Our favorite yearly getaway! Well taken care of and always accommodating! Laura in the office is so good with my kids! Got them small gifts even to keep them occupied! Couldn’t be more happy ❤️

Just spent a wonderful week at this resort. The staff was very polite and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Their location on the beach is incredible. I can’t wait to visit again next year, and every year after! My personal observation only, regarding negative posts from the same week as my stay. People who have trouble following clearly posted rules (which are few and not difficult to follow), and who deliberately ignore and attempt to circumvent the rules, are usually unhappy when confronted about it.

My family has been going here for many years and brought many other people along with them. Ever since we got here this past week they have been nothing but rude and unfair. They have strict rules and policies for all members of the facility but when it comes to certain people they pull strings and bend rules. It’s very obvious (with proof) that they’re treating others better and some others poorer for unknown reasons. I would not recommend coming here, the management is very poorly ran. My family is disappointed and saddened by the treatment given to loyal owners/customers. Will not be coming back.

The management and staff have made this “home away from home” feel like “hell away from home”. All they care about is the money. When we first started coming here, it was great — 20 years ago. The then manager Pat always made us feel welcome and knew our names every year. My grandparents bought in to the timeshare a few years later. The experience has since gone down the toilet. The ONLY person that was gracious to us on our stay was Shelby — the cleaning lady. When trying to converse with the front office, they were rude and obnoxious. We couldn’t get a word in edgewise. We will be selling our weeks back. Would not recommend coming here or buying in.

We have been coming here for years and the amenities and beach are beautiful. The management and ladies working the desk are atrocious. Need a total change in the front office or we definitely will find another place.

Wonderful people, rooms, pool, hot tub & of coarse, the beach!

Quaint and homely suites, plenty comfortable for the family a week straight.

Nothing special but if you love quiet beaches, this is for you.

I am a severe asthmatic and suffering from chronic bronchitis. My spouse sprayed gasoline all over shoes and thought she got it off. I physically started having an Asthma attack once we drove away. She pulled quickly into a parking lot adjacent to the road. We didn’t even pull into a parking spot. We were in no ones way. My spouse was removing shoes and putting in trunk when a older lady came banging, literally banging on my car window. She was demanding we couldn’t park there. We explained that gasoline was all over her shoes, not parking, would be moving momentarily. She told us to get off her lot now! Then she proceeded to stand and watch us with other staff. She then was waving her arms around and coming at us again. I admit We were pissed, gave her the bird, and making good of my promise on a negative review. I will make it my mission. What a callous and cold hearted woman. I was literally having an asthmatic attack. Stress doesn’t help an asthma attack. My spouse didn’t even have a chance to put shoes on or get my emergency meds. We had to pull forward elsewhere. Was in physical pain. There’s a special place in the after life for you lady. Mark my words. Picture of her waving arms and yelling, about to charge at us again, and her other staff member. Steer clear off their business. So happy we didn’t spend our two week hotel booking here lol.

We really enjoyed our stay. The people that worked there and were visiting were all very nice. The room updates were nice but the room we stayed in wasn't quite big enough for the 4 of us. Next we will definitely get a bigger room Overall we loved it.

Very clean, my room was just remodeled beautiful, pool is solar heated, and just a few steps to gulf. I meant several other vacationers from other countries here people very nice. Not disappointed at all.

Our 2nd time here. So quiet and relaxing here. Ocean is outside your door, Pool is warm, people are warm and welcoming. Want to stay longer!

VERY NICE, have pool right off beach. Grills, hot tub, shower 2 rinse off @ after the beach & bathroom facilities. BTW my friend has a time share here.

I love this place, it's low key, casual and I wish I could stay longer. Just returned from my fourth visit and look forward to next year.

They are having some fly by night construction company doing work for them and don't pay the workers what is owed to them. Whats even better is the illegal worker living there. Laura is a horrible horrible woman.

On the ocean… pool & spa beachfront view. Perfectly sized structure with about 30 units. Met people who have been returning every year for decades. Close proximity to airport and several other beaches. Best Florida vacation ever.

