The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very clean. Great for family with children. Would stay here Again.

The place needs a makeover badly. You have to stand in breakfast line even if you're only getting coffee. I heard complaints regarding the breakfast. Playground area had holes and bumps underneath the fake grass. No elevator for handicap people. I would never go back. They want a 5 star rating before you see your rooms!

This resort is wonderful. Room, Breakfast. Fantastic. Bed & pillows are so great. Kids would just love the resort. I had a medical emergency & I could get into my room early. I so really needed that. Pool is just so nice. Everything you could need, is there.

Brutal super clean well friendly with lots of accessibility has washer dryers microwave area for kids, I recommend 💯 we are a super large group from Puerto Rico and always looked for a way to solve everything.

Good location, good hotel super quiet, immaculate in cleanliness. Perfect to visit with children. The attention of the employees is excellent. We were a large group and for everyone it was the same treatment of excellence. Manager Pablo very helpful and all his employees. Recommended 100%

This place is beyond amazing. It's not overly crowded, the resort staff is so friendly and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend. Plenty of things to do for my 5 yr old (play area, pool) and my husband (video games). 😂🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Visited in January of 2020 and we loved everything about it! Very helpful and kind staff. Beautiful rooms. Delicious breakfast. Amazing prices considering the proximity to Walt Disney World and all of the amenities.

The only one thing I’d wish was that the pool should’ve been 3 feet all the way around. Not all kids can swim. Other than that, the kids had an amazing time there. I will definitely come back again.

they tried to take my money over 5 times and kept going down by 50$ looking so desperate and unprofessional! all this place does is rob you after you check out! if the room isn't up to there standards they charge you a 500$ "damage" fee! which I was never told! Please no one go here!

Whatever you do run far far FAR away from this place. Do not give them your money. This place is a joke. I specifically booked a room for pay at the property. This property not only charged my card 1 time or 2 times, they charged me 4 TIMES and are refusing to give me my money back. I told them I would put a police report in for theft and I was told “okay you can go ahead and reach out to the police department and do that”. They refuse to give any names. Asked for manager over a period of several days and was never given the manager and was lied to on numerous occasions! I haven’t even started my stay yet! This is absolutely insane and they are a bunch of frauds!

DO NOT TRUST THE REVIEWS! To be really detailed I called weeks in advance to ask them what the covid restrictions were and what amenities were open they were rude and annoyed. Then a few days before my stay I called again to see what kind of beds were in the room I was staying in and the front desk clerk responded whatever rooms it says on your confirmation email and tried to rush me off the phone. I told her "wait I have a few more questions" she responds "ugh, hold on" *cli… Lire la suite.

I do not recommend this hotel. They didn't clean the room according to them due to the pandemic. They said we had to clean our room after coming back tired. We will not stay here 10 days if we have to continue cleaning the room there is no point in paying a hotel.

This is one of the best hotels for kids I have ever stayed in. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, attractive, and comfortable. The hotel includes a nice pool, a large playground for kids, and indoor games for kids as well. It’s also very affordable and conveniently located close to the parks.

I love everything about this place. The front desk was super nice and welcoming soon as I walk through the doors. The rooms are beautiful and the kids love the play area and playground. Very reasonable prices. Around everything. Definitely recommend booking here if you have kids that’s young. You definitely won’t find another nice VERY kids friendly hotel on 192. This spot right here is it‼️‼️‼️

This place accused me of smoking in my room, I wake up with a note in my door so I go to the office to ask about the note, the manager told me they don't put notes on doors and it was very strange he doesn't know why that happened, he explained to me it was a smoke free hotel and told me where the designated areas to smoke then asked me if I smoked I told him I don't smoke so I don't know why the note is on my door, he assured me they wouldn't charge me a $250 smoking fee, the next night we checked out and everything was fine the manager was very friendly even gave me his personal card and asked me to give them a 5 star review, I didn't trust it, I gave myself until the end of the week to give them a review and originally I was going to give them a decent rating but 2 days later they charge me $65 saying I messed up a towel and sheet (impossible) I brought my own sheets! My husband called the hotel to request to speak to the manager and they told him he's not in and doesn't know when he'll be back so just email him or he'll call us whenever he gets in… The staff was nice but are not honest people at all! Almost con artistish they tell you things that sounds good but doesn't honor their word, very sneaky! And the security guy they have at night seems creepy he just walks up and down halls smoking cigarettes at night… I'm still waiting on a phone call back.

