Great stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites. My Son and I stayed for two nights, the room was great, beds were comfortable, room was very clean.
We will come here again.

Room has an odd odor. Room not as pictured on website. Noisy AC in bedroom. Area is not the greatest. front desk staff was very nice and tried to accommodate.

Absolutely amazing! great staff, housekeeping was immaculate. Front desk agent Jenn was incredibly helpful and professional. As a fellow IHG employee I was very pleased to see the standard followed through. Staff even allowed us in the pool area after hours. Definitely come back without question next year.

It's our 1st stay @ this Holiday Inn … Nice and quiet room, thoughtful amenities. We had a good Sunday breakfast with friendly service … would be back cause it's very close to everything that I wanna do while in Orlando. Many restaurants and shopping area … Nice stay …

It’s very clean and spacious. I love the bathroom it’s luxurious. What I love best is the breakfast.

My stay was short, but everything was good. I was upgraded on arrival. Food is good. It's about 20 minutes from I drive where all the fun is. I would stay here again.

It’s clean, has comfortable beds. Everything we used worked as expected. Have coffee in room with single cop coffee makers. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi.

Well there was nothing wrong with the cleanliness at all, the shower was very nice, parking was close to the doors, etc. But here’s what was so bad. It all started when we got in our room and it was so cold our feet were freezing. Looked at the bed and of course there’s basically no blankets. We got one sheet and a slightly thicker sheet. We had to turn the air off even though it never got any warmer it just wasn’t blowing cold air at us any more. Then when we went to sleep, there were no real blinds to close! Only some satin little curtains that the sun would shine right through! On top of that when we got up for breakfast in the morning, they said it went from 6-10 well at 9:40 they were already taking all the food and putting it away! Are you kidding me? 10 is too early in the morning for anyone to get up and you’re already taking the food away? And on top of that the person who wrote our Wi-Fi password on our card had horrible hand writing so we couldn’t read it and never had access to the Wi-Fi! Other than that the bed was comfortable and I slept great. Which was really all that mattered in the end I suppose. Still annoying tho!

Not happy with this property, hair in my fridge and hair on my bed, then they put me in another room with hair in the shower. Sheets had way too much bleach, burned my friends skin. I do not recommend this property.

Stayed for 1 night, room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was pretty terrible. Convenient location.

Great breakfast. Huge elevator. Very nice staff. It was a little hard to find the entrance. But overall a wonderful stay.

WARNING CLEANING PEOPLE at this location STEAL: I would not recommend this place to anyone especially out of state. I returned early to find 3 people were in my room talking it when only 1 person is assigned to clean it. I returned another time to find my stuff a mess like it was searched through. Didn't think much of it until I heard a guest complaining cigarettes were taken from his room right before his checkout date. Starting to feel uncomfortable I took a week off my stay. Right before I was to checkout an item went missing from my room. When I reported to front desk I was accused of losing it. When I asked to speak with Management I was told they would contact me. I call & get told the same thing over & over that they will call. One week later since item was stolen & no phone call. Management does not care about their guest especially from out of state because our hands are tied from going there & complaining in person.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Room was very nice. Free breakfast in the morning was a nice bonus. Surrounding area was nice and safe. Would definitely stay here again!. That was a great stay!

I wasn't really thrilled with this hotel. Still don't understand why the room will cost $108 on Thursday and $127 on Friday. The room was clean. The thermostat didn't work very well. It was either hot or freezing in the room. No happy medium. They didn't restock the bathroom with toiletries on the second day. It was almost as if they were try to save money. The bath towels were thin and very rough. The morning breakfast buffet was very good. They did do a good job with it. I will probably find a different place to stay on my next visit to the Orlando area.

Always a great place to stay. This is our 4th year staying at this hotel… we have no complaints. Thanks for the wonderful service.

Hotel and staff are excellent. The entrance is a bit hidden, but easy to get in and out of.

The handicap accessible shower was a tub with a flimsy seat that you had to attach to the tub yourself… not really very accessible and a little dangerous for someone to use. When we first arrived, the automatic front doors were broken and wouldn't open. Hopefully, these things will be corrected. On a positive side, the breakfast was great and beds were very comfortable!

Guy at the front desk was awesome. The hotel is quiet. They have a work out room and a pool. Free breakfast in the morning. The rooms are very clean and quiet spacious.

Under construction, the bathrooms are very small, no bathtub just showers only. Male front desk is not so friendly, however, all females front desk personal were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was Ok, but the biscuits for the biscuit and gravy was hard. You can hear the traffic very clearly but if you are a hard sleeper it won't matter.