The parental units have been coming here since the late 70's! They, along with all of us "kids" have made some great friendships over the years! Our home away from home! Our little slice of heaven! Our "take time to pause" place! Life is too short… take a vacation!

The most peaceful, relaxing week of my whole year!

Me and my family have been coming here for years! Great place. Amazing staff. When I was younger at about 2 years old we started coming her every year maybe twice a year. I'm now 20 and I'm bringing my little family down in 2 weeeks along with my mom and dad who have shown me this amazing place. My dads mom who is around 70 showed my dad this resort when he was young he's now 45 and it's our favorite little resort. The rooms give you good beach vibes. People are complaining about it being outdated. I think it's perfect. You don't need nothing fancy. When you have a pool, grill, beach and family at the end of the day that's what makes you happiest in life. Not how fancy a room is. Thank you for always giving my family the best memories.

Good price for on the Gulf vacation. Slim on the amenities.

Nice low key on the beach, can't beat the price or the People.

Needs to be updated bathrooms and kichen kid of dirty looking and old the pool and hot tub look dirty needs to be painted looks like black mold in the hot tub stairs need to brighten up the rooms.

Really warm pool (nice! ). Beach is not as nice as Clearwater, but they also don't truck in the sand. It's a little dated as well. Not bad for a few days.

We were never made aware of a 4 person limit in a 1 bedroom unit. When booking and at check in if was made clear that we had 3 adults and 2 children. We were told if we would be comfortable it was fine with management. At 9am the following morning the manager told us only 4 were allowed in the room and on premises, no additional guests. We were never made aware of this before. When asked if another room was available that would accommodate we were told no. There was no compassion from management for situation. We had been told multiple times before Sunday am that our arrangement was fine. And only 4 guests on the property, no additional… That's ridiculous. We were forced to find other accommodations with hours notice, no understanding or apology ever given for conflicting information. I understand and appreciate policy and protocols especially being a customer service manager. Had the restrictions been told to is prior to arrival we would have made different accommodations. The manner in which our situation was handled was very unprofessional and unapologetic.

Get over it people it's not luxury it's a beach cottage resort. Old yes, friendly, grills, easy access to the gulf! Been there ten years and look forward to it every year. Stay away if you like, more time for us to get the weeks we want. Here I come Nautical Watch!

We exchanged for one week, but left in the morning. There was a definite odor in the room. The bedroom was okay, however the "living room" was basically in the kitchen with a small uncomfortable sofa sitting at a 90 degree angle to the tv. Loud wall air conditioners blew cold air right on you and caused ceiling fixture to shake. Furniture and fixtures were shabby and out dated. Looked like a nice pool and a hot tub and nice location on the beach, but weather wasn't beach weather and didn't want to spend our time in that unit. Unit 210 is configured very badly, with a poor layout, low ceilings, uneven floor. We asked twice to be moved, and tried to call the management company, but could not reach anyone on a weekend.

Not a place that I would recommend to my worse enemy. The mold was horrible, the carper was ancient and had been patched together with all kinds of carpet. The room smelled musky, moldy. Mold was in the shower, the bathroom sink, refrigerator and dishwasher. It looked like something out of the 60's the furnishings, etc. We did not stay, called Exchange company and made them find us another place.

We paid for a week stay in January 2012, or first stay with them. We arrived first thing was the smell in Condo 7.2) Discovered the carpet and pad in bedroom 2 is drenched in water. 3) Next AM we find the coffee pot AND blender broke. When given replacement coffee maker it was cracked! 4) we were informed by management that our AC needed serviced for three hrs that Tues at Noon. 5) Tues evening we were informed it was too uncomfortable for guys in attic due to heat and short parts so we would have workmen in condo another three hours Friday 6) We were awaken Thursday being asked to move our car out of legal spot so they could unload rocks. We loved the area. But VERY DISAPPOINTED with how we were treated. We will be back to FL but not staying here.
