Had to stay here because there wasn't vacancy basically nowere just from the star there was an old guy on the frontdesk that was rude so since I was on vacation I didnt care and went to have fun I came at 2 am to mi room mi brother brought me along with my mom and dad so I ask them to help me put mi stuff in my room next thing I know the psycho old man of the frontdesk came rushing to us saying that everyone had to leave cause they were not included to stay in mi room they weren't gona stay they were just droping me off and helping me with my bags we were trying to explain but he was so laud and mean that my parents left then I go to mi room to take a shower the water was brown and smell horrible other than the pshyco frontdesk guy and the showers water everything else was ok.

It is spring break and our other reservations were cancelled so we ended up here for our trip because everywhere else was booked. We didn't expect it to be the Hilton, but honestly I have seen worse. The motel is old and the beds are not the most comfortable, but the room was actually pretty clean and even smelled clean when you walked in. The staff was friendly and accommodating as well, so overall. Not bad.

Never use this motel!
We came from Germany and were on holidays. Never saw such a bad place before and we stayed several times in the US. We had to stay there since no rooms were available in the whole Orlando and Tampa area because of a holiday weekend and Daytona race. For this reason they charged $550 per night for a room which isn’t even worth $50. We call this modern robbery. Room smelled bad, furniture was old, would never use refrigerator or microwave, not clean. Next morning we even saw other guest using their own pillows. The air condition was so loud, that we could hardly sleep. Even one star is too much. Never stay in this motel when you are not in trouble finding someplace else to stay.

This ‘INN’ is GROSS. I do not even want to give this motel a star, the manager was nice, accommodated when I told him I was not staying in that room and reimbursed me for the others day. The sheets are YELLOW, bugs on the wall, hair in the drain on the walls, hard beds. If you like a gross inn stay here. Spider webs on the ceiling, broken furniture, carpet that who knows what’s living in it. Two towels that had stains on them, stains on the walls, doors, toilet. Just gross.

Disgusting. Wish I could give no stars. Rooms smell so bad like cigarette the comforter had what seemes to be period blood. I say period blood cause it looked like it wad tucked between someones legs and she had an accident (it happens but all sheets should be checked thurougly considering they dont get wadhed often) called office on cellphone cause room phones r broken. Asked for another one cause it was extemely cold and they said call back in morning. So first night I went and bought my own sheets. Ridiculously over priced. House keeping never showed up next day our sheets were thrown on floor not sure why because we r very clean. And upon me coming out of the shower realized there was old dry urine next to the toilet and floor cajse mt clothr fell on top of it. Threw it away. Very very dirty and poor housekeeping.

Yes, it's a cheap motel, so don't go expecting some fancy room. It's bare bones roof bed TV toilet shower sink mini fridge microwave, but it's a decent price (50ish after tax) and it's not got a super sketchy vibe. Just don't expect to check out before 9 am as the office doesn't open until then.

Be wary. Aside from being unclean and not a comfortable environment, they require a $10 cash deposit for key in addition to paying an extra resort fee (guess they figure since it's within driving distance of Disney, they can consider it a resort). Good luck trying to collect the deposit back if you plan to leave early, no one available in morning. In this case you get even less than you pay for. A few more dollars is well worth it.

Room was clean but most things like lights and appliances didn't work properly and severly understaffed.

This is definitely a pass through town Motel. The beds are not comfortable they are cheap mattresses, the room phone has no end to plug into the wall, no complimentary toiletries, old cool whip bowl for ice — which you have to pay for. The only good thing about this place is the lady at the office was really nice. Walk in rates are$60.10 (even if you are already there). If you pick this motel make sure you book through a third party. This place is the type that should charge by the hour! "A COMPLETE AND TOTAL DUMP"

Had a reservation and paid in full. I understand I was going to check in really late in the night but they had gave my room away after 11pm after paying full price for the room. Was on the phone with the guy at the front desk and he was super rude! He wouldn’t even really talk to me to explain that they had took my money and gave my room away and ended up hanging up on me. Terrible service and terrible policy! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!

