Great staff, friendly and efficient. The small bar is OUTSTANDING! We ate dinner there, my wife had some of the best chicken wings we've had. I had an Angus burger that belongs in a fancy steakhouse. The bartender/ server, Lesley, was super! Roland at the front desk took great care of us. I will be back!

The pool is great and with music.

This place has been the by far the best experience. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The only place that was super kind to us while on our stay here. Highly recommend.

The night auditor last weekend was extremely rude, and either didn't know what he was doing, or just refused to do his job. Both last weekend and this one, our rooms were extremely dirty, and hadn't been cleaned at all. Both times they had dirty toilets, dirty sheets, dirty windows and mirrors, dirty window sills, missing mirror on the vanity area, and trash including false eyelash tweezers, coins, coffee stirrers, broken fingernails, glitter confetti, etc. And still wasn't cleaned when we asked for it to be. When we came back after lunch, the new sheets had a rip in them! Last weekend, the door to the adjoining room was unlocked. The 1st floor decor is nice, but misleading, since the upper floors look like this place is seriously TRYING to be a no tell motel, complete with burnt out fluorescent/neon lighting. I know we are in a pandemic… but that doesn't mean you completely give up. That means you do better, both to help with recovery, and to attract customers. This was a $40 room/experience that we paid over $160 per night for. I absolutely do NOT recommend. Stay as far away as possible.

It's location to the Airport and most of the Store's and business that I have to deal with on my visit to Fort Lauderdale, and the staff are great and easy to deal with…

I checked in on 12/6/2019 after a very stressful day of travel. (Had a weird bank issue come up but was finally able to tackle it; nothing to do with the hotel. ) The concierge at the desk was unbelievably knowledgeable in how the transportation to the cruise port worked in three different ways. He took his time explaining all three and the advantages and disadvantages. He then made sure we had everything we needed for our room. (Yes, the person at the desk came to our room with a rollaway bed/extra blankets). Then, after my family was settled, we were headed down the elevator and a housekeeper who had just done a twelve hour day made conversation with us, and was at ease, welcoming us to the hotel and area! The room looked a teeny bit dated, but was immaculate. I also loved the location because of proximity to run out and eat or go to CVS for the last minute items needed for the cruise we are headed out on tomorrow. My vacation started when I got here. The staff and facility was great; I highly recommend!

Our TV didn’t work in room. Brought us another one and couldn’t get it to program so manager came up and escorted us to new room and he put us in a lovely suite at no charge. They are very friendly, and this gesture just made this our ONLY hotel we will stay at now when we come back. I give them 10 stars for their service.

So far, this hotel is amazing. They had a free shuttle and picked us up at the airport. Check in was quick and Jason at the front desk was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are extremely humid making your linens feel damp! The hotel is older, the rooms needs updating and the water pressure is almost non existent.

The staff at the hotel were exceptional. Especially Anna, Tabitha and Jessica. They were so helpful during a very tying time. I missed my cruise and the did everything humanly possible to get me help. I would highly recommend this hotel. Sheraton you should be proud of these young ladies!

Beautiful updates to the building! It has a nice, new little restaurant. We didn't eat there though. Area fast food restaurants are across the street, which is convenient. The hotel has no free continental breakfast. For the cost, free breakfast would have been nice. The free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel is nice. Also, shuttle service to the cruise line (at a fee) was also convenient. We'll continue to stay there whenever we go on cruises.

The stay was great. My only concern was that the TV in the bedroom and the TV in the. Living room did not work. The room key quit working the last night but was repaired. The staff was fantastic. The accommodations were excellent. I would recommend to others to stay with you. Thank you.

I'm really enjoying the wild Parrots out my window. I'm here for 2 weeks going to a Marine boat capt school in Fort Lauderdale. They Do Not give you free breakfast at this hotel that's why it's a 4 star. It cost 10 dollars each person. Hotel is very clean and updated. Taco bell is rt next door and the other side is a CVS. Do keep your car locked there are a lot of bums out and about but I haven't seen or heard of any break ins.

I ended up having to leave my airbnb in the middle of the night (around 2am) and booked a hotel the following day. Since I had many hours before check in, the receptionist informed me that I could sit in the lounge and she even offered me a blanket. Although check-in was at 3pm, the staff allowed me to check in around 11am and made sure I had breakfast and something to drink. Such a nice hotel, such friendly and courteous staff. They went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable.

When you have the world's longest layover and you need a hotel room in a clutch, go see Andre and his coworkers. They came through when the Crowne Plaza down the street could not. I would stay here again. Well, minus the 5am fire alarm.

Short stay overnight on my way to Miami. One double bed room on floor 6, spacious room with tea / coffee, fridge & microwave facilities. Clean and functional. And a special thank you to Lorenzo on the front desk.

