Everyone here has been a great help. Their beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Even though they say they will not do the room service while your staying here due to covid, the housekeeping still comes to your room to gather your trash, give you fresh towels and if your not in the room you can ask them to clean it and they will.

Nice atmosphere good service.

Found parking and checking in a bit tricky. There were no spots to be had on the ground floor of the parking garage so we went up a couple of floors. The door from the parking garage to the hotel was locked. If not for one of my daughter's team mates letting us in I am not sure what we would have done as the gate on the ground floor closes behind each car. Check-in itself was quick and efficient. The room was clean and accomadating. Once you're in the building is secure. The grab and go breakfast was welcome. Lively downtown area with lots of great dining options was only a short drive.

Friendly staff and great view.

I have 4 pending charges for a 3 night stay on my debit Visa card. This is the most bizarre experience I have ever had with a hotel chain. I am really displeased and it has created havoc for me personally. I drove to the hotel afterward and I was informed that the charges would fall off in 3-5 business days. Don’t reserve a room with this hotel unless you are prepared to deal with this.

My stay was extremely comfortable. Covid haulted. Many activities… and The Hampton Inn in Las Olas was there for us.

Very quaint hotel and nice.

The hotel was very clean. The staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Marie and Ada in the breakfast area were Great hosts. Marie makes the best Waffles and Ada is very good with directions to places in the area. They both were friendly and good conversationalists; while keeping the dining area immaculately clean.

Renovated and updated. The rooms are extra large and we'll air-conditioned. You control the temperature. The staff will take care of anything you need. Close to most places by Uber. This situation truly a downtown hotel so you won't want to try and walk to the nightlife areas. 15 minutes to the beaches.

Service was good but I was really disappointed in the room… It had a really strange odor to it. Almost like feet? I was also really disappointed in the menu selection at dinner/bar area. The hotel ran out of food?!? They only had three items on the menu instead of their normal 10 or so items. The hotel is pretty close to the beach but I was there for work and didn't get to enjoy that.

Got picked up from the airport and brought to the hotel to check in. If you have the mobile app, you are able to check into a room (which you can also select) prior to arrival. Since we arrived before official check-in, we were not able to get a room because they had not been cleaned yet. However, they cleaned a room and it was ready within an hour. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. There was a nice setup for breakfast, and it was appetizing as well. The value is definitely worth the price paid!

I was very disappointed with this hotel. What they don't tell you is that you will have to pay $20 per night for parking. They charge your card and tell you it's for incidentals and it will be refunded if you don't use them, when really it's for parking. The hotels are not that nice and not well cleaned. The complimentary breakfast was sparse and not something we wanted to eat even for free. And we arrived to check in our room wasn't ready. So we basically had to ride around downtown and then come back. I expected better from a Hampton.

Even though the Hampton Inn is not a fancy hotel or Resort we were quite happy at this one as it was very much relaxed and clean and it extremely friendly people that work there. We had a very nice room at the Hampton Inn. We were able to enjoy the pool area with cocktails and even a bite to eat late in the evening. This place was like being at home as we were able to get up and have our regular routine of coffee in the morning and perhaps a cigar by the pool area. So if you're looking for something that's a little less expensive but you went kind of feel like you're at home I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn in Fort Lauderdale. If you need something you just call the front desk and they are more than happy to get it to you. And oddly enough, the toilet paper was actually pretty thick for a cheaper Hotel, LOL.

The front desk staff mocked and made fun of customers on the phone while we were in the lobby waiting to check in. The housekeeping staff left dirty trash bags in the elevators and our room wasn't cleaned. It had toothpaste stains in the sink and leftover soap bars in the shower along with the wet cardboard boxes it came in.

This hotel went out of their way to see that I was satisfied. Maria is a princess. Highly recommend.

Great hotel. Big clean rooms. Shuttle driver very available. Careful walking at night. Many homeless in this neighborhood. Great staff.

I stay here every year. It's clean, newly remodeled, and affordable. It's located within walking distance of entertainment and nightlife. There are also museums and activities for children near by. The hotel is reasonably-priced. They have a shuttle to take you to the port if you plan on taking a cruise.

Nice quiet, older hotel tucked away from the action. A unique limited food menu in the bar (not a standard Hampton Inn practice). However the rooms are comfortable and the beds get 5 ☆☆☆☆☆. Also a VERY nice, secluded and uncrowded pool.

