This Hotel is conveniently located off the I 95. Quiet surrounding, pleasant and helpful Staff. Close to shopping and restaurants, Large room, we stayed in a king room. We will definitely stay here again if travelling in the area. We do recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The overall experience with this hotel was wonderful from the great front desk staff, to the clean hotel and rooms & the breakfast was great. Me and my husband stayed here because we were going to the Miami Dolphins pre season game. And we would definitely stay again…

This hotel is great! The workers are so nice. The hotel is super clean. The free breakfast buffet is always good and the pool area makes you feel like you are at a resort. My husband loved the indoor gym so he got to work out whenever he wanted to. There are plenty of shops nearby and beaches! We always stay at this location mainly because its super nice and clean but also its right next to highway!

The first room had a loud odor of cleaning products and the water did not work in the shower. The staff was nice, friendly and very apologetic about the problems with the first room. The rooms are big and spacious. Within walking distance to places to eat. This hotel was very nice, I enjoyed my stay here.

The service all around is simply great. The room is very clean and comfortable (the bed was too soft or me and my back suffered, I need a harder mattress), it is very spacious. The bathroom is very comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful, specially Carmen during breakfast, she made you feel at home. The breakfast was plentiful and with a good variety. There was coffee and tea available 24 hours. The location is perfect, next to the I-95 and also near US 1 which gets you almost everywhere. Within walking distance you have many places for dinning and a supermarket. They have free parking with lots of room. They have a good gym and a really nice pool! Free Wifi in all of the hotel, even in the room. I plan to stay here every time I visit Miami! I really recommend it!

The service was awesome enough for me to plan another trip involving a best western plus. The people were great and the beds were some of the best if not the best beds I have slept in. As far as breakfast and commodities such as the pool and gym they were average at best. The location sort of ok it didn't bother me much but it might bother others. It is located extremely close to i95 which makes it an easy drive but the wall were pretty thin and I here every vehicle that passed by.

Free parking, free good breakfast, friendly staff late check-in and free late check out. Beautiful pool. Clean and modern decor. I was in and out 1 day, but I was really comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge in room too.

Excellent hotel with a great location on the I95 which greatly facilitates the communications with any part of Miami. Very good facilities, modern and clean. The room large, clean and comfortable, with fridge, microwave, coffee machine and iron. The beds extremely comfortable. The Internet works great. The staff very attentive and helpful. A very good quality/price ratio. The only thing to improve is the breakfast could be better in quality and variety.

I stayed here when attending the Florida Derby, just a quick Fri night to Sun morning trip so I didn't need anything more than a comfortable room. Rates were high for the area during this trip and I wasn't going to partake in any beach or swimming activities so the Best Western was a good choice. The hotel lobby and breakfast were pretty good (the coffee could have been better). The room was a little humid and my TV didn't have good sound but oh well. If I fly down again in similar circumstances I'll stay here again. Was only about 15 min ride from FLL which was a bonus.

This hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the proximity to the beach and places to eat. It is only a 15 minute drive to the Hard rock stadium. I will definitely stay here again.

The receptionist was very friendly, the service people in the call center terrible! Expensive and not very nice, you could hear the noise of the road… neither of us liked it!

Staff and amenities were really good. The location is close to the groceries and plenty of restaurants around. We didn't have a car with us so you could easily walk.

Stayed for 1 night. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast until 9-30. Breakfast is good, places are enough. Of the Cons: Very noise air con, buzzed all night even off. Parking 10 dollars.

Hotel is nice. Staff is nice and do a good job. Pool is nice but water is too cold to go in. Breakfast is nice and clean. Girls do a good job. However the neighborhood is not the best. If you are a woman going alone, you may choose a different area. Especially if your not driving or familiar with the area. There is a "Gentlemen's Club" right as you cross the street and walk straight out the front door. I was not feeling safe after the sun went down.

Great Customer Service We were sent to the Best Western by The Beachwalk Resort which was overbooked and this hotel was "the overflow" hotel. This Best Western was so accommodating. The Manager went over and beyond to help us get a room in a timely manner. She was so comforting and all of the front desk staff was fantastic. Our room was very nice and clean and we also had breakfast. Thank you Best Western Team for your great customer service and hospitality.

This is a high-end Hotel. Very safe and very secure and spotless and they're complimentary breakfast well you might as well call it breakfast because that's what it is. Anything you would want to eat was right there their pool is beautiful their interior is beautiful their rooms are gorgeous spotless not to mention the mattresses one of the best Brands out there. You will enjoy your stay and feel very safe doing it they may be a few dollars higher but not much but when you weigh what you get. Well worth the few extra dollars.

The hotel is very clean but be careful that you do not touch or room next to the noisy elevators or in front of the motorway in these rooms you can not sleep so noisy. The breakfast is good and the care staff also.

