Marriott’s Harbour Lake has the best staff, great pools, entertainment, activities that make everyday a blast, DJ Jay’s Thursday pool party and an amazing miniature golf course! Highly recommend a family vacation here!

Been coming every year since it was Horizon. We stayed during hurricane Ian and I am beyond impressed with the way you handled the storm. The front desk staff, especially Bobby were incredible. Calming, reassuring, and always smiling. The bar staff: Spencer, Miguel, Manny. Michael Lou to name a few, and the maintenance team who had that place back up and running and NEVER complained once even though I'm sure they were up all through the night. I know this may sound crazy but it was a wonderful vacation. 36 hours of inconvenience and after it was like it never happened… So very impressed. Thank you to all of you, some who had damage at their own homes, and still carried on and were so great to us… we were so impressed. Thank you all for a wonderful vacation! See you in April.!

My son is 14 mo and it’s family/ child/ and baby friendly! Provide you if oack and plays and high chairs and water areas for small children and lots of activities for older kids. We’ll definitely be returning. Also 5 min drive from 24 CVS which was clutch.

Perfect family getaway. The 2 bedroom villas are nice and spacious. Perfect for my family of five. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. This will become our new annual Florida vacation spot.

We always love our visits to this hotel! We live local but enjoy visiting for short weekend staycations. The rooms are extremely clean and well kept, spacious and tastefully designed. If you stay in a villa, the kitchen and eating space they offer is great and fully stocked with everything you need/ full size appliances. The hotel offers so many amenities, all very family oriented. We have 2 small children and there is plenty to keep them busy and happy, from two large pools with water slides, splash pad, playground, mini golf and lawn games, not to mention extra activities like painting classes. Pool, gardens/grounds are all beautiful and clean, and the pool bar has great food as well. Highly recommend! *Many thanks to Devyn, one of the supervisors for the hotel activities department! She was so sweet and helpful and went above and beyond spoiling our two little girls with fun on our last day of our trip! Thank you Devyn!

We love this place! The rooms are amazing and spacious, and the pool areas are perfect for families with kids. There are fun activities each day, everyone is so friendly, and it’s in close proximity to other places in Orlando. Highly recommend!

So many activities for the family and kids. They offer a water club thrive exercise class which is amazing. Our instructor was Michelle and she’s absolutely amazing, all if the staff is super courteous and the area and rooms are exceptionally clean.

This place really is home away from home. The pools and splash pad were a hit! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and accommodating.

This is our 3rd time here. Harbour Lake is probably our favorite Marriott to visit. The staff goes above and beyond, and the grounds are beautiful! The kids are never bored. We will definitely be back!

Great family hotel. Condo style rooms with full kitchens. Lots of amenities for the kids. A pirate ship in the main pool; and large splash pad and water slide in the second pool. My kids cannot get enough of the place.

Love the Key West look and the fantastic, friendly staff. The resort is geared to families with small children but we have enjoyed it as somewhat “senior” adults. Pools are great and not too loud, room is beautiful, and the grounds are gorgeous. Love being able to grille out and enjoy the views from our deck while we dine…

We had a fantastic stay here. It is one of the best resorts we have stayed in. The atmosphere is great. Its perfect for kids. And the staff is amazing. We love it here. I highly recommend this place.

We had the best time and our Grandsons LOVED the Pirate ship… they ran and played like little boys should and then slept for 14 hours. Grandma and Grandpa have been asked by them to take them back… GREAT time… and the staff was extra nice to all of us.

We loved our stay! The staff was so nice and accommodating, always checking in to make sure we had what we needed! My son had a blast in the pools and splash pad and never wanted to leave! We would absolutely come for another kid friendly get away!

