The hotel is nice and cosy. It's located very close to the theme parks, major supermarkets and malls. At a walking distance, there are several restaurants (American, Chinese, Indian, and etc. ) For those that don't want to have dinner far away. Our room is big, and the beds are very comfy. Totally recommend it. Pricing wise, I think It's fair to the area where it's located at — it's not cheap thou. But you will get the value of convenience back.

Nice hotel-exactly what you would expect for a holiday Inn express. The location is good for access to international drive and on a little side street set far enough back you don't get any road noise from I Drive. However the room we were in, 209, got a lot of road noise from the massive dual carriageway at the back of the hotel which is the only downside and the cause for a 4 star rating. Having said that it was only an issue on our first night as we quickly got used to it and were so knackered we didn't really care! The room is nice and bigger than expected although a little short on hangers in the 'wardrobe'. Room has free safe, microwave, fridge and tea and coffee. Bed was large and comfortable and the free buffet breakfast had a good selection — at least for us. Haven't used the pool but the pool area looks nice.

Great, clean room and affordable. Great breakfast choices. Courteous staff. Everyone was very accommodating. We stayed here for a trip to universal studios for 6 nights. There’s a shuttle service that runs 2 times in the morning and evening. Not always during the times you want, but Uber was very helpful.

This was the most enjoyable place we have ever stayed at. Top notch decor, the most comfortable beds and PILLOWS, the breakfast was superb, ALL the staff was great and friendly. To rate our experience here "why would we ever consider staying anywhere else. " Job well none!

Very nice hotel. It's location is walking distance to many restaurants and sights. Short driving distance to the Disney parks. Decent breakfast that's served at all the Holiday inn expess hotels. Love those cinnamon buns. Bed was soft and shower was rather large. Shower curtain kinda weird and a little small leading to excess water on floor but not that big of a problem. As someone said in previous review, the hotel is easy to miss. It behind some attractions and does not have a dedicated red light at it entrance. Ample parking, will definitely Saturday here again for future Orlando trips.

Our check-in date Tuesday, March 27th, 2018. Everything was going perfect until we spotted an uninvited guest, a MOUSE IN OUR ROOM. I saw a running shadow on the floor from one bed to the other, at first I thought it was either a lizard or a mouse. Suddenly at approximately 2:35am, the mouse was walking up the clock on the bedside table, I shouted with panic so loud that the mouse was more scared than me and fell on the floor. I ran to the front desk in which the person there called one of the staff available and he came with me to the room. After a while searching the room he saw the mouse, he immediately contacted the front desk to confirm that there was a mouse in our room and reported that the mouse was too elusive for him to catch and he was going to look for another room even though the hotel was full (he found a room with a bed and a sofa bed) When we were grabbing our belongings to relocate to another room, we saw the mouse running out of the room through the front door to the hallway and into another room. When the person got back to our room we told him that the mouse was not longer in our room. He said not to worry that that the pest control company will do a treatment, good for them but my vacation had already been ruined. We placed towels inside/exterior front-bottom door. At that point the last two nights at the hotel were horrible without being able to sleep.

I didn't get the hotel I was looking for at the price that I paid. We are here during spring break, so the prices are a bit higher. The room/hotel isn't terrible, but it just didn't meet my expectations. For example, it's really dim in the room and not all the lamp shades work. The shower curtain is like cloth, so a lot of water runs out onto the bathroom floor. There's no soap dish in the bathroom so your soap is just set on the bathroom counter. There's no towel hooks anywhere to try your towels. I know it sounds like I'm being picky, but little things like this matter to me. Also, this hotel is NOT a good walking distance to Universal Studios. It took us 35 minutes to get back to the hotel. Find something a lot closer, otherwise you will have to use a cab, Uber/Lyft, or wait for the hotel shuttle.

Hotel is lovely, beds are comfortable and the room was very clean. However, the elevators really needs a good maintenance. They were slower than any Great Grandparents trying to drive!

Love staying at Holiday Inn Express. Clean and comfy. Easy check-in and out. Great breakfast. Only downfall is the location of the hotel, kind of in a sketchy area. Also not alot of parking close to the hotel. (Not fun walking a far distance to the entrance at midnight with luggage. )

My stay at this Holuday Inn on I-Drive was outstanding. It was very clean and the r ooms were spacious. You can park your car and ealk to so many restaurants and shops close by. I enjoyed the continental breakfast and the dining area. I will definitely book a room here again.

