This hotel was perfect for our honeymoon to Key West. Clean, great location, pool and hot tub had amazing service — worst part was the lack of room on the shuttles to downtown. Always a huge line to get on and only half the people would fit. Would definitely stay here again! We did not get a renovated room, but the hotel renovations in general were stunning!

This hotel was beautiful. The rooms were specious and had everything you would need. The service from the front desk, concierge, restaurant servers and pool bar attendants were outstanding. They treated us like royalty. Excellent property and people!

Yes they have just finished a total renovation and it is beautiful. Great location to downtown Key West. The shuttle is the way to go with the perfect place to drop you off and pick you up after a day downtown.

No vending machines for beverages or snacks, not a full set of toiletries in the room and some had been previously used and left. My prepaid deposit was charged and then the hotel put a $75.00 hold on my account, in advance of check out, for any additional charges and I was checking out that same day! Totally unacceptable and I wonder if it was even legal. Elevator was out of service the majority of our stay and not because of renovations… it was broken. I would NOT recommend staying here.

Very nice rooms and the staff is super friendly. It was just remodeled. I was a little upset with Marriott because they said my room would have a partial ocean view, but that isn’t the case.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton, the pool experience was great! They had smoothies at noon and popsicles at 2pm, which made the kids day. The room was great for my family as the kids had a TV and living room to sit in and we had the bedroom area with TV to relax. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again and the beach is right across the street, even though it wasn't as wonderful as the pool. We still had fun! Thank you Shareton Suites Key West.

Very nice hotel. Spacious rooms, beautiful key west beach right across the street, great shuttle drivers … nice quiet location yet close to everything. Incredibly helpful and accommodating front desk, management and concierge. We really enjoyed our stay and it was made even nicer by the folks who work there.

Best place ever! My husband and I got married here May 16th 2019. One word-AMAZING! We felt so safe and loved everything about the hotel. The staff is perfect. Natalie-we love you! She gave us the most amazing wedding. The servers, bartenders, and hotel staff are pure perfection. We will be here for our one year anniversary. Counting the days down already. Love you guys!

The shuttle takes you right to downtown. Great food at the restaurant in the lobby. Great location and atmosphere!

A beautiful amazing facility that is on the ocean and everything is right here. They have a shuttle service from the airport and into town every half hour. The cleanest and most beautiful place I have ever been at! Amazing is an understatement!

We are at Sheraton KW now. The reason I got online to talk about the place is to encourage people to order the calamari. It is particularly wonderful today. Other great things: Check in was easy, when the room was not ready they sent us out for a drink (on them). The bartenders were fun as hell. The room is LOVELY, bed comfy, Starbucks coffee pods, strong shower, beautiful pool with plenty of loungers and noodles. I can not imagine what there is to complain about. I have to admit that I did not pay $800 per night, but, really. Why would you pay $800 per night? That's nuts.

My hubby and I stayed here October 6-11, 2018 to celebrate our 37th wedding anniversary. Upon entering our assigned room and doing my usual room inspection, I noticed hair in the sink, on the white rug and in the toilet area. I took photos of the uncleanliness. Another complaint was the toilet chain broke on our last day. Upon check out when asked how my stay and telling my story and letting them know I had pictures the attendant said sorry and proceeded to print my bill. It was the worst service ever!
On a bright note, Peter and Kyle, along with the other food service staff members were EXCELLENT!

Tropical landscape, large pool and bar. Restaurant with indoor and outdoor eating. Rooms are spacious. Definately for families and kids. Sulfur-like smell in the air due to dead vegetation washed up on beach. Must be seasonal. Receptionist had a hard time explaining a mandatory bus shuffle fee even though room was paid for. Not as "tourist-y" as I had imagined with colors and parties everywhere but checked off bucket list.

We were able to stay in an upgraded suite that was very nice and large. It's not the nicest hotel around though. Although the staff act like it's the Ritz. It is nice they have beach amenities across the road and a shuttle to downtown included in the resort fee. We didn't go to the pool but it looks nice and the pool area is an oasis.

Hotel was good. Nice location. Wonderful welcoming staff. Beautiful beach. Everything was good but one staff member who kind of ruined our experience while we were checking out. If it wasnt for Mr. Hunter's rude behaviour, I would have given 5 stars and raving review about this place.

Great location (right across street from beach). Nice pool, shuttle service, guest service all great. We really enjoyed the stay. If we go key west this is the hotel we would like to stay again and will recommend others as well.