We were very impressed with our visit at first. We were greeted kindly, the lobby and the rooms were very nice. Shortly after our arrival we found a cockroach in our room. We immediately went to the office and switched rooms. About 3 or 4 hours later we found another in our new room. We asked to check out and get a refund but even though we paid them directly we were not able to receive this or the main lobby hosts name so that we could reference him. COCKROACHES ARE current here please give them time to take care of it because the facility was very nice but this issue needs addressed.

Clean rooms. Great staff. Very friendly. Kids will love it! Breakfast included and is very tasty. Great selection. I could go on and on it's a terrific place and affordable!

Decent hotel. We stay here a good bit as we are out of state passholders at Universal and Disney. The only complaint I have is the cleaner they are using smells like baby powder. When we got into our room this trip the smell was so strong it gave me a headache. We ran the coffee maker to dull the smell. We have a similar cleaner at our business during the COVID 19 so I’m almost positive that’s the smell. I just asked the front desk not to come in and clean our room while we are in it as I can’t handle the smell. They obliged. Nice people every time we have been here. The do offer late check in which is always helpful!

My baby boy, husband and I didn’t have to leave the premises! It was so amazing the movies on the lawn, the kids houses on the lawn, water play, kidsville everything was just amazing! I loved coming outside and seeing the biblical verses on the walls as well. The staff was 100% professional! We’ve gone every year for the last 3 years and we have a blast every single year!

We went for the weekend for our daughter's 2nd birthday and it was great! she loved it and enjoyed it a lot from the pool, the tree house, playground. The room is super clean and the staff always with a smile we will definitely come back!

This is my first time here with my family, And absolutely loved this Resort. Friendly staff awesome breakfast and lot's for kid's to do and they even have a cool kid zone with Xbox Legos etc… and also what's a big plus plus for me because I'm very picky room's were beyond super clean I will definitely be back with my family very soon.

When I stepped on the grounds I knew this was a great resort. I’ve traveled alone but all of the encouraging words placed throughout the facility spoke to me. The room and the bed were impeccable.

From the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms in order to all me charm very friendly helpful, the breakfast spectacular. My first time holiday in the hotel and come back to stay❣️ all the Family were delighted… I recommend it 100%

Great stay! Staff were very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was always hot-and they had something for the kids (balloon animals, tattoos. ) front desk staff was amazing answering all of my questions and suggesting places to go for kids.

All the staff were very friendly. My 2 young kids really enjoyed the olay area. Rooms were a decent size. Batheoom was a little tight but wasnt a problem much. Id stay again.

This place is amazing, the atmosphere is peaceful and filled with inspirational signs. They’re things to do for everyone and the kids are always having fun. The breakfast was delicious and with great time and very organized and well kept. It’s a wonderful experience for a family.

So my experience at the hotel was very good the only thing I didn’t like was the pool was very hot but other then that I loved the everything else definitely going again real soon thanks to all the staff and friendly people.

I honestly can say this was by far one of the cleanest hotels we have been too "and I'm really picky", hotel staff was very professional, and respectful. I really loved the breakfast choices, lots of healthy options, from different type of eggs to fruit, yogurt and cereals, kids loved the Mickey Mouse Waffles… pool was always clean and warm, also 2 floors of kids activities from video games to air hockey, table games, etc. Stayed here 10 nights and every single day was very pleasant and magical for all of us. Thank you Kristin "front desk" to make us feel welcome upon check in, Carlos and the "Polish hostess" who directed us upon breakfast check in for always smiling — — — you guys rock One thing is for sure, we will always be back to this hotel when we vacation in Orlando area. I honestly give this Resort an A+ thank you for making it Magical for us!

