Four Seasons Orlando is a magical place! From the moment you step out of the car, to the front desk, concierge, housekeeping, pool attendants, dining, club house, kids clubs, every single employee I encountered was extremely accommodating and intentional. The grounds are extremely clean and gorgeous. The rooms are very spacious and I had the best nights sleep in the cozy beds. I also love that the rooms have Espresso machines! My most favorite part is definitely the Lazy River — it is so beautiful and relaxing. I also love the Hershey swings — so trendy! The adult pool is the perfect place to relax and I love that cell phones are not allowed in this quiet space. The gym is so clean and the Pelotons are such a nice surprise. Another huge plus to staying here is that Housekeeping comes twice a day! It is so lovely to get a knock on the door in the evening with Housekeeping carrying a fresh scoop of ice and water bottles for you. The Four Seasons water bottles are a sweet touch, too. The character dining here is very convenient and some of the best food at Disney. Mickey and Mickey come around several times. Lickety Split is also a easy and yummy option — must sit on balcony outside for the most beautiful views. Capa Steakhouse is delicious and the staff and food there is top notch. I love that you can see Magic Kingdom's fireworks from the balcony here! There is so much more to love, I can go on and on. I can't wait to go back!

It was very family and large group friendly. Pools are fabulous — The ballrooms and meeting rooms first class. Great for keeping your exercise routine as well! Loved it — oh did I mention the walk in closets in the rooms?! Perfect!

We have just come back from a 15 night stay here. It was perfection from the first to the last minute. The pools are beautiful with staff on hand to provide everything you need from sun cream to wipes to clean your sunglasses. The kids loved the lazy river and the slides were incredible. Every member of staff was incredible and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was beautiful and the food was fabulous from the croissant at Lickety Split to the Filet at Capa. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay forever.

The staff were amazing & the atmosphere was beautiful! Definitely worth the vacation spot.

Celebrated my daughter graduation in one of the hotel ballrooms. All was perfect from the people who work in the valet to the ones who took care of the activity champagne and food. Really appreciate to make my daughter Maria to have a great day to remember!

This place is simply amazing from the valet to room service front desk folks the best experience we have had in 4 years at any resort we have stayed we been to Hawaii Missouri Las Vegas on many cruises but these folks are simply the best I give 10 stars.

Ravello’s is a must for dinner. Great atmosphere, service, waiters are fantastic and the food Devine! My grandchildren call it their second home for dinner and let everyone know as well.

I assisted with a wedding at the four seasons yesterday and the staff there are absolutely amazing. The property is beautiful and the food is delicious. I would definitely recommend this resort to couples looking for an amazing resort/destination wedding!

Beautiful property, I almost didn’t want to leave and visit Disney! The hotel is so relaxing and there are tons of activities and fun for kids.

We love this place. If you want to relax or do a quick staycation — this is the spot. The food here is good but don’t expect to eat plant based… it’s a pretty meat & dairy dependent menu. But, most importantly — they have the BEST bartender in Florida — JEFF!

This is one of the best rooftops for drinks in an intimate night I've seen in Orlando. We got there around 8: 30 and were able to see the fireworks from all directions Starting 9 to 9: 30. The drinks were reasonably priced and we were also able to get our parking validated after we got the drinks but I also hear sometimes you have to get dinner in order to do that.

This hotel is not on your beautiful and breath taking, but the service provide by the amazing people that work there is superior. As soon as we got there we we're greeted with a smile and by knowledgeable individuals. I would recommend this hotel again, again. They beautiful soul who checked us in (I think her name was Helena, or Elenia) was such a doll and a pleasure to speak with. Even when she found out my boyfriend proposed she gave us a nice gift. Absolutely love this hotel.

Hands down, the best family hotel in America. Somehow managed to blend the luxury and elegance you expect of a Four Seasons with an immersive, fun experience for kids. The most amazing part is how well they scaled it. Despite the hotel being 84% full while I was there most recently, it never went crowded, we never fought for chairs by the pool, we never had to chase down an attendant.