Stayed here in August 2017 before the hurricane came through. Decent hotel for the price as it was off season rates. Having the beach right across the street was nice. The pool area is a little small, but it is perfect for family time at the pool. Housekeeping was very courteous and generous to us but that tends to happen anywhere when you tip your maid daily. The staff were very nice and helpful from the time we checked in until we left. My advice for staying here is that you definately need to catch a sunrise on the beach.

What a great doubletree! I’ve stayed at 100 different Hilton properties and this is one of the best! It’s an older hotel, but unlike some of them, they keep this up pretty good. Beautiful pool and hot tub. A bar outside in the courtyard area. Free breakfast for gold or higher. (Otherwise like $15) grab a drink at the bar and say Hi to Bill. We only stayed here 1 night and there were 4 of us in a room with 2 Queens. Was fine for a night, but 4 people is not ideal. Only issues, the bathroom door would close into the door frame all the way and the shower drained pretty slowly. Neither was a big deal so the 5 ⭐️ rating stays.

I just spoke to Chad, the manager of the hotel? Although I am not sure about that because managers don't treat guests the way I was just treated. A 62 year handicapped disabled senior. This hotel took $416.87 just like that from my credit card for a reservation that was supposed to be canceled because a lady named Tatiana had charged me the wrong amount. She also charged my room too soon, when I still had a few more days to pay and confirm my reservation. My reservation was supposed to be "the limited time sale rate" which was a lot less. Instead I was charged the higher amount. Hunter the front supervisor, a very nice man (not like Chad) told me that he was going to refund my money and then do the reservation all over again. The money was refunded 2 days later, so I assumed the reservation was canceled since I was never called back to do the new one. Since the weather channel anticipated heavy rains for may 18th, and since the money was in my account I decided to wait a few more days to make my reservation again with the new rate. However, today when I looked at my account, the full amount was charged again. Chad The manager, doesn't want to honor Hunter's promised to refund my credit card, and I cannot afford to loose that money. This is very upsetting to me. I never had anyone take advantage of me like that. Especially when the refund was issued and then charged again. This was not fair at all.

Very nice hotel, splendid Suite a bit expensive but in the price range practiced in Key West.

Lovely hotel with a great atmosphere. Room was pretty nice although a bit run down. The pool was nice to hang out in as it wasn't overly crowded (we were there late April). They were able to provide a crib for our baby to sleep in. Shuttle service runs every 30 minutes and takes you downtown.

Pros: Nice accommodations. Helpful and friendly staff. Shuttle is a plus. Cons: beach is across the road. Having the beach at the backdoor would have been awesome. You have to drive or walk a distance to shops and food or take a bike. But if your looking for quiet, here you are.

The Sheraton Suites provide a shuttle to take visitors downtown. Additionally, the hotel is across the street from the beach. The staff was polite and friendly, offers guests ideas about what to do and where to eat. The pool area was beautiful. The rooms were clean and cheerful. A great hotel.

I stayed here for spring break the first week of March 2018. The rooms were spacious and usually clean, although we had to call the front desk multiple times to have towels brought to our room because they never replaced dirty ones. I had to kill multiple cockroaches that somehow made their way into the room. The poolside bar was unbelievably slow. They only had two bartenders even though it was huge week for college spring breakers. The wait time for a drink was around 30-40 minutes if you were lucky. That was not even the worst part. Dining at the inside restaurant for breakfast would end up being a two hour ordeal even if you were the first ones there. The waiters and waitresses were not well informed with the menu and would try to persuade us to buy the most expensive item possible, even if all we wanted was two scrambled eggs. One of my friends waited 50 minutes for a toasted bagel and it would be a solid 15 minutes before you received a water. The staff was nice, but I would expect that they would be better prepared knowing that it was going to be a very busy week. I'd recommend staying here to younger adults that do not care as much about receiving the best treatment.

For the price, the value of this place is debatable. Pluses included a great pool side atmosphere, across street access to the beach & free shuttles to/ from airport & Old Town. The staff is very friendly. Minus were: the room we had was simply run down. Cracks in the bathroom walls, worn out sofa & the wood cabinets needed to be refinished. Also, the restaurant service is painfully slow. Both times we ordered breakfast, we were waiting 30+ minutes for beverages. We finished eating the buffet before my coffee arrived. Not sure that I would return.