It started out great here it looks beautiful and activities everywhere. I was really happy and enjoying my time that is untill my family and I left our room yesterday around 1 pm. When we left I placed a very valuable and special watch next to my other belongings on the table by the back patio door. Low and behold when we return 4-5 hours later, housekeepers or housemen have been in our room making the beds and dropping of towels and such, we only asked them to leave towels by our door when we left. Upon returning my watch is know where to be found. Have multiple family remembers able to verify myself and daughter included that the watch was certainly left on that exact table/ stand. Just to be violated by a resort and buisness you trust has me extremely vexed and there’s nothing they are really doing to accommodate or help besides telling me to fill out stolen or lost property with the sheriff. I don’t know if it’s negligence that they show some of the less fortunate staff but they obviously don’t care just by how they are handling the situation. I suggest if any one cares about their property and has respect for themselves and family don’t come here because God forbid if anything negative was too happen to you or your loved ones, your just going to have to deal with it and continue your “vacation” like nothing happened according to them. I hope and don’t believe anything was prejudice or racial profiled but that’s a issue I had that I won’t dwell on here.

I totally Recommend staying here. We had a fantastic time with our 3 young boys. The restaurant had excellent food and strong drinks, plenty of recreational activities to do, ping pong, basketball, soccer, corn hole. The pool areas were excellent and very much kid friendly from Tots to adults. Our room was clean and spacious and loved the screened patio. All staff and I mean all staff was 110% on customer service level. Everyone treats you like family. Whether it was housekeeping, front desk, the slide operators, pool watch, Mary in the Bar area and the other guys I forgot their names, Kendall and Josh I had chatted with, all were fabulous. We stayed the whole time and never left the property, and now we leave in the morning. Definitely will return.

We Love it here! So many things to do you almost never have to leave the grounds! From the 2 pools to mini golf, basketball, table tennis and 2 bars happy family. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Plus we Love the water slide. Can't wait to go back next year.

What a wonderful family friendly place. The pools and daily activities kept everyone busy and having fun. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom villa was great. Nicely decorated and had what we needed. If you prefer quiet I'd suggest asking for a room facing the lake. Those overlooking the pools will have lots of action outside. We'd come back. The kids enjoyed themselves so much they almost didn't want to go to Disney. Highly recommend.

This place is absolutely enjoyable for small children. There's something to do everywhere. Fun activities for toddlers in the morning. Things for older kids in the afternoon. They've also got great package pricing such as all you can eat ice cream and all you can play mini golf. This is the place to go if you're looking to have a adventure without going to a theme park.

Great place to stay with a large family. Awesome pools and pool slides. Kids love the resort, not really built for the relaxing adults. But if I was a kid still this is where I want be. Staff was friendly and positive and fun in the sun. We will be back in the years to come. Make sure you get a 1 bedroom or 2 or 3 villa they are very spacious and heart warming.

Had a great stay here over Easter. The apartment rooms are fully equipped with everything you could need and were immaculately clean. The facilities are geared towards keeping kids entertained which they did amazingly well considering we arrived in time for the Spring break influx. The poolside games kept the kids happy and were pleased when they 'earned' pool tokens that they got to spend at the gift shop. The Gator show was also a hit with the little ones which came at no extra cost and was a pleasant change from the general attitude of anything Disney related that seems to want to take your last penny from you. The poolside bar and restaurant served just about everything you could want. Really enjoyed the breakfast and had a big enough selection that we didn't get bored with eating the same things for 2 weeks. The frozen corona — margaritas were a great touch too! This is a great location for all the parks as they are all reachable within 20 mins or so. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Harbour Lakes to anyone and if we were to return to Florida, I would certainly stay here again!

Me and my boys and in laws came this past week. It was my boys first trip ever your hospitality was amazing and your staff was great! The boys were involved every night with a activity to earn their sand. Thanks again for a memorable trip that we will cherish forever. Harbour lake sits minutes from Sea World, Universal Orlando Studios, and is just up the highway from Disney. The staff was welcoming from the very beginning. Every time we entered the complex we were greeted with a "Welcome Home. " The front desk staff was cheerful and professional, and we checked in at 1:30am. The grounds are well maintained and there hasn't been a loud grounds keeping presence, which is nice. The rooms are big with full kitchen, and the pull out bed is the nicest I've ever seen. I haven't seen one since the late 90s for the record. The A/C was always appreciated upon entering the room from the late June Florida heat. The 3 pools weren't crowded during our visit and we were able to find seats poolside with ease to watch our boys splash, while we drank frozen drinks. There was never a "free if you listen to our presentation" pitch either, which was refreshing. I will definitely be back to Harbour Lake, and may consider it our only option when returning to Florida.