Great renovation to this hotel. The rooms, restaurant and meeting spaces are all beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was also extremely friendly and accommodating. Top notch service all around.

Pillows way to soft. Plus sides — USB charge ports on table lights and radio. Suites are large. Modern interior. Good for short or long term stay. Staff very friendly.

The reviews kind of scared me, but we had a great experience! There was no construction. Our beds were GREAT! Room was clean. Check in was easy. The only negative was the traffic outside is pretty loud since it is on a busy HWY.

I asked for a view of the port, I was given an East view but on the second floor! Haha. Bed was very comfortable! The shuttle didn't show up though, hence the three stars. Nearly missed my plane.

Not worth the money at all! They advertise free shuttle to and from airport what they don’t tell you it’s not 24/7. Still had to pay for an Uber both ways. Breakfast wasn’t worth the money at all. Bed was OK. I wouldn’t go back! Staff needs some help with customer service.

The staff here are all super friendly. Nice and helpful. The rooms are all relatively recent renovations and the pricing is right… Great value for the area. They even have a shuttle bus to take you to the cruise port, airport, it even the convention center. There's a little bar with food and drinks in the lobby too. Can walk to other options nearby too.

The hotel recently remodeled it. It wasn't a very good remodel. The walls look like wet. There was a lot of fungus in the bathroom. We found hair on the bed. The gentleman named Lorenzo had was not very hospitable. The door to our room was not opening and when we called for help, I do not speak with much attitude.

Serviceable, affordable, clean and nicely located close to restaurants, 17th St Causeway, beach, airport and cruise terminal. Wife and I flew in to FLL and stayed two days prior to embarking on a cruise. Room was large, nice and modern. Front desk help is outstanding. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only two constructive criticisms: Elevator is deathly slow (like really, really slow) and the exterior of the room windows could use a cleaning (at the time of our stay). Can certainly recommend for a pleasant stay.

This is an amazing nice facility. The service staff is extremely professional. Where in the lobby there families constantly checking in, thus it was quite the popular convenient clean location. I would highly recommend it as an alternative to the higher priced locations.

The location is in a decent area but depending on the time of the day there can be heavy traffic especially during the week. I visited this hotel to deliver something to a guest. The guest was staying at the hotel while their Mega yacht was being worked on. The guest invited me up to the room and it was rather nice. It is definitively somewhere I would stay if the price is reasonable. It appears to be about a $130 per night and given its location that is not very expensive. I travel to Ft. Lauderdale from Port Saint Lucie everyday for work. I will definitely consider this an option to stay rather than driving home some nights as long as the price of the hotel would be less than the travel expenses needed to get home and back the next day. The service at the front desk was very accommodating and I did not have to wait at all. This is definitely somewhere I would recommend to friends and family.

This place sucks no extra pillows no extra hand towels and they want to charge you for anything else you need. The ceiling of the room I'm in isn't painted and still has plaster on it… I asked for an extra bottle of water for my room and they want to charge me. A couple of the ppl at the front desk are very nice but the others don't really care what u need. For the price of this place I should be able to get whatever me and my family needs to be comfortable. Cash only bar because the system is always down. The doors always get stuck. Won't be back!

I normally don't have high expectations for the Four Points brand, but this hotel in Fort Lauderdale was great, and the employees were great! Thanks for them for showing another side of Four Points and making this a great stay for us.

This is not the typical Sheraton that I am accustomed to. The computer system was down and the front desk rep stated he needed to write our credit card number down to enter later. Didn't feel good about that. The rooms were very damp and smelled slightly like mildew. There was mold in the corner bathroom wall. The ceiling was wet… I could not turn the air off… suffering with bronchitis — this didn't help me. Will never return this location. Older building that was renovated.

An unexpected gem! This hotel is in a great location just a short drive from the beach. They have a full bar and restaurant. The lobby and rooms are very modern and clean. The staff was extremely accommodating and professional. I will be recommending this hotel to others in the future.

I used an upgrade to a suite so the room was quite nice and spacious with a large living room and a sizable LG TV in each room. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I simply cannot recommend the continental breakfast. The options included a muffin shaped egg dish which may have been powdered eggs and the bacon was about as crunchy as tree bark. One of the worst breakfasts I've had.

Comfortable rooms and clean, but the manager wouldn't straighten out my bill as she promised. I was over charged and was promised that it would be take care of it. Hasn't happened yet one week later. I won't go there again.

Quick check-in. They've changed to Sheraton during my stay. The breakfast on the first days was horrible. Thank God it is updated now to a warm and cold buffet! Clean room, bathroom and a good bed. Be aware of the fact that your neighbours might need to get up early to catch a flight and wake you up.

