Dirty. Stains on the table and cabinets. Strands of hair on the brown cover under the top cover. Tv was dusty. But the price wasn’t bad.

Obviously, this bed was not changed between last guests departure and our arrival. Absolutely disgusting! So I not only have to pay for the room, but I have to clean it and make the bed myself with the clean linens procured from the night manager. I think I'll pay more to stay elsewhere next time.

I paid $100 for couple hours and staying in this hotel. Horrible experience. First they double charged (I paid on app already), they said oh seems like your card information is wrong so they required using credit card one more time. Second, there is roaches in the bathroom, like 2-3, so disgusting, and the towels are not clean. Only good thing is staff very friendly. Won’t be back.

Great place, clean rooms. The rooms also have an oven which you never find in hotels with kitchenettes. They also have plates, bowls, silverware and pots if needed. The staff is amazing here, friendly warm and welcoming. The hotel is extremely quiet and peaceful. Always have clean sheets and towels available when needed. They have a grab n go breakfast in the morning with fresh hot coffee and the food is also fresh. The grounds are well maintain, no garbage anywhere. There is also a pool which is very clean with tables and chairs to suntan or enjoy time outside. The manager Doug is awesome, very nice guy down to earth. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed at extended stay just for a week and it was AMAZING. The service was phenomenal! This lady at the desk on morning shift named Kia was so polite and respectful. She made my stay easier. She helped me find great things to do In Daytona and everything. Housekeeping came with no problem. I’m DEFINITELY going back!

Ive been here for work and the hotel is very respectfully kept clean the staff are respectful girl at the front desk kia, sade helped me out when I had problems with the Wi-Fi and the vending machine but other then that I would recommend this hotel for any short term or long term stay they will take good care of you.

The place was clean, front desk staff are very helpful. I would recommend extended stay America because it gives you a homie feel, and comfortable nice sleep.

Toilet was. Jammed up ac leaking on floor no stopper in tub. Musty smell throughout.

I deliver pizza here. They have pretty nice staff, they let me make myself a cup of coffee each time.

It was disgusting. My family stayed there for only one night and had to ask to change sheets three times! Every sheet that they kept providing to us were dirty! My mother found a roach and even a toenail was on the ground! They don’t even have an ice machine. You had to use an ice tray that was in the freezer. They ended up giving us a discount for the stay but overall, it was the WORST hotel I have ever experienced smh. I rate this hotel with absolutely NO STARS. Google forced me to have to add a star in order to post my review.

Water pressure not so great, grab and go breakfast is worth a pass, coffee normally has grounds in it. Quiet rooms, nice kitchen.

When my family and I stayed at this location I found it hard to even write a decent review, so I write what I really like about the place. The suite in where my family very nice and cozy. The building SHOULD be a non-smoking. The houskeeper we're ok but our main issue was from management. He was very un professional and his front desk younger ladies were no different. We will never stay in this location ever again.

I give this place a 5 star rating! not only are they friendly and patient but they have a great morning cleaning crew. One man whistles while he works and hes an awesome ckeaning guy. Thed gals are friendly. Esp one lady, she always makes sure we have everything! the maint. Team is extremely awesome, thanks guys. We came to florida from colo. Yes snowbirds people but we are excelent people just like the rest. thank you staff, front dest, maint and the cleaning staff! gotta try this place. Give them a chance and they will prove y'all wrong on reviews. Yes I saw prositutes and some had weed but the hotel doesn't know so tell them! thanks to all the stevens and boys.

Had a great stay with my family wish I would of known they were pet friendly in advance so I could of brought her. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

AWFUL PEOPLE AND AN AWFUL COMPANY! I booked a room for my father after the hurricane so he could safely have power and water until his utilities were restored. As soon as I hung up the phone with the hotel. A friend had a condo come open. Literally two minutes later. I called the hotel back immediately and they refused to refund me even though the Governor asked hotels to be lenient on cancellations. I tried reaching out to everyone I could with this hotel and they gave me the run around. I even had two separate agents for American Express Travel call and they were given the run around. I am currently trying to dispute the charges. I was charged over $360 and never used the room. This is how this company treats people in a time of crisis. Pure greed and shameful.

This place needs help, the maid service is only one time a week and they don't even vacuum the floor, the counter is filthy, they don't restock the toilet paper, the mess under the sink is not healthy.

The hotel was easily located, clean and comfortable. Rates were fair, reservation, check in and out was quick and easy with a pleasant staff. I am however still waiting to be credited back for a promotional rate. Why not simply charge correctly instead of paying in full then receiving credit back?

They charge a little extra, but I was able to bring my dog along. The room had plenty of space. The pool is on the smaller side.

False advertisement. Place was dirty, sofa bed disgusting (indescribable stains). They don't advise you must bring your own sheets for the sofa bed. There are roaches in kitchen area and must request kitchen items when you ready to cook. Housekeeping yeah no housekeeping you clean your own room. So what exactly are you paying for? You definitely can get contact at this place it smelled like a marijuana dispensary.

OK for casual stay. Television had 42 channels with spotty reception. Staff was very nice. Small pool. Fairly clean room. Found items left by former person. OK for price 10 min from beach.

Honestly the worst hotel/motel I've ever stayed at. If you love the smell of weed and need a ample supply of prostitutes this is your place. Their breakfast is a small basket of tiny muffins and a cup of coffee. We had to change rooms 3 times until we got ac that worked… and it soaked the floor which we were told we can change rooms since that's an issue. Also… no housekeeping at all. But the staff is really nice… that's a plus.

I stay here twice a year BIKE WEEK in MARCH and BIKETOBERFEST in October staff is always friendly, rooms are clean, rates are great and DOUG will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and I book like 15-20 rooms each time.

I just transfered jobs and had to stay here for over 2 months. The place is ok rooms are out dated. They are starting to due renovations on the rooms while I am staying here. Customer service is great. Staying longer than the normal person I have interacted with most of the staff. Most of them know my name and they do go above and beyond to help me. I would recommend this place to anyone that has a longer than normal stay. The full kitchen is nice and I am sure that the renovated rooms will be more up to date.

The Worst! Spiders in the bed, smoke and mold smell throughout the entire hotel, shabby repairs, carpet was disgusting, stains on the bedding, cleanliness was non existent, this place is a dive. Thanks Hotwire for booking me a night in Hell. Don't stay here unless you enjoy sleeping in filth and insects.

Palomino bugs, smoke smelled rooms and lack of security — not a place to stay!

Above average place to stay.

Checked in for a two night stay. Room layout is nice and clean, however, bathroom was dirty. It looked like job wasn't finished. There was urine on the toilet and cloudy blue water in the bowl. Toilet and bathroom door also had hair all over them. Heater in the room did not work. Complained to desk in the morning, heater still does not work 13 hours later. In addition to the above, the Grab and go breakfast had no fruit.

The rooms were dirty. The sheets were old. There was hair in the bathroom and kitchen in the room after checking in.

Roaches. All over Hooker Meth labs a drug dealers. Need I say more.

Very nice. Excellent value. Very good service — VCR player broke and they replaced it fast.