Super awesome place! They’re clean and have great customer service. It’s not a big resort but it’s really nice for families with children. They’re breakfast was pretty yummy and very organized. Definitely would stay again! :)

The only positive thing I can say about this “resort, ” which should be called a motel, is that there weren’t bed bugs, we were able to get extra towels, and the playground was cute for kids. Other than that, I felt like I was duped by the website. They definitely spent more money on a photographer with phenomenal photoshopping skills, than on the facility itself. Our room was tiny and the bedspread had a large brown stain on it, that housekeeping just covered up rather than cleaning or changing it. It took over 3 hours to get a new one. I had no hot water the morning we needed to get up early to head to Magic Kingdom, and the buffet breakfast was gross. To top it off, they ran out of butter that morning and the yogurt machine was broken. In addition, many people around the “resort” were loud and discourteous. We did not feel safe allowing our teenage girls hangout in the Kid’s Club without us in the evening because there were men (who were in their 20’s without children) just standing in there. I would not recommend this “resort” to people with children who want a safe, comfortable environment.

Nice clean rooms, you can tell they’re new. It is very family friendly, lots for kids to do. The staff is friendly and respectful. The pool is clean and spacious area for sitting. Breakfast is good and organized. Overall great time and fun experience.

My family and I stayed here for an end of the summer trip, we don’t live very far from Orlando. When we arrived everything was pretty contemporary but in all honesty it looks like a Re-renovated Motel 8. We didn’t have any problems, room was fine water worked A/c worked but when we check out I was charged for taxes and fees once again. I booked through Expedia which had taxes and fees and everything was paid in advance except for resort fee. When I checked-out and paid the resort fee I was charged again for taxes and fees. So be warned DO NOT STAY HERE so many hidden fees you end paying more in fees than for one night.

Was a great experience until a water pipe broke on our last night in the hotel and we have been without running water since yesterday morning. We were told the issue we would fixed within an hour and now it has been 24 hours. If I wanted to go camping with no running water to shower, brush our teeth or even flush the toilet I would have! This is ridiculous and the boy at the front desk had no solutions to help us. They couldn’t even offer a room in the other building which I need to add had running water! We travel to the area every couple of months and we were planning on coming here again since it was kid friendly but now we will not! Don’t waste your money unless you expect camping conditions without water. update. After speaking with the manager he compensated us for a night without water so even though we had this issue and stinky kids he made a bad problem better. A+ in customer service.

I absolutely loved this place my family and I went for vacations and stayed there. The kids loved it. They have fun activities for the kids to have fun during the day. Every night the have family movie night under the stars. They have a heated pull witch with babies you need things like that. They have family rooms. Play areas for all ages. The people that work there are so warm and friendly. This will be are go to place every time.

Nice clean hotel at a good price for the area, and includes breakfast (only down side it’s by hour set once you check in) it’s just 2mins by car to old town, plenty of restaurants around, dollar tree next door. Large pool with warm water, plenty of out door games for kids, has a nice roofed area for kids to paint and play — PlayStation! There 4 PlayStations for the kids and adults to play! And some table games also on the second floor. I real recommend this place, staff is super friendly also! I will be staying again.

My husband and I stayed here for an amazing retreat. Everything was so beautiful. The reception room is great, and the rooms are even better. The service was amazing too. All the staff was so helpful and nice. Very pleased and will definately come back.

We are currently staying for a couples retreat and I can say that everyone here is so kind and always attentive to everything. Our room is so nice and clean. Not to mention the banquet room, I love the large portraits with beautiful quotes and verses. Great price and being close to everything. Definitely coming back here!

