Staff is very polite and helpful. The breakfast is lacking in protein and doesn't open until 7am. Otherwise a very acceptable place to stay for the price. The balcony has a great view of the horse track.

I went to the hotel for a birthday party on the 9th floor. The party was well decorated and set up nicely. The staff was also very professional. The hallways and lobby of the hotel appeared renovated and well decorated giving the impression the hotel had been remodeled. Overall impression was very good. Now I DID NOT stay at the hotel, but a family friend had a room who lives out of town. I stopped by the room and I have to say they forgot to renovate the rooms. It had a smell which I guess was from the rugs and was a little dated. It served its purpose for our family friend but they could do a little better on that part. I considered staying there and decided not to. I'm glad I followed my mind.

The rooms that clean and spacious. It's a beautiful hotel… I was quite surprised and the customer service is great.

Excellent place to stay. The rooms are always refreshing. Great views. I love the breakfast and dining. Friendly staff. Has mini golf, basket ball court, swimming pool. Great experience.

Good place to sleep, good prices easy access. The air conditioners are a bit old but they work well. The place for breakfast is not very big. It has big parking for cars. Basketball courts there is fast food near the hotel.

Close to stadium for events. Staff very friendly and helpful. Andrew the stadium shuttle bus driver was awesome. Hotel will not take reservations without a down payment, the "continental breakfast" was terrible especially for the south. They provided all carbs, juice, oatmeal packs, apples, oranges, bananas, and cold cereal. For the prices I at least expected an egg or some kind of breakfast meat; otherwise the rating would have been higher.

Very clean and friendly staff. The hotel seems to have been remodeled recently. Conveniently located next to the stadium but not much else. The only food they had was at the bar and the selection was very limited. Drinks were good. I would stay here again!

Spent one night here. Rooms are simple, but clean and efficient. Bathrooms are very nice and clean (by the way, the soap scent is amazing) there's a pool (not heated though) and nice vending machines. The restaurant prices aren't absurd and food is okay. Breakfast is simple and but has the basics, and being free, it's a good thing. The parking lot is kind of big for the hotel and always has spaces. For the $125 that we paid, for 2 full beds, I really enjoyed it. Nothing amazing but does everything it promises.

Clean and well located large room.

Clean hotel and it's a NON smoking hotel so it just smelled like clean laundry every where you went. Staff was friendly and it was close to a lot of small restaurants and a Walgreens that came in real handy. The continental breakfast is a very light breakfast. It was a good stay. Will definitely be back.

I've been a cook in plenty hotels and I must admit this place was the worst business I've ever worked for. The owner David has no idea on what it takes to have a successful restaurant. The kitchen was extremely dirty with mold in the sinks where chicken is thawed and the ice maker was full of mold also. We had a inspection the beginning of last year. Which we failed the owner made no attempt to correct the cleaning issues. All the staff heard from ownership threw text or meetings was how much money his family was losing. Nothing in the kitchen was rotated correctly sauces and dairy products have been given to customers pass it's expiration date. Stadium hotel works employees more than 6 an 8 hours with no breaks daily. Since the hotel is family owned they fire there employees without reason.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel in comparison to it's rating online. Its clean and updated. Sadly no gym area. Hard rock stadium is walkable. Staff is very friendly.

Excellent but if you do not speak English do not go. Very far from the center.

The rooms with odd numbers are on the avenue that is the front of the hotel and you will hear a lot of cars passing through the turnpike, difficult to sleep. Otherwise it is very clean and nice.

Very nice and clean, very friendly staff! Continental breakfast was awesome! Very reasonable prices, food was very good! I liked the fact that when I left cash laying there, came back, the room was cleaned and nothing was missing, very trustworthy! AWESOME job on the new renovations! I am very picky and hard to please but this place is great! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Wasn't happy with my stay, the pics on their page are deceiving, old old old place, the toilet flooded the bathroom in the room we stayed in. My family and I stayed here 2-nights during Christmas. I was charge 11 bucks each night for hospitality which I feel I didn't get. The continental breakfast waste of time. The bar and food were closed. I was very uncomfortable and unhappy with my stay. 12/23/2017.

