Nice little beach motel. Old and not a fancy place but perfect for a spot to stay for very little money and the convience of being right by the beach. Manager and cleaning lady were so helpful and nice. Walking distance to everything. We will return!

Not all of the lights worked in the room I was in. You couldn't track sand in the room it's like really we are right near the ocean and beach the housekeeper just unlocks the door don't give you time to answer the door after they only knock once. They are very strict on the rules even if you came with family and friends you have to get permission each day for them to be on the premises and even after 9pm. Didn't know the rules until I checked in and he just slid a piece of paper to me with a key on top. I will not ever stay here again. Also the TV would go off if you bumped the table, the toilet was loose and was missing a Curtin in the room with the beds. Definitely don't stay here if you come with family in other hotels cause you are basically not allowed to have visitors.

I NEVER leave reviews anywhere even if they are bad. But I felt like I HAD to do one on this motel. I dont know where these good reviews are coming from maybe they really had a good experiece. Let me tell you guys mine. The guy at the front desk was nice and even though we came late and the office was closed he still helped my husband and I get a room. But other than that everything else was horrible. From the small room to the roaches in the bathroom. Not the small ones but the big flying ones! It was just horrible and. My husband openned the bathroon cabinet and it was discusting just infested with roaches. We will not be staying here anymore and if it was up to me I would give it cero stars. $107 dollar is nowhere near worth paying even if it is close to the beach.

Had family stay there. Friends of mine came and we all got to swim there in the pool at night even. The rooms were very clean too.

Resort! HA! Worst motel we've ever stayed at! The curtains were so old they were falling apart-windows were filthy the blankets had cigarette holes in them and the sheets were so worn you could see they were falling apart and wearing holes in them throughout-bugs, filthy carpet etc The chairs and tables outside and around the pool were literally falling apart and filthy. If you sit in one of those lounge chairs around the pool you will literally fall though to the ground they are all broken and disgusting. Never again will we try to save a buck to be close to the beach. Not worth it!

Outside kinda run down looking but the rooms were clean pool was nice and could see the bay.

Lives from the location. It's just a two-night stay. Very accustomed.

Very good location and swimming pool. The rest is not worth it. Very old and maintenance free. I'm not bothered by modest hotels, if things are broken. A real shame. I would not stay the only thing that is saved is the kitchen.

This is the first, and only, time staying at this motel. Horrible. Completely outdated, toilet is loose, TV with blown speaker, remote doesn't work, no nightstand, two beds in cramped room that is partitioned from living area by painted peg board, bathroom door doesn't close, furniture looks like it was salvaged from the curb on trash day. The owner/manager is less than courteous. Only up side; it's in Clearwater Beach, and walking distance to town.

The place was cringeworthy upon arrival. The door locks on the bottom but not the top — we felt VERY unsafe, I slept with a weapon out of fear. There was stains all over the carpet and the MATRESS is yellow! We woke up to ants all over the tables/kitchen & bathroom. The wiring on the roof is questionable. It amazes me that this motel is still in business.

Had a late arrival set up to 2 a. M. And to check out 11 a. M. There was no hot water. Indonesian guy living above office working was a total jerk. This place look like it was built in 1945 never been updated just some paint on the wall. The room was so hot when I got there I had to leave the doors open and walk around for it to cool down. The refrigerator had water running from out of the freezer section into the refrigerator section. The list can keep going. I could call it a dump but that would be a compliment. It needs demolished and new owners that show respect want to tourist and customer.

Late August. I had originally planned on staying 3 straight nights. Me and my 2 sons witnessed a very large cockroach fall out of the refrigerator. The next day we had ants in any kind of food that was not in the fridge in the room next to it (11+12). We left the 3rd morning. They dont care about this place. Pool furniture is dry-rotted. Save yourself the headache and go to the sandman a block or so down from it : /

If you have the money and can afford 30$ more stay away. I went when other hotels were booked and had no choice. I killed 4 roaches, had only 3 towels to use for a family of 5, I had to open the oven, turn it on, and blow dry the towel so it could be dry. I tried calling the manager to get more towels at 10pm, and no one is there. I called at least 6 times and went to the office. No one to help. I woke up at 2 in the morning to two roaches having sex on the kitchen floor, hope they enjoyed their fun because they died that night (If I didn't get any, neither are you) The wall socket has no grip and was actually sucking power from my sons tablet and was scorching hot after 10minutes. I found a blunt in the window seal of the bathroom. The bed had a massive dent in the middle, so me and my husband would end right in the middle smashed together, it was like fighting to roll up a hill. I did not sleep well at all because I was afraid of other things possibly living in the room with us, not to mention the noisey people at the pool at 4am. We were over charged at 170$ the owners took advantage of the weekend, I get it, but at least have no bugs and give me some damn towels. If I had the two simple things that are ethical I would have been okay with the dip in the bed, the blunt, and the old box TV with blurry display. The staff was pleasant to my family I had no personal conflict other than not being able to reach them. I couldn't wait to get home and shower.