Friendly front desk staff, bed is comfortable, room is a nice big room, pool area is very nice (it's just too cool outside to use it) breakfast has a nice selection. Wifi is strong. Staying here for 3 nights. We like Best Western Plus hotels. Pity this one is a bit far from the cruise terminal, but the BWP close to the port was fully booked.

Loved everything about this hotel. It's been updated, rooms clean with lots of outlets for technology charging. Beautiful pool with waterfall. Lovely fitness center and a great breakfast buffet. Right next to the highway for easy on and off as well as 15-20 minutes from the orange bowl. Katherine and Laura at front desk were awesome. Cynthia and Carmen did a great job at the breakfast buffet and Eduardo kept the place looking meticulous.

Front desk check-in was fast and easy, staff very very helpful. Our room was clean and coffee is nice and hot all day long. I can recommend it to others! Only if they had the pool heated then they will be the best of that price range in that area.

My check in was delayed 10 minutes as the front desk woman was constantly dealing with radio calls. Hotel is located right next to the highway, except no quiet while trying to enjoy the pool. The water feature in the outdoor area was meant to “white noise “ the sound of highway traffic along with loud music which was annoying. There is a security risk at this hotel, they have to have someone monitor the parking lot. It’s also 100 feet from a strip club. My rooms toilet had flushing issues since my arrival, requiring a plunger. I was told the plunger is being used by another guest, this was after 11Pm. So that means a hotel with all those rooms has ONE plunger, for the entire hotel? Why would you let the patron KEEP the plunger over night? Guess what it did? I had no damn bathroom the entire night. I had to use the public toilet near the check in desk. It was like I was bothering the front desk girl who works from 11-7AM. She stated she would send the repair Man in to my room at 9AM. I call the front desk at 9:45AM asking what happen, the morning desk agent had no record of this. But it gets better, turns out this plumbing issue was effecting the room adjacent and the water started to OVERFLOW! It flooded my room and once the valve was turned off the water drained. Guess what crawled out the soiled toilet and dirty shower? It had multiple legs and was brown and rather fast… check the photo.

This hotel is not only outdated but the third floor smells incredibly musty. Very limited room for anyone towing a trailer or machinery. The staff member working the front desk was very rude and made me feel as if I was an inconvenience for having to check in after I already waited almost 10 minutes for him to come out of the office to acknowledge me. My career has me in hotels almost daily and this place by far is one of the worst I’ve ever been to.

Excellent the care, the cleaning, and it is barbaric that this is included in the price the parking, Wi-Fi and breakfast. We go back whenever we are in this city without a doubt.

The manager went over and above to help us out. We evacuated here from Cape Coral for hurricane Irma. It wasn't a great stay as the power went out through no fault of the facility. They have a generator for emergency lighting and we had hot water the whole time. They need to add the lobby TV to the generator power just so guests can keep informed about the outside world when an event like this takes place. Powering up the breakfast facilities and air conditioning in the lobby would be wonderful as well.

Good location and care. Will a lack of maintenance, there is cigarette smell in the rooms and noise of the motor in the air conditioning.

I was charged as a No Show even though I was there! My credit card was billed and I'm trying to get refunded! Poor quality of handling of my reservation! No manager on hand to handle my call regarding this issue today (9/3). Have to call back on Tuesday! The place however was nice and comfortable until our AC went out! Had to be moved at 1:00 a. M. To another room because there was not a maintenance person available to fix the problem.

Excellent hotel, very clean, all the employees are very friendly, tienenes ease of comubicacion that speak Spanish and English. Give a delicious breakfast and has a pool is beautiful. The parking is ample. The ubicacuon this close to everything like for example the beaches, mall, airport. I recommend it 100 percent.

Comfortable parking, clean rooms, good breakfast, courteous and very pleasant staff. Very clean kitchen! Nice interior. Uncomfortable pillows! The comfort of the beds is 4 points out of 5. A little oldish smell. Were 3 days.

Super clean room, it feels like an extension of my house! I love the nice plush towels, too! Happy with microwave and frig. We're here for five night and about to hit Night 2. So far, I have three issues that have to stood out to some degree : 1) Bathroom is clean and tidy but, it's so small that it really only fits one person at a time and 2) One pet peeve I have is slow running drain and worse if It emanate a negative odorous smell! And 3) not one but both our door keys were disable and, this when we'd been out all day and I was so desperate to get back to the room and pee! Urgh!

Remodeled very nicely. Clean beds. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Breakfast is hot and plentiful. Stayed 2 nights before and after a cruise from Miami. About 20min drive to port but traffic is thumbs down.

Always clean and very modern. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Especially "The Great". I had an issue with my hot water and he sent help up right away. Always a pleasure staying here.

Located near the 95 and a few miles from the beach, they have delivery service until well tarde… su staff very helpful.

I haven't had the pleasures of staying here yet (upcoming reservation) however, calling to confirm was a pleasant experience. Chloe, the FDS is beyond helpful and courteous. She's making sure that my special weekend will be one to remember. I plan to update on stay… **update Our stay was GREAT, everyone of the staff is polite and helpful. The morning breakfast is on point. I will definitely recommend!