I took a family trip here in February 2017. The Sheraton was clean and very accommodating. Our room was lovely and very quiet. It was nice to have a pool and hot tub that were also kept super clean. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. I picked the Sheraton because I wanted to be as close to the beach as possible without over extending our budget. They had a $35 daily shuttle that ran on the hour during the day and every 30 minutes at night into town. Great place to stay!

Super comfortable rooms, spacious, all re clean, does not offer breakfast in the basic rate and has parking payment. The beach that is in front of the hotel is not very nice and the water is half cold or at least when I went, in December (we commented that the hurricane was revolting the water and the temperature was lower than normal)

We had been given a 1st floor ocean view with balcony and king bed. Wanted 3rd floor so we could actually see beach and ocean. Had us in a new room by 9am next morning and took care of all the moving. I have to use a scooter to get around and they had a lift shuttle bus that took us and picked us up door to door which wasn't the norm for their shuttle service. Anything we needed they went out of their way to assist us. Room was excellent and very roomy. Will definitely go back. Key West was awesome and ready for business!

Overall my wife and I were very pleased by the experience of staying here. We chose this hotel because it was a slightly cheaper option, and the reason for that is that it's farther away from the major touristy areas, but the free shuttle makes up for that. The exterior appearance of the building was nice, and the fact that there's ocean right out the front entrance is a plus (although it's not like you ever have to go very far to hit ocean on Key West). The room was comfortable, but we wish it could have had a microwave.

We have stayed in Key West many time in the past and we'll do so again in the future. On our most recent trip to Key West for Fantasy Fest we booked our room at the Marriott Beach side Key West. We checked via the Marriott app when we got off the Key West Express and they said our room would be ready in one hour. I told them to hold it we would be in late that night. When we arrived about 10pm they said they were sorry but they over booked and said they would remove all charges for the room. They found us a room at the Sheraton Suites Key West and shuttled us right over there. When we arrived they offered us a free breakfast buffet and gave us a complementary room. This was not your ordinary room this was a presidential suite. Full living room, Dinning room, master bedroom and a complete on suite bathroom. The breakfast buffet was outstanding to say the least. They offered us free shuttle service to Duval St and off we went. What a great experience we had. Thanks for another great time in Key West. Sheraton Suites Key West was a great place to stay and we had a great time in Key West.

Great property on the island of Key West. One of the few ocean front offerings I'm aware of. Room was comfortable, had a great view and was super clean. Despite a hurricane that came through, this place (and other great spots in KW) are open and ready for business. Host at breakfast was friendly and prompt. Hunter at the front desk was super helpful upon checkout.

Water pressure was hit or miss, bugs came up through the drain (again, I'm pretty sure this was hurricane related), one of the elevators didn't work. The rooms were spacious, though, and up to date. Nice shower and bathroom. Nice kitchen area with sink, microwave, and fridge with small freezer. Large couch and plenty of table space. I wish the elevator was closer to our room, especially since we always had a stroller. Breakfast was good and service was excellent.

Second time we are staying at the Key West Sheraton. This time around… It's just an average experience. First we booked a king room… Got a double queen instead, had to fight for a king… SPG gold status be damned. After an offer of a breakfast comp and my subsequent rejection they "found" a king suite. Great… They have been fighting some plumbing issues I guess since our water has been turned off twice. The rooms are starting to look dated, among small other issues you wouldn't expect for 300/night on the south east end which is non prime location.

The room might have had bedbugs because we woke up with a rash. We had to switch rooms.

I understand that recovery from the hurricane is still going on but there are a few things that just made the stay unenjoyable. First, when I arrived at the hotel after a long drive, I attempted to take a shower and only a single time stream of water came out (like a kid's water gun). This lasted for a few days. Then for the remaining two days, thousands of bugs appeared in the shower. I didn't find them anywhere else so I can only assume they were coming up the drain. Multiple times a day I would way them down the drain only for them to return a few hours later. All of that said, this would have been a lower score if the hurricane hadn't happened a short while before. However, I believe it was much too soon for the hotel to be open up or at the very least, offered some sort of discount for the sub-par room. Full price for something like this seems a bit unreasonable. I know the staff is trying hard, but I think they need a few more weeks before I could recommend staying there.

Everything has been nice. Only thing I would suggest is that the shuttles have more times and the second shuttle needs to be updated. It is small and air is not strong enough. Room is clean and good size. Pool is nice, though the water was very warm. Beach across the street is not great but that is normal here in Key West. Staff was very friendly.