This place sucks the rooms have very bad smell and they are nasty and if they make the payment of the room and then you don't like it you don't get the money back, apart from dirty are some real scammers do not fence to this place is super disgusting and the people who stay There are very but very unpleasant. I feel super bad taste do not recommend them or they will have very bad experience.

No problem here it's okay it's cozy it's quiet Good price $43 not bad.

I enjoyed my stay at Ambassador Inn. I was the only guest staying so the room was a nice size for me. The down sides were that the shower curtain was starting to show signs of mold growth and there was no refrigerator to keep drinks and snacks cold. Other than those two things I enjoyed my stay.

Quiet place. Store next door. Small pool though.

Front desk service was great. The rooms are pretty run down and need updating but they were good for a cheap place to spend the night. Location was good and price was decent but motel 6 is a better option.

Very dirty old rooms. Already smelled like smoke. Curtains were dirty, old beds, chair was filthy. Blankets were bad bad bad. Sheets clean. Towels were not exactly white. Quick stop. Not worth a deposit and don't pay more than 40.00 This is not no way possible a 62.00 room at all. If you must it is only for a quick stop type of room. Deposit was $10 even tho ad said $5. No one bothered me tho just be safe.

I went in, the service was abysmal and afterwards I fell asleep AFTER I went to the store and bought 12 packs of Google certified Kill yourselves. Also It has a pool soo thats a thing too. Just go to the hotel across the street.

Where to begin with this Poor excuse of a Inn. The main Counter treats you like crap and When I Wanted a non smoking room I got a room that smelled like the tabbaco plant just burndd evertthing they had. I highly dont recommend this Inn. Just go to the Hotel on the other side of the Highway for way better treatment.

This hotel is very dirty have cockroaches the duno is grocero… Do not comply with what is reserved by internet nor maintain prices. On internet is cheap and one arrives at the hotel and they charge what they want. The owner is a criminal thief… Do not go to that hotel is horrible… Very horrible is the worst experience of my life…

Worst hotel I visited so far, Bed was super garbage and uncomfortable, Cable wasn't working, pool was gross. I would never visit or recommend this place to anybody they love. No good!

The room was beyond gross. My boyfriend stayed in the hotel for a week while waiting for his apartment to be ready. What a mistake! The walls were filthy. The bed and floors smelled like urine. The bathroom was filthy. They charge for things that are usually included in normal hotel stays such as free calls. The rates are also ridiculously high for what you're getting. Go elsewhere, trust me.

It is like staying in a toilet. Crap stains on the walls. Tv didn't work. Office employee was rude. Squeaky beds. Smears on mirror. And everything overall was just filthy.

Worst "motel" cause it is not a hotel! found that out while staying there! never again! there was a huge party thrown cops were called, no pets allowed and u have to pay 5 dollars for the remote to your TV and no they do not take cards it had to be cash! what am I going to do with their remote! dont stay there with children.

Sucks Where to start Room got bombed and still smelt like smoke in the non smoke room Five buck deposit for the remote no staff at the counter next time take the remote Bugs in and on the bed Sceachy area Just crapy and old and gross.

Where to start? Short version. It is a dump. Nasty room, dirty carpet, smelly non-smoking room (yeah, right), burn marks on the toilet seat and in many other places, blood stains on the plastic day cover, no blanket on the bed, lots of dirt under the bed, etc. Pay 10 bucks more and find yourself a nicer place, there is plenty of options along 192.

I got a room there but went out to eat and accidentally locked my keys in the room. It was 1:30am when I got back and realized NO ONE was in th office to help me get another key or get in my room. I stood in front of the office waiting and no one came! What kind of Hotel or Motel leaves the property unattended? What if there's an emergency or you need assistance? Bad bad bad experience do not stay here.