My family and I had the best vacation here. We went to Disney for two days but my kids are already planning next years trip and they are telling me that they would be so happy just staying on property and doing all the activities for kids. The staff were so friendly and kind. I loved this resort, so beautiful, well maintained, etc. Did I mention all the wonderful activities, family bingo, family kickball, youth game night, water slide races, etc. The two pools and a splash park were Great. My kids also enjoyed the playground, fouse ball, tye die t-shirts, and the various recreational activities. Our room was wonderful tool. The beds and comforters were so comfortable. We got a family of 7 in a 2 bedroom villa very comfortably. I can't say enough positive things about Marriott Harbor Lake Resort. ☺☺☺

A great resort for families plenty of activities my kids loved it more than going to the Disney parks however the one thing I would recommend is at least give a heads up to guests if the splash park is not available prior to checking in! However they did have a shipwreck pool Where kids could play and enjoy themselves and a slide. The only issue with the Shipwreck pool is it is connected to a much larger pool so parents can't really relax because you're consistently trying to make sure kids don't go to the deep end of the pool and drown. Other than the splash park not being available it was a really great experience I would love to go back and recommend this place to anyone who ask. The activity center in the activities that were set up for the kids in a different Ages were wonderful and my kids really enjoyed that and that is what really matters to me! Staff was great and assisted in every way possible!

Have stayed here two times and have loved it both times! They have great activities for kids and families and the pool/splash pad is the best! The rooms are great and my favorite thing about the resort is that it’s small so not a lot of walking for little legs and feet. The food and drinks at the patio bar are great! (And strong! ) we will def come here again and again.

A fun resort that's excellent for children. Includes scheduled activities for both children and adults, two large pools, water park, mini-golf, cafe, and more. The rooms were comfortable and included mini-fridge, coffee maker, microwave, etc. Our room had a small patio as well. The staff were friendly and the front desk helpful. Would go back in the future.

Great location centrally located. Kids programs were perfect for 4 and up. Pools we're enjoyable. The only neg was the kids water okay area was under construction but that's just timing nothing neg for the property. The bar and grill staff was very attentive and we're very helpful. Rooms were well stocked and comfortabley furnished Will come back.

We really enjoyed staying here for 5 days. The location was perfect for all Disney attractions. The grounds were really nice too. It had a large water play area for kids and hot tub for adults. There were several bbq areas and tables. Sitting out by the lakes was very relaxing as well. We will definitely be back.

Rooms were extremely spacious and decorated. We had 5 people sleep comfortably with enough room for a family of 8. The kitchen was updated and the room was fully stacked with everything you could need from plates, cups, even laundry detergent! The exterior was nicely decorated in a key West theme. The grounds are nicely kept and the amenities are a great plus. They have a giant splash park, a pool, and a pool+splash park on the other side. The water was heated which was nice. They also have mini golf, tennis, arcade, and a ton of activities daily. Parking was easy and plenty. They have a guard at the front that is really friendly. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, we definitely will be back.

We always love our stays here as owners. Couple of disappointments this year: at pool slide you have an older lady who constantly blows a loud whistle and isn’t friendly, at all. As an Aquatics coordinator trust me she needs a serious lesson in customer service. How about hiring a certified lifeguard and not a half attempt at a pool attendant. Saw an awesome younger male give a water aerobics class and I was super impressed! Pool side food and entertainment was great (slide races. ) We expressed a need to have rooms ready early as we changed resorts and we were told we would be put on expedited list, guess what time our rooms were ready? 5pm… after regular check in. Rooms as always were very clean, roomy!

My family and I have had a great experience at this resort. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and plenty of activities make this place positively memorable. They have a wide range of possible recreational activities that will provide hours of entertainment for all ages. Five stars!

Vacationed there in Oct. /Nov. 17. Had a great time. Had the best waitress ever… Mary! Makes you feel like you've known her forever. Cheerful, energetic and awesome! The rooms were good… property was well taken care off. When you return back to the property they come out and tell you "welcome home". Definitely will be back!

