Courteous staff. Delicious breakfast. Clean, spacious rooms. Wonderful outdoor pool area. Stay here one week per month and wouldn’t stay anywhere else while I’m in this area.

Wanted to stay somewhere close to my daughter who lives here so is really convenient. The staff are so friendly, go out of their way to help and make your stay comfortable. The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas, lovely breakfast with plenty of choice and the suite we are staying in is fabulous with amazing comfy beds!
Pool area is great too as it’s nice and quiet. Would highly recommend.

This is my second time as a guest, both times I was greeted by lovely staff. The rooms are clean, breakfast area very attentive. The reason I’m writing this review is because the Hampton Inn is BLESSED to have an employee named Yanique! She is such an intelligent, bright young lady. She quickly fixed a room issue, followed by the most genuine smile. I will continue to return and recommend this hotel to my friends. I hope HI management realizes the gem of an employee they hired and never let her go!

I was absolutely blown away by the staff at this hotel! Let’s just get past the fact that the hotel itself is immaculate, the room was completely spotless and all of the common spaces were beautiful. My daughter and I were temporarily without a place to be as the lease on my apartment was up and my new home was not ready to move into. Pretty much everything we owned was in storage and we made a last-minute decision to stay at a hotel for four days. I could not have picked a better place for me and my little one. The staff was amazing and completely accommodating to everything that we needed. They were so kind to my daughter and made her smile daily. In the future, I will direct all of my out-of-town guests to this hotel. I was truly impressed and grateful for their kind hearts.

This is our hotel of choice whenever we visit South Florida. We have never been disappointed with a stay, and everything is super clean and neat. The breakfast is even better than most Hilton hotels, and staff is courteous and friendly.

It was one of the best hotel experiences ever. Super comfortable rooms, wonderful staff, great amenities throughout the hotel. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay and would definitely return in the future.

The Hampton Inn & Suites Coconut Creek is new and comfortable. The workout room is spacious, and there is a both a pool and hot tub on site. As expected from a Hampton Inn, the hot breakfast is free and filling. No issues with water pressure or temperature in the shower. Plenty of parking, too. The only caveat I can offer is that there are not many places around to walk to, so be sure to have a car available.

Rooms were very clean and up to date. Staff is very friendly/helpful. Great fitness center with free weights, cable machine and stationary equipment. Nice pool and a big hot tub.

One of the best hotels in south Florida. Staffs are very friendly. Property is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast options are really good, their focus on customer satisfaction is amazing. I stayed in this hotel fo 2 weeks, I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 75 days so far this year. The staff is amazing! Genuinely friendly and go above and beyond, everyone from the front desk to the kitchen staff to the maintenance people. Everything about this hotel is top notch! We will be back.

We are here now. The second we walked in the door we were greeted very warmly and kindly by who I believe was the manager. Super nice. Explained the hotel to us as we’ve never stayed here before. Our kids loved having an electronic key to open our door with (they do give physical key cards as well). Free popcorn at 4 and then free cookies at 6. Little putting green outside by the entrance. Love the bigger sized rooms and beds! Queen beds are great! Firm. But I enjoy a firm bed so I’m comfy! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

I felt compelled to write a review because never have I ever received such A++ service between the front desk and the staff at Breakfast. Everyone is so eager to help and make sure you're having a great stay. Even the mechanics are super friendly and let you get onto the elevator first even if they've been waiting. I will definitely be staying there in the future.

Hands down one of the most clean and hospitable hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Kids loved it, and we all felt very welcomed. Breakfast food/selection and staff was top notch! We will be back!

Very clean and quiet hotel. Friendly staff was always there at the front greeting you with a smile. Breakfast was definitely an upgrade from most free-breakfast hotels and each morning they offered something different. The rooms were clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Mostly nice place to stay. Definitely more expensive than compared hotels of the area. The bathroom had an odd smell simmilar to urine, but could have been an odd cleaning solution. However, the floors were dirty, so most likely the bathroom was not cleaned properly. The staff was very friendly as well. For some reason the key card stopped working. It was a good thing I had the phone app to unlock the door instead of having to go back to the front desk at 1AM.

The pros: The room was a nice size, they have a decent pool and exercise room, the staff was very friendly and courteous, and their continental breakfast was good. Cons: The hotel's general area floor was quite dirty. The carpeted areas needed to be vacuumed and the tile areas really needed to be mopped. Our own hotel room was decent, but once again, the floors were dirty. Even though the hotel is only 4 years old, due to their lack of cleaning skills, the floor and side-boards looked really old and decrepit. If there was another hotel in the area I would highly recommend staying there. Unfortunately, Coconut Creek doesn't have many other options.

Not a big fan. Staff was not as helpful as I hoped. Bathroom supplies were lacking and so was hot water; don't think hot water is a lot to ask for. Complaining didn't help and I checked out the next day. There was no room service either which was a let down. I sent an email to their corporate without a response. Not planning on staying there again, find some place else to save yourself frustration.

I am 61 been to hundreds and hundreds of hotels, the staff from top to bottom were the friendliest I have encountered, all of them displayed a joy for working there. Without exception each employee made eye contact and exhibited a welcoming smile. The registration desk folks felt like friends by the second day. You leave there feeling better than when you arrived. The manager should be traveling the country on how to hire happy faces, keeping them happy and sharing the happiness with their traveling customers.