This sets the bar as far's luxury comfort amazing commodities everything is complimentary like the bottled water and snacks and the beds are cozy and staff are super friendly. You definitely pay for what you get here one of the best resorts around this area if not Florida. I recommend you going here at least one time in your life you will not be let down. You only get one life to live kids and adults and joy this place live it to the fullest enjoy your full stay in the Walt Disney World parks and area in central Florida but I advise you to stay here at least 1 night if not the whole time highly recommended.

Most impressive resort I have seen in Florida. Stunning from the entrance all the way through the resort. Unfortunately we only came for dinner and didn't get to see the rooms. Next time we will have to make a weekend out of it and stay.

The Four Seasons Resort Orlando is by far amazing. My son was more excited to play in the kids pool/splash area and go to kids club everyday rather than go to the Disney theme park. The cleanliness of the hotel is extremely important to us having a family member with severe allergies and this place does not disappoint. Every part of the resort was immaculate. The service is amazing! From the valet, to the shuttle drivers, the concierge, James in reservations, the pool staff, the kids club staff and those in Lickety Split were friendly, kind, accommodating and helpful. This resort will always and only be our choice when visiting the Orlando area. They provided a great amount of memories that we will cherish!

The best hotel we have ever been to. The room was gorgeous. They had a crib set up and waiting for us and little treats for the kids :) The staff made this resort with their kindness and attention to detail. We probably won’t do Disneyworld again but we want to come here every year to vacation. I’m still dreaming of the crazy yummy food. Character breakfast was so special. Pools and lazy river. Couldn’t have better.

Beautiful Hotel.

Our whole family had a fantastic experience at the Four Seasons Walt Disney Resort. We found it to be a much needed respite from all the Disney chaos. Fantastic service, great food, and an amazing water park. The whole resort was both kid and adult friendly. This is our new go to hotel when visiting Disney World.

This was my 4th visit since 9/15. I have to say the staff and food are still top notch, but noticed a decline in other areas since my first visit. My daughter and I were there 4 nights and the pool deck was never cleaned. Dirt, and then mud after the rain was never swept up. Everyday the pool and decks are power washed at the Disney resorts. We also found things floating in the hot tub. The rooms are beautiful, but noticed many dirty spots on the carpeting. I couldn't say enough about the hotel my first 3 visits, I think the little things are important too.

Top drawer service. On time. Ultra friendly. Clean. Luxurious. Complimentary bottled water, lounge area stay as long as you like, showers that make music based on your mood, hot tub, everything you need. Received a facial from Alysha and it was fabulous. I would come here again just to experience this again! Great job Four Seasons! Enzyme facial $205. Add one $25. You get what you pay for.

Superb service from the staff. Location is good once you get into the depths of the Disney complex. We had exceptional service at a group event both the night of the event and the next morning for breakfast from a server whose name I can't recall specifically, but I believe was Keyona. She was friendly, helpful, and tireless! we had only one real concern which was the temperature and humidity the hallways leading to the guestrooms. It seemed very humid and hot on the way to the rooms. There was also a questionable odor out there. Once in the rooms this was resolved. Not clear why this would be the case, seems like a needless way to save money for a facility like this. We were at a group function so the kitchen obviously had some challenges. Our service was superb and the food was quite good considering the volume that had to be provided all at once. Fitness facilities were clean, in good repair, with ample water and fresh fruit snacks. I would definitely return if they could fix the temperature and odor control the hallways going to the rooms.

Absolutely outstanding. I don't know where to begin! The sleeping rooms are spacious with magnificent bathrooms. The restaurants are lovely. The pools and water park are amazing. The spa is peaceful and serene. The staff is friendly and helpful. An escape from the mouse but close enough to enjoy the fun when you want it.

This place is great! Everything is pristine and the staff is very nice. Awesome rooms and restaurants. Adult pool, lazy river, 2 water slides, shops & we could see the fireworks going off at Epcot and Magic Kingdom from our room.

