Wonderful and clean room…

Great place very clean and well kept everything is updated and the staff is awesome.

So far I’ve seen or heard nothin to disrupt my stay and there’s plenty of eateries and other places nearby. Plus onsite.

Excellent hotel in Orlando all I need.

Very nice room, bring your own Amenities, like coffee, there is no free coffee in the lobby, make sure all you want is a room.

Great Staff (Front Desk, Starbucks and Room Service) from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out!
We didn’t do the Bistro because their prices were crazy. We stayed 5 nights and never had an issue.
I would recommend a jacuzzi to be added. I know its more of a business guests hotel but families do stay here who are on vacation. I met a lot of them while there at hotel.
One thing I was truly disappointed in was no free breakfast buffet. You are offered to upgrade your stay package to get free card toward food and stuff but it wasn’t worth the price.
Wilma (hope that’s the right name) the lady who worked at Front Desk most nights while we were there was absolutely amazing… All staff was great but her personality and willingness to help outshined the rest…

Beautiful new hotel, large pool, great meeting/personal spaces in the lobby.

Terrible experience with breakfast bar attendant. She went off rambling about rudeness and I asked to calm down as I was the news reference tue hurricanes. She clearly shouldn’t be in contact with clients. Will stop using the Marriott brand based on this unprofessional interaction.

Stayed at this hotel for one night to visit Discovery Cove this past weekend. Hotel is 6 minutes from Discovery Cove so worked out great for us. Overall nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Room had a modern setup with basic amenities. Nothing negative to share. Would stay again if visiting SeaWorld or Discovery Cove.

A nice, clean hotel to stay while visiting Orlando. It's really easy to navigate to from I-4 and the 528. It's a newer hotel, so everything is updated and decorated in a modern style. The staff have been friendly and accommodating. We haven't eaten at the Bistro on this trip, so can't speak to the service there, but the dinner menu looks nice. We plan to check out the pool area tomorrow. We chose this location while we were visiting and planned a trip to Legoland. It's about a 45-50 min drive to Legoland, 30 to Disney properties. We're happy that we chose this location and would likely stay again on another trip.

Clean room with modern decor and comfortable bed. Shower was excellent. Fitness center was also. Only disappointment was the single ply toilet paper.

This has got to be one of the most cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. Didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg to stay here last minute while traveling. They’re extremely nice and the food was awesome! Would give 10 stars if I could.

I just wanted to say my stay was amazing I can’t say one negative thing. The Bed was comfortable, the pricing is affordable, the front desk is friendly.

I’m a Marriott Elite member and I was really impressed by this courtyard, it was modern and super clean. Beds were so comfortable it was hard to get up. The best part of the room was the amazing large hot shower! It was so relaxing after a long day of walking around theme parks. Don’t worry about the distance from theme parks and other Orlando attractions, they were very easy to get to. I’m giving it 4 stars because I was not too fond of the Bistro; I got the breakfast included package and the food was ok. However I highly recommend this hotel & hope they keep it up.

It was so nice to arrive to a quick, easy check in and a clean room! Very impressed and will definitely stay here again.

I was really impressed with the Courtyard by Marriott. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioner was fabulous. There was a microwave, coffee maker, & mini fridge in the room. Quiet location. Close enough to everything, but not walking distance to anything. Free breakfast is not included, but for the price of the room I'm okay with that.

Great new hotel with modern styling and great service. Downside is that's not on the shuttle circuit so you'll need to worry about driving from there to all the other things you're probably in Orlando to do.

I stayed at the hotel from May 31-June 2. The rooms are very clean and have Smart Tv’s. I like the way the facility is modernized. There are several areas to charge phones inside of the room and even in the dinning area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I had a question and texted Yuri and someone knocked on my door to assist me. There is free parking which was also a plus. The gym is very nice. There are weights, an elliptical, treadmills, weighted balls etc. The gym was very clean as well. The food in the restaurant in the lobby was very good. The seating booth had a small television which was a plus. The only downsides are that breakfast isn’t complimentary and the location is not in walking distance to any restaurants or stores. If you come you will need a car. I enjoyed my stay. My family enjoyed it as well. The staff was amazing! Thank you!