Great staff, excellent service. Ashley from the front desk was amazing! I was greeted to my room with milano cookies and bottled water. The waffles at breakfast were delicious. Really new and modern hotel with a beautiful pool.

I generally don't give blanket "fantastic" reviews. In this case, they deserve it. My dad and I belong to a Crisis Response agency @K9FirstResponders. Travel is last minute and hectic. They had everything covered for our 330 AM arrival and worked hard to make our group's stay comfortable. Went out of the way to meet our needs. Thank you to all the staff there! Property is well kept. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Common areas very clean and well maintained. They made our down time very relaxing. Staff was great. Greeted all of us by name when we walked into the hotel. Superior customer experience… one equivalent of 5 Star Hotel Service. Again, thanks for all you did!

Great staff and centrally located. I've stayed here for several weeks and I choose to come back primarily due to the staff there. Everyone I've encountered there is cheery, always greets me with a smile, and care about your stay. The rooms are standard Hampton Inn, which isn't a bad thing. The various rooms I've stayed in are generally well kept and clean. Haven't had any issues with the rooms so far. The only quirk is that the showers tend to have different flow speed… But I've experienced that at other hotels. I haven't used the pool but it seems nice. The fitness room is adequate for a decent workout. The hotel can a be a little hard to spot or does tend to give Uber a challenge, but not a major issue. Overall the staff really takes this hotel up a notch, and the owner is very lucky to have such a wonderful set of folks! I'd highly recommend staying here.

Nicole B at the front desk was wonderful! She went above and beyond when she saw my party and I were disappointed when we missed out on the fresh baked cookies. Made our stay extra special!

I booked my room block for my wedding at this hotel. I worked with Christina who was great. I was able to leave welcome bags with the employees at the front desk to disburse as my guests checked in. Ashley at the front desk was so sweet! She truly cared about us and our guests and went out of her way to accommodate us. I was able to add my Uncle on my reservation so he could check in for us, and that went off without a hitch. When my husband (! ) and I arrived after the wedding, Rose was at the front desk. She was also very sweet and let us know if there was anything we needed just to ask. We went up to our room and there was a bag of snacks and water bottles for us as well as TONS of Hershey Kisses in the shape of a heart on the bed. It was a very nice touch and we appreciated it. I was very happy with this hotel and the employees and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you!

Seth always stayed cool and productive and this was one heck of a storm. We were there during Hurricane Irma. We stayed for five days and I felt as though myself and my wife Carolyn were being catered to. All of the guests felt that way. Actually minutes after the storm left and it was safe, Seth had his staff sweeping up the pool area so that it could be used. Seth's son plays hockey for the Univ. Of Michigan and I'm a Wolverine fan but that was just the frosting on the cake. My wife also fell in love with his mom. Unbelievable how a terrible hurricane became transformed into a pleasant experience.

This is a personal shout out to Ashley at the front desk. Very personable. I was cranky after my 4 hour drive from Hernando County, however she was so sweet and accommodating I quickly found myself in a great mood. Everyone is very nice. Pool was great and everything was very clean. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Thanks again Ashley.

This is the nicest Hampton Inn that I have stayed at. I am not really sure how some people can rate this property at 1 or 2 stars. I am guessing it is out of an isolated incident that they became passionate about. I found the staff friendly. Hotel clean. Breakfast was OK but what made the difference was the breakfast staff. I strongly recommend this hotel if you are in the area. Its a little pricey but its the area that drives the rate.

I live locally and stayed because of Hurricane Irma. Kelly the GM was OUTSTANDING. The entire staff was AMAZING! They made every guest feel so comfortable and secure. They had games for kids and adults. They covered all the bases. The Suite was clean, comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I can't wait to come back just for an overnighter for no reason at all except to be treated so week from The staff. Keep up the good work Hampton in. Coconut Creek team!

I can not say enough good things about this place and our stay. Friendly staff, spacious and very clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast and in the afternoon they make popcorn and fresh baked cookies. The pool and hot tub was so relaxing. I brought my kids for a short stay to visit family and I look forward to going back. This is defiantly the BEST place to stay.

Room and lobby looked very new and clean. Lobby has a water feature that makes this specific Hampton Inn feel a little fancier than other Hamptons. The gym was a little bigger too, more machines than normal. And the pool outside with covered seating area was also a little bit nicer than the regular Hamptons. Definitely a nicer location if you are comparing it to the chain.

Besides the popcorn and hit cookies every evening this hotel was clean and easy to see from the road. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Only a brief stay, so didn't take advantage of many of the amenities, but everything appeared wonderful. Gorgeous spacious suite.

I enjoyedy recent stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Coconut Creek. My room was comfortable, and reasonably priced. The free hot breakfast was very good, and the staff was courteous and helpful. I will be back in the area in a few weeks and look forward to staying there again. Perhaps I will spend some time in the pool, jacuzzi, or workout room! Highly recommended.

Can't say enough good things about the hotel and staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The lady setting up breakfast came in early to make sure all the divers staying in the hotel could get breakfast before leaving the hotel. The room was large and clean and the beds comfy. Absolutely no complaints during our stay!

They did everything to make our stay fabulous! From warm and caring staff to great breakfast buffet and free coffee all day to laundry rooms, cleanliness, lovely dining hall where could ear our takeout salads, pool and hot tub, fresh wrapped apples and homebaked choc chip cookies…! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