Nice enough hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and really nice. Shuttle to downtown is convenient. Pool and hot tub were relaxing when not full of children. Hotel staff was friendly. My only complaint is that the hotel bar closes a 9pm. Seems inconsistent with creating a resort atmosphere. Resort fee is pricey, not sure what you get for it is worth it the cost. Overall pleasant experience, would give a 3.5 if I could.

The hotel and staff were excellent! Our room was beautiful. Shuttle bus that runs downtown and to the airport was so convenient! Mr Ed (the driver) was a delight. Waitress in the hotel restaurant was so friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Spent a week with family and was extremely pleased with everything from are arrival, to the very nice rooms, a fantastic breakfast, shuttle service to and from town. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed are visit. I would definitely stay here again and hopefully will soon. Great job by all.

Beach is the worst. Smells like sewage. Hotel is ok but noisy between floors. Not near anything. Ocean view rooms are on the street and traffic is noisy.

The hotel was "ok". Pros: The room was clean and nice. Bed was comfy. Great access to the beach. Free shuttle to the airport. Cons: $10/day for parking your car there. Entry way and elevators were dirty. $20/day to rent bicycles. $30/day for "resort fee" basically Wi-Fi that is free everywhere else. Overall I felt like I was nickel & dimed for everything!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Super friendly staff, everyone was helpful. Djavid was our shining star, he always had a smile. I'm ready to book my 20th anniversay stay here. I also see our family using this as our family reunion go to place. We were there for our daughters destination wedding and everything was perfect. Horrible experience! Keys wouldnt work constantly, so I had to make the long trip back and forth to the lobby to get them. The titles upon entry were dirty and slippery. The iron splashed water and was defective. The windows wouldnt stay open. I probably got the worst room overall but the personel didnt help either. Would not recommend, will not stay again.

Currently staying. Pre paid the resort and room fees, but they do not have the resort fee on the book so that upsets me, because I already paid for it. Also, our keys to our room didn't work twice, but they put us in a different room and gave us free breakfast slips. Unfortunately, there were 0 vegan options on the menu so we couldn't use them, but the thought was nice.

The rooms and place itself are clean, but average. The people and the service are both terrible. I'd say the service is very very inadequate. The people that work here are a bit crass as well. Not a very warming environment.

Been staying here for about 12 years, always good to us, the staff the wait staff the pool staff housekeeping you name it. Love the rotunda pool bar — great appetizers, good drinks and great bartenders.

Booked this Hotel for a weekend with my family and I, a total of five people and had a great time. Access to the beach is as easy as walking across the street. The customer service representative that helped me book the room was incredible and set me up with Sheratons reward program. The room was clean and spacious enough to fit the five of us comfortably. I go to Key West yearly and lets just say this will not be the last time I vacation at this hotel.

This was a beautiful hotel and it was so convenient right across from the beach. The rooms were beautiful!

Nice rooms, but hotel is located in an isolated area, opposite the main area of Key West. There is a $25 per day resort charge in addition to the rate. Rooms are spacious. When we went, right after Christmas, the hotel was severely understaffed, so the front desk and restaurant almost always had a 10-15 minute wait.

Don't expect a resort, or luxury Sheraton experience here. It is what it is, relatively low cost bulk suites. Beach is across a busy roadway, and not one of the good beaches in Key West. Great shuttle service that will run you around the island, with very friendly and helpful drivers.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced, and my husband is a Starwood preferred guest. The hotel has a " late night room service menu" that actually DOES NOT EXIST! I even called the front desk to inquired and received nothing but attitude and no reason for why a menu was provided but no actual service was available. I asked for the front desk concierge name but none (other than "Kevin") was provided. I believe that this is unacceptable. As someone who spends countless dollars on hotels such as these, more respect and effort should have been paid. I would never recommend staying here. There are other hotels worth your money.

Upscale hotel with convenient access to Duvall street.

My room was noisy (next to service elevator) hallway smoke alarm constantly going off, my curtain rod for the shower was broken so the floor flooded and I almost fell getting out. The repair for my curtain was started while I was in my room, the guy left and all his tools and the parts were on the floor making it impossible for me to use the bathroom. The trash cans in my room still had trash in them from the person that was in my room before me. I'm disgusted and annoyed that I paid a lot of money for such a crappy room… This doesn't even deserve a single star and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Nice place with very spacious rooms. Service was professional, though there should have had been more than one bathrobe in the closet.

Had a wonderful time. Every one was very nice & friendly& helpful. All the shuttle drivers were nice but really injoyed Mr. Ed. All the Concierges were very friendly & helpful.