Stayed for 5 days. Room was nice, but showed some wear. Could use modernizing like USB charging. Pools were great, ate lunch at the pool bar and it was perfect for a quick bite. Fitness Center was very nice. Overall a pleasant experience.

This may be the very best resort for every age group that we have ever enjoyed! The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, the units are modern, clean and well-appointed, and the pools are amazing! The bar and grill has very attentive staff and the food is absolutely delicious. There are family-friendly activities from morning into the evening every day of the week and live music by the pool. The location is convenient to all parks and right down the road from Sea World. A perfect action-packed or relaxing vacation resort depending on what you are seeking!

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. At poolside they even offer swimming diapers for those who forgot. The only way I can even possibly come up with negative feedback is the floors were a little bit dirty as evidenced by our socks and bare feet. I would most definitely prioritize this place as one we would revisit in the future.

It is very well maintained, the pools are good but only for kids boys as the slide they have for bigger kids is not good. The water park is fine.

Looking back, this location was wonderful! In 2016, we stayed here as a family (my husband, 3 sons, a daughter in law and a 1 year old). It's definitely a location for family. In 2018 my husband and I stayed at The Marriott Grand Vista. While very very nice, we liked this location better (even as 2 adults without grown children and grandchildren). It's smaller thus easier to get around, loved the zero depth pool, mini golf, night lighted walking path, actually, just about everything. The properties are very close to each other. Both are close two attractions. Hope this helps you. Good luck!

I have officially been to harbour lake for exactly 10 years and it's my greatest pleasure to say that this is my favorite resort of all time. They have one of the most friendliest staff members on the planet, they have so many activities to do so you'll never ever get bored, and it's close to most of the attractions in Orlando. Every memory I cherish from harbour lake has been with me for all those years, so if you want a kids friendly resort this place will not disappoint you.

This one of the best Marriott properties my family has ever visited. The accommodations are outstanding, the activities are wonderful including the pool area and even the wait staff at the bar. I have to give a special shout-out to Dimitri and Waldo. Dimitri is one of the wait staff at the pool bar and Waldo is at the front desk. Waldo was great and my kids loved him. It is located very close to all the Disney parks. But you almost don't even have to leave this hotel to have a great time with your family. We will definitely come again in the future.

This resort was great for families with small children. I frequently stay at Marriott's globally and this resort met all my expectations. Great location, pool area and activities for the kids. The room was large with plenty of space. The staff was friendly and very nice. Everyone took time to greet us as we passed and always asked if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone with small children.

This is a fantastic Orlando resort. There is lots to do included in the lodging price. There are some fun activities. You are close to all the major theme parks. Service is outstanding. Great place to vacation!

Great and kindly service at check in. Poor gift for resort owners. Comfortable and warmly room. Very good attention as per needed extra requirement at room. Resort attractions great for summer gang with kids. Kindly attention at check out. Roughly attention by phone by front desk lady once late checkout was required. Too much wide difference between check in 4pm and check out 10am. Not policy for late checkout even if 3 kids still sleeping at 9:30am with 30 grades outside after long day at parks.

Location excellent. Service excellent. Our 4 and 6 year old enjoyed the pools to their hearts content. The water was heated which made that possible even on those not so warm days. Plenty of activities taking place daily. Rooms really well furnished and equipped. Extremely comfortable.

I love coming here. We have stayed here on four different occasions and I really have no intention of staying anywhere else when I visit. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Some of them even remember you when you visit again. There is never a time when they can't help with any issue that might arise. It is a smallish resort that makes you feel like you are visiting a home, but still has great amenities and activities.

What a wonderful experience I had here at harbor lake the staff members are the most friendly staff members I have met in my entire life if you have kids I highly recommend coming here it is super kids friendly and there is always something to do here the place is very nice and clean it makes you never want to leave the the place. One particular staff member I want to recognize is Gary he is super nice and is what is truly what it means to be a staff member. The rooms are so homey the have a washing machine so we do not have to bring much clothing, a kitchen so we don't miss home cooked food and a beautiful balcony is breath taking if you get a good view. If you came for a quiet vacation I do not recommend this place it is extremely lively and perfect for having fun. This place is amazing and I get butterflies in my stomach just thinking about our next visit. This place is our 2nd home. I cannot wait to come again and again.

