Love the property especially since they upgrade the furniture and sliding doors. It's great having John's Pass almost right across the street. It's an easy walk. New front desk manager is not the best. Don't ask her any questions.

Room 207 was an excellent unit, very large and view of the gulf. The pool was great and location is wonderful. My ONLY complaint was one security guard was a bit rude (pool closes at 10pm and he was coming around every 10 minutes starting at 9pm telling everyone how much time they had left, but he was a total jerk about it) but that was just him, not the resort. We are already planning on returning next summer. We have definitely found our new go-to spot.

I love staying here! I grew up coming here! They have a full condo with cookware, fridge, stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer! It's an older building but taken care of, you can't beat the view!

Cute place. My friends were staying there and I came to spend the day with them. The view is great! Pool and bathrooms well maintained.

Was a fantastic spring break with perfect weather and a great facility. Gas grill for lunch/dinner options, kitchen, spacious rooms, in room laundry. Kids loved the pool and the closeness to John's pass and ice cream. Many friendly families that had been going to same location for years and years.

I traded into the resort from Interval International and used the online trading option versus having a representative from II calling me with suggestions. I was given a room on the 2nd floor which is the same floor as the office. Upon entering the building, I had to search for the entrance because I didn't realize that the office is on the second floor. No clue on this from the parking lot. The resort uses an old school key with a deadbolt lock so I was issued 2 room keys. Upon entering the room I noticed a musty smell that didn't fade. I had a side view (referred to as ocean view) of the beach which according to the management is controlled by II and cannot be modified although I tried. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms… one has a shower stall with no tub. The other bathroom has a tub with rust stains which I removed with LCR. I found a rather large cockroach on the floor of the bathroom the second day of the week. The kitchen trash receptacle doesn't fit under the sink so we placed it in a closet around the corner from the kitchen. Kind of inconvenient. The kitchen knives are dull which is typical. The dishwasher had dishes in it when we arrived. Hot water is adequate. TV in every room. Good reception and channel selection. DVD player had been unplugged and the HDMI cable was missing. This was replaced by the maintenance man Walls are paper thin as I could hear the neighbors making love even though their TV was turned up. Noisy in the morning.

It was ok, but it was not the cleanest place I have ever stayed. For the price it was worth it and the view from the balcony was lovely. I spent time eith a good friend so all in all it was ok.

A wonderful, and fun place to play for a week. Right on the beach, across the street is the boardwalk / Johns pass with plenty of shops, and restaurants. What more do you need to have a great week with family and friends. Keeps me coming back every year.

The place is clean and quiet. Even though all units are rented it doesnt seem like it. Staff is friendly.

This is my 6th year in a row here and I have a blast each time. The beach does not get crowded, and the pool always feels great. It is within a less than 5 minute from Johns Pass, and right in the water. Can't wait to come back next year!

I love this vacation spot. Being so close to johns pass it provides a great walk to a hopping spot. The hotel is clean and the people are friendly and the beach is clean.

Comfortable condos, nothing fancy, but nice pool and spa with excellent beach access. Laundry facilities in the unit, plus full kitchen and spacious layout.

I've been going there for years. It's right on the beach next to the bridge to treasure Island. You can walk across the street to John's Pass. It is everything you need and more in the rooms are great.

Great place to stay to feel right at home! we were there for a whole week. It's very kid friendly. All the staff members are very friendly! I would come here again and again if I could!

Accommodations were reasonable. However, the smell of bug spray was so overwhelming, we had to keep the doors and windows open for most of the stay. Prolonged periods without fresh air gave a couple family members a headache. Staff seemed to be more than a little incompetent. Called to pay balance due a month before arrival. Provided our credit card information to a nice lady over the telephone. I called to reconfirm a couple days before we arrived and was told that everything was in order. When I arrived, they had no record of our payment. After checking our credit card account (with smartphone), it appeared that they had never billed our card. What? Oh, well… So, they charged us for the room and all seemed to be well. TEN DAYS after returning home, I received a call from the resort demanding that I pay the balance due of $200. Was this for damages? No. Did we check out late? No. They simply charged our card for the incorrect amount. My son is on a travel baseball team and that team goes to Madeira Beach every year for spring training. I definitely won't be staying at this resort for the next four years.