The service was great front desk gave us directions the room was clean lovely the bed is comfortable I would highly recommend the Marriott Amy.

This place is amazing! It looks brand new. The appliances in the room were new. The room was very modern. Great service from the front desk team as well as the Food & Beverage team (great breakfast). If you're in Orlando, staying here is a must.

GREAT hotel, very new and in incredible condition. Staff treats you like family and remembers us each week. Perfect location for SeaWorld, out of the hustle and bustle of Orlando but plenty close enough.

It is a beautiful hotel the room are really nice. And the hotel employees were great.
The breakfast service was very poor.
It is located in a very good area off of John Young Parkway. Allowing for nice access in place in the area.

Excellent attention, clean rooms, excellent view, located in a quiet area, regular food, the care taken in the counter well.

Rooms are very economical and clean. Has all the amenities needed with free parking. Nice pool and coffee shop on site. Gardens in the rear are pleasant.

The staff at the front desk just as the kitchen were top friendly. Several times we require tablecloths to cover tables and Up to a podium and were very kind. The Wi-Fi signal was adequate.

Very nice comfortable and spacious room. One of the best Courtyards I've every stayed in. The only complaint I have is cell signal, which probably has nothing to do with the hotel. I am on the 6th floor and only one bar, in the parking lot and same thing.

This location is great for a business traveler. Comfortable and spacious rooms, new property with a great lobby bar with a happy hour, breakfast options, free parking, computer access and printer… nice outdoor pool but was too cold in December to enjoy the space.

Room is spacious and clean. Modern finishes on the furniture and fixtures. No tub, only shower in our bathroom though, not a negative or positive, just something to know about. TV was very dark, with no way to change it with the remote control they provide you. Staff was very friendly, and house keeping did a very nice job each time.

The cafe has nice selections for breakfast and dinner. I stayed on the first floor near the elevator so it was a bit loud at night. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

I made a reservation at this hotel during Hurricane Irma while traveling. We ended up not making it into town due to gas lines and traffic and we had to stay somewhere else. I was hopeful that the hotel would be understanding since we were scrambling and still without power in our home and not ding me for the night since we never actually stayed, but the message I left with management remains unanswered and my credit card was charged so now that night cost me nearly $500. Hurricane Irma and they cant find the time to refund one nights room charge? I get the refund policy, but come on, we were trying to find a room last minute. I mean, the governor waived millions in tolls. We have had good experiences with Marriott in the past which is why we called here first, but this leaves a bad taste. Management did finally follow up with us and resolved our complaint. The reviews on this hotel and the management team are good. They fully resolved our issue and refunded the unused night.

The nice: Cool, new and modern styled hotel. The room is designed to be practical and functional. Central location and easy to find because of the height and color of the exterior. Plenty of parking and spacious lobby (seating area, dining area and open floor space). Items to note: Not within walking distance of shops, stores or gas stations, so plan to drive or request a rider service. The room with a king bed and sofa bed are difficult to manuever due to the slant of the sofa. This hotel is for business professionals or individuals without families. No free breakfast, small pool and small exercise area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was what I expect from Courtyard. Drinks are served here and the staff is attentive, friendly and willing to promptly assist.

Stayed here while attending a conference back in July. Beautiful property with very professional staff. When I originally booked my room, I had requested a king bed. However, after realizing my Dad would be attending the conference with me, I needed to change to a room with two queen beds. The staff was able to change us over to a different room with no issues at all. Great job Courtyard! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Nice property but gal who checked us in was completely clueless. Next day they told us she was new so clearly they need better training. The gal told us they did but participate in Marriott guest rewards upon arrival amenity program. Thankfully it turns out she was completely wrong according to other staff members next day. Time will tell but no EXCUSES for this type of misinformation in my opinion. Other than check in good stay.

Incredible clean new hotel. Friendly service at every turn. The walk in shower was incredible. Out of the way and the hustle and bustle of the parks, but plenty close enough for driving or Uber. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The furniture was recently updated and all of the appliances seemed to be high end. The only concern would be that the shower is really slippery. But, they do include a shower mat so it wasn't a problem. Overall this was an amazing hotel experience and was really close to the universal resort!