Liked the renovations. The lobby was very cozy. The hot breakfast was on point. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Missed the pool due to weather but the fitness center made up for it. A top choice for me.

Stay at the hotels for 5 days in May 2017. The staff at this hotel is wonderful. Always friendly and willing to assist to make your stay comfortable. Faith and Dianna were especially helpful in securing my Sony camera charger and battery for me when I forgot it in the room after checkout, returning it to me 3 days after. Thanks girls that saved me a bit of money. The location is ideal, close to a supermarket and other essential services. Would definitely stay there again. Cheryl.

This is an awesome place to stay. The staff are friendly and the rooms are great. They do all they can to accomidate any situation that may arise at any time. They conversate and make you feel very welcome here. My kids and I Love staying here. Come take a visit. Its only 15 minutes from the beach and has lots of things to do for the family or the single mingle!

I stayed here with my family when my house was being fixed and it was a nice experience. The pool and breakfast were the best part. I didn't really fancy the decor.

Overall experience was good. Unfortunatly located next to Highway so it was loud and house keeping walked in on us after early check in. Tells us they aren't too organized. Decorative was nice and room was pleasantly clean.

This is a great hotel. Friendly staff, complimentary breakfast, nice clean rooms with great AC! My favorite thing about this hotel is the fact they have a bath tub and shower. Normally beach cities only have showers but this hotel has a tub! I'll stay here again and recommend it to others!

Good hotel, clean, fair, pool and gym good price, quite full breakfast, coffee 24 hours a day, but is quite aguado, is close to several fast food restaurants, coffee a without saying, a gas station open 24 hours a day and more away a 7-11, but overall it is pretty good.

Very friendly, helpful, considerate and attentive staff, they made me feel welcomed and even cheered me up after a very hard day. It felt like visiting family. Which alot to say bcuz in the years of Hotels and Motels if never been pampered so much.

Stayed here for work. Called ahead to reserve a rollaway bed because there was 3 adult males staying. Was told that they were basically on a 1st come 1st serve basis but that they had plenty. After getting here went to the desk to only find out they did not have any rollaway beds that they have been out of them for 2 days and that they only have 5 for the entire hotel. They were not willing to compensate anything. Only offer they had was for another room at standard rate. Will never stay here again.

The hotel was good. They were replacing air conditioner when we arrived so there was a damp smell in the hallway. Other than that our room was clean and customer service was great. It's where we come to stay anytime we're in Miami.

Fairly clean rooms but the hotel itself had a funny smell. Breakfast is served in the morning. No premium TV stations available. Wi-Fi is decent. Exercise room and pool also available.

Price is just fair. Bathroom is por but clean. TV is bad (bad choices os channels, bad quality of transmissão — no HD? ). Breakfast just fair.

For an inexpensive hotel, it's pretty good. Love the waffle maker in the mornings. They don't need a bar, there's a strip joint 100 feet away.

HOSPITALITY MEETS A GREAT LOCATION My sister and I stayed at this hotel after returning from a cruise out if Miami. I booked via hotwire for a great low rate of about $66. I was skeptical because the rate was so reasonable, but boy was I pleasantly surprised. I don't have one complaint about my stay. The staff was beyond friendly, the facility was clean, and the rooms were a good size with comfortable beds. In addition, the rooms included a fridge and microwavem Also, there was an onsite laundry facility which would work well for extended stays. As if those things were not enough to make the stay pleasant, there are more goodies. Free Wi-Fi was available as well as a small office for guest. Complementary breakfast included a variety of different entrees and beverages to choose from and finally the location was awesome. Located right across the street from a strip club, a few miles right down the road from Hallandale Beach, the casino and the mall and about a $30 can ride to Ft Lauderdale airport! Definitely would return again.

I recommend as a place to sleep, if you expect to spend your holiday looking for something on the beach. Location, excellent, this a few meters from the I95 so that gives you access to any site, this one near Miami, Sawgrass, beaches where there are places to walk, Plantation and the malls of Adventure
Price, excellent for the level of hotel, if you expect 5-star you are wrong, this is to arrive, do your shopping during the day, eat out and return to the hotel to sleep. Rooms, clean and functional, I loved it that's why I don't put excellent, but functional for what we require my wife and me. Staff, well they treated us and helped us with the room before the normal time of entry, in addition to received the packages of purchases that we send.

They had No room I got a single instead of king there were 2, bad attention, dirty, damp smell, the doors of the bathrooms are broken, a lack of maintenance.

We have chosen the Hotel as a stop-gap for the next flight from Miami as it is located directly on the I95. The room smells musty, the carpets are at least 15 years old, the air conditioning is a "Ausenboarder" that makes an incredible noise. In the Elevator, and the Lobby, we tried with scent spray to banish the musty smell. Absolutely not recommendable!