Good hotel, poor location. Beach is terrible, so expect overwhelmed pool. Hotel providrs free shuttle to downtown, but trips back and forth eat a lot of your time. Avoid hotel bar and restairant, bad overpriced food. On other hand, rooms are clean and specios.

This place truly saved our vacation after a horrible one night stay at the Wicker House which was disgusting and unclean to say the least. Got a great walk in price the at 1am for the following two nights and loved it so much we decided to extend our vacation an extra night. Very clean and pleasant. Our room was at least twice the size of the one at the Wicker House and included an microwave, mini fridge, bar sink, coffee maker with Starbucks coffee, small dining table and living area and a beautiful and comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The pool area was also enjoyable and proximity to the beach was a plus. Also appreciated the shuttle. Most of all was CLEAN. Will definitely consider for our next trip.

My wife and I had a 6 night stay here and we're very impressed. The staff was very kind, very personal and very attentive. The hotel was clean and modern. I'd go back :) The breakfast buffet, although fairly expensive was delicious. Also, we ordered a Caramel Banana Xango Cheesecake through room service and ended up ordering that dish (as well as the Crab Cake Po Boy) multiple times throughout our stay. Excellent food.

This place was amazing. We were in Key West for 2 weeks and they made it wonderful and we did not want to leave. We were a little worried when we got there on Saturday night and it was dark out but when we woke up the next day and looked out the window and saw the ocean we knew we chose the right place to have our wedding. The wedding experience was great. They were friendly and set everything up how we wanted it and the staff was friendly and made sure my bride and I had warm food and got to try everything. The only complaint I have was actually our own fault when we booked our hotel room only until that Sunday and had to check out and check in to another hotel in the area. We were not happy with the other hotel and the Sheraton let us check back in and gave us another balcony room at our wedding rate a week later. We wanted to leave Key West on a high note and this hotel helped us do that. It is over a month later and we still talk about how nice the hotel was and how friendly everyone was and all the hidden little treasures in Key West that we found. We are already planning a anniversary trip for next year so we will see you then Sheraton Suites and we can't wait.

Came here for a wedding and was just blown away with how wonderful the staff was! They were so friendly and helpful. Cared about serving others! Great time would stay here again.

I stayed at the Sheraton Suites in Key West for my honeymoon, and I had a wonderful time. It was our first time in Key West, so we were just learning the area. The staff made the learning experience so easy for us. They suggested restaurants and attractions, and gave us tour schedules. The rooms were beautiful — very clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the pool area. The best part of our hotel stay was that the waitress put a heart on my pancakes with whipped cream when she learned that I was on my honeymoon. When I return to Key West, I will return to the Sheraton as well.

Had bettee experience on a half price holiday inn hotel the night before. Hotel is old, had hard time findingthe elevator to my room, and when I got to my room the acces card did not open the door, it was nit programed correctly. Then 20min after I was in the room housekeeping stuff entered the room without anouncing themselves. Horrible service called front desk to complain and they did not do anything. Overpriced for the service and old hotel that it is.

I recently had a company trip to Key West and I got 13 rooms for 2 nights. Wasn't the cheapest but I am more than satisfied with the entire stay. My employees work extremely hard and it was a fantastic way to reward 26 hard working people for all of their efforts and company dedication during the busy months. My carpet installers got to bring their families and just enjoy 3 days in paradise where they could relax and recharge their batteries and get pampered so they can come back to work with a smile. It worked out great. My people loved the trip and the resort. Room service professionals were polite and helpful. Staff at the desk was also very great to work with and the group sales manager even went above and beyond by sending a bottle of wine and fruit up to our room. Thank you. Looking forward to the next trip.

This hotel is very nice to have a nice pool, large rooms and a good shuttle-bus to down town have.

Home: Totally unprofessional. After 9pm of door-to-door travel, it took no less than 30mn chrono to get a room, which was yet already booked and pre-paid. Moreover, this one, the 310, was next to the air-conditioning tower. Difficult to recover under these conditions. Fortunately, we were able to get the 216 the next day, for an extra charge for the same surface, look for the error.
Room: OK except Venetian blinds that do not completely obscure —-> morning alarm clock.
Bedding: OK including sofa bed, a good point.
Bathroom: Obsolete plumbing and very average finishes (as in Egypt, C is say). Second bedroom (216) obtained the next day of better quality, shower instead of bathtub.
Internet: Wifi But signal too low in the 310, OK in the 216.
In summary: A lot of contrasts in this quality service finally very average.