I booked this spa experience as a special getaway for myself. The woman who showed me to my locker was curt and abrupt. Barely explaining anything. I was one of the last appointments of the evening. I asked my therapist if I would have time to take a shower. She assured me I would. As I was finishing up, the same woman as before approached me and said that the spa was now closed. I felt rushed and no longer rested. $250 massage and I was treated worse than at a strip mall massage store. I would NEVER go back. Go to Senses at Disney!

Overall very nice. Attentive staff, fantastic pool area. Couldn't fix TV for 4 days but we only used it wind down kids before sleeping so not a huge issue. Disney breakfast cool. Kids loved splash pad. Outside food service was clutch. Definitely would come back again.

Did not stay, but had dinner at Ravello. The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Adding to the scenery is the lovely drive through Golden Oaks. The resort exudes with elegance. A few gotchas — the main floor is the second floor which can be confusing when trying to find a location on the first floor (like Ravello). Another is that there is no general parking, only valet, which is complimentary if you are dining at the resort (though tip is obviously not included). The restaurant itself us incredible. The dishes are beautifully presented and taste just as good, from appetizers to entrees to dessert. Perhaps the best part of the restaurant is the service — Adrianna was the waitress for our group and was wonderful! She knew the menu inside and out, made splendid suggestions since it was our first time, was a delightful communicator, and extremely detailed in her service. Would definitely recommend the restaurant!

Easy contender for best hotel in Orlando. Beautiful property and grounds. Plentiful activities for adults and kids. Priority and luxury transportation to all Disney parks. Multiple restaurants that are all great. I can’t say enough good things. We have been there 4 times and I’m sure we will be back.

Very nice hotel lobby. The restaurant was immaculate. We ate breakfast with Goofy for my daughter's birthday. She had a blast.

This is one of the most beautiful resorts that I have stayed in. Top notch service. The children enjoyed activities at kids club. Had couples massage at the spa and was wonderful. Facilities were high quality. If the hotel is reading this perhaps consider eucalyptus for the steam room. Keep it up Four Seasons.

Lovely hotel with huge grounds in Disney Park. Close to all Disney amusement parks, excellent service, helpful and friendly staff. We had a great room with a balcony and a beautiful view. The only downside is the typical and tasteless breakfasts. We went to First Watch nearby.

Visited this location to dine at Capa and was satisfied with the presentation of the food. Service and food quality/taste was solid for a restaurant of this calibre. I only wished they had a larger selection of steak that was of a leaner cut. Small plates were fairly varied and unique. And the ceiling had a very special decor reminiscent of a matador and bull in the throes of a duel. It's worth a visit to see!

Service attitude is very good, comfortable and tidy living environment, room is very beautiful, room waiter to tidy room is very attentive and thoughtful.

The attention for detail at this place is amazing. Every night you can see fireworks at Disney for rooftop. Simply superb.

Exactly as expected from a 5 star hotel. Not overly 'Disney', service was excellent. Rooms are large, clean, and well supplied. Uber transportation from the airport an economical and recommended option.

So it was 11:21pm at night on 6/16/17 tried to get a room with my kids and I asked for a later checkout because I have a newborn and we're checking in really late they denied me a late checkout and a better rate horrible customer service! And I asked for a manager guy never got him instead they helped another customer happy Father's Day too me wouldn't come back to this establishment horrible experience.

Amazing stay. Well worth the money. Please check out the spa. I went twice. MY masseuse name was Jane. Her hands felt like heaven. Ask for her you won't regret it. I enjoyed my stay. This is by far the best resort in orlando. The resort deserves 10 stars❤

The scenery and visual throughout the entire property are spectacular. Every where you look is clean. The service and staff are polite and respectful. The food and service at the restaurant was amazing. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it to everyone.

The staff is really hospitable. The amenities are great. We have a young daughter who couldn't stop playing in all of the pools especially the splash pool.

Ate at Ravello. Chicken was delicious. Chef came over to talk. Overall great time.

Just planned and executed a conference here that was 5 star all the way. Conference planner Kimberly Rowe was flawless. Food was best we have had in all 11 years of the conference. Received nothing but praise from attendees.

