TERRIBLE! WARNING! DO NOT book here! I booked a room here and minutes after booking I realized that this location was far from where we needed to be for our family vacation and sent an email to cancel and that will not give me my money back! Their customer service is TERRIBLE, their voicemail is always full and to top it off they were only supposed to deduct a deposit from my account and they took the entire money. There are so many other beautiful places to go. Go somewhere that has better customer service and decency!

This place is ABSOLUTELY terrible! DO NOT book here! I booked a room and minutes later realized that it was not close to where my family needed to be for vacation, I immediately contacted them and they will not honor a refund. Their customer service is HORRIFIC! They do not get back to you and they are hard to get in touch with, their mailbox is always full! Additionally when I booked they were only supposed to take out a deposit but they deducted the ENTORE amount! There are so many beautiful places to stay with amazing customer service. Save yourself aggravation and book some where else!

Our weekend went off without issue. The condo we stayed in was slightly dated but nothing that was bothersome. What was very troubling was that after we returned, we began to see unauthorized charges on the CC we booked the trip on. Our friends booked another unit about a week after us and we were shocked to hear they not only began to experience the same thing, but the same charges for the same amounts were showing up unauthorized on their card. I called to speak to them and inform them of the issue but they refused to accept that it could have been them. Meanwhile, our friends and us have never previously used our cards to book something with the same company and the fact that the merchants AND amounts were the same indicated to us that this was the common denominator.

We rented the luxury 2 bedroom villa from Reunion Resort & Club by 1791 Vacation Experience, Oconee Street, Kissimmee, FL. Be aware, there are many entities renting in Reunion Resorts. The luxury word should be immediately changed to: “AVERAGE” in their listings! The interior was dated and worn. There was a film of grease on the kitchen counters and the appliances. The wood floors were peeling up in many places. I actually got a case of athlete’s foot using their shower. Had to wear my water shoes the rest of our stay while showering. When we arrive the AC was set to 68* and stayed there our entire week. This was the best perk of this villa. Outside the actual Villa, my Grandkids loved the many pools and Water Park. The Reunion Complex is very well kept and pleasant. My rule-of-thumb while vacationing is never to stay anywhere which is not as nice, or better than my own home. This didn’t turn out to be the case. Would I return to the Reunion Resort? Yes, but would not do business with 1791 Vacation Experience, Oconee Street, Kissimmee, FL. I would opt to stay in the Reunion hotel or better yet, rent a real “luxury” home with pool in the Reunion complex.

I had a great experience with this company from check in to check out. I would definitely use them again. Happy the experience wasn’t like some of the warnings on here.

Wanted to give 2.5 stars, but no can do. Housekeeper left door open inviting fruit flies by the dozens. Left $10 a day tip, worth $4 Water on the floor from the bottom. When you get there, it has a clean look. Housekeeper left door open with $2900 MacBook Pro on table. Safe big enough for cash, watches, small etc. Got bit by something my first night in my inner thigh making park walking difficult.

Amazing hotel! We stayed with our family in a Superior Villa. The location was wonderful, just a few miles from Disney theme parks!

BUYER BEWARE! We live in Orlando and stayed at one of the Seven Eagles Villas on the Reuion Resort property this weekend. Overall, the property is nice and our one-bedroom villa was nice. The cable was fuzzy and Wi-Fi was extremely slow. However, my main complaint is I was told when I checked in at the Vacation Experience office that we definitely had access to the water park with splash pad and lazy river. But when my grandson and I went to the water park we were told we needed a room key and because our room had a padlock on it and not a room key we needed to go to the main hotel to get a room key. At the main Reunion hotel registration desk again, I was told that I would have access to the water park I just needed to go down the hall to the member club and they would give me a pass key. But the woman in the member Club told me that I did not have access to the water park because I had not bought the room directly through them. Despite it being written on my receipt from 1791 Vacation Experience that I had free access to the water park and despite the front desk at the main reunion resort telling me I had access, they would not give me a key to get access to it. You can only imagine the disappointment in my seven-year-old granson's eyes! When I called Vacation Experience I was told now the reason I couldn't use the water park was that I had already checked out.