Old Fashion hotel, but was our salvation one night at 3am during art Basel, while I couldn’t find any room in a low cost Hotel, I found it here. Nice staff and include basic breakfast (you know bread, coffe, apple, banana, jelly…). The room did have little freezer, coffe machine and table with chairs.

Just great experience, order, food, drink, safety and best of all the dolphins!

Decent hotel. Constant renovations over the years have made several improvements. Linen in rooms definitely needs to be updated though.

Visually, it is not the most appealing thing in the world BUT for the lack of hotels around the area it will surely have to do. The price is reasonable and the rooms are pretty good sizes. I love that they are unashamed of their faith as a hotel. And I can't be mad at the football pictures in the hotel rooms either. They have a mini golf setup in the back, a pool, vending machines in the hall, a small food place, and a beautiful view of the race track from the top floor where you can get free continental breakfast! Which, to me, has a pretty good variety.

Wow what a rude hotel! These place has zero culture and is very rude. We were charged for a room that we were denied to stay in. Then when we tried to resolve the situation with other means the night manager did not want to help us at all. This has been the most ridiculous situation I have ever dealt with from a hotel chain. I am a frequent traveler and stay in many hotels across the country. Stay away these are horrible people.

Definitely the best hotel around. They have the best selection the menu and and the rooms are clean and modern.

Nice Hotel, but my reservation was cancel and I didn't know before to get in the hotel. It was 11 PM when I figure out, so I Must to pay more then my realize.

The conference room was adequate, but being on the 9th floor was a bit inconvenient. 100+ employees trying to get upstairs in 1 of 3 elevators while the cleaning staff were also trying to use them was problematic. Lobby smells like a cheep junk shop with incense. Looks better from the outside.

The hotel was beautiful. Customer service was excellent, getting a room was quick and easy even after we check in at 11p. M. And the rooms where clean and big. And very comfortable bed as well with cold a. C. One of the beat hotels I ever been to and it was at a good price.

At first we thought it was okay, decent hotel and the beds comfortable. Then my boyfriend got bitten up by bed bugs, a cockaroach crawled out of my suitcase later that day, and a bedbug was found crawling all over it. Do not stay there. We've spoken to 4 managers, everyone saying they'll call back and no call back — no notes documented, and one lady discredited me saying it could've came from anywhere. I'm not a liar and neither is my boyfriend and don't appreciate the insinuation. Stay there at your own risk.

I live in a wonderful area in one of the most potentially progressive communities. The hotel is clean and adorable being renovated to a 5 stars in my opinion. Personnel is highly capable and polite. I love living here.

It's a exciting hotel with a lovely pool, mini golf course, and basketball court! I would love to go again. And it's great with Pokemon go. 5 pokestops and 2 gyms. Awesome for events as well. And also convenient since its next to the stadium, express way, parks, and casino.

Got it at a low price, which made it a good choice. Wi-Fi almost not working though. : (

Unhelpful front desk staff. Room was booked through Orbitz w/ confirmation number and they then told us there was no reservation. We told them we will call Orbitz from the lobby and they told Orbitz we left and that we can now just book directly through them at their current rates. Weird smell in lobby, my wife found hair in the "clean towels", very yellowish bulbs in the room. The hotel touts "balcony w/ sliding glass door" as an amenity but the balcony is about 1ft long and 10ft making dangerous to even be on. Zero stars if I could.

Overall I guess the place is not bad it's just a little dingy and dirty little old. Because it's a lower price and close to a bad neighborhood it's what you would expect. It's not necessarily the best but overall it's it's okay for the price point.

I am a frequent traveler and have stayed in a large number of hotels. This is the worst. No restaurant, no bar, found blood stain on fresh towel, staff very rude, numerous rules, slippery bathtub with no handle bar. I complained to management and instead of an apology all I received were lame excuses and contradictions of all I complained of. No acquaintance of mine will ever stay there.