This hotel is AMAZING! From the moment you pull in to the parking lot, you can see how much these owners care about providing an excellent stay for their guests. There are signs all over the parking lot/property that are inspirational, faith-based & family oriented. The staff are all very friendly. The place is VERY modern & VERY clean. The attention to detail everywhere (from the lobby, to the property to the individual rooms) is superb! The breakfast far exceeded our expectations. It had a wide variety of items (hot & cold) and was delicious! The rooms are all upgraded & are VERY nice. The beds are super comfortable. They even leave water bottles in the room for each guest. The location is superb with lots of shopping/dining options close by. And it was very close to the theme parks. I will definitely be staying here again & HIGHLY recommend this place if you're staying in the Orlando area.

My Husband & I stayed at your lovely hotel. We didn't have children with us but it was very Nice, the room was large & clean & our room opened to the kids play yard but it was quiet at 9 pm. We had a really Nice breakfast with Mickey waffles & then headed home happy! Thanks so much.

We have a 3 year old and a 7 month old and stayed for 6 nights! This place was perfect for our family! The whole place, including the lobby, room, play areas were very clean, staff was super friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was delicious! The activities done throughout the day were so fun and engaging! The playground area has AstroTurf instead of grass and that was perfect for no bugs!
The only thing I would change is adding a kids pool that smaller kids can sit and play in that is smaller than 3ft! Definitely will recommend to any family looking for an affordable, fun and great environment! We will be back!

Let me start off by saying that I am pretty critical of hotels… and this place was awesome. The front desk staff was always friendly and the hotel is exactly as it is pictured online. It never took more than a 10-15 minute drive to get to the Disney parks and Seaworld. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby aswell! We would leave our room early in the morning and return late at night to a nice, clean room. Housekeeping was great. And their breakfast is probably one of the best around. Breakfast had a good variety, from continental breakfast options and hot breakfast options like eggs, bacon and sausage. You didn't have to wait to make your own waffles either because they had someone making cute little Mickey mouse shaped ones on a stick! The price of the room was super comparable to other hotels around that area, and if you're looking for something with good breakfast that's an excellent hotel for families this is your spot! Whenever, if ever, we are back in Orlando, my family and I will definitely be staying here!

Great place to stay! The staff was very friendly, the room clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location just a couple miles from Old Town and about a 25 minute drive to Universal. We did not have any children with us so I can’t speak for the kids resort but it was overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was the cleanest resort/hotel we have ever stayed at. The employees are all bilingual, friendly, and very helpful. Definitely above and beyond what we expected. Great way to spend two weeks for our honeymoon. Very kid friendly and family oriented.

Just returned from 6 days at the resort. We were able to check in early as soon as we got there. The resort looks just as pictured on website. It is an older place but it seems to be constantly updated. It was very clean and neat. Staff all very friendly. We were a middle aged couple with no children there. The place is a wonderful place for families with young children. We were there kind of off season so there weren't many children there. I don't think I would want to stay there during heavy peak season where there would be alot of children. But if you are a younger family with small children, this is a perfect place for you. Plenty of outside activities for everyone. The grounds are also clean and well kept. A very nice pool which is heated. Plenty of nice places to sit outside and relax. A wonderful breakfast is there every morning. Mickey mouse pancakes, eggs both scrambled and boiled. Breakfast meat. Juices, coffee, cereals, oatmeal, bagels and breads for toasting. Bananas, oranges and muffins, cookies, donuts and cakes. Something for everyone. The only negative was the cleaning staff were slow. We were out of room all day and when we would get back, the room still wasn't done. And we started out with plenty of towels but each day they gave us less and less. Seems they couldn't keep up with the laundry of towels. But it really wasn't a big deal cause if we called up they sent us towels. So all in all it is a very nice resort. And very close to all attractions.

Too expensive for this 3 star remodeled Motel 6. Staff was nice, but some didn't speak English which was frustrating. Try and get a room towards the front because the back seems too secluded. Nice clean room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast wasn't much. Eggs and sausage. Only had on the first morning. Not worth it to get up early for.