I was totally impressed at getting a phone call as a reminder of my stay. Rooms were huge, well kept, clean and lacked nothing, Kitchen well equipped. The water park was nice and clean, food prices were great, the entire ambiance was awesome.
The staff at 1791 went out of their way to make my son's birthday special, greeting us with balloons and a personalized card.
We are coming back next year for sure!

First of all you need to know that management tried to waive the $25/per day “resort fee” IF we would leave a positive review instead of our honest review. They actually tried to buy our review so I would be suspicious of any positive reviews. We were impressed with the villa at first but we left with a really bad taste in our mouths. The refrigerator was leaking "ice maker gunk" all over our food, so we called management several times during our stay, asking to speak to a manager. The manager ignored us for days and throughout our entire stay, the problem was never resolved. We called around 7 different times and would usually be sent to voicemail. At one point to help accommodate us, they offered us a late check out but rescinded the offer once we refused to leave a positive review. These people have no integrity. I would never come back — — the lack of hospitality or any kind of reasonable response from management forces me to leave this review. Also worth noting: The cable TV is fuzzy. The HD channels don’t come through. The microwave door was completely broken. The toaster was broken (and later replaced with another broken toaster). The Wi-Fi is very unreliable. And there were patches of carpet missing in our villa. Do not stay here!

Love it! The front desk staff are a delight! We are staying in Deluxe Villa @ Heritage with 3 bedrooms. Overall it's been super quiet with just a bit of traffic noise. The beds are comfortable and the condo is clean. There is a little wear and tear from others being unnecessarily hard on things but you can see the management takes great care of their units! My only recommendation would be to get a different couch. I am sure the couch would work great for kids and small adults but we are all 6ftish and felt like we were sliding off. Definitely not a deal breaker because there is other comfortable seating. Again, overall excellent experience (even got a couple loads of laundry done)!

Luxury rooms, large, clean and comfortable. Very modern kitchen. Perfect for families or golf groups. Great service from Naomi and Starlett in the nearby office. The Water Park included was a blast for our family. We'll be back!

Very nice hotel, price was great. Property has three large golf courses. Hotel also has a beautiful pools and dining facilities. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Its a well furnished updated venue. It's imperfect in remodeling. Gaps and disgusting grime seen in corners. No tissues. Check in process is weird. Directions to the place on Google are wrong. Trash was all over our front one night.

A little hard to find. Have to check in at the office located off property then arrive at your villa. Clean and decent sized bedrooms.

Check in off property which is a pain. In to a room that at 1st looks clean until you sit than the clumps of hair in corners. Go to take a shower hair all over the shower floor. Go to get ice bugs on the bottom of the ice bucket. Turn off the lights and the bugs come out climbing the curtins, circling the drain as you go to wash your hands. Crawling on the sheets in the bed where you just tucked in your kids. Call to complain no one answers the phone. When someone calls back 1st they offer a 30% discount on your next visit. I say I don't want to come back. I couldn't sleep so I should be reimbursed they say they can't do that. They than say look into and call me in a couple hours. The following week I call back. They say they looked at the room it looks fine to them. How about 20% on your next visit. Really?

Worst hotel experience ever. The appearance of the room are on par with other properties at Reunion that we have stayed at numerous times. The thing that sets 1791 apart is an inept staff who is dismissive and never follows through on anything they say they will do. The unit was clean but in disrepair. The shower. The first day we were forced to shower with no water pressure. A trickle that's about it. Unfortunately they have no maintenance staff at night and only open at 10 am. So we had to wait in the am for over 1 hour missing our Fast Pass Plans at Disney while the repair man tried to fix the water. 1 hr later we finally realized he did not speak English and was trying to get us hot water not water pressure. When the property manager came back his solution was to remove the shower head. He promised to be back the following day to fix, he never showed or called. Finally after one day of no pressure and two days of having a garden hose shoot in your face our final day we were able to shower normally. The AC. This was the big problem. While the unit was cooling. The ac would repeatedly turn on and off 20 to 30 times in a minute and repeat this throughout the night. The banging was intolerable plus the air blowing on and off on you throughout the night. To make matters worse I think there was a cricket infestation in the units as the unit would squeal all night just like crickets and stop if you made noise or opened the door.

Excellent service. Cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful concept (once I realized where we actually check in! ) It's s beautiful & comfy vicinity! The grounds are immaculate & the food was great. I don't think I'll be able to stay in a hotel again when I visit Florida!