The bed sheets smell like bleach and the pillows had a funky smell will not be staying here ever again. The places needs to be remodel bad and the elevator stops at ever floor even if no one is there so takes forever to get to the first floor lame.

If you get a room on the back side you get a great view of the horse race track. Behind the Casino you can see the football stadium. A nice free morning breakfast and within 30 mins of every Miami spot that you wanna visit. Play mini golf outside by the pool. My king size bed was in a nice size room. A good price that won't break the bank as other hotels of this type are $50-$75 more per night. Be sure to reserve your room ahead of time, there most likely won't be vacancy available.

I like it alot. The rooms are spacious. I would've loved that we were able to bring the breakfast to our rooms. The breakfast is good. The view is awesome. Love it here. Close to shops and restaurants. Price very reasonable.

Staff at check in was nice, profesional, the room clean and in good condition. Came down to Miami to work hotel is very close ti working site. Also close to mayor highways, location is excellent. Very pleased with the hotel.

Very disappointed. After finding what we thought would have okay security, they assured us there is always a security officer outside driving around the parking lot, then we found out not so great security let our grilll and tailgate off of our truck get stolen in broad daylight… Dont feel safe, never coming back.

Terrible smell everywhere. Beds feel and sound like plastic. Carpet is sticky. Burn marks in bathroom. Broken showerhead. Mold in light fixtures. Only food and drink available is in vending machines, no restaurants or shops in any remote distance. Unless you enjoy filthy a room and listening to every conversation the people in the next room are having, I'd suggest finding another hotel.

We hosted our annual Christmas banquet there for the first time. Prices were great, food was above average. The ballroom was new, an odd shape but workable. We picked buffet style service. One complaint is that they only had one station to serve 200 people so some people were done eating while others were still waiting to be served. Also there were random seedy looking people hanging about in the lobby. The view was great. Place has great potential.

Location is great staff friendly and great rates.

It is a place when you want to see actual horses racing the lobby is filled with cool stuff and more.

Stayed here to see the Dolphins game, great great location. Friendly staff and clean room. The bathroom tub drained a little slow. Probably just needed a shot of draino. I would stay here again.

Run down! So gross. The smell of nasty carpet slaps you in the face as soon as you exit the elevator to your floor. AND as you enter the room it smells like no one has ever cleaned the room… My toilet actually had feces still in it when I checked in.

I booked a hotel room online for 2/21-2/24. I was kind of skeptical because of the mixed reviews but now I see how horrible this place is. I arrived at the hotel late night on 2/21. Check in was a little longer than most hotels. The people in the front office had somewhat good customer service. That's the only thing that's good about the hotel. The elevator smells like straight up urine. The carpet looks old. You could literally hear every noise from other rooms (shower, toliet, tv, etc. ). The location is right on the highway so you can hear traffic as well. I would not recommend this hotel. The carpet is sticky. It was a pub hair on my bed sheets. The breakfast was poor. I tried to stay a complete night but I just couldn't. The deal breaker was when a cochroach was just sitting there watching me. I then requested if someone could come and get it or give me another room. After the second time calling, someone finally came with some roach spray (hot spot). My fiancée informed him that the hot spot was not going to kill the cochroach and it was just going to the other side of the room. We wanted him to actually kill the cochroach. He then reported us to the guest regulations that we did not want him to spray. The guest regulations manager came with maintenance to talk to us. We told her our situation and informed her would have to leave and couldn't stay the full length of the time, due to the conditions.

Omg thee worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Smells horrible. Needs to be upgraded immediately. Teenager Constantly knocked on my door asking for the wrong person purposely. Also you can hear the traffic from 95 all night long. You can not get absolutely no sleep. I was on the 6th floor and I heard everything in the parking lot the windows are old. The t. V shows blurry not to mention it only shows about 7 channels. One last thing before I go. My skin broke out I don't know if it was the bedding or the towels but I was fine before I arrived. I do not recommended this place to my worse night mare. Don't say I didn't warn you ***DON'T DO IT**** GO ELSE WHERE.