Had a very pleasant stay at this resort, loved the sport courts and lakeside restaurant. It's a bit tricky to get to as it's tucked away, but I imagine that's what they were going for. I was erroneously charged an extra day of valet parking, but concierge staff were very helpful in fixing the mistake.

I was attending a one day event so I didn't stay overnight. The staff did a wonderful job with everything. Exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. The grounds are kept perfectly. My only complaint was about lunch. If you're in a hurry there's only one option and that's the pool restaurant. It's great, but it's outdoors only. It's covered, and there are fans, but still… it's Florida in the summer. If you're there for work and dressed like it, it can be brutal. Had dinner at Capa and that was fantastic. Really solid steakhouse all around, and while expensive, it wasn't quite as bad as you'd think. The pool looked like it would be a blast with kids. There's an adult pool too. Would love to come back with the family and try it all out.

This place is unreal. Everything about it makes you feel at home and not want to leave! The food, the pools, the rooms, but the best of all is the service. There was an issue with our room and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. Only problem: how can I ever stay anywhere else after staying here?

I can't rave enough about everything Four Seasons offers. I am local to Orlando, and I frequently experience the genuine hospitality of every member of staff working at this hotel. From the front desk to the managers to the restaurant staff, everyone is kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming to every type of guest. Love this place, and will always recommend.

Great service and location. Disney concierge in lobby to sell tickets and help plan your day, hotel concierge for everything else. Pools galore so one could stay on resort all day. Room are beautiful and spacious with personal coffee makers in them and plenty of outlets to charge your devices. Great choice.

Great for kids, nice lazy river and great video game room. Good coffee/gelato place. Awesome restaurants. Great golf course, even though I didn't go to it. Rooms are very nice but expensive. Pets are allowed. Nice staff and great location close to Disney. My favorite hotel and maybe my favorite place in the world! If you live in Florida it's cheaper!

Lickity Split coffee at the Four Seasons has an amazing barista class available for all to take, whether you are staying at the hotel or not. You will be able to sample some sweets, make cappuccinos, lattes (and latte art), and a coffee cocktail. At the end of the experience they will send you home with impressive coffee knowledge, and a lovely gift bag. Check out this great class if you love cooking, drinking coffee, or just trying something new!

My family and I enjoyed every moment of our stay here, looking forward to our next stay. The rooms are wonderful, with exceptional service. Does come at a cost however, booked and cancel opting to try the Waldorf-Astoria simply because of cost.

I'm reluctant to write this for fear of the hotel becoming even more popular. But we had a fantastic vacation here. Like other Four Seasons we've visited, the facilities were fantastic but it was all of the little things that made it a special trip: The hotel brought up very cute candy bags for the kids 15 mins after we got into our room, when I got back to the hotel at the end of the run the doorman greeted me with a towel and a bottle of water, etc. They made me and my family feel so welcome and special. All in all an exceptionally well-run hotel and an amazing respite after a day in the craziness of the parks. My daughter has already requested that we make this an annual trip.

Went to wedding Saturday night and this wedding had the wow factor. From the time you walked on the grounds to going into the grand ball room. The service was vsr none I was continued to be impressed by staff it was a Great wedding and a Great facility. I would recommend this facility to any and all. Great job four season going above and beyond.

The Four Seasons at Disney offers a wonderful retreat from the chaos beyond the gates! The service is gracious, the rooms are very well appointed, the spa is delightful and the restaurants are far and away the best in the area. This is a very kid-oriented resort, and rambunctious families are nearly inescapable — you are at Disneywold afterall. That said, if you want your trip to Orlando to feel like a real vacation and not a "magical" death march, this hotel is absolutely your best option. If you make room in your schedule for a day spent only at the hotel, you may even come away relaxed.

We stayed in a Park View room with a king bed. Room and bathroom were large with a nice large balcony accompanied by 2 chairs and table. King bed was very soft. The resort grounds are beautiful. Extensive pool area for both adults and kids (lazy river, splash pad and slide)! Several unique lounge areas near the pool (which is kept at 84 degrees). The staff is incredibly friendly and seem to truly love serving their guests! View of fireworks from Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot are extra special.