The hotel is a bit "tired" and requires a little updating. The locks on the doors work through time. The safe is not working. The staff were very friendly and helpful. No free parking. The room has a microwave and a small fridge. The idea should be ware, but it is not. The truth is you can bring a plastic, taking it from breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hotel is going through major renovation. If we knew would not booked here. They says we wouldn't hear the noise oh yes we CAN. Bad neighborhood even though few blocks from Los oslo blvd. Other reviewers on this website gotta be fakes or from Hilton's Web reviewer team.

Within walking distance of shops, restaurants and movie theaters at the Riverwalk. Employees are always friendly and helpful. The building is kept up well and nicely decorated. The free breakfast is great and served in a large area on the second level. Shuttle to Cruise port leaves from the lobby.

We had an amazing experience here! Marcus at the front desk was super nice and accommodating, he was more than willing to help us with any of our requests. All of the staff were super sweet from the room attendants to the shuttle drivers. The shuttle is great and complimentary to and from the airport which is fantastic. We were able to get all around Fort Lauderdale with either the shuttle or very cheap uber rides. I totally recommend this hotel! The rooms were clean and beds were great. Staff is awesome. If I stay in Fort Lauderdale again I will stay here for sure!

The rooms are outdated. The television is very small and of low quality. Front doors locked at 10pm and there was no receptionist at the desk. Waiter approx 5 mins for the receptionist to show. Then card is needed to access upper levels on the elevator.

Excellent location, close to beaches and rows of restaurants. A very unique hotel, the breakfast and bar are located on the second floor along with the pool and hot tub. Cat walks to the parking garage make easy access from multiple floors.

Clean. In good condition. Pleasant staff. We stayed for a show at the Broward Center. Easy walk there and restaurants on Las Olas after a few blocks of nothing… we felt the walk was safe. Will stay again.

The internet is too poor to conduct any business from the Hotel room. The decor is quite a bit dated and the TV choices and quality was poor. The only — good — features were features you can get at any other hotel and I would advise you to do just that. I've never had an issue getting things like a pint glass for my room from the bar (I hate the little plastic cups) but everyone just seemed legitimately confused when I asked for one and the bar had closed 2 hours early. Maybe if you plan on spending a lot of time out on the town it's a good choice, but for business customers who need to work and spend a lot of time in the room, terrible waste. Won't ever book another Hampton.

When choosing this hotel we picked it based on its proximity to Las Olas blvd and the airport. We were told that a taxi to the airport when we were ready to depart would cost approximately $15. The morning of our departure we had the front desk staff call us a taxi. She called someone and referred to them by name (like "hey, John, 5 people need to go to the airport"). We asked her after she got off the phone how much she thought it would be and she quoted us $20-$25. A black van showed up, not a taxi, and the guy said he was there to pick us up. There was no meter and when we asked he said it was going to be $45 to drive us to the airport. We went back inside and confronted the front desk person, who proceeded to get an attitude and became very defensive. It was too late to call for another ride. We got scammed and they probably do this to most tourists staying at the hotel. My suggestion would be to look at another hotel or at least do not trust the hotel staff. Not a good experience!

My positives: Friendly staff and okay breakfast. But that is all I enjoyed about this hotel. My room was freezing cold the first night although I attempted to turn down the AC (to no avail). When we returned to the hotel on our second day, the AC in our room was off and the room was hot and stuffy. We attempted to turn on the AC but it would not come on. We called maintenance and someone was sent out immediately but was unable to repair the wall mounted thermostat control. He rigged the AC unit so that we could manually run the AC. However it would not cool the room down, it just made noise all night and occasionally shut off; so we spent our second night hot and stuffy. Additionally, the room was renovated (I think) but the bathroom definitely was not (weird). Our coffee pot was actually in the bathroom on the countertop. This was a first for me. Lastly, you have to pay $12/day for parking. I know I sound picky but this hotel charges a premium rate as if it were a 3 or 4 star hotel… It's not!

This hotel wasn't what I was thinking it was… knowing it's Hampton by Hilton it should have been more updated and modern… Laundry you have to paid for which is ridiculous. Dryer doesn't work… No water for complimentary… Sofa bed was horrible… it was broken and didn't want to change it. … I should have stay at Homewood Suite in Miami that have my comfort for my big family… I would definitely not staying here again. It's and experience… never again!