Over priced they had roachs all over the place the telephone didn't the oven was dirty and the guys that run the place stalked you wherever you went it felt like they were watching you. It Very uncomfortable and I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I was a bit apprehensive about staying here due to the reviews but I'm so happy I did! One of the employees, Roger was so accommodating and pleasant to do business with. The motel is what it is… you get what you pay for… but it is clean, shower worked well, and we were pleased with the kitchen and supplies. The motel is a 3 minute walk to the pier and close to the restaurants and attractions. Great value and will def be returning and recommending to friends and family.

I've never been to a more disgusting place in my life. There were bugs that infested our belongings. I don't even know what kind they were. We had to throw all of the food we brought with us away because the tiny ants got into everything and the fridge wasn't cold enough to keep the milk good for the night. The owner came to get us at 12:15 am to run our credit card since he was out of town before that. Total nightmare. Oh, and if you don't wash the dishes you use they charge you $15, you also have to take your garbage to the dumpster before you leave. Crazy rules.

The location was ok. Place definitely needs some clean up and a makeover. It has potential to be a really cute place. Seems like owners don't care. There was no remote for the tv. When we booked he knew we had 5 ppl and needed the pull out couch. There were no sheets for it. Knocked on the door at 10:00 no response. The pool was clean but the furniture was so old and I thought I was going to go through the lounge chair. Not enough towels in the room for two ppl never mind 5. I would probably stay here again in a pinch but would make sure we had everything at check in.

This place needs a major makeover! The shower knob is falling off, the door isn't secure when it's locked, there were towels with holes and stains on them one of the blankets had burned holes all over it, the pool was freezing not heated like it said! We will never come here again!

Yes it was very convenient to able to walk to the beach and any where else. Our door was hard to open and close, the phone didn't work, we didn't have hot water to shower with, both beds were gross, the pool was not heated and Wi-Fi sucked.

We have stayed here in past with no problems. This year was not good, : 1. Blinds missing in front window 2. Blinds missing in back window. 3. Bathroom windows would not close, had to keep door shut. 4. Bugs on kitchen table and bathroom 5. This one really pissed me off, the Mgr. Allowed construction workers to park (which he charged them for) in our parking lot, which left no parking for his guests. This was our last stay here!

My family and I stayed here last weekend and absolutely loved the location and the friendliness of the owner. My only complaint is how hot the room was one little air unit for a big room was miserable, especially after walking back and forth to the beach, not to mention suffocating after a shower. Yes it's outdated but I prefer the old "mom & pop" hotels over the overrated big hotels anyday!

Almost $200 a night for a room with termite infested cabinets, broken vertical blinds and holes on doors! No thank you! Not sure if the other room are like that but our room 16 was horrible!

Motel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Only negatives were the Wi-Fi was very limited, the construction was loud and the bathroom was small and very hot.

Room was nice for the price you pay. Room was clean, spacious, and cold. The owner has all these extra charges for guest in your room, for dirty dishes, for guest in the pool. Seagulls are constantly in the pool. They have a rule about the pool closing at eight pm but people were out there all night long blasting music and nothing done. It's right next to all the construction going on. The construction never bothered us, just the people at the pool. Housekeeping knocked and just walked right in, even though we told her no thank you. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

Horrible dirty and stinky everything is old and in tremendous damage carpets scary of the filthy air window is a block of powder bath is one experience out of this world can give to fungus on the feet do not recommend anyone is carismo for the k is that place offers towels you can serve scrub dirty and broken curtains finally the worst weekend.

Sheets were dirty, customer service is unfriendly and isn't understanding, for cheap you can find a better deal anywhere in Clearwater, or pay a few more bucks and get a much, much better experience, and best of all, basic cleanliness.

Stayed at this hotel for spring break and its nice for what it is. Nothing fancy, mostly a place to rest your head after a long adventure. The room was tight as far as space goes but it did what I needed and the location can't be beat for the price. I would recommend this place if you're on a budget but want something nice enough and close enough to everything.

Leaky shower, plaster falling off the wall and only 2 towels allowed. We tried to leave after the first night and he charged forth second also with no refund,

Great little hotel, especially for the price! The man at the front desk was wonderful, room was clean, great location. I would go back any time!
