Service sucked, no towels on the room no soap… Beautiful location just horrible service.

Have been really helpful. Enjoy the rooms as well. Simple but nice.

Decent looking place, could be modernized a bit, the staff could use a little help it seems like, but overall the room and stay there was nice, quiet, and I was satisfied with the motel, just one other thing, we could not get the Wi-Fi password to save our life haha, it should be put up in the room or discussed upon arrival if it says Wi-Fi included.

Stay away! No idea how we could oversee all the reviews on any portal and why we booked there *facepalm*… Although our room wasn't that bad (doesn't mean it wasn't bad at all) I'd like to warn others and don't let them make the same mistake that we've made. Bugs and cockroaches in the room, mold and a bad smell in the shower, at least one sheet missing. Walls are as thin as they could be and we could listen our next door neighbors f*ing and snoring all night long. Don't go there!

Dirty. Old. Musty smelling. They probably have mold. The a. C. Wasn't heating. It was c old all night. The restroom is rusty. The towels provided had stains. Just a no go.

We got to the room late so the manager left one on our door (in a realtor key lock), we go into the room and it smelled like mold but we said how bad could it be. Well we started unpacking only to find actual mold spores growing in the paper thin drawers of the dresser, upon further looking around there's was also black mold growing in the shower along with a strange leak on the ground coming from the wall. So we ended up sleeping in the car till the next day where when I tried going to see the manager no one was even there. And to top it all off they made us pay for 2 nights and said it was policy. So do not ever step foot in this hotel. It's not worth it.

This hotel was close to many restaurants, but not worth staying at. The room smelled bad and had mold in the closet. The bed was the most uncomfortable place I've ever slept and was incredibly noisy every time I moved. The AC was noisy all night and there was a used wash cloth in the shower. I would not stay here again.

Unsafe ceiling fell in. Drugs and prostitution. The cops are their everynite.

Absolutely horrible! Room has bad odor, found mold and rot on the walls and in the closet. The sink leaks everywhere. And the pool isnt even in compliance with florida health code, so dont expect to swim here either. They are still making me pay for 2 nights even tho I can only bare to have stayed the one, only because we came into town real late. This place is nasty!

For $65, I got this. Accommodations on par with a much higher priced hotel. 2 king beds, a big screen TV, full sized closet, very clean bathroom, and a full kitchenette! Sure the walls have some scuff marks, the door sticks a bit, and the AC is a bit on the loud side, but all in all you're getting a fantastic set of amenities in an beachfront area surrounded by all you could need for the price of a roach coach. In my opinion this place is a hidden gem.

Very nice relaxing, beds comfortable, rooms clean, staff is more than wonderful, kitchen and fridge in room even have apartments, right on the beach and price for the room is amazing! Stayed here 3 months didn't want to keace! Parking is wonderful.

Very dirty! Towels are dingy. It looks like they are trying to fix things but they have a long ways too go. The pool was dirty. I would watch people go to the pool look at it and do a u turn. They do Not make up the rooms daily. Or weekly. They clean when one checks out. Manager was friendly but walked the grounds with his hands in his pocket. Grounds are very dirty and needs maintenance.

BEDBUGS! Be careful, we had bedbugs in the room. Hotel manager Isaac was rude, didn't give our money back for the nights we didn't stay! Room was just swiped from the floor after we left. I really hope no one else has to go threw this like we did.

Great spot for a perfect get away. Super close to everything, but still a little haven to get away from the crowds. 10/10 service.

Worst hotel ever! I make my reservations in December hope everything will be nice and exciting. Wrong! When I'm arrive my hotel room was changed! I make reservations for room with kitchen — the give me something what was not even looked like kitchen! I have not idea what the people do overthere! Room so dirty! Patio around pool have very old chairs, pool is out of order! omg not place for vacation! The not even trying to fixing the problem! I came the area very often but I can say this hotel is really bad idea to stay!

No one in office at night, typical college cheap motel, but not cheap.

Good price good service it's close to everything. Stores shops bars 5 minutes from the beach.

This would literally be the absolute last resort. It was not clean. Dirty walls, towels, and cracked toilet. Very convenient spot but just not the greatest. Not even a simple room.

We so loved our stay. The welcoming staff was friendly and attentive poolside was relaxing, rooms very nice and clean. This is my new motel stay here!

I've paid much more for much less. Rooms are clean. The buildings are quaint. Staff is friendly. Nothing fancy but enjoyable and recommendable none the less. I'll stay here again next time I'm in town.

Booked for two nights, had to leave early am because of cockroaches on bed and floor! I called phone number woman answered I told her what took place that we were leaving she said oh sorry to hear that I'll talk to manager to see what he can do but normally there is no refund! I Want a full refund, she said I have your number she never called! I'm very upset and we should get refunded for the one night at least.

Poor! Dark dingy inside, smelled terrible, saw a huge palmetto bug cockroach come in from bathroom maid service does not come unless you're staying more than 3 days. Stayed in an efficiency was not the cleanest would never recommend. Very disappointed.

A nice hotel at a wonderful location. Clean rooms and nice people. Wagner is a great guy.

Small and friendly place. Not fancy at all but clean and nice people. The location is perfect, near the beach and the pier. Going back next year B-).