Walls are super thin you can hear conversation in the Next Room as if they were in the room with you. Furniture needs to be replaced with updated in newer furniture.

Very nice hotel at reasonable price. Located a little further off main road so relatively quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a lot to offer. Coffee was good too. Check in and check out was super easy! Great choice for off-season trip to the theme parks!

Very nice hotel, very friendly the staff here have been to us. We were even greeted by the manager personally. Is good to explore the parks without using the car. Can walk to the parks. Of course you have to go a little bit. Rooms are very nice. Recommended.

Friendly staff. Hot water and good water pressure. Clean. AC/Heat worked good. Good breakfast. Parking lot fills up quick… Come in late, be prepared to park and walk.

Nice, clean place. Friendly staff. Food is good too! Nice pool, good location. Not too pricey, and pretty fair deal altogether.

This hotel has great very personable staff, breakfast has so many items to choose from, location is in the heart of action, the lobby and rooms furniture seems from a movie, chosen very carefully and color combinations are superb. The huge chandelier in the lobby is so elegant, will definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends.

Hotel allowed a party to take place in their lobby and attached meeting rooms until well after 1 am. When this was brought to the staff attention, they informed me they were not in control of the group, and could only offer to have me pack up and move to another room. Then moved to 5th floor, where party noise could still be heard. Not handles appropriately, and will probably never return.

Nothing major to complain about. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was full of options. The pool closes at sun down The housekeeping staff had some odd behaviors — leaving their cleaning rags in the room, leaving trash liners on the counter, removing opened bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash them replacing with a different combination completely this time with no body wash. Also, if you summon a rideshare to pick up/drop off, they have a tendency to not know exactly where to turn. The street-level sign is easy to miss.

I enjoyed my stay. No issues, clean, checked in on time. I would stay again. I would say though… do NOT stay in room 111. That room is right next to the elevator on the first floor and if you are trying to sleep in past 7 a. M. Then you don't want this room. But other than that, it was a great stay. The hotel is set back from the road a bit which I thought was nice. I liked that very much. A little hard to find because of that but it was't too bad.

My stay at holiday in Orlando was really great. I was worried because I arrived earlier than the given check in time, but they gave me a room without a problem. They even gave me a free upgrade to a suite with extra space and sofa.

I booked this hotel for a professional conference. The staff was very friendly and accommodating for every part of the reservation, even when I had to make many changes. The whole hotel was clean and inviting. The rooms were comfortable. The meeting spaces had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was fine except we had a do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping still knocked a few times on the door. There was a party going on in the common room and because of the amount of people, there were limited amount of parking for the guest. Breakfast was great and rooms were great.

No notification of delayed open. I drove 12 hours, just to find that the hotel was still under construction. No email, or phone call to alert me that it would not be open, even though I had confirmed reservations. When I called, they wanted to charge me for the first night of my stay, even without the hotel being open for business. I had to argue through 3 different people just to get them to waive the charge.

Breakfast is delicious and well rounded. Early check in was possible. Spa water in lobby and gym. Gym is small but fine. Pool available. Room is large and comfy. Shuttles available to the convention center.

Drove 12+ hours to find them not open. Then they wanted to charge a cancellation fee.

This hotel puts the home in hotel. All the employees treat you like family. They can't do more to make sure that are having a great stay. The facility is the cleanest hotel location I have ever seen. Also the coldest ac you could ask for. Now I know what to expect when I get to heaven. Thank you Holiday Inn express. Five super stars, excellent!

This is a very convenient location for any activities at Disney, Sea World or any where in south Orlando. I have stayed here twice this year already for a quick overnight getaway. The staff is very nice, and professional all the way!

Check in was quick. We could see Volcano Bay from our room. Free shuttle made lif easier. Breakfast was pretty standard for Holiday Inn. All the public areas were very clean.

We had humidity issues by a few guests who were on the top floor. If we didn't we said anything, we had to hold on. Luckily (although it was the last night) we were moved to another larger room and no problems. Breakfast is pretty full.

Good value for the money. Hot breakfast was great. Room was clean and roomy. Shuttle leaves much to be desired. It only goes to Universal/CityWalk area and magic kingdom. It is not a rolling shuttle like Universal/Disney hotels have. It runs twice in the AM and twice in the PM to each of the areas and that's it.

The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. Super attentive and friendly service people. Fabulous.