The property is under major construction. Notwithstanding, I was impressed with the room, which was large and spacious without a hint of smoking or pet dander. Abundant soft towels and plenty of toiletries in the bathroom and shower. The location is ideal and parking was more than adequate. Once renovations are complete, I see no reason it would not deserve five stars.

What a wonderful hotel and staff. I really appreciate the hotel for all the did when missing a connection flight due to spirit airlines taking off late. The gentlemen who greeted us at the front desk that night was calm patient and kind. He handle the rush of people that came from the airport. The next day Tabitha help out and was super kind and sweet. If I ever want to come back I'll sure be staying at this hotel again. The rooms were comfortable nice and beds were beyond comfortable. The location of the hotel is around many stores, food places and from what I could tell buses to the beach. Even though they are under construction that did not take away from the experience of them making me feel comfortable and welcomed after my cancelled flight.

Port Inn was a temporary home for me. A welcoming hotel with very comfortable rooms. Staff like Jessica and more went above and beyond. They also were dealing with a hard hit from hurricane Irma but somehow, people don't know how to be thankful. To Jessica, Denise, Comeal and all the rest of the staff. Thank you.

It's 11 pm and I've been waiting 30 minutes now for the shuttle from the airport. When I called for a status update, she hung up on me. When I called again to ask for an estimate, I was told she had no idea. 1) can you please avoid hanging up on me? 2) maybe if you call yourself an airport hotel, get the shuttle right and don't act surprised when people ask about the shuttle. And then the shuttle broke down and they had no solution to fix it. Literally, the only reason I booked this hotel was its proximity to the airport.

The room is good, but unfortunately it is still under construction. We booked our room 3 months ago and were told construction would be well over by now. I called in advance to see if the televisions have HDMI inputs and was told no. They have 2 open ports in back. The breakfast was okay, but the waffle machine kept blowing the circuit breaker, because they are using a makeshift dining area due to the construction. Rooms booked as two queen beds definitely seem more like two doubles.

Never disappointed whenever I choose to stay at Fort Lauderdale Airport/ Cruise Port inn. Friendly and Professional staff. Rashad is such a great customer service agent… keep up the good work and you always make the guest feel comfortable. What a great personality. I recommend this hotel anyday! Also situated in a great location.

Do not consider staying at this facility. We had a reservation for this hotel for the night of July 7th. We were not informed the hotel is under renovation with a 6' metal construction fence around it. Large equipment inside the fencing with huge mounds of dirt. We drove around for hours trying to find the hotel as it looked like a new construction site. No good signage and being dark it was hard to read the hotel sign on the very top of the building (high rise). The one good thing was their front desk manager, a young man who was more than gracious and helpful. We tried to check into two others hotels when having trouble finding this one but with no luck as they were full due to cruises leaving. Also know, it is cheaper and more convenient to get a cab than pay for the hotel bus.

Hotel in construction… Room for breakfast much too small, internet almost unusable, and TV reception mediocre. Although the room is comfortable, the service does not follow. Damage.

Stayed here for one night after a cancelled flight. Most comfortable bed I have ever had at a hotel. This is only a three star hotel but I'm giving it 5 stars because of the great attitude of all the staff there. Even with construction going on and a whole lot of people upset about cancelled flights, the staff were GREAT. Everyone I delt with was understanding, patient, an friendly. Jessica at the front desk stood out, making sure our room was perfect. If I ever need to stay short term in Ft. Lauderdale again, this is my go to place. Affordable with a great staff.

Close to the airport, decent rooms, bad TV signal. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean amd cheap.

It was definitely a 3 star inn, nothing was really bad about it, service was friendly, but the place itself wasn't the best ive ever seen. Pool was dirty, window was stuck open, siding was coming off of the wall, every TV channel was a little fuzzy; there were just little annoying things here and there. Overall it was just ok but just because it was relatively cheap.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the room was, nice service and helped with free breakfast too. Receptionist was awesome that even upgraded my room for free so I was sold! Nice place to visit and inexpensive too.

Stayed there last night. Place was clean and safe, walls a little thin. Good place for a couple of nights. Bed was decent, very clean! Near restaurants and shopping. Greg was very helpful. Would stay again.

This place is old. You can tell it has been through several owners. The elevators are crap, very slow. The breakfast is crap. The door to my room is crap. The TV is crap-definition. The only good thing about this place is that its next to a taco bell. Nice staff though.

We had absolutely no issues here. The staff was wonderful. The place was clean. The room was very comfortable. Yes, we checked for bed bugs as we do everywhere we go. We found none.

