My family and I stayed from Dec 24th to Dec 31 2019. We enjoyed our stay in Villa Z. Everything was great to help us during our stay with our 2 children. We hope to be back soon its a great location.

Can’t be beaten for location and comfort!

Wonderful place. I would highly recommend.

A gorgeous low-key but high-quality resort that offers villas at the ocean's edge. Watching the sunrise over the Atlantic, or even swimming through the sun's path across the water, is an unforgettable experience. The villas are all individually owned and decorated so standards do vary slightly. And there's house-keeping 5 days a week to lightly clean and change towels, and a bed-linen change every week. This is beach-living with a little glamour and we've been enjoying it for nearly 20 years now and hopefully for another 20!

We love this place. My family has been coming since I was little. Best place to have a summer family reunion. The Villas are all updated. Your right on the beach and Intercoastal. Its beautiful!

I found this place to be very comfortable and very guest Friendly. Rooms are neat and nicely decorated. Great service from the moment I walked in to the time I came out.

Beautifully maintained grounds and villas. Excellent staff. Any problems are addressed immediately. You will be impressed if you choose Royal Flamingo Villas.

Great place to come with family, especially with children.
All very nice, cozy, the beach delicious.
The only thing that if I should improve, is the daily cleaning service of the bungalos! That's if I leave a lot to be desired. Everything else perfect.

Excellent beach Villa for 2 or 3 people. The room service was mostly absent — ask for extra towels because you may not get room service for several days. We didn't get it at all for four days over a long weekend. Beach access is excellent, and despite being right by the road, there wasn't much noise. Would recommend.

Stayed a week recently in Condo GG near the InterCoastal and was quite relaxing. It was easy access to our car hop on A1A to most anywhere we wanted to eat and shop within minutes. Grassy area by the Intercoastal was spacious and the perfect place to watch the sun set. Also, half of the property of Royal Flamingo is on the ocean — how great is that. Our condo has ocean front privileges too complete with a sunshade too; we spent the whole afternoon there! Royal Flamingo is the way to go. Why stay in a high rise, park in a deck and not hear the ocean?

Stayed in Unit EE. Was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Easy access to both the Intercoastal common area and the Beach and Pool side. Grounds are well maintained, as are the individual villas. Quiet and extremely relaxing. Highly reccomend.

Nice villas, right next to the beach. Kitchen small, but useful. Bring a frying pan if you need one.

Seconds from the beach, which is usually deserted. Comfortable villa which gets cleaned every day and 15 minutes from enough bars and restaurants.
Really, what's not to love about it.
And in October, bring you rods, the fishing is out of this world.

The office staff is friendly, and the maintenance man and the woman that cleans everyday (except Sunday) are kind and helpful. The pool is great and there is an upper and lower beach so you can relax without having to be right by the waves. There is a 300 foot private beach area and there were even some sand toys and boogie boards to use. Our villa was nicely accommodated and had all the needed kitchen tools to prepare meals. The only challenging part of staying here for an extended period of time is that there is one washer and dryer that are coin operated ($1.50/ wash) for the entire east side of villas. They do include drying racks in your home, so at least you don't have to pay more to dry your washing. Great experience overall!

Amazing location, friendly staff. Clean and functional. Beach right there.

Our location was walking distance to the beach and pool. We had a one bedroom villa which was plenty of room for three adults. Didn't hear much car noises from the road. Very pleasant place to stay. Would stay here again if in Florida.

Easy access from airports, rooms are nice, staff is friendly, phones don't work in all rooms however.

Relax on either the intercoastal side or ocean side. Pool is well maintained as are shuffleboard courts. Vills are immaculate and thoroughly relaxing. Short walk on the beach to the pier and shops. Charter fishing just across the bridge. Can't think of a better place to stay when down.

The rooms are quaint, however there was an overwhelming smell of bleach. The location is nice there are rooms overlooking the intercoastal as well as rooms overlooking the ocean. The front desk was not very helpful at all. When we went to them seeking assistance with something they seemed very inconvenienced. There is a shared pool on the ocean side of the property. No jacuzzi just the pool which felt rather cold.

I grew up going to the villas at least once a year. I learned to swim across that pool when I was 3 and it was salt water. I remember Jack & Betty Valentine along with Al & Ginny Schroeder … those were the days, when most families came back every year for spring break and we all knew each other. I'm 60 now and The Royal Flamingo Villas will always hold a special place in my heart and in our family movies!

First stayed here when I was about 12 years old when my Aunt took me on vacation with her. Loved it so much then being on the ocean AND the intercoastal. Then I went back for my honeymoon in 2005 and it was the best choice. Perfect location, close to so many places. Plus each "villa" or condo if you will is its own structure. I love it so much more than the more "modern" high rise condos up the street. Hope to make it back again soon!

GREAT place, clean villas. Love it!

We had an absolute amazing time here! Gorgeous view of the water right at our patio door! Pool is very close by with a lovely little waterfall. Private beach use was beautiful, quite and relaxing. Perfect for a family vacation! Not only were the sights just amazing but everything was kept clean with fresh towels and maid service daily! Villa was kept up to date. Full kitchen/living room/ 2 full baths/ 2 bedrooms with 3 beds! Definitely will be back! Ask for Villa RR!

Its pouring rain outside and we found checkers in the room. The kitchen is a full size fully equipped kitchen. Its awesome. The bed is comfy and super clean. The staff super friendly and very professional. We have the beach at our back door. And a cute little bbq grill. Like I said heaven on earth. I would love to stay for ever. Bring your I pad enjoy free Wi-Fi. Or bring a book. Lay in the sand enjoy a mojito by the heated pool. Everything is here. In heaven. Janice your the best. Hope to see you soon your a doll.