There is a reason why it is a 5 star resort. They deserve it. Amazing views. Amazing pools, yes pools as in three. Lazy river was sweet. Food was great. It was just an overall amazing experience.

The resort is located on a private drive. The area is serene. The room we stayed in was spacious and we'll maintained. It had a balcony with seating a table, king size bed, couch (with pull out bed), desk, fridge, safe, lots if storage, walk in closet, a large bathroom including shower stall, bath tub, double sink. All of the staff were super nice and helpful. The resort offered a lot of amenities. There were several pools, a lazy river, cafe, restaurant, bar, spa, gym, shopping, playground, game room, tennis, golf, basketball.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting so if you look for tranquility you will find it here. The staff and the level of customer service make it truly 5star. What I appreciate the most is how safe they prepare my daughter's meals since she is highly allergic. This is our second stay and we will be back again. This hotel caters to kids in so many ways: water slides, movies by the pool, lazy river and countless other attractions including pretty well staffed kids club.

This resort is the best thing to happen to Disney (and Hotel options in Orlando) in decades. It is dialed — from the accommodations, level of engagement with children, options for activities, food and above all the staff and service. We had a wonderful time — better than he parks — to the point where we opted to spend our last day not leaving the property. We liked the other guests, the space and layout of the pools, the lack of crowds and we didn't mind the no guest policy. Thank you four seasons for a fantastic vacation. Kudos to the GM and staff. We will be back!

Incredible. The guests were the most disappointing part of the trip. People are so incredibly entitled and rude. Kudos to the staff for being excellent in the face of the jerks.

Beautiful experience. I went there for my birthday and everyone is so nice and elegant. The Ravello restaurant is beautiful and has delicious food! We also went to eat at Plancha. They have the best burgers and yuca fries. I enjoyed it so much that my husband and I will be staying at the other Four Seasons Resort in Palm Beach for his birthday.

The resort is beautiful and amazing! But. The customer service is subpar. My sister was staying at the resort and asked us to come over. I went with my 2 kids. Parked valet and went to the pool. A manager came over and asked if we were staying. My sister said no, they are my guests. He said no guests allowed they must leave. She refused as she paid a high price for the room obviously. They sent a manager over and made a spectacle. She said if we have to leave then she will checkout. He said ok, well be out by 3pm. He mentioned security can help if needed. I cannot believe this is how she was treated. What resort does not allow guests. And then threatens security. It was embarrassing and ridicolous. It was three of us. We staycation often and will keep our business at the Ritz and JW Marriott. And refer friends and family here in Celebration to do the same.

Whereas this appears to be a very nice hotel, we actually had a new Ipad Air stolen from us while we were staying there. It was stolen from our vehicle while parked with the valet service. We have spoken multiple times with security and the valet manager and have received multiple lies. We are still waiting for mail to arrive of other things that one security manager said that we left in our room and the only thing that we are missing is this Ipad. Supposedly, they have searched the grounds over everywhere for this Ipad that we LOST. It was stolen. You don't expect something like this from a hotel like this so I want other people to know that it has happened so beware. I would definitely recommend the Grand Floridian and Disney service over this hotel any day.

I had an amazing experience. I am going back all the time. The staff was so nice and the rooms were beautiful. The spa was gorgeous. The pool was a blast.

I had the opportunity to tour the Four Seasons Orlando Resort facilities and was very impressed by the level of detail that was put in to this resort. The staff is amazing and it will be one of the best venues in Orlando for a luxury wedding.

The Solutions Bridal team was invited to tour the Four Seasons during its construction phase. We were amazed at the hospitality Laure (in Sales and Catering) provided us during such a busy time. She comes from years of experience and I trust her to provide personal care to my brides. The Four Seasons is a spectacular venue for a luxury wedding. There are so many options to create your own wedding concept. One of my favorite things are the mini houses they have by the pool for private honeymooners! You have to check this venue out.