We are free mentors to love and we were at the seminary at the hotel. Its service is excellent, all tidy and clean. We can recommend 100%-Jose and Victoria Solorzano.

Although it is in a one year Foundation hotel all its staff gives an excellent service, it is a place where it is against the word of God in every corner of the installation. I think it's a piece of heaven on earth. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy such a beautiful time and to be so ministered, love is above all things.

I actually stayed here this weekend. I got surprised for the quality of this Hotel. Room was nice and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff at check-in was exceptional. Their customer service was excellent. I use to go to Hilton Hotels, and honestly I did not miss the inside room quality.

Awful. Do not stay here unless you have NO EXPECTATIONS AT ALL. I would give ZERO STARS if I could. The worst hotel experience I have ever had, from the second we checked in. The front desk person was very rude and aggressive. They only gave us one key. (By the way, if you don’t return it they charge you $25. ) The rooms are tidy enough but the water pressure is awful and the water smells HORRIBLE. They don’t enforce any time restrictions on outdoor activities so we heard children screaming outside all times of night, including some kind of construction work going on at 6 am. When we checked in we confirmed our reservation TWICE (and I also had proof of our reservation dates from Expedia) and the day before we were SUPPOSED to check out, they called to ask me why our belongings were still in the room. When I told them we were supposed to check out the following day, they pretty much said too bad and told me we needed to come get our things anyways because they were overbooked. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Management is a joke and the employees are even worse. Don’t waste your money.

Love this resort! The room was very clean, comfortable, and smelled good. The flooring in the room is wood laminate and the decor is modern. The lobby is very nice and welcoming. The staff is excellent with amazing service. Felt they truly care and wanted your hotel stay to be memorable. We enjoyed the included warm breakfast with plenty of options. Since we were heading to the parks, we didn't get to enjoy the pool or other hotel amenities but I'm sure they are great as well.

Although we only stayed 1 night it was enough for me to want to stay with them again and with my grandchildren! The rooms were super clean (thank you house staff), and the facilities were also neat and tidy inside and out. I give the front staff and the maintenance man an A+ for they were absolutely the friendliest people! Lets not forget the breakfast staff, good job and delicious breakfast. Everyone had a great personality and very kind!

Update: I wasn't moved to another room at all and yes the fire ants were in my room (I took pictures! ). Also, the walls are pretty thin. We could constantly hear next room's TV set which was bothersome. The place is certainly not worth the price. I'm not sure how they get away with allowing people to smoke on property that is advertised as "kids club"! *********** Fire ants on the walkways constantly. They get in your unit if you leave anything on the floor. This is a motel style hotel which makes it worse! Smoking is allowed everywhere on the premises and this makes it tough if you have kids. Breakfast is average (bread, cheese, eggs, coffee). Not worth it if you have to pay extra.

My husband, daughter and myself stayed in November of this year we absolutely loved it and my daughter loved the kids play room. The breakfast was great also. I hate to say this but they do require a $50 deposit which they said would take 7-10 days after checking out to go back into my account. That was not a problem but I still yet to receive it and every time I've called to speak with someone I get no one. I'm very upset about this because we need all the money we can save do to losing our house in a fire 2 months earlier…

We planned a very mini vacation going to Disney and I picked this hotel out bc of so many good reviews. I will be completely honest pulling in you can tell it was an older hotel that was remodeled it honestly gave me the impression that God gave a family a vision for a hotel and they trusted God and ran with it and it’s honestly amazing my girls LOVE IT and to our surprise when we got here they had a Disney themed gift waiting for each of my girls and a note to myself and my husband and I have stayed at some nice resorts with my family and NONE have taken the time to give it a family touch let alone gifts for the girls! The playground is great, Kid Zone is great, the inspirational quotes everywhere I love it! The staff is wonderful and I will plan another trip here in the future! God Bless!