My husband and I had a kitchen fire in our house last week and because of the smoke and water damage we had to leave for a few days until the the workers were able to make it safe to go home. The staff have been so great and were right there if we needed anything. It just made what is obviously a pretty stressful time much easier on us. The whole inside of the hotel, especially our room, was very clean which unfortunately is sometimes hard to find anymore so I really appreciate that Thank you to all the employees you deserve a raise.

It was a nice well kept hotel. Easy point to go-to many areas of Orlando. Nice staff.

The front desk was wonderful. Very helpful. The direction sign on the second floor is funny. The room 222 is at both ends of the hall according to the sign. Otherwise, good experience.

Everything was fine. The room was really clean and the breakfast was really good. The crew was extremely nice. Only one complaint. I was in a no smoking room and all the room beside me was no smoking. I smelled a really strong smell of someone in the room smoking. But besides that I know they can't really help that. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

They rock! Room was very spacious, with small kitchenette. Stayed here for 4 days after Irma knocked out our power. Though they don't normally allow pets, they did make an exception for Irma victims, which was so nice of them. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Thea at the front desk. And they have a great hot breakfast daily as well! Very well run, clean rooms and great service!

Great hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and the staff is fantastic. I stay there during hurricane Irma with my family and the staff were amazing.

Stayed here with my mom for an interview in Orlando and a mother-daughter night out. Staff was very accommodating to us needing a late checkout. Everything was very nice and clean. Kurig coffee maker in the room as well as the standard blow dryer and iron. Very comfortable beds. Good free breakfast. They also have a well stocked snack room (items for purchase). While I was at my interview my mom walked around the hotel, sat by the pool, and outside by the front entrance. She enjoyed herself.

Decent, clean, great hot water. Rooms are undergoing refurbishment. Great A/C. Minifridge and microwave in room. Breakfast in morning. Would stay here again. Picked this location due to proximity to Health Central hospital in Ocoee, FL.

Great hotel and staff but some rooms face the parking lot and the lights shine right in the room. They should consider curtains that close all the way.

Always an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn Express. This stay was special, with a late check in, as tired as we were, Veronica at the front desk, was very helpful and welcoming; a great professional. Made it to our clean, new, spacious room. Spent the night in great silence, the double-pane windows do a good job blocking outside noise. Breakfast the next morning was delicious, variety of choices, all fresh and nutritious. Nice to rely on a Holiday Inn Express and IHS, proud to be a member, those of you thinking about it; don't think too much; it is worth it, we are looked after. A big thank you to the Staff of this Holiday Inn Express, who work so hard, at making our stay the best experience. Always.

My stay was fine & the accommodations very pleasant. But the complimentary breakfast cost wasn't very pleasing.

Staff is friendly. Rooms are modern but getting older. However everything works. Room was tidy. Prices were right. Area has plenty of restaurants and stores around but isn't the safest area of town. Not terrible or dangerous, just not a great area.

Loved it so much stayed a extra night all the people were kind besides the middle eastern woman who checked me and my family out question me about a coffee maker that was never in our room and a tray that my son had mistakenly left in the breakfast area the morning before. Like get real we paid 122 a night and left a 10 tip for maid services we no thieves. The beds are wonderful. The woman who prepares and does the breakfast does a excellent job at keeping the area clean and well stocked with food items she even offer my son a to go bag for breakfast.

Great experience. First stay at an HIE. All of my needs were met for this business trip. Modern and well-kept. Good location if you need easy access to downtown Orlando and Metro West area. Room was quiet despite hotel being adjacent to the 408. Great variety of restaurants along West Colonial; Caribean cuisine is concentrated in the area around hotel, while closer to downtown lie many good Vietnamese establishments. Would have gladly stayed longer. Recommended.

Everything was great! Service was great, breakfast was ok and the quality of the room accomodations were excellent despite the area of town it's located in. My toddler left his stuffed animal and 3 days later we were able to retrieve it labeled with our last name n room it was found in. Would definitely stay again!

Had to take out my own trash to the dumpster at 11:00 p. M. Because the maid didn't clean our room for the second day in a row. We had to bring up the crib we rented by ourselves and my sister-in-law went ahead of us to check us in, had a visibly broken foot in a cast boot and they still would not help. Our fire alarm battery died at 3:00 am, the front desk didn't have a replacement. Had to go to another room and get one out of the other fire alarm. No ladder, and the girl stayed with me but not offered to help as I made a makeshift ladder out of chairs and pillows. But her solution before was to have me rip the alarm out and cut the wires. Told her that was a felony. She just laughed.