Nice and clean property and rooms, but walls are VERY thin. You can hear other rooms and hallway noise clearly. The staff are courteous and are the true stars here. Not sure I would stay here again due to noise.

Nice hotel, beware of shower. My wife and I stayed here last night as the last leg of a family vacation. The hotel was new and clean and the business center was helpful to print out boarding passes. We were only there for a night before flying home. While I was downstairs on the computer my wife slipped on the tile floor in the bathroom shower and hit her head on the glass shelves then landed on her left leg. She now has extensive bruising and had a lot of trouble sitting on the plane home. Luckily I was on my way up to the room when this happened. I could hear the crying from outside the door. In short — nice facility overall but even with tennis shoes on the shower tile is extremely slippery.

I don't know if it was because we were all so tired from walking all day at Universal Studios and Disney World, but the beds were heavenly. Not to mention the staff here were all so kind and helping (they even complied with my wife's crazy demand for more covers). Yes, we didn't have time to swim in the pool but just the view of it, the inside of the building, and the room was all very beautiful. The food, though pricy if you don't have breakfast provided for you, was all very scrumptious. The fresh fruits, eggs, and tiny potato squares were all delicious. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here.

The service was great at this location. The staff was always friendly and we got the impression that they cared about our stay. The hotel had beautiful decorations in the lobby, throughout the hotel floors, and in the rooms. The rooms looked modern and comfortable. The room was comfortable and contained a mini fridge and microwave. The ice machine was close by and the room had everything we needed, including a table at which to eat. We really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend and word certainly stay here again.

Probably the best hotel in Central Florida we have ever stayed at. The rooms and beds are perfect. Highly recommend!

Checked in very late and the hotel clerk was so very friendly and helpful. He really went out of his way to help after an exhausting day of travel. The hotel is very nice and clean. Love that I can watch Netflix in my room.

This is a wonderful place to stay that is away from most of the hustle and bustle of Orlando. The facility is pretty new and has many of the modern features that are unusual including key cards that do not require swiping to enter your room. You just tap them on the door lock and there you are. The rooms are all well laid out and have a compact design that flows well as far as ease of use.

Hotel was awesome, gym useful, pool was kind of cool with the water streams. Service was great. Everyone was friendly, and it was nice and peaceful. The room was nice, cool, clean, and very modern!

Rooms were very clean. Renovations were put to good use. The shower didn't have a door which made it a little chilly, but the bathroom overall was very modern and we'll put together.

Clean, quiet and modern atmosphere. As an overnight guest that came only to sleep and head out to our professional event off site, those are the only things I was hoping for from the hotel and Courtyard met those expectations perfectly.

Brand new hotel, very modern and tech Savy. Large spacious lobby. It's well off the beaten path so don't expect to run into too many tourists.

Fantastic experience! Stayed here for a night before an early flight out of Orlando (hotel is only 10 minutes away from the airport). You can tell the hotel is very new as everything is extremely clean. The room was great, very updated with great amenities. The only weird thing was the shower as there was no door to completely close yourself in. Beds were relatively comfortable, similar to any other Marriott property. Staff was extremely friendly and helped us find a good dinner sport (highly recommend Hot Krust Panini Kitchen! ). Overall a fantastic experience.

I usually enjoy staying here but this last visit was horrible. Noisy hotel middle of the night with loud music. Made much worse being on first floor by elevators, pool and workers entrance. Frequent power outages wouldn't have been so bad if it didn't lead to closing the bistro down. We were counting on it for dinner and drinks. Overall, completely changed my decision as my preferred stay.

New construction with modern design. Spacious bathroom, comfortable bed. Wish it had better pillows though.

Very clean. Staff is commendable. Front desk is completely in order. Dining was hot and fresh. Bedroom was nice. Expected less, got more. Only strange thing was "new age" shower without a completely closeable space. My family made the bathroom pretty wet somehow. Must mean we are uncouth. I would recommend this location to everyone.

The hotel is brand new and modern! The rooms are big and the bathroom looks very upscale. Smart TV with Netflix was awesome! Loved our stay!