Stayed here for two nights. Decent stay for a low rate, stars are mostly for the price and because our stay was so short. The staff was really nice and always seemed happy to help. Jenny at the front desk gave us a great recommendation to eat at Punta Cana on our first night and it was delicious with a super attentive and charming staff. The room itself was okay, bed wasn't as soft as I like, bathroom was awkwardly located with its lights on the wall outside, the water wasn't cold and pleasant to drink, no overhead lights in the room, and the room had a VERY STRONG cleaning smell that we couldn't get rid of — — I could even taste the lemon smell lingering on my lips when we were out and about, that's how strong it was. Breakfast was underwhelming. Awkward scrambled egg patties (never seen that before, they were like small, perfectly rounded egg pancakes), tiny sausages (pretty good flavour), bread+toasters, frosted flakes or fruit loops, bananas, unappetizing bulk muffins, and fresh Mickey Mouse shaped waffles (pretty sweet without being filling, likely a lot of sugar). Parking lot was poorly designed and unidirectional. Some jerk went against the arrows printed on the road and parked their car (with the brights on) blocking the only way to get past the office and to parking in the back. Nobody did anything and we were stuck, unable to get past until they moved. A line of people trying to get through built up behind us and spilled into the main road a little.

Place is clean. Very friendly. And very nice. The rooms are good but wish the bathroom area was a tad bit bigger for a family of 5. Breakfast was by far one of the best "continental" breakfasts I have had.

Cheap hotels, which however has some shortcomings. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is very good. Breakfast does not offer a large selection and is also very sweet or oily. The advantage is definitely the large and free parking lot and the playing possibilities for children, which in part are in need of renovation.

The breakfast time is too crowded and there are no spaces. The bedroom is good and clean. But the floor is dirty.

We stayed here one night last march on vacation before getting on a cruise. I'm getting ready to plan a longer vacation in Orlando and I'm hoping they have availability. My husband and I loved it as much as our girls did. I loved the positive messages through out, the staff was kind, the room clean, the choices for child entertainment were many.

I love this place… My only regret is that I didn't stay longer. I find that it's cheaper to stay here on weekdays. I love the smell of the room, cleanliness, the Keurig organic coffee, Mickey pancakes. It's a Christian based company and super friendly. The staff actually greet you and smile as they clean the rooms. Front desk is very nice and the whole facility is super clean. I told them 3 times how pleased I was with everything.

One of the best hotels here in Orlando! Family oriented, great friendly and polite staff! MUST stay here. Play room for the kids by the pool. And the decoration is sooo nice, modern chick. Is near Disney World and on a main street where you can find restaurants, shops and gas stations very easily.

Great for families, full free breakfast and the rooms are clean and modern. The floors in the rooms are not carpeted which proves the owner/operator is smart. Carpeted rooms in a hotel with exterior (outdoor) entrances is a no no in Florida. Smart place to stay!

This was my first time, the room was completely redone looked like the pictures in the add. Lots of fun stuff for kids to do, multiple play areas all in good condition and very usable, out door TV with video games. Free breakfast, mickey mouse pancakes, bacon sausage coffee, even a balloon maker for the children. Great place for kids.

You won't find a better value pretty much anywhere. We stayed here for 4 nights for a brief Universal/Disney stint and it was fantastic. The rooms were clean, the pool and play area were great for my 3 year old, and the continental breakfast was perfectly fine for the 3 mornings we ate there. The Mickey Pancakes were especially good! Also of note, my son tripped and fell (entirely an accident, nothing the resort could've done) into the bath tub and busted open his chin, requiring stitches. Before taking him to urgent care, my wife ran to the front desk for a band aid and explained the situation. Someone at the resort called later that day to check on him and they even left a little get well gift for him in the hotel room. That's a really special gesture. The next time we go to Orlando, we'll definitely be staying here over any other off-site hotel.