Terrible experience… Bed Bugs! There were 8 of us (4 children) staying in two rooms for one night continuing on to the west coast. Woke up to seeing Bed Bugs! Children were killing them on the pillows leaving blood stains. No help from manager just a 50% refund on one room! Took pictures of the critters and still no refund. Had to wash everything in eight suitcases before we could check into another hotel.

One of the WORST hotels I've stayed at in a LONG time! Terrible! The staff is friendly, but there is only so much that they have to work with and the are short staffed with a full hotel! Very overpriced! Move on. Choose another place to stay! Very, very unhappy to be STUCK here for 2 more nights! Would have rated it a zero but that wasn't an option : (

My stay at this hotel was horrible! You can read the other reviews and still want to lodge here. However, I highly recommend that EVERYONE stay away. My first day at the hotel my personal suitcase was ransacked and I was left a fraudulent letter in my room stating"TSA authorized this physical inspection. " Out of concern for myself, I left the general manager messages both at the front desk as well as via telephone. However I never was contacted back by the general manager. I spoke to Ellen Director of Sales, She rudely dismissed what happen and she began to become insolent by waving her hands and pointing at me, as well as many other things. I don't know if this happen to others. However I do know it happen to me and I would never want anyone to feel the way I am feeling. Do not stay here!

The Ft. Lauderdale Airport Cruise Port Inn is formerly the Comfort Suites and they are gearing up to become a Four Points Sheraton in the Summer. The property is gorgeous and close to the Airport, Cruise port and Convention Center not to mention the beaches. You really need to check it out.

Best staff for a hotel, incredibly friendly, personable, and helpful. They allowed and helped us to move tables around for our big group for dinner and breakfast in the dining area. Rooms were great.

Very nice room, good free breakfast. Closest hotel to the Broward Medical Center. Shuttles to the airport and hospital.

The service is second to none! My wife and I needed to wait for a few hours from when our flight got in to when our ship started boarding. When we walked to Comfort Suites, we asked Greg, the employee at the front desk, if he had any room we could rent for the night even though we only needed it for a couple hours. He said there were no rooms available but offered several places for us to relax after our red eye flight for free. This was probably the nicest act of customer service we've experienced in several years and it deserves mention. Kudos Greg! Kudos Comfort Suites! We will definitely recommend your hotel to our friends and family!

Stayed here for one night when flying through Fort Lauderdale, to be honest I don't really understand all the awful reviews. The rooms are fine, the staff are fine and location is fine. Nothing amazing about it, but for the price it's perfectly reasonable. The free shuttle bus to the airport is also handy.

Horrible Wi-Fi. I am currently staying here before my family and I head for our cruise. The rooms were decent, but you would have expected the Wi-Fi to be decent for the price. It was fine up until around 10 or 1030 pm and it just stopped for awhile. Then it slowed the rest of the night to the point it took 1 min to open up a site. Also, there were some sirens (police or firetrucks) that kept me up. On a positive note, there were movie channels and a fridge.

No water water for 3 days. Was told by front desk staff they were out of pillows (didn't have pillows for sleeper sofa). Cleaning staff gave us pillows right away when we asked them. Elevator did not work properly, was even out of order for a few hours one morning. When we made the General Manager aware of our problems, she must have confronted the frost desk employee, because the front desk employee called our room to confront my wife about our complaint. Very unprofessional staff. We stayed for AAU Taekwondo tournament, hotel was recommended by AAU, we plan on making them aware of our problems.

Bad experience. Will never return and recommended you steer clear as well. This hotel being close to the cruise port and Lauderdale Beach takes a beating and is always in disrepair it seems (by what I read in these remarks). Only one slow elevator operating for very long waits and used the stairs several times to the 7th floor! Landscapers trashed my clean car first morning and parking is limited and tight. Desk attendants were trying hard, but not keeping up with the desk volume and lost our late check-out request. Room was small, 'moderately' clean, but musty smelling, no working bathroom fan, A/C wall unit working, but loud and appearing to be falling apart. U. S. 1 is a noisy road even late at night. Recommend reducing the (unused) pool size by 1/2 and adding another breakfast room — that place was a joke and started all of their guests off with a frustrating and late morning! Cheers to the b'fast room attendant for her kindness and for not hauling off and punching any of the surly guests. Very disappointed as I am a preferred Suites member and have had good service with them for work travel. But this place was pretty bad. One star for eventually finding our late check out request and kids enjoying the pool (to themselves) before leaving.

Dirty sheets, no manager on duty after 10 pm. Desk clerk would/could not find anyone to change sheets, so they upgraded us to the "suite". And there was a turd in the toilet of the new room. Save your money, they don't care here. They had decent coffee.

I found that the service was beautiful. The people at the front desk, especially (Angel) was remarkably nice and very helpful. I would highly reccommend this hotel. If not for the staff alone.
