 5:00-6:00 ONLY. We arrived at 6:30 and had to call the manager for our keys. The staff seems friendly and responsive to requests. They decided to begin throwing construction debris in the dumpster outside our window at 6:30 in the morning one day. (Again, hospitality industry! ) Overall, it is a nice place I guess, but I would probably not stay here again.

Nice atmosphere, all kind of catering and street music to the program.

This is. A time share not a hotel or motel so dont expect your beds to be made daily they wont and you can wash your own towels they provide after all you dirtied them. If you like your privacy this is your place. It has two well kept pools and a hottub.

Wonderful stay. Staff is pleasant. Very clean spacious condos. Definitely returning!

Considering they are still recovering/renovating post hurricane Irma, we are pleased that they allowed us to come down for our annual trip.

Nice warm climate, close to the beach, airport and bay plus all the restaurants, entertainment, parks and shopping nearby on duval st and downtown. Cruise ship dock on other side of the island but only a short distance away. Lots of transportation options available or easy to walk pretty much anywhere.

Got an unexpected room upgrade due to Irma repairs. Clean, uncrowded property with modern room and spacious patio. Very nice front desk staff. Reasonably priced for what you get compared to the rest of KW.

Good quiet place Nobody annoying recommended.

There was no one to greet us. The place was in terrible condition. Dirty and abandoned. A scam.

Swimming pool is good.

I had a reservation for January 22-24th, and my confirmation email says, word for word, "check in at 4pm". My flight got in at 10pm and I was driving 3.5 hours from the Ft Lauderdale airport to Key West, so I arrived at the resort at 2:30am. When I arrived, the office was closed, and in my confirmation email there were no office hours anywhere. On the mailbox there is an "after hours" phone number, which goes to Jenny Gomez, the general manager. I did not expect Jenny to be awake at 2:30am, but tried multiple times anyways because I was desperate to get into my hotel. After trying MANY phone numbers and being transferred to many different offices, I gave up and found another hotel to stay at. The next day when I went to the resort to tell them the situation and ask for a refund, since the office hours were not stated and I would not have picked this hotel since my flight was booked before the hotel. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and told me they had everything figured out and would let "them" know about refunding my stay, but it's been a week and I haven't seen a refund or gotten any emails or calls from the resort. I've been calling the resort for the past hour, getting transferred time and time again, and no one seems to know what is going on or how to refund someone. If you stay here, make sure you know the office hours because they are not like a real hotel that stays open for guests who arrive late. They will also make it a pain to get a refund as well.

This is a great, small resort that has a nice big bar by the water, a nice pool and a hot tub. Our unit was a two bedroom, and it was actually two floors as well, which was great for putting the baby to bed while the adults stayed up and hung out.

Very disappointing. The reservation did not correspond to the offer more the apartment smelled like mildew.

It seems to go back in time, the houses, the harbor and then the road on the ocean to get there.

They say one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. Nice but expect to see others in order to make a comparison;)

These people are scumbags. They were just hit with a major hurricane, the highways are closed going down there, there's no electricity the list goes on and on. One would think it's easy to jut cancel your reservation, right? WRONG… ZERO COMPASSION. They are still holding my reservation and trying to charge me $636. I had to cancel my credit card because of this.

Great location near the top of KW so it's quieter than downtown locations. Small marina on site and also a quaint tiki bar, which was originally built to accommodate a TV series filmed there. Primarily a resort/timeshare facility, but I was lucky enough to rent one of the few privately owned residences for a couple of years before it was sold, and despite living right on the beach now I still miss living at CM!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… We rented a two bedroom condo in April 2016. It is an expensive place to stay but for two bedroom condo it was just a little more expensive as compared to other places in Key West but it was a good experience. The rooms were clean. We Saw Conch shell, Manatees, shark and other interesting sea life right on the Marina. They have a restaurant on their site and the people in the office are very helpful.

Great quality for the price. The rooms are large. Great view by the marina. Great location even if not close from Duval Street (about 10 minutes / 20$ taxi to go downtown). It is clean enough but could be cleaner, it is not clean like a 5 stars.

Our room was incredible. We had one of the 2 bedroom units. It was so nice to have room for our large family. The pool was great. Our view wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was even an issue with the dates of our stay. They contacted Expedia and clarified it quickly. Since this is the 2nd time I have had an issue with a room I have booked through Expedia and the other was at a totally different hotel, I will say Expedia is the one with a problem. I will gladly be returning.

The marina area was absolute heaven! We saw everything from nurse sharks to iguanas. Nice large rooms airy and cool. BUT the floor was/is filthy. Our little crawlers knees all the way down to his toes were black within fifteen minutes. Couple maintenance issues in the room but they can't fix what they don't know about was NOT the resorts fault. The staff and people are nice and friendly. The drinks were ice cold at the bar down at the marina and the sunset was gorgeous. Great place just bring a mop and a screw driver!

Pleasantly surprised… nice place. We're here for a week and the staff was very helpful. We have a two bedroom two bath on the second floor. Very clean and laid out. Would be nice if they updated the kitchen and bathrooms. But overall it is pleasant. We will come back and would recommend it.

Wonderful time staying at this condo resort. We had the 2bed/2bath/full kitchen condo for 3 people and there was more than enough room considering there was a king size bed, full size bed, and pull out couch. Clean rooms and beds. Curb appeal: 4/5 (construction and lack of available parking).

Bar and great dock. Together well privatize with parking and the rooms are soundproof. Very well maintained.

I was here with a couple of friends a year ago. They were renovating while we were there and actually switched out the entertainment system and couch after we checked in. The rooms were very nice and spacious. It was much more like a time share than a hotel, which made the stay that much nicer. In terms of value, its hard to beat this hotel. The hotels on Duval will cost just as much, if not more, for single rooms. The only downside is having to take a taxi back and forth for the night. When you factor the extra $30 a night with the taxi, it is still a better deal. Also, the bar downstairs is very chill and good place to start the night.

The difference that 2 years makes. My prior experience was wonderful but this place is going downhill-it reminds me of the old blue lagoon (now the IBIS). So far, we check in, and the nice truly upgraded room we were told we were going to be in no longer available, so okay, we are in an "upgraded" unit that still has miami vice carpeting and bubble tv's-and an extra bedroom we dont need. We get settled in and someone has left their dog unattended and crying in the unit next door. Okay, so I inquire at the desk and am told "its a service animal". Whatever, so some self centered person under the guise of needing a service animal decided to go partying and leave their pint size dog whining in the room-not really the hotels fault. Next issue, the 2nd bathroom tub has 2 holes in it that appear to have been attempted to have been repaired, but the ceiling over the the dining room table has a water feature when that shower/tub is in use. One of the most beautiful things about the keys is tha ability to sleep under the stars with a window open-not so here at the coconut mallory! no screens! I talked to the front desk and was assured that they would get maintenance over to rectify the situation. 2 days later no response so I talk to Jennie, the facilities manager whose first answer is "there are no rooms that do have screens" so I point it out to her that most do, but ours has none. I then walk outside and read off the units that do and dont and she says she will get right back to me.