Really nice and clean. Very family oriented. The staff was very nice. Pool was on the smaller side. Had several Cabanas to sit under while in the pool area. Breakfast was more than average. Close to everything.

The place is a real surprise! Looks like a motel on the outside, but each room has been completely remodeled too feel like a hotel building. The lobby and eating area are beautiful and nicely decorated in a very elegant and modern way. I will most definitely stay here again.

We got here and went to check in. The lobby was nicely decorated, but the receptionist was struggling to check us in. He kept mumbling something under his breath, but never said what the problem was. He was very rude. It is a very religious hotel so there is nothing, but Christian music playing in the lobby. It honestly kind of looks like a cult because there are "inspiring" signs hanging everywhere, but really they are more creepy than inspiring. There are limited outlets in the room and the pool closes way too early. The room is not that clean. The floors feel very nasty and my feet were black from walking around on them. I do not recommend this hotel.

Cleanest hotel ever! Lobby restrooms are very contemporary. Dining area is large and spotless. They serve breakfast, Mickey pancakes, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc. The owners are Christian so they have Christian music playing in the lobby with Christian music videos. The staff is very friendly and the grounds have inspirational themed sayings around. The room was nice, big and clean with the tile that looks like hardwood flooring. The doors are metal so the do not disturb sign is magnetic, which I thought was a great idea. They also have reserved parking spots for each room so you are guaranteed a spot close to your room, which is great for late night arrivals back to the room. I would stay here again. It isn't far from the theme parks.

I stayed in Magic Moment Resort for 5 days. When we checked in room was clean, it was 11 pm and we were very tired from walking around in Disney. That night was very relaxing! Beds were very comfy! Next morning they had complimentary breakfast, it was delicious! Mickey Pancakes, hard boiled eggs, toast, cereal, fruit, orange juice, bagels, sausage. Very nice breakfast. Room service was fast! Pool was clean and kids club was very cool. Highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be staying here on our next Disney trip.

I stayed here for spring break with my kids while we make trips to Disney World Parks. When I arrived I was greeted with a delight manner. As I waited my turn to check in I took a view of the place and it was very clean and decorated beautifully. My room was what I expected super clean and with a cool breeze scent. The next morning I really had a better view of the resort, the appearance was outstanding and well kept. The only thing I would complain about is that it was no TV guide channel layout. Overall my kids and I enjoyed this resort and I would stay here every visit to the Orlando area.

Decent breakfast included, friendly staff, speaking English and Spanish. Comfort beds and clean bed cloths. Room service once a day to restock and reorganize. Towel service at the pool was not the best. Employees dressing all black look awkward for the place. I want to mention that Eva Valbuena make my day bringing towels for me and my family after been waiting for an hour for someone to show up. The most interesting thing is that she was already off the clock and leaving when I approached to her to ask for towels. Very kind of her. I was ready to give not my best review, but she make me changed my mind with her good action. Thanks.

I stayed at this hotel for a week. I had no problems with our stay. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The pool was nice and clean and the water was always a good temp. I would only change a few things about our stay, 1: I wish there had been a microwave in our room so I didn't have to eat out every meal for a week. 2: I wish my room hadn't been near the dumpsters because at 750 am being woken up by the dump truck was a little irritating. Other then those minors things I loved my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. Very pleased! Keep up the good work!

I have visited many countries in Asia, Europe and America and stayed in more than 70 hotels. This is my first time I deal with reception staff like Magic Moment. The ladies there were keep smiling even during many decline transactions on my credit card due to my bank issues. That lady was very kind with me and provided excellent service during my check out that takes less than one minute. Also I would like to thank Daniel who was the best reception guy I have ever seen. During my check in process he was very gentle in his manner and respecting. Having excellent staff like Daniel and his colleagues in your resort is something that makes you special. If I visit The city again, definitely I will stay in Magic moment resort.

More than we could have asked for! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They've done an amazing job renovating! VERY kid friendly with NICE play areas and it was great for us as well without kids. We're definitely booking here again! ❤️
