Parkshore Suites was amazing. Close to the beach and all the restaurants were within walking distance of hotel. Our room was very modern and clean,
bed was comfortable. Thanks to the great staff!

We loved staying at Park Shore Suites, St. Pete Beach! The room was decorated super cute and had everything we needed In the kitchen. The sleeper sofa was really comfortable and so was the king bed! I highly recommend staying here and its super close to the beach and everything in St. Pete.

Great price and great apartment. Close to the beach and only a short drive to John’s Pass. Comfortable, quiet and great amenities. Would definitely recommend and book again.

Our 2nd year back. We love it! 2 blocks from the beach and great eats. Melissa: the manager is awesome. We will be back next year, if we don’t find a place to buy.

Great room! Very clean and comfortable! Beach is right down the road, can walk there in minutes, and there are plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. Management is extremely nice, all around a great place to stay if you’re looking to stay in Madeira Beach!

Love it! Totally upgraded and the bed was so comfy — memory foam! Tho the bathroom was tiny, it was clean. Check in/out was a breeze with the key in the key box by the door. Though we didn't get to meet Melissa, she was very responsive through text. We will definitely come back. The whole place is so cozy and welcoming!

We were delighted by how modern our suite was on the interior. We loved the pool's garden-like setting and many amenities including an on-site grill. Most of all we loved that we were easily able to walk to the beach, shopping, and great, affordable restaurants — — — we parked our car when we arrived on Friday and didn't get back in it until we departed on Sunday. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is a gem conveniently located on St Pete beach but secluded enough so that you get the feel of being on an island! Is clean and well maintained! We enjoyed our stay!

Cute old Florida atmosphere with updated rooms and an incredibly friendly and competent staff. Cozy Spanish style setting with indigenous grasses which introduce you to a beautiful pristine private beach accessible from a private patio and the private hot tub. All this with a great swimming pool and pets allowed! ♡

Definitely going back, Clean place, location is perfect for malls, pharmacy and supermarket winn dixie, just take your clothes and purse everything you need is there TV full kitchen also took my dog ♡ thank you … Maldonado's fam.

The hotel was nice and we couod see the ocean right outside of the window. The beds were a bit hard but I loved everything else.

This apartments are so nice and top of the line quality that you will enjoy your vacation staying here. The cleanliness of this place is excellent and you'll have everything you need in the apartment, you can even bring your pet with you if you want. And if you need anything or have any question when you dial the number and leave a message you'll get a prompt response. I really had a great time staying at the park suites at Madeira beach and I can't wait to come back soon!

We were very happy and pleased by the place when we walked through the door today. Has everything a place needs to feel comfortable while on vacation. The two things I will say so far, the floors have no been cleaned or mopped. My sons feet were black from walking through the place for less than 10 min. Completely black. So were currently heading to the store to get some cleaner and use a towel to wipe the floors down. And two we had no clue what check in time was and its rare that they answer phones.

Accommodations were sufficient. The beach is immaculate and directly accessible from the hotel. Most parking is across the street. Staff is courteous. Five star Furnishings would make this a five star hotel. I believe that they achieve very well what they are attempting to.

We stayed there in march and loved it. Just a short walk from the beach and only minutes from John's Pass. Clean, up to date rooms and the staff was very accommodating. We will definately be staying there again.

My parents stayed at Park Shore Boutique Madeira Beach when they came down for the birth of their Great Grandchild. They loved the location, convenience to shopping, restaurants and the beach. The unit was nicely decorated and all that you wanted was included and so much more. Management was always available if we had questions or needed something. Your definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area and would absolutely book another vacation there.

We stayed at Park Shore Boutique Apartments for one week and it was excellent! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with modern decoration and fully furnished. The pool was clean and pool area was well maintained. The staff was courteous, pleasant and helpful. Park Shore Boutique Apartments also has a great location with walking distance to the beach access and restaurants. Overall it was a great experience.

La piscina y el area de la piscina limpia y amplia. El personal, tanto de mantenimiento como de gerencia, fueron serviciales y agradables. Park Shore Boutique Apartments esta localizado a corta de la playa y de restaunrantes. En general nuestra estadia fue excelente.

We stayed in September & it was still very hot, upper 80's to 90. As other guests have said the A/C is not enough to cool the bedroom & definitely does NOT cool the bathroom, although the ceiling fan helped. The rest of the apt. Actually got cold at times although my husband never complained about it. A blow dryer was advertised but it was the kind that's supposed to go on the wall, but it wasn't on the wall! It was very awkward to use. I meant to tell Danielle. She did call us before we arrived but we were late, she left the key in a key box and we never saw her while we were there (5 days). The apt was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and also the couch with chaise lounge was comfortable. The TVs were nice size. The location is pretty nice and in walking distance of some good restaurants. You also have your own parking space. There are two reasons why I would not stay there again: 1) the shower is way too small, maybe 2 ft by 2ft? You couldn't lather up before it was rinsing you off at the same time. No way to shave your legs in there! Plus, the plastic shower curtain stuck to you, yuk. 2) the pool was NOT clean. It's nice and it looks clean until you get in the water, there's lots of dead skin floating around in it. Looks like dirty bath water, yuk again. I went to another pool at our friend's apt down the street and it was crystal clear, nothing like that pool, oow. So I did have something to compare it to.

Beautiful, modern apartments with all the amenities! Just a short trot from the beach and some great restaurants. Awesome community. Bed is super comfy too. Highly recommended!

I've experienced all this resort has to offer, from flying the to sampling the excellent bars. Sandpiper is now called Guy Harvey Outpost, a TradeWinds Beach Resort.

Nothing to brag about just a typical worn out old hotel right on the beach. It has some activites to entertain kids places to eat, I stood here free so I cant really knock this place, but I wont pay to stay here if I had to pay it is not worth the price there are other places for less and more maintained.

Staff is very friendly and professional. Good activities for kids. Terrific buffet! A great place to spend few days with the family on a beautiful beach.