Stayed here for 5 days while attending a conference at the Orange County Convention Center. Husband and I stayed in a 1 BR. While the place mainly caters to families going to theme parks, we really enjoyed our stay too. Very easy access to the convention center by car a mile away via a sort of "back-door" entrance. Beautiful apartments, well serviced, clean, very nice amenities, 2 nice pools, gym facility. When I left a charger behind they contacted me and mailed it to me. Super helpful! I would highly recommend and would stay here again. (Also, no pressure to submit to a time share sales pitch, which I despise. )

My family stayed in a 1 bedroom villas for 4 days, 3 nights. We requested s renovated room on the first floor near the pool, and we got exactly that. The room was very nice and met our needs. Every staff member we encountered during our stay was fantastic and very helpful.

We stayed on floor 5 of building 15 right next to the elevator — I would advise to avoid this unless you have mobility issues as you will be woken every morning by people going to the elevator and chatting loudly. The cleaners cupboard is also by there and so they congregate each morning and chat too. The rooms in this resort are very dark despite the bright exterior of the building. That is my biggest complaint about the rooms — even on a bright sunny day you have to have all the lights on inside so that it isn't dismal. In terms of activities for kids and general resort amenities though it is fantastic. If you are with a family? Absolutely go here — there's so much to do for kids. If you're a party of adults? I would advise going across the road to Cypress Harbour instead.

Resort was good. It would be awesome if the splash pad had been open. I'm only giving it two stars because they didn't tell us before we got here that it was closed for repairs. It was the whole reason we picked this place, they should have told us before we got there so we could have at least made other plans. We had two days where we were just going to swim that we couldn't do as long because it was closed. I expect more from Marriott.

Very good resort. Is less than 15 minutes from all the premium outlets or factories. As well as the theme parks. It has swimming pools, sports fields, and entertainment programs for the residents.

A hotel for children and adults to have fun. Water park, jacuzzi. Has it all. It is very large. Very friendly staff.

Had a great vacation here. The multiple pool/water areas are fantastic, and my daughter loved them. This resort offers a lot of activities that the kids enjoyed, while understanding that the resort is most likely playing second fiddle to the theme parks. They play a nice balance. The unit was as expected for a Vacation Club resort. No issues at all for the villa.

I spent some afternoons visiting family who were resort guests. My review is mixed because on its own, this is an enjoyable resort. Very comfortable and modern, and I like the way it feels like authentic Florida. You have a great view of both Sea World and a cypress surrounded swamp. But, compared to a few other Marriott properties in the area, this is a notch lower. The full site has not been built out, so it feels a little unfinished. Also, from luggage carts to toilet paper, it seems like the quality of the housewares and furniture is cheap. I don't know how the price compares to other Marriott properties nearby. The staff here is fantastic, the pool is great, and we enjoyed fishing (licensed) in the pond.

Best time share experience ever! They did not try to sell us more timeshare, extremely friendly and personable — staff really are into excellent customer service and sincerely want their guests to be happy. I would say the employees here are right up there at the same level as Disney. Highly recommend. Plenty for all kids/teens to do. I would go as far to say that next time we may not bother with the ridiculous expense of Disney. Stay right here, relax and have fun! Oh, also rooms are perfect too — spacious and comfortable!

4 stars for the water park, mini golf and other activities. 2 stars for the villa we stayed in that was not what was expected as we expected a modern room with granite counters and updated furnishings as pictured on website. Guess you have to be a timeshare member to get a room with a pool view or a decent view. We got the most excellent view of the front pond and road (sarcasm! ). We also had some extremely noisy neighbors above and beside us. My kids even complained about them as they slept and my kids are usually the ones making the noise. To summarize: The room wasn't what is shown on site and if your not a MEMBER of a timeshare or their club forget getting a good view or any new room. The whole place looks and feels ran down and they need about 2 months down time to renovate.

What a great place for families with children. Awesome facilities onside. Friendly attentive staff and activities daily. I figured that the drawback would be noise from all the kids but in our suite the only kids we could hear were our own.

