Nice hotel. Clean. Good place for an overnight stay. Didn't like the fact that you have to reserve a time for your continental breakfast. Also they charge you for a pool view and it's really a view of the parking lot, but if you stand on the platform and look to your far left you can see the pool, lol.

Dirty Rooms, bed sheets had blood on them, cockroaches everywhere, bathroom was dirtier than public restrooms. There's mold all over fridge and furniture. Don't waste your time or money unless you like living like that.

I would give it a zero! I wss there during herricane irma and the same staff is still there! The lady in charge acted like she did not know who I was even when I lived there for 4, years! They showed no compassion for me after the hurricane. Their only concern was the fact thst I was leaving!

BEWARE: BED BUGS! After showing them a living bug and asking for a refund, they didn’t acknowledge the bug and refused a refund after we paid for two nights and didn’t stay either of them.

Great value very calm. Good place to crash and enjoy yourself for a little while. Full kitchen, full size fridge, GOOD DEAL.

This is not a hotel and your room is far from a suite. Should really be considered a Motel for an afternoon quickie. Our room was given to another guest, the key wouldn't work on the 2nd room. The 3rd room has a mildew smell and air barely works. But hey they have a full size refrigerator. Never again.

They refused my payment ive been here over 40 days so they wrote a note we are bums we take advantage of the system and taped it to our door not business professionals at all RUN away from this hotel.

I was told they overbooked at 3:00 pm. Thanks to this easy answer and the reservation from hotel. Com. I had to drive for one hour to find a new hotel! So ridiculous! Totally ruined my vocation!

A little sketchy looking at first but it's a pretty good place to stay in a nice location just needs some remodeling to brighten the place up.

This place was the most nasty looking, run down hotel, Pictures are 100 % a lie, we booked a room at this hotel due to the pics that are posted and when we got into the room it looked like a prostitute crack room, coach was full of stains, bathtub was stained, the grout in the tile was black, there was a full size huge fridge in the room, etc. Too much to even post. So when I went back to the office and told the lady about the room her only answer was, Well you requested a king bed room, I could not believe her answer.

To spend the night and rest is considerable but I was charged twice to the card and at the time of check out still the refund was not registered in my account.

Called the hotel to try and cancel my reservation and the lady that answered the phone was incredibly rude. Very impatient and hung up on me. I called back wanting to speak to the manager, she said she was then only one there. Overall awful service and rude staff. Prices are good but I’d rather pay more than have to deal with that lady again.

Great staff and I couldn't believe all the improvements made since last year.

I hate that place. The tenant selfish.

Horrible place! Its a Roach motel and the staff are rude doesn't care that there's roaches and they give no refunds… don't waste ur money here!