Stay here annually with kids and grandkids. 2Bedroom suites are well sized for 6. Service is excellent and carefully thought out for families. The activity schedule has been augmented and has something for everyone. Anyone who has previously stayed will find it even better. Maintenance is kept up and there are regular new additions to the property.

Great location near SeaWorld and I-Drive attractions. With enough to keep you entertained on-site, such as kayaking and a water park. Lovely accomodation.

The resort was just perfect. Family friendly, lots for our son to do and close to the Disney Parks. The service was just amazing and the woman who cleaned our room each day really made the stay. Will be going back and recommending to EVERYONE.

There was a lot of fun stuff to do. They had a pool, a gym, a free minigolf course, foosball, and a few other things in a mini amusement park area. The only problem was that the breakfast was very overpriced. They tried to charge us something like $10 for a waffle.

The service is excellent. The view is nice, and the whole hotel is very kid-friendly. The hotel hosts seasonal events, and had nightly ones, too. The best part is that the hotel is very close to Disney and Universal Parks. All in all, if you are looking for a good, family friendly hotel, then this is the right choice for you.

Best place ever I love it.

I spent a week there with my daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandchildren. The room exceeded all of my expectations. A great place to stay with family, very kid friendly with plenty to keep them entertained. We all had a great time, I would love to go back.

We loved this place. It was an excellent family place. Lots of children. Many activities for children. Pools and amenities were great. Extremely clean rooms and grounds. Rooms were large. Staff were all so friendly and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

I saw a low rating from a business personal. This place isn't meant for someone on business so I disagree with that rating. The resort was designed for FAMILIES and has everything a family vacation could ask for. Great mini golf course. Great pools for kids. everyone is very friendly. Pool tables, ping pong, campfires, great view of the lake. If you are staying for JUST business you should probably spend your business money somewhere else for your business things. I've been coming here since I was 12 (I'm 22 now) and it just gets better.

Large, family friendly resort, friendly staff, clean, active and planets of activities. Annual trip, kids love it.

Very weak internet signal! If you like to use your phone while in the rooms then I wouldn't stay here. Internet doesn't work while laying in bed. Other than that the staff is very friendly and the housekeeping does a really good job of keeping rooms clean. I think the resort would benefit greatly and really get repeating guests just by updating their Wi-Fi signal.

I'm in town on business so this review is based on that fact. Combining the location with the brand, of which I have status, it was a no brainer. Unfortunately, this hotel is useless to a business traveler. There is no desk in the room and outlets are limited, making it hard to do work. The pass-thru door that separates me from my neighbor is so thin I can hear the TV (that has been on for hours now) and their dog barking. Checkout is 10AM and the clerk had to seek manager approval to extend it to noon since I have calls to be on before I start my day. Lastly, the first room smelled like feet and my second room smelled like mothballs but I was too irked to bother requesting a third attempt at a non-offensive odor. The staff has been incredibly friendly and patient with my hiccups but that isn't enough to offset the other stuff. Which is a shame because I stayed at a Marriott time-share property in Palm Beach Island last spring for a business meeting and it was divine.

Friendly, helpful staff, and my daughter LOVED the pool areas. The recreation department is second-to-none as well, offering activities to take back to the condo, as well as corporate resort adventures. We went last fall, and I'm hoping to make a repeat visit THIS fall. Seriously, I can't say enough about this place. It has earned every single glowing review that has been written :D.

AMAZING! We travel a lot and this was one of our favorite places we've gone. The day we got there I was already wondering if we could add a week on to our stay. We took out two kids 6 and 4 and had a great time! There is so much to do for all ages. The perfect place to go with your family and we look forward to going again.

Marriott's Harbour Lake exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was huge! We had a 2 bedroom for our family of 5 (a newborn, a 2 year old, and a 5 year old) and it was incredibly spacious. The kitchen was very big with stainless steel appliances and plenty of dishes. Everything was clean. It was a huge bonus having a washer and dryer. We also had a large balcony with a great view of the lake. The amenities were amazing. 2 pools, pirate ship, spray park, waterslide, mini golf and more. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

The best hotel in my life is what has everything I love great because in my country we don't have this.

Good quality is served and very good care. I highly recommend it.
